They did not have ready a room for us and were not able to say at what time they´d give it to us. It´s unbelievable how tough hotels are with check out times, but for sure they can make you wait / waste hours of your time and that it´s not a problem for them

Los contenedores de shampoo y gel de baño deberían estar a cierto nivel de llenado dependiendo de la estancia del huésped. Entiendo que se quiera ahorrar, sin embargo, rayan en la escases y eso genera incomodidad. Por dos días estuve sin gel de baño.

Muy ruidosa el área de recepción, restaurante y bar Lo demás en general bien.

Un hotel en la entrada a Saltillo con acceso rápido a las principales vías principales..

Excelentes amenidades, cuartos espaciosos, cómoda alberca y tiene como ventaja el pase al club deportivo. El personal fue atento y tiene un gran diseño.

I rented a suite together with my colleague. My room had a cluster of pubic hairs on the bathroom floor and the aircondition stank. The next morning I had to notice that there wasn’t any hot water to be had in my shower. I mentioned this several times but in the end over a 4 night stay nobody reacted to my complain. In addition the room service didnt even male our beds for two days in a row and finally the only elevator was out of order for several days including the day of departure! I had a truly miserable experience at this hotel.

Bad sewer smell from single bed bathroom (we stayed in a suite). Overall fixtures, paint, etc. are old. Noisy AC units.

Good option for a big family. Too expensive for a big facility with no functional wheelchair available, no bell boy, smelly bathroom, not clean pool and no open cable tv.

Recién remodelado Todo súper bien

Muy amplia y bien organizada la habitación. Las camas y almohadas súper cómodas. Lo único es revisen bien las habitaciones, había una prenda (short de lycra) en la mesita-buró. Este tipo de cosas hace pensar que quizás no hacen la limpieza al cien.

La suite fue la mejor opción para nuestra familia de 6

Me tocó en remodelación, desafortunadamente mi habitación aún no estaba remodelada, así que se veía un poco maltratada en algunos lugares. Me gustó mucho el tamaño y distribución, Suite con 2 recámaras. las camas excelentes.

Los componentes de la habitación estuvieron bien y limpio. El problema es que la luz se estuvo yendo muchas veces y además, al abrir el desagüe de la tina de baño para que saliera el agua se quedó el cuarto penetrado de olor a drenaje, ambas situaciones hicieron muy desagradable la estancia.

No plug by the coffee maker. Had to move it elsewhere. Plug on my side of the bed was dead.

We were driving through from the MX border to San Miguel de Allende and never expected to find such a fabulous overnight stay in Saltillo. This place is worth every penny. Hugh suites, so comfortable. Staff at reception great. Lovely indoor pool, with another for kids. Superb in every way!

The food was not very good, nor the selection of wines. F & B needs improvement.

The room was great. A triple room with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common parlor. A little more attention to detail would go a long way. There was a long hair in the shower when we arrived, the elevator walls needed some cleaning. Particular attention is needed for the music in the lobby. When we arrived there was reggaeton playing and I found it in very poor taste. Other than that the location is great, the breakfast service was very good too and, again, the room was just great and the price very reasonable.

Lugar tranquilo, limpio y seguro

This is a business hotel, and by that I mean the rooms are small, the AC is a minisplit and the decoration very simple. But it has a lot of pros. Our bed was a comfortable king size. The tv is also small and so is the bathroom, but it includes a tub. The standard room includes a kitchenette with a mini bar, a microwave, a sink and a few dishes. At the lobby, you can find a very pro coffee machine and cups to go. Breakfast is usually included and if offers good choices, particularly on Sunday. The gym is small but with new equipment and there´s also an indoor swimming pool. The backyard offers lounges and grills.

Creo que la nueva administración a descuidado la presentación del personal del lobby siempre he visitado este hotel y esta última vez me pareció inapropiado para un hotel de este rango la vestimenta en el lobby pero quiero agregar que la atención fue muy buena

La primera habitación pésimo. El cuarto sucio el baño peor de sucio la regadera no sirvió x lo que nos cambiarion a otro que no funcionaba la tv. Le urge una remodelación. No regreso a ese hotel

Puede ser q por ser fecha de hospedaje bajo, nos quedamos 1 noche del 01 al 02 de enero ... no recibimos buen servicio así como la habitación estaba un poco sucia

Muy decepcionado del Hotel. Su persona le amable; no dieron la típica galleta con la que te reciben en la cadena hotelera. El baño no tenía toallas; no había agua caliente en la regadera, el internet lento y las instalaciones ya viejas.

First the all , they didn't have to change rooms because the AC made a lot of noise. later in the other room the toilet did not serve the water deposit and we decided to stay in that room for the reason that I am a disabled person and it was a lot of trouble to be moving from one place to another. When I make the check in, I mentions to want a room near the elevator and it was the opposite, she gave me in the last level floor and the most remote from the elevator but since when I found out about the room, I only called the front desck to make a complaint.

El hotel esta excelente, la habitación que escogimos muy amplia, me gustó que tuviera refrigerador, la alberca techada excelente para los niños

El hotel necesita una renovación y mantenimiento a fondo, mubles viejos, sucios y electrodomésticos obsoletos, se me asigno una habitacion sucia y al llegar a la nueva estaba hecha pero con muchos detalles de limpieza, migajas en la alfombra, y sobres de condimento bajo el sofa, lo mas rescatable es el almuerzo incluido

We arrived in room 242 the carpet was wet, the next room had a water leak, when we moved to room 272, the heating in the kitchen area never worked, and the shower drain was covered with gray tape, and the next day they knocked on the door if I need to clean the room at 8 am, too early, since the departure is at 12 pm

The staff is very helpful but the hotel is showing signs of getting older and no renewals are done. Very noise from the road. Its an hilton but very old.

Lo mejor del hotel es que ofrecen el concepto de suite con 2 habitaciones separadas, ideal para la familia.

This hotel is close to amazing restaurants at a walking distance. Don Artemio, V Carranza, there was another restaurant of Italian food. It even has a Starbucks right there when accessing the hotel. Great sleep

Todo bien aunque pedi unos vasos para cafe y nunca me los entregaron.

The bedroom was clean, but it had a terrible smell of humidity. And the bathroom wall and ceiling was dirty/old. Sleep quality was ok. In the middle of the night the next room was knocking on the walls and had to talk to them to stop doing that
