Reviewed May 27, 2026Muy bueno poco limitado en platillos si te quedas más de 3 días, por que ya tienes que repetir sobre todo si no quieres consumir los platillos de pan o harina, pero muy rico el menú.
Que estaba muy limitado a una cosa u otra y todo era extra..., aunque los precios no son excesivos se vuelve complejo que no puedas pedir algo extra por que todo es + sobre todo cuando llevas el desayuno incluído.

We had read previous reviews mentioning noise, which is why we specifically requested a quieter room. Unfortunately, this was not respected, and we couldn’t sleep due to loud, intimate noises from other rooms. This made our stay a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to families or for business trips. Overall, it’s better to look for another hotel.

Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Het hotel was hypermodern en had een zeer ruime kamer, badkamer en ook de douche was zeer ruim voor wat je doorgaans mag verwachten. Ook de fitness ruimte op de bovenste verdieping, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel en het zeer lekkere ontbijt waren een grote plus.
Helaas liet de Wifi verbinding af en toe te wensen over. Vooral op onze hotelkamer haperde de verbinding zo nu en dan. Voor aan de receptie, waar je op een andere connectie zit, was het wel in orde. Als enige tip zou ik mee willen geven om op de kamer een kleine koelkast te hebben. Dit ontbrak. Was niet storend, maar was wel fijn geweest met de warme dagen. Neemt niet weg dat het hotel echt top was qua prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.

Todo el personal es muy amable y atento, te reciben con una calida bienvenida , además el cuarto es muy bonito y elegante, todo muy limpio y cómodo. El hotel está muy céntrico, llegas a todos lados caminando. También la comida del restaurante es muy buena.

You can hear everything going on in the other rooms. There was very districtive couple screaming for over 2 hours so I needed to go and tell the security guard to contact them. Couldn’t sleep the whole night! There was also banging doors the whole night aswell a very strange experience. It’s a shame because the staff and location are great!!

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026Einfach alles! Tolles fünf Sterne Hotel im Zentrum der Stadt. Zimmer, Service, Personal sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Parken 250 Pesos in einem nahe gelegenen Parkhaus pro Nacht fanden wir für die Lage in Ordnung.
Der Fitnessbereich ist etwas bescheiden.

El desayuno es bueno, pero le faltan pequeños detalles, como poner mantequilla, mermelada, leche, todos incluidos dentro del valor. Igualmente en las habitaciones pueden poner gorros de baño, copitos, lustrador; etc. Son cosas muy pequeñas, de costo bajo, que harían mas placentera la estadía. Pero no le resta a la calidad del hotel.

Il personale è molto cortese e pronto ad aiutare per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Ho apprezzato anche la presenza della palestra situata nella bella terrazza con vista sulla città
Purtroppo non è stato possibile collegarsi ad Internet per un problema tecnico. La colazione compresa offre una scelta molto limitata per chi non predilige una colazione salata

Reviewed Jan 15, 2026Hotel Patio Santiago is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Absolutely gorgeous, contemporary suites emerge from stunning, traditional Mexican architecture. The location of Patio Santiago is simply perfect. Centro, Plaza de Armas, and beyond are all entirely walkable. During our first full day, my son and I walked 11 miles! Every place we visited in beautiful Querétaro was an incredible experience! The Plaza de Armas, Museo de Arte, Alameda Miguel Hidalgo, as well as our walk from Patio Santiago to the marvelous Hacienda La Laborcilla. Our walk along Rio Querétaro and up through Los Fresnos was wonderful! Bretons, Hacienda La Laborcilla, Maria y Su Bici are a few restaurants we enjoyed during my brief visit. I hope to plan a longer stay in Querétaro. Hotel Patio Santiago will certainly be my choice for accommodations. You must see it for yourself. Words alone cannot describe!
There is nothing I did not like! I am currently back in New York missing my accommodations at the beautiful Hotel Patio Santiago!

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026Es un hotel muy bonito y moderno, ubicado en el centro histórico de Querétaro, con habitaciones muy amplias, diseño vanguardista, una limpieza impecable y lindas amenidades. El personal fue muy atento. La relación calidad/precio extraordinaria. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
La falta de estacionamiento, pero se entiende por la zona en que se ubica. Tiene convenio con estacionamientos cercanos.

Reviewed Dec 30, 2025The location is awesome and the front staff (and valet) very helpful. Parking in Centro is tough, so I was happy to pay $13 USD/night for the valet to take our rented car to a lot nearby for us. The place is very elegant and spacious, and the bed is quite comfortable.
There were a few little things that might have been better ... one dresser drawer didn't open, the pillows weren't great, and we couldn't really get the TV to work, but other than that, we were very happy to stay at Hotel Patio Santiago, and would recommend it.

No hay una carta de alimentos en la habitación, tampoco hay un directorio de las extensiones a las cuales se pueda solicitar servicio a la habitación y en el número que aparece en Google maps nadie contesta. Adicionalmente, cierran el servicio a las 9 PM no obstante la hora límite es las 9:30 PM y tampoco te ofrecen opciones con las que trabaje el hotel. En cuanto a los alimentos, sería bueno que utilicen pan de caja que no sea uno de súper mercado.

El seguimiento del personal de recepción, no están dispuestos a dar una experiencia, solo están atendiendo. Puntualmente mi tema fue que mi logística hizo que llegara más temprano que la hora de check in, escribí en redes sociales desde un día antes, me pidieron mi WhatsApp y nunca escribieron, yo estaba dispuesto a pagar un poco más por la ayuda de dejarme entrar antes o guardar mis maletas, sin embargo, reconozco a Genaro muy amable en la entrada, no así la recepción.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025The hotel design is beautiful, right in the city center, liked the facilities incl a huge rooftop terrace, gym, and spa, patio, cafe, bar, etc. super friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms and overall facilities
A mini fridge in the room would have been nice for longer stays, Deluxe King rooms are smaller than they look in the photos and there is limited storage space, doors are relatively thin and we could hear people working out in the gym above us or the housekeeping staff outside, wifi could be a bit wonky if you’re using too many devices at a time. Most rooms are built with the windows facing an inside shaft and you can’t open the blinds without all other rooms around you being able to look into your room which makes the rooms a bit dark and lacking privacy but also helps to keep the rooms more quiet compared to the ones facing the street. The one thing we would truly suggest to change is that housekeeping staff respects the door signs - even though we had the DND sign out each day and asked at the reception multiple times for the room not to be cleaned, the staff knocked and even entered the room when we were away to make the bed and empty the trash. Not sure if they thought we forgot to take the door sign back inside before we left the room, but I don’t think anyone should enter the room without our permission/reassurance.
