Staff are polite and respond promptly.

All that can be said is that it's absolutely perfect: clean, tidy, and the staff are very friendly. The location is close to the metro station, restaurants, services, and halal food (even for Muslims). The mosque is a ten-minute walk away.

La posizione in una zona un po caotica e sporca per raggiungere la metro ci sono motorini elettrici che passano suo marciapiedi sfiorandoti di continuo e le strade un po sporche, a poche fermate di meteo si è già in centro quindi a parte il contesto non è male. La struttura è bella ma si vede che ha qualche anno avrebbe bisogno di una rinfrescata…

The staff hotel were helpful and allowed us to check in early that really helped us after long flight.We really satisfied for the accommodation itself with clean room. will return to stay at this hotel for next trip

Un accueil très chaleureux, nous avons reçu une surprise de bienvenue que les enfants ont adoré. Les chambres étaient spacieuses et bien nettoyées quotidiennement. Des bouteilles d’eau approvisionnées chaque jour. Le personnel de l’accueil était professionnel et parlaient anglais. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidé pour installer les applications et donné des conseils. Live music certains soir. Le restaurant de l’hôtel était très bon aussi. Il y a un family Markt au rez, un service de livraison de colis, un lavoir self service gratuit pour les clients. Bravo l’équipe nous reviendrons très certainement. Ps: Le métro se trouve de part et d’autre de l’hôtel à environ 5-10 minutes de marche, très pratique pour rejoindre les lieux touristiques et le centre-ville. Beaucoup de restos à proximité.

Un peu déçue du bar. Le jus de pomme frais n’était pas du jus de pomme (pressé ou jus) mais de l’eau et du sirop de pomme. Le café pas bon à mon goût.

The hotel is comfortable and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby that stay open late and the metro station is only a few minutes' walk away.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay but our experience was affected by excessive noise from the room next door during the last three of our five nights. The guests were talking and laughing loudly after midnight and into the early morning. The staff did their best to help by speaking to the guests and providing us with another room to sleep in when the noise continued. However, I believe the noisy guests should have been moved instead of us. Another disappointment was that the swimming pool requires a swimming cap which is not mentioned on the hotel's website. We had to buy one for 100 RMB each before using it. I think it's very expensive and this information should be made clear in advance. Overall, the staff were excellent and our concerns are more about the hotel's management policies than the staff themselves.

Очень старый отель!!! В номере в ванной дверь гнилая, скрипит. Бассейн полная антисанитария. Завтрак на 80% из свинины. Воду в кофемашину наливают из под крана, не фильтрованную.

В целом отель хороший. Чисто, уютно. Но расположение немного далековато. Сервис хороший, работники всегда помогают. В здании отеля есть супермаркет, что очень удобно. Есть бассейн, но мы не смогли воспользоваться. Уборку номеров делают каждый день.

Не понравился туалет на 1 этаже отеля. Грязноват и будто не обслуживается.

Our stay at this hotel in Shanghai was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, luxurious, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotless, elegant, and perfectly located, but what truly made this stay unforgettable was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Thanks to Judy from the reception, she was one of the best! We never felt more welcomed in a hotel like this one. Thank you guys! This will be our destination everytime

Номер убирали каждый день, очень чисто. Зубные детки и пасту пополняли каждый день. Тапочки, халаты, шампунь, мыло, бальзам, крем все было. Вода питьевая в бутылках пополнялась каждый день. В день заезда был вкусный презент к в холодильнике, за что отдельное спасибо. Расположение отеля очень удобное, рядом много кафе и магазинов. В целом такси по ценам доступное. Персонал в отеле очень вежливый и всегда помогали с любыми вопросами. Завтраки хорошие.

В лобби очень сильно дует кондиционер, но летом это наверно будет даже лучше

Les chambres spacieuses et le petit déjeuner complet. Merci beaucoup pour votre attention à l’arrivée. La chambre était prête plus tôt pour nous permettre de nous reposer après le voyage. L’eau remise chaque jour (car l’eau n’est pas potable)

Attention : prenez votre bonnet sinon vous serez facturés de plus de 15€ (c’est pas une arnaque mais pas loin). Deux cafards se sont promenés dans ma chambre. Même parler anglais est compliqué. Les chambres pas hyper bien insonorisées, on entendait tout et la clim bloquée par l’hôtel à la générale.

今次住上海古井假日酒店，整體幾滿意。先講個實際的——酒店有自己的停車場，自駕嚟講真係好省心，唔使周圍搵車位。位置都唔錯，出去邊度都幾順路。 最令我驚喜嘅係周邊食飯嘅地方，隨便行吓就有好多小館子，味道地道，價錢又平，連食兩餐都無中伏，比起喺商場食抵好多。 另外一定要提吓前台Judy，真係好專業，人亦好nice。Check-in時見我拎住行李，主動幫我協調樓層，我問多幾句周邊交通，佢都好有耐性講得好清楚，無敷衍嘅感覺。呢種有人情味嘅服務，令人覺得好溫暖。 下次嚟上海都會考慮住呢度～

The hotel is in a great location, directly accessible by subway. It's very close to the Bund. The staff also tell us how to take the subway. Judy, the front desk staff, was very capable and helped us solve many problems. The hotel's restaurant is very good, and there are many dining options nearby, including Chinese, Western, hot pot, and halal food. Our room is large and very clean. For a hotel at this price, we are very satisfied. The breakfast also caters well to our tastes.

All in all, I had a lovely stay. The location was brilliant. The staff were absolutely wonderful, very friendly and always happy to help. They even let us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, which was ever so handy on our last day.

That said, there are a couple of things that could do with some improvement. The walls are rather thin, I could hear the person next door snoring quite clearly, which made it a bit difficult to sleep. Also, it would be lovely if the breakfast menu included some Halal options, as the current selection doesn’t really cater for guests with Halal dietary needs.

Loved the room. We stayed in a family suite and it was very comfortable. There was a Lego table in there which our kids absolutely loved.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel. Great location, spacious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

Неплохой завтрак, есть что выбрать. Есть бассейн наверху, а также джакузи с горячей водой, и сауны в раздевалках (хотя я сауной не пользовался). Нам повысили уровень номера до семейного сьюта с отдельной спальней, за что спасибо персоналу! Сам номер большой, с 2х уровневой детской кроватью. Бесплатно пополняли каждый день напитки в холодильнике, что для Китая как я понял редкость. Санузел большой с ванной и отдельно душевой. Оценку за проживание до 9 повысил из-за повышение уровня номера + горячего джакузи, где приятно можно было расслабиться

Дизайн номера морально устарел, ремонт тоже требует обновления. Планировка номера по моему мнению не самая оптимальная - сдвижная дверь в спальню не закрывается на замок, она сделана из стекла, сверху со 2го уровня детской кровати можно внутрь спальни подглядывать. Также дети могут пройти в санузел только через спальню - хотя наверно стоило бы сделать вход в санузел из коридора или гостиной. Бассейн требует ремонта, вода 28 градусов, нужна шапочка для купания, еще в бассейне проводятся занятия тренеров с детьми, что не очень удобно, когда они занимают дорожки для плавания, которых не так уж и много

Location is close to bund and Nanjing. There are lots of restaurants near the hotel. Lots of Family Marts nearby. Hotel room was acceptable. The swimming pool is good but its used by locals who bring their kids, not a bad thing but would be nicer just for guests. Good self service washer and dryer.

The labels for the lights should have english translation. Better guide on what the hotel had to offer. I wanted to try the resturants in the hotel but didn't know about any of it.

Very pleased with accomodating our request for early check-in and late checkout. Reasonably clean and quiet. Ample bottles of drinking water provided.

No air conditioning control. It was set up at 25 degrees..and the hotel said it can't be modified. Very rough to sleep for me in that temperature.

3일간 이용했는데 둘째날 객실청소를 하지 않아 불편했음 직원한테 문제제기를 하니 손님 잘못이라고 오히려 화를 냄 야간 근무하던 여직원 2명 정말 최악이었음 3번째날 관광을 마치고 오니 객실에 편지와 과일을 보고 위로를 받음. 조식은 정말 최고였음

Todo espectacular! Todo el staff que atiende realmente muy profesionales y siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea. La ubicación, las piezas, muy cómodo, excelente desayuno...100% recomendable! Además, tiene un Family Mart en el 1er piso abierto 24hrs que ayuda mucho

Habitación con buenos espacios, buena distribución y equipamiento tanto del baño como de la habitación (tenía plancha de ropa, bebidas y té gratis)

No me gustó mucho en general porque era un hotel algo viejo sin mucha mantención (ventanas de la habitación muy sucias, hongo en las siliconas de la ducha), camas muy duras, el salón para desayunar muy pequeño, algunas de las mesas estaban ubicadas en el pasillo porque en el salón no cabían más, poca variedad de desayuno para extranjeros. Y el personal muy poco amable en general. Relación precio calidad… precio muy elevado, además que estaba alejado del centro de la ciudad.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful, we booked 6 nights and the hotel allowed us early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast had good variety and changed every day. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Location was very good, bus stop in front of the hotel, short walking distance to MTR.

Bathroom was a little small but nothing is prefect. I will book the hotel again.

I would like to sincerely thank Melody for offering us a later check-out, which was handled in an exceptionally smooth and efficient manner. The process was straightforward and completed without any unnecessary or lengthy discussion, reflecting her professionalism and respect for the guest’s time. Although I was prepared to proceed with the payment, Melody proactively waived the fee and arranged the late check-out free of charge. This thoughtful gesture was a perfect move on her part and left a very positive impression on us. Her decisive action, customer-oriented mindset, and genuine hospitality truly enhanced our overall experience.

The hotel needs a complete renovation.

Близко к метро, торговым центрам. Хороший район. Есть бассейн, но мы так и не успели воспользоваться из за плотного графика прогулок :)
