Pas assez de chaînes françaises pour les films..dommage!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Krabi! Everything about the hotel was exceptional — beautiful surroundings, a lovely atmosphere, excellent food, and, above all, an incredibly attentive and welcoming team. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely looked after. The staff were always kind, professional, smiling, and ready to help, making our stay even more special. A very special thank you to Bass, who prepared the sushi — it was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and always made with such care. We truly enjoyed it! We would also especially like to mention Nicky from the hotel restaurant, who was exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive to us throughout our stay. She always welcomed us with a smile and made us feel so comfortable and well cared for. Her genuine warmth and friendliness are something we will remember with great affection. Thank you to Bass, Nicky, and the entire hotel team for making our holiday in Krabi such a beautiful experience. Everything was wonderful from beginning to end, and we left with the best memories. We would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi. A truly wonderful stay!

הזמנתי 3 חדרים עבור המשפחה חדר אחד מתוכם משודרג לחדר גדול יותר עם ג׳קוזי בחדר. בחדר המשודרג היה ריח נוראי של סיגריות וקנאביס ולכן ביקשנו לעבור חדר. אחראי הקבלה היה לא סבלני, לא מתחשב, קצר מאוד ולא נעים. דיבר אלינו בזלזול וביקש שנעשה צ׳יק אאוט בשעה 8:00 בבוקר ונשאיר את המזוודות שלנו בלובי ונקבל חדר בשעה 15:00 כשבפועל הציפייה שלנו היתה שנקבל חדר חליפי, נעביר אליו את הציוד ורק אז נעשה ציק אאוט. מאכזב מאוד!

ארוחת בוקר מגוונת שמתאימה לכל אחד מאיתנו, צוות המסעדה היה מאוד אדיב ונחמד, לנו היה חסר קצת גבינות רגילות אבל מעבר לזה , היה בהחלט מגוון רחב של אוכל

לא היה שום דבר שלא אהבנו , הכל היה מעולה

Hotel muy bonito con instalaciones muy buenas, dos piscinas, un pequeño gimnasio y un buen buffet desayuno y variado. La habitación muy amplia y con todo lo necesario ( cama King size espectacular) , aire acondicionado potente , buen wifi , una tele con todo el streaming actual . Cerca muchísimos restaurantes y 7 eleven. Check in y check out rápidos . Personal muy majos.

Creo que pueden mejorar la limpieza en algunas zonas específicas, por lo demás ninguna queja sinceramente.

Het leek erop dat in de gang buiten de kamer en rondom het zwembad rommel soms wat lang bleven liggen voordat het opgeruimd werd.

We booked the deluxe private outdoor whirlpool room. The pool was so beautiful. It was my birthday and so happy the hotel staff sang a birthday song and gave me a cake. Than you to Nicky, Pol and Andy. You guys made my day. I would like to say thank you to Ta Gina. She gave us a very warm welcome. Certainly will stay here again.

Great resort. Perfect location on the main strip. staff were all amazing. Great spa. Good to have two pool options as the main pool was a bit too cold for us so we preferred the roof top one. Drinks at the bar are very affordable especially at happy hour! Even got a special cake for my bday when we checked in. Room was always cleaned early & spotless! Will be back :)

So clean and perfect location. The staff were incredibly kind - especially Khet at the pool bar he was a fantastic staff member who was really helpful.

The atmosphere was beautiful and serene and the massage was great. Everyone was super kind and I felt peaceful.

Such a beautiful resort, super clean, the bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the staff were so friendly and kind and the breakfast was unbelievable. They loved our little baby and made such a fuss over him. It really was the best experience and I was so sad to leave. I would highly recommend going back and for everyone to book this resort

Me my husband and baby stayed here for a week and it was wonderful. Nicky and Anda were so kind and helpful. We had lovely conversations. The room was gorgeous and spacious and so clean. The breakfast was amazing so many options to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for couple or families. It’s right in the centre and the staff here were so kind and helpful. Thanks for the best stay!!

מלוכלך, ריח לא טוב, קיבלנו חדר בלי מים חמים ולאחר דיונים העבירו אותנו לחדר אחר אך נאלצנו לבצע צ'ק אאוט, לחכות 3 שעות בלי חדר ואז לקבל חדר יותר נורמלי. לא ממליץ.

موقع ممتاز قريب من الشاطئ والأسواق والمطاعم، ويمكن الوصول إليها سيرًا على الأقدام. مسبح كبير ونظيف ومناسب للعائلات و الأطفال . طاقم العمل ودود ومتعاون. نظافة المنتجع جيدة، والأجواء هادئة ومريحة

الغرف صغيرة نسبيًا. يوجد مصعد واحد فقط، مما يسبب ازدحامًا وتأخيرًا خاصة في أوقات الذروة رغم أن الغرفة تحمل إطلالة جبلية وبحرية، إلا أن وجود بعض الإنشاءات ومواقف السيارات في الأسفل أثّر على جمال الإطلالة، لذلك لم تكن بالمستوى الذي توقعناه.

We could only stay for 3 days but wish it could have been longer. We had a great time and couldn't find fault with anything. The hotel was located in a great setting just a few minutes walk to ao nang beach but yet secluded. The food was excellent and the staff were really helpful and friendly, in particular a big shout out to Best at the pool bar even though he's a Chelsea fan 😂. Would definitely return if visiting Krabi in the future.

Very boutique, just gorgeous! Great locations near the hustle and bustle of Ao Nang. Short walk to the beach. Great food and pools. The staff very very helpful and so friendly. We had a great time. Cocktails, mocktails was lovely and the swim-up pool bar was nice. Never struggled to find a sun-lounger.

The hotel location is perfect you have outsides Starbucks and many food, 2 grat swimming pool . The staff were very nice. I will be back.

Best experience at Panan Hotel. We had Nicky, Poy, CIN & Chef Feeree at the BBQ Buffet at the restaurant, they were very helpful and friendly. Love the environment & their hospitality. The hotel was clean and very nearby to all the shops & attractions.

Our little family came to Krabi for holidays. We stayed at the outstanding and comfortable Panan Hotel. We were offered a magnificient dinner with amazing traditional thai dishes. On top of that, good pizza, excelent mango pannacotta and lava chocolate cake. The team in the restaurant were so professional and caring for us as their guests. Nicky, Poy, Cin & Feelee made our day with the attentions they put on us. They even offered some extra desserts and fruits. Service was quick, friendly and very efficient. My daughter forgot her teeth invisalign on the table and they even took it personally to our room. Congrats to the whole team for this pleasant evening!!

Two good pools, modern and clean, staff very attentive and polite

The resort was Very Good, pool bar and private pool were also very good. Breakfast was OK, very different from what we expected, however the variety was quirky.

Upstairs Pool Bar was always full of KIDS.... which was super annoying when there is a dedicated Kids Pool down in the main complex. Also Massively Rude foreigners, wont say which country, however they are in the middle east conflict !!!

The app we were supposed to use to book activities such as yoga did not work. We tried to book through reception but referred to QR code in room. Which didn’t work.

The hotel facilities are amazing, they exceeded our expectations. Staff are very friendly. The kids club was superb. Full of activities for kids and adults. There is a kids pool which was nice. I asked to borrow a yoga mat and the staff were very supportive. The breakfast is excellent. Outstanding quality.

Room service was quite slow and it took time for staff to restock the room with amenities. However, the experience is amazing overall.

Airport pick up and drop off (for a fee) very efficient and professional arrived early but was able to use the facilities pool etc before room was ready. All staff were great really friendly especially the travel desk team where we booked our trips. Rooms were big and very comfortable. Pool was nice and relaxing with plenty areas to sit and the swim up bar was good. Breakfast had a good variety and tasty.

The power kept turning off every 30 minutes

A really great place to have a comfortable vacation in a great location to town and beaches. The pools are lovely especially the roof top pool with the magnificent view. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help us. I loved that they acknowledged my birthday which was totally unexpected too. They even checked on my daughter when she was unwell. We appreciated their kind hospitality!

It's very beautiful hotel with an amazing pool, views around, and an amazing staff members. There were a lot of restaurants and shops walking distance from the hotel. Staff members especially Min, Lin, and Nicky went out of their way to help my family multiple times. Thanks to those who were always there to help. The hotel rooms were nice and clean. The view from the balcony were an amazing. Nothing much in the bathroom but it's clean.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this property during our trip to Krabi. The hotel is beautiful, with a great atmosphere, excellent service, and a very friendly and welcoming staff. A special thanks to Ms. Chabay Ta, who kindly helped us with an early check-in without us even requesting it. Her hospitality made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to Reeve Beach Club, which was a great convenience. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including Indian dishes, which we really appreciated. One of the biggest advantages of this property is its location. Everything is within walking distance—Starbucks, McDonald’s, Subway, and a 7-Eleven are right in front of the hotel, making it extremely convenient for travelers. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Krabi. We would be happy to stay here again!

Too many mosquitoes, can’t get in the room without asking the staff to bring the bug spray at night and they took like 10 minutes to show up

It was my favourite place in the whole time I spent in Thailand. Friendly and happy staff, cleanliness, housekeeping were fabulous, many option for breakfast. I stayed in two different rooms and they were both amazing. I’d highly recommend Panan. I was celebrating my birthday and the staff were so thoughtful to surprise me. I loved it so much Great value for drinks and meals + happy hour in the rooftop pool bar

I had the best stay here!!! From start to finish it was the best service! The staff were friendly and attentive, I spent most my days around the pool and the service just made it so much more enjoyable; towels on hand, fast drinks service, food was amazing, music was great! And everyone was so friendly. The breakfast had so much to chose from! Also wanted to specifically mention Nicky, she was an absolute delight to see in the morning, always made an effort to say hello while providing great service to everyone she’s amazing! The quality of the staff really help make your stay 10 out of 10. The rooms were clean and so comfortable and the balcony was perfect at any time of the day especially with the big chairs to relax on! The location was right next to the beach about a 5 minute walk but far enough to have a peaceful sleep. This hotel is so affordable for the level of luxury you get, I’d stay again any day. Last thing, I recommend the strawberry macarons at the lobby cafe they’re incredible!! Thank you again Panan

Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have ever experienced. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon trip because of its positive reviews and the room category we booked. We reserved a Deluxe Cliff View room, but when we opened the curtains, we were shocked to find an active construction site directly in front of our room instead of the advertised cliff view. After raising the issue, we were moved to another room. While the view was slightly better, the room was extremely dated and poorly maintained, with furniture showing significant wear and damage. During our stay, we also experienced a persistent ant problem and were bitten multiple times. Although pest control was arranged, there was no follow-up, apology gesture, or effort to make up for the inconvenience. Another frustrating experience occurred on our final day. Before leaving for a full-day island tour, we requested room cleaning through the app. When we returned exhausted in the evening, we discovered that our room had not been serviced. Staff informed us that the room was marked as “Do Not Disturb.” However, the door system had been malfunctioning and had automatically activated the DND status when the door was closed. We explained the situation, but instead of receiving understanding or assistance, the staff responded in an unprofessional and sarcastic manner. We then had to leave the room again and wait elsewhere so housekeeping could finally clean it. As a four-star resort, we expected at least some acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused throughout our stay. Even a simple apology card, complimentary drink, fruit plate, or gesture of goodwill would have demonstrated care for guests. Unfortunately, there was none. What disappointed us most was not the individual issues themselves, but the complete lack of empathy, accountability, and customer service shown when those issues were brought to the hotel’s attention. This was supposed to be a special honeymoon trip, but the experience left us feeling frustrated and deeply disappointed. We would not choose to stay here again and cannot recommend it based on our experience.
