Radisson Hotel & Suites Fort McMurray

Tv was big, nothing very special about this hotel room.

Pillows on king bed were very small and soft, need more firm pillows to watch tv. The bath tub needed a shower mat, tub was very slippery. Needed a light over the coffee/tea area had a hard time seeing. First time i have seen a safe on the floor, poor location for a senior to access. Needed a few charging outlets for phones and watch.

I had no idea there was complementary breakfast

The only thing I didn’t like was that the ice bucket had a bag tied with water still in it and the was no hand soap the boxes were empty but other than that everything was better than I expected

I always would stay at the Radisson or a best western quality without paying a high price

My last stay had stains on the sheets no remote so no TV and very low water pressure to shower. I will never go to that hotel again.

Good location just minutes from the airport. Comfy bed and spacious room

Traffic noise on Gregoire. Next time we'll ask for a room on the other side of the hotel

The location was prefect for what and where I needed to come and go from

I honestly do t have anything bad to say, I would definitely stay there again

Location was a bit away from where I needed to be but there was amenities close by.

Area was a bit unkept but that could be due to development in the area.

Yes it was ok.no hot tub, i had taken my granddaughter and grandson and it was extremely loud to swim.not to enjoying.was not told about the hot tub.both ladies at the front desk were not on the same page .one knew nothing.the other was ok.my toilet ran most of the night.I fixed it myself.my grandkids were sleeping didn’t want to call .my sheets had lots of hair on my bottom sheets which was not good for me.had to take it off the bed.

We got upgraded to a king room right off the bat and honestly one of the nicest hotel rooms I've been in to date

Lack of tv channels and ability to connect to streaming services, oh and the hottub being out of commission during our stay, other than that, the room was great

Check in staff was wonderful. They were able to get us rooms close together on short notice. One of the rooms smelled of cigarettes and was a little dusty, but we informed the front desk and they offered to move us. We declined so we could stay close to our other family in rooms nearby. Beds were firm but clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Odour permeated our clothing. Staff was nice but our stay was not enjoyable. We would not return to this hotel for our next visit to Ft McMurray

The hot tub was closed on the first day and then on the second day the pool was closed altogether.

This would’ve got an excellent review, but we only selected this place , because we wanted to have a hot tub…. Well that was disappointingly CLOSED

The hotel and staff were very good. The room was very clean. The hotel was quiet in the night. Great location for us to visit family.

The pool was rather small, and the hot tub was out of order. The restaurant food could have been better. Did not receive my invoice online as I was told I would. It's the day after leaving, and I'm still waiting for it.

Oh, but one of my lightbulbs was burnt out the microwave didn’t work the fridge had someone’s old food in it the garbages had no bag bags there was no recycle bin for bottles and at 11 at night someone was in the gym on the treadmill for two hours, and you could hear the thumping more soundproofing as needed if the gym is gonna be on the second floor right beside a room .

Had to ask for towells for the pool few times...something i shouldn't..... once my husband had to dry my kid with his tshirt because he didnt look that there wasnt any. Pool was warm it was a plus. Also you peloton doesnt really work...couldnt connect etc

Clean and quiet. Has Ricky's and Famoso pizza attached. Downside, hot tub was out of service and was not available during the stay.

I really loved how the hotel rooms were well cleaned and prepared for us guests. The hallway was really peaceful and there was no disturbance that we can report. The staff was really friendly and always greeted us when we were leaving or coming back. Every inch of the hotel was amazingly clean. Definitely will book at Radisson again for sure.

a little expensive almost $200 for a one night stay, unfortunately hot tub was out of order i wish they let you know before booking. that would have determined my stay. Staff was friendly though. overall okay, place was clean.

Hot tub was broken as with most hotels, had a VIP offer which I did not recive and the front desk wouldn't let me pay for their snack bar with a credit card.

In the past this hotel has always had a working restaurant this trip no restaurant nothing provided for breakfast also you have to ask to have your room cleaned

I like the pool and the spacious room

I loved how freah and clean the hotel was. It was easy check in and out, really comfortable bed and great pressure in the shower. Pool was fun .

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was quiet on the 4th floor. The pool was a lot of fun for the kids and there was a small fitness center available.

The building was pretty run down, the hottub was not working nor was there a restaurant to eat in as it was under contruction. Not having those amenities made it not worth the price we payed.

I liked the water bottles in the rooms and that the rooms we had, had microwaves.

That there was no information to say the hot tub wasn't working.

Lots of noise with hotel facing freeway , meridian dividing roadway difficult to pull into. Was told the Hot Tub was operating prior to booking . This was false . Grandchild got locked into bathroom , wasn’t informed the bathroom door was broken on the inside . Very Dissatisfied with this Hotel

I had 2 rooms booked for my daughter’s birthday. 1 larger room (6 person) and 1 standard room. I booked the rooms over a month in advance and then 2 weeks before our check in I called the hotel directly and asked if it would be possible to make sure we had the rooms side by side or at least close. The employee I spoke with (I have her name and date I called) told me yes, not a problem she would add that to our booking and that we would have side by side rooms as it was going to be 2 adults and 8 kids so we wanted to ensure we were all close to each other. Upon arrival and check in they hand me the room keys and I noticed not only weren’t we side by side, we weren’t even on the same floor. When I mentioned this to the employee checking in she apologized and said they had to move my rooms around and gave one of my rooms to someone else as per her manager. I explained how I booked in advance, then even called and spoke with someone and they guaranteed my rooms together. She “apologized” again and said nothing could be done as the hotel was now fully booked. Now we obviously made this work since we had no choice but what crappy service to guarantee something to a customer then turn around and go back on your word. And why should someone else get my room that I booked first? We were also really bummed to find the hot tub broken down and fully drained and not available for our stay with no advanced warning. For the price and lack of service I definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

Issues with electricity and also furnace issues. Hot tub has been down for a long time. No heat in room first night. Lost electricity second day too. Fridge wasn’t working but they argued it was. Most light bulbs burnt out in the first room. The first 24 hrs were awful but ok after that

Hotel hot tub and restaurant were both non-operational during my stay. When I called to confirm the reservation, front desk staff did not notify me about the restaurant closure. My husband was staying at this hotel for an Innotech conference and the lack of restaurant made things very challenging. Would not recommend this hotel.

Website says about dining and breakfast . Get there and restaurant downstairs is permanently closed and no breakfast in the morning. Should have it on website. Disappointed bigtime. Never again.

Cleaners should remember to clean out fridge. There was milk in there from a previous guest. Other than that, great place to stay! The restaurant had the best hamburger and fries I’ve ever had in a hotel before.

We went as a group with lots of rooms booked for a team out of town game. We called to confirm the pool would be open and they said yes. Upon arrival they stated the pool was open but very cold so to use at your own risk. The pool was extremely cold and the hot tub was empty. The staff was rude about it and we were told management would call us Monday, after our stay, to discuss any reimbursement. None of the families heard from them
