Krabi Heritage Hotel

La chambre et l'hôtel sont propres.

Cependant, l'accueil est loin des standards rencontrés habituellement en Thailande (ou en asie en général) : pas de sourires, les interactions avec le personnel sont inexistantes. Les nuits sont bruyantes, à cause du red district situé à proximité immédiate de l'établissement. Le couloir donnant sur les chambre résonne énormément, ce qui peut réveiller à n'importe quelle heure de la nuit.

Para el precio del desayuno, hay muy poca variedad. Recomendaría reservar sin desayuno y desayunar por vuestra cuenta. El personal no es tan servicial como cabría esperar por el precio del hotel. A diferencia de otros hoteles en los que nos alojamos en Tailandia, aquí no nos ayudaban con el equipaje. Tampoco solían saludarnos al entrar o salir del hotel.

It is a simple hotel, good value for money at the time we booked. In the city, but not right on the main road, so a bit more quiet maybe at night. Clean and pool area were also pleasant, but nothing super special.

The rooms could use a refreshing update and breakfast was very bad actually.

Bed is wat hard. Ontbijt was ok, maar wij kozen ervoor om bij eettentjes in de buurt te ontbijten. Die hadden namelijk o.a. heerlijke yoghurt bowls en toast met avocado en gepocheerd ei aan.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the attitude of some of the staff, who were consistently rude and unwelcoming. On several occasions they were dismissive, even clicking their fingers at us, which we found disrespectful and unprofessional. We also had problems with our final bill. We were charged for extra food and drinks that we never ordered and then had to dispute these charges. To make matters worse, we were also accused of taking a teaspoon from the room that was never there in the first place and were asked to pay for it. This left us feeling as though we were being unfairly treated. The facilities were also disappointing. The swimming pool closed early every evening, and there was no food or drink service available after 7pm, which is very inconvenient for guests returning after a day out. The TV in the room did not work, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and often unusable, and during our stay there were three separate power cuts. The door alarm also kept going off for no apparent reason, making it difficult to relax. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious, clean, and the shower had good water pressure. The hotel is also in a great location, making it easy to access local attractions. Unfortunately, the positives were outweighed by the poor customer service, billing issues, and lack of reliable facilities. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

The location is great. The staff are helpful. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath AND shower. Hot water works well. The pool is nice but small. The breakfast was basic but ok.

The bed was hard. No pork. Not many vegan options. No almond milk. The WiFi keeps cutting out.

Always choose to stay here. Good location, lovely staff, great clean rooms and very comfortable.

There was plenty of choice for breakfast which was great. I have been to Krabi heritage before a long time ago 2003 or 2005 there abouts and I was pleased with the hotel and facilities then, hence my return back nearly 21 years later.

I think Krabi heritage hotel have all things covered and sorted really. The only thing I would suggest which would generate more income for the business is to review pricing of the hotel bar.Due to lots of local hotel competitors and lots of bars and restaurants in ao nang close to krabi heritage hotel that sold cocktails and alcohol cheaper. We found our selves only purchasing alcohol from the Krabi heritage hotel once - as other places were cheaper. It’s just nice when your a parent to relax by the swimming pool - with a nice cocktail that’s all , without spending to much money when your on a family budget. Or if one of the parents doesn’t want to leave the hotel and doesn’t want to go to far can have an alcoholic beverage that’s reasonably priced before going to bed early, especially after dealing and entertaining your young children all day . I feel the hotel would greatly benefit from this whilst maintaining the very friendly and family vibe and respectable image they already have, without encouraging youths who just want to go clubbing.

The aircon units outside the balcony were noisy. It was noticeable when They went on whilst sitting outside. Although I appreciate maybe little can be done about this. Just ruined the early morning birdsong a bit.

Onze douche was koud, 2x gemeld bij de receptie en die stuurde wel een monteur. Dan konden we 1x warm douchen en daarna bleef die weer koud.

Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre et l'hôtel de façon générale étaient propres et agréables. Le café et le thé à disposition dans la chambre c'est un petit quelque chose qui fait toujours plaisir. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est également parfait, nous avons pu faire beaucoup de choses.

1) Bathrooms are extremely small. 2) The shower head was broken 3) Even after informing staff the toiletries were never refilled 4)Stayed there for 3 nights didn’t even change the sheets once 5) Not many food options just eggs,fruits and 2 more continental items like bacon and noodles. NO INDIAN FOOD (majority guests were Indians) Also the reception sometimes wont pick up the phone and they were rude as well. WIFI was never working couldn't even checkin for my flight.

Great hotel location and friendly staff. Hotel shows signs of wear and tear like in the bathrooms but rooms are clean. Mountain View room has fantastic scenery. Breakfast had a very poor selection, go elsewhere in town. Overall good experience.

Staff was doing their best to make us feel comfortable. So 10/10 for staff, they are really nice.

WiFi was a nightmare. Sometimes works, sometimes doesn’t. 1 minute works, the next - doesn’t. Working with something like Google Docs is almost impossible. We’re contacting reception on number spud times during days but it was obvious they just don’t know what to do.

Good location and comfortable clean bedroom. Pool area was nice and quiet. Front-office staff was nice.

There is a disco nearby and it won't let you sleep right away as bedrooms are not soundproofing and you can hear the party or the other guests arriving from it. We also had a few concerns with breakfast. There are many options but nothing is refrigerated (cheese is melting for example).

Le désintérêt du personnel, peut accueillant. Ne nous regarde même pas quand on passe. Je suis déçue. Pourtant nous avons fait d'autres hôtels pendant notre séjour en Thaïlande, et j'ai été très surpris. La climatisation ne se règle pas du tout, impossible de la baisser, trop froid. C'est bien dommage !

Fantastic hotel only 5 minutes from the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful, everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean, lovely continental breakfast, rooms are spacious and airy, I highly recommend a stay here

Nice hotel and good location. I would say it is slightly outdated but not a big deal. The room was spacious with a small balcony. There was a smart Tv which was great. Helpful staff who can help you with booking a ferry or day trip!

Great location and clean hotel room. Easy stay that is away from the madness of Krabi at Songkran.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 2pm check in time but it got sorted soon after our arrival.

Ne-am simțit foarte bine. Piscina are apa caldă, copilul fiind foarte încântat de acest lucru.
