No me gustó que no quisieron respetar mi reservacion aun cuando la habia realizado con 4 meses de anticipación, querian acomodarme en otro hotel mas lejano y de menor calidad. Al final perdí una hora, tuve que hacer 3 llamadas a booking, por lo mismo llegue tarde a mi compromiso del dia, y todo porque seguramente quisieron vender mi habitacion mas cara a alguien mas. En la habitación, la caja de seguridad no servía, el teléfono no servía, algún día nos dejaron con menos toallas de las necesarias, la habitación era pequeña para lo que costó, en general mala experiencia con Hyatt Place y Booking, esperaba mas.

El staff SUPER GROSERO y altaneros. Falta muchisima capacitacion. Hay empleados que deberian trabajar en un taller mecanico grasiento en lugar de atendiendo clientes. Fue un GRAN ERROR haber elegido este hotel por la supuesta ubicacion, pero es una trampa... mejor vayan al Quinta Real que esta a 2 cuadras y esta 1000 veces mejor.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025I stayed at Hyatt Place Saltillo for three nights. While the hotel meets basic comfort standards, my experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. Upon arriving home, I realized I had forgotten a shirt in the closet of my hotel room. I am absolutely certain that I left it there, as I was only traveling with a carry-on bag that never left my side. As soon as I noticed it was missing, I immediately contacted the hotel to report it. They assured me they would check and get back to me, but they never did. After several follow-ups on my end (including multiple emails to the manager, who never responded), I had to call personally. After several mysteriously dropped calls, I was finally told that nothing was found. This leads me to suspect that the hotel staff simply decided to keep my shirt, which was brand new and worth $200. I understand that it's my responsibility to keep track of my belongings, but accidents happen. At the very least, a hotel of this caliber should have honesty and professionalism in handling lost items. The lack of response, zero communication, and apparent dishonesty from the staff left me with a terrible impression of this hotel. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone. If you value the security of your belongings and professional customer service, look elsewhere.

Do you know how nice it is to not have to get in a car or walk a long way for dinner after working a full day? This will be my go to place from now on.

Reception didn't bother to tell me about their "happy hour", you can wait forever for the lifts, my room lacked a power outlet anywhere within reach of the desk and the laundry was not returned "same day" despite being dropped-off at 06:00. Bed was good, shower was OK, blackout was reasonable (except for the flashing light on the smoke detector). Room quite noisy being basically above the busy highway. 'll stay again, but only because there's nowhere better at a reasonable price
