מלון נחמד מאוד, הסביבה יפה, החדרים גדולים. ארוחת בוקר נחמדה. הצוות נעים ושירותי. מיקום מצויין, ממש על הרחוב הראשי אבל לא שומעים את הרעש בכלל. תמורה טובה למחיר 😁

הזרם במקלחת לא אחיד ולפעמים היה ריח לא נעים בשירותים. חוץ מזה באמת היה נחמד מאוד

Resort bellissimo, ben curato e manutenuto. Spazi ampi che non fanno sentire mai stretti. Colazioni ottime, camere spaziose e di ottimo gusto. Personale gentilissimo.

We had an issue with our room and we were moved to a different bungalow after one night. Charles was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. We loved our terrace by the lagoon with the amazing water monitor lizards. The breakfast was good. Even though the hotel was in the centre of Ao Nang, close to the beach, it was really peaceful. We liked the lovely grounds and gardens.

The bungalow was too dark, no adequate lighting. The bathroom was equally dark. The water pressure in the indoor shower was poor. The outdoor shower head seemed blocked in several places, so the water squirted everywhere but where you wanted.

Die Sorge, dass wir von Mücken gestochen werden, hat sich nicht bewahrheitet (Reisezeit August). Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Man kann auch gleich um die Ecke bei 7 eleven einkaufen, was unseren Kindern sehr gefallen hat.

Dr locatie was prachtig. Midden in de stad maar daar merkte je niets van. Het hotel lag in een zijstraat en omgeven door groen. Goed ontbijt!

Peace Laguna is a total gem. It’s conveniently close to the main street, yet surprisingly quiet and peaceful. While the entire staff is wonderfully friendly, Charles and Nalinee are absolute superstars! I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone planning a stay in Krabi.

La ubicación ( muy céntrico), el personal y las instalaciones comunes ( tres piscinas, comedor,…). Rápida, eficaz y eficiente actuación que tuvieron ante pequeños problemas que tuvimos en las instalaciones.

Mooi hotel met heerlijke zwembaden. Het ontbijt is erg lekker en uitgebreid. Het ligt vlak in het drukke gedeelte van Ao Nang waar je heel wat winkeltjes en restaurants hebt. Toch is het lekker rustig in het hotel zelf. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en gedienstig.

Top personeel! Charles heeft ons enorm veel geholpen!

Bedden waren vrij hard en kamer had opfrissing nodig maar de verbouwingen zijn volop bezig, dus een aanrader!

Superbe hôtel, très bien entretenu. Le resort date sûrement de quelques années mais tout est nickel et entretenu. Le personnel est aux petits soins et on sent beaucoup de sincérité dans les sourires. Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortables, la salle de bain est très grande. La climatisation est très performante sans souffler directement sur le lit. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas des commerces et de ma plage.

Les piscines ne sont pas très bien aménagées et manquent d'ombre. Elles sont très propres et parfaitement entretenues

It was a lovely place to stay very friendly staff and rooms were nice and spacious

Amazing resort. We stopped in low season and it was so quiet - we often had the pool close to our room to ourselves most of the day. The staff are friendly and work so hard to make sure the resort is clean and tidy. Our room was huge and we loved having the outdoor shower too. Great location and just a 3 minute walk to the beach front and lots of restaurants and shops around.

The room was quite dark as the sun went down because it’s lots of low level lighting/lamps. Didn’t bother us too much but getting ready in the evening wasn’t the easiest

Super schöne Anlage, toll waren die Snacks am Nachmittag und die Poolanlagen, die Lage ist auch perfekt man fühlt sich wie im Paradies ist jedoch aber auch schnell im Geschehen.

Im Bad hat es extrem gestunken wofür sicher das Hotel nichts kann. Allgemein sind die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

My room 4103 had bad smell and requested to change to another room ,but i was told hotel is fully booked. I had to change hotel. And they declined refund I understand that my reservation was marked as non-refundable. However, this was not a case of simply changing my mind or voluntarily cancelling a non-refundable booking. I was unable to stay because the room provided had a very strong and unacceptable sewage/bad odor, making the room unsuitable for accommodation. When I checked in, the room had a strong sewage-like smell. I immediately asked the hotel to change my room, but I was told the hotel was fully booked and no alternative room was available. I therefore had no reasonable choice but to book another hotel and check out after about one hour. Only when they saw me leaving did they offer another room, after previously telling me this was not possible. I believe the hotel failed to provide a reasonably usable room and failed to offer a solution when I first reported the problem

La localisation et le cadre. La gentillesse du personnel.

Salle de bain pas top et le ménage quotidien un peu trop express ! Le petit dej est correct mais sans plus ! Il faut attendre parfois longtemps et re demander pour le re approvisionnement.

Llegamos por la noche y solo hicimos una noche allí. En lo que refleja la habitación era cómoda y el desayuno fenomenal.

The staff were so kind and attentive. The property was very clean (we had a private cottage) and we made good use of the jacuzzi and outdoor Balinese style shower. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options. The hotel is also located in a great spot not far from the beach and shops. Thank you for a great stay!

Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal hier, dieses Mal nur einen Tag als Zwischenstopp auf der Fahrt nach Pag Pagara Pier nach Koh Lipe. Frühstück wie immer ausgezeichnet,.alles da von frischem Omelett, Thai Speisen, Früchte, Brot und Gebäck, professioneller Kaffeeautomat usw.

The rooms are a decent size and well planned. But the bathrooms are really really bad especially the plumbing.

It was not very clean, and the bathrooms had very poor plumbing so the shower was not great. The toilets kept getting blocked by a small amount of tissue Also. A couple of times it flooded the bathroom.

Close proximity to Krabi restaurants, beach, entertainment areas and massage businesses. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable, pool areas were pretty good.

The hotel bungalow allocated had an outside shower attached to the main bathroom via a door. Showering you were exposed to the humid weather and despite the high walls surrounding the shower recess you could see the other multi storey surrounding apartments which made you feel that people could see you in the shower. Would of preferred a inside shower as part of the main bathroom cooled by the room air conditioner. The shower rose was also old and rusty and the spray of water was not direct. The breakfast area was upstairs adjacent to the main lobby. Having breakfast was not a pleasant affair as it wasn't air conditioned, only small fans , and by the time you finished breakfast you ended up quite hot and sweaty. The main pool area needs to attention as it is a little run down and doesn't have much shade from the midday sun. The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy at night and we found it hard to adjust the fan level to a comfortable setting, level of air output. Adjoining rooms were not noise proof from adjoining neighbours.

Very relaxed atmosphere, beautiful reception and bar area plus great breakfast for a great price. Location is perfect, next to beach and surrounded by a range of shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely return.

Loved everything but sunbeds and pool area a little tired looking, could be updated.

This resort was incredible throughout our stay, we arrived abit early due to the flight but from the start the staff were very welcoming, the reception was well designed (open reception) there were three pools, a gym, and library for us to entertain ourself while waiting for the room to be ready, and we had an upgrade it was great! We couldn’t ask for a better location, although its close to the high street but its was peaceful, it’s less than a minute walk and you’ll be on the high street where all the restaurants, nightclubs and massages and shops are. We stayed in Krabi many time before and this was by far the best one. The security was 24/7 and friendly. The whole resort is big but you can get around easily. There are variety for breakfast combine both Thai and western, I couldn’t fault a thing about it, we will come back again for sure given its reasonably priced. Thank you!

Probably a really nice hotel when it first opened. The grounds are beautiful.

ZERO Wifi (although they did have it - it just didn't work) The wiring in the room was dangerous. The lights switches were actually touching the mattress. I had 3 power cuts in one night. Repair man came out twice. Three lamps in my room would either not switch on or off. Final straw was when one of the switches by the mattress was so hot i thought there was a risk of my mattress going up in flames. Outside lighting very poor. It would be nice to see where you are stepping at night!

Top lokatie overal vlakbij. Ideaal om even het stadje in te lopen voor een boodschap, massage of wat te eten. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Ecosistema tipo laguna con zonas comunes y habitaciones bien integradas, ubicación muy buena y personal muy amable.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien, mucha condensación de agua y eso hacia que el suelo estuviera siempre húmedo. El WiFi en las 2 habitaciones no funcionaba y en ocasiones había que ir al lobby. La bañera no desaguaba, pero esto lo arreglaron al momento de decirlo.

The resort is in a great location close to the beach and the shops . The staff were nice and the pool villa a great size

We had to get the internet fixed four times in 2 days before we had adequate wi fi. The check out process is not good. The service was abrupt and rude while you are made to wait while they check out whether you have stolen anything from the room. I understand they need to check things out but I have never had an experience like that. And then we were charged for items we never even had. Not a nice way to leave a resort

Le lagon, les piscine et la taille de la chambre.

Certains équipement un peu vieillissant comme la baignoire et la salle de bain.

De ligging van het resort is helemaal top. Ook dat er meerdere zwembaden zijn was erg praktisch, want er waren altijd wel ergens bedjes waar je een beetje schaduw kon vinden. De bedden in de kamers waren heerlijk comfortabel.

Je ziet wel dat het gedateerd is. Een grote opknapbeurt zou geen kwaad kunnen.

Villa room and the second biggest swimming pool

Villa room batroom a bit too warm due to lack of AC im that part. Lights in bathroom were not good enough.

We were welcomed at reception and throughout all our stay with smiles, and they were all helpful. The resort is stunning, and having 3 pools & 2 kids' ones was so nice—so it never felt like it was crowded. Having a few small monitor lizards swimming in the water was so cute, as were the resident cats, geckos, and a few frogs. The rooms were spotless and were cleaned daily. We had 2 x double rooms (with a large sofa bed—one child slept on that). The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of European-style and Asian offerings; therefore, kids were happy too. Recommend the green curry and Penang. Pool/beach towels available daily and bottled water in your room. The daybeds in reception were a lovely place to chill, and we used hotel transport to get to and from the airport. It is a great base for island hopping and day trips. The bars, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, and our beloved 7 Eleven start 1 m from outside the reception. I cannot recommend this place enough and will return.

The only thing that we can give the resort in terms of constructive feedback is that the area you can use for a shower (after check-out/before you leave) could do with a revamp.

Les piscines sont tres agréables, les chambres sont immenses, confortables avec une magnifique déco. L’hotel est tres bien situé, près de nombreux restaurants, de 7eleven et à 6 minutes de la plage. Tout se fait à pied. La salle de sport est petite mais il n’y a jamais personne.

We love this place, everything about Peace Laguna. The Staff, The Service, The Food, The Location, The Cleanliness, Facilities & The Value For money for a stay here are all second to none. This wasn't our first time staying here, and won't be our last. Once you stay here, it would impossible to even consider staying anywhere else in Ao Nang. 5/5.👌

These cottage houses are crazy. I loved it. The room was big with bath tub and an outside shower aswell. Breakfast was fresh,delicious and you can choose from a lot of option. This is on a private road and 1 minute walk from the main street and 5 minute walk from the beach. Highly recommend.

Its lovely, its surrounding is beautiful and you have a lagoon around you. 3 pools. The staff had an afternoon tea every day which was a very nice touch. All the staff were extremely helpful. We booked for 4 day and stayed an extra 5 nights. The location is only minutes away from beach.

Hoe de accommodatie is ingericht, de natuur is mooi.

Ik vond dat de accommodatie mooi was, maar de kamers slecht/zeer slecht onderhouden. Ondanks dat ze net een jaar gerenoveerd zijn, worden ze niet goed onderhouden en zijn de badkamers vies. Beddengoed hadden vlekken. En het Personeel liegt. Ik had 1 paraplu gekregen in de camera bij uitchecken werd er gezegd dat ze 2 paraplu’s niet konden vinden. Ik vertelde hun dat ik er maar 1 had en dat die in de badkamer lag, omdat die nat was. Ze konden hem niet vinden. Ik moest toen voor 2 paraplu’s 600 bhat betalen. Het gaan niet om het geld, maar ik voel me genaaid. Ze zijn niet betrouwbaar en willen extra geld verdienen op je. De locatie was wel weer prima. Dicht bij het strand en aan de oan nang straat. Het restaurant bevindt zich op de tweede etage die alleen met een trap te betreden is. Als je oud bent of een kinderwagen hebt dan heb je een uitdaging. Het restaurant is open en geen airco dus lekker warm en je wordt kapot gebeten door muggen. Uitzicht is dan wel weer mooi.

Amazing property. Nice location. Quiet but super central.

Stuff seams fake smiling often. They smiled in your face and turned around with another - felt sometimes uncomfortable. They controlled the rooms that you didn’t steal anything in the room and let you wait like a prisoner. We felt sooo uncomfortable and like to be controlled not being wrong. Wtf? Never happened in any hotel doesn’t matter in the world. And we travel all over the continents.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument fantastique dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation. Les chambres sont très grandes, magnifiques, parfaitement aménagées et d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous nous y sommes sentis extrêmement à l’aise dès notre arrivée. Le cadre est tout simplement incroyable : dépaysant, luxuriant et particulièrement reposant. C’est l’endroit idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de ses vacances. Les piscines sont superbes et parfaitement entretenues. Elles constituent un véritable atout de l’établissement et offrent un cadre exceptionnel pour se relaxer tout au long de la journée. Le petit-déjeuner est également un vrai point fort : très varié, copieux et délicieux, avec un large choix de produits pour satisfaire tous les goûts. Un excellent moyen de commencer la journée. L’hôtel bénéficie en plus d’une situation idéale, proche de toutes les commodités et des principaux centres d’intérêt, tout en conservant une atmosphère calme et apaisante. Nous tenons également à souligner l’extrême gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. Toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins pendant notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié qu’ils aient gardé nos valises après le check-out et qu’ils nous aient permis de continuer à profiter de la piscine en attendant notre taxi. Ce genre d’attention fait toute la différence et témoigne d’un véritable sens de l’accueil. Un immense merci à toute l’équipe pour ce séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Freundliches Personal und guter Service. Die Preise in der Minibar sind sehr fair. Der Pool ist gepflegt, und die gesamte Anlage wirkt sehr sympathisch und einladend.

Der Bungalow bietet viel Platz, ist jedoch etwas dunkel. Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Auffrischung gut gebrauchen.

Excellent location with all the convenience nearby, a gorgeous backdrop of a limestone hill and lush greenery. Delicious local noodle stall right outside the entrance, and a small but lovely Mexican food place with lively performance. Buffet breakfast was good, with good choices of Western and Asian options, made to order omelette and even green juice, for 300baht per person. They also offer complimentary tea time bites daily (different choices daily, ranging from fruits, thai desserts or cookies/ biscuits with coffee or tea). Relaxing atmosphere and spacious.

The only thing is mosquitos. Other than that, there’s ntg I want to complain about. I can imagine the place being more gorgeous if the landscapes are more well kept but i also understand that it is very expensive to maintain.

Location is excellent. Just 5 mnts walk from ao nang beach. Everything you need is available just outside the hotel. Staff at the reception was exceptional kudos to them, will miss them. Nestled between the hills, beautiful scenic views, name justified peace laguna resort

Breakfast was ok ok, nothing for indian vegetarian people. All the items were repetative. Run of the mill items. Need lot of improvement needed. Chick peas cooked with parantha were hard like rock. The staff at the breakfast counter was rude. When Asked for fresh egg to be fried made all kinds of faces. Bit of mosquito problem. Rest was excellent

-hotel itself is old yet renovated. i like that they have 3 pools eventhough there was a construction and loud noise in one of them so we couldn’t use. -rooms are beautifully renovated. It’s just I believe AC wasn’t clean so there was this heavy weather in the room on upper buildings.

-breakfast; if you expect a fresh juice in your south asia travel, this is not the place. Repetetive same breads, quality isn’t good, breakfast room doesn’t have AC. Or they don’t offer anywhere closed. -staff especially in breakfast is not easy to approach, they try not to make eye contact neither speak english overall which is fine but I didn’t feel like that anywhere else in thailand. Exception of only one male staff in reception, english level was really bad for a 4 star hotel. -gym is in really bad condition as well as spa. -rooms service and food wasn’t good Overall i feel like great hotel, good location, poor management.

Bardzo dobre śniadania. Polecam zakwaterowanie w domkach - bardzo dużo miejsca i bardzo czysto. Tropikalny ogród w którym położony jest hotel jest sam w sobie atrakcją. Poza tym spokój i ciszy a jednocześnie bardzo blisko do plaży i głównych atrakcji w Ao Nang.

The environment is exceptional, a jungle in the middle of the city.

Maybe add a sun umbrella in the balcony because the afternoon the sun burns so it’s difficult to stay in the terrace, specifically the ones next to the lagoon.

Wszystkie baseny są naprawdę świetne! Lokalizacja jedna z najlepszych,w jakich mieliśmy okazję się znajdować. Pokój zawsze wysprzątany, parking na skuter również znajduje się pod hotelem. Poleciłabym zdecydowanie pobyt w tym hotelu ponownie.

Był z początku malutki problem z klimatyzacja ale został naprawiony,także żaden.

The only good thing about the property is Charles at the front desk, and the location perhaps.

The hotel is definitely not worth the money. The air conditioning is the worst. Charles very kindly upgraded us but the air conditioning was so bad it didnt feel like we were in a cold room at all. On top of that we were three people in one cottage and asked for water in our room. They dont give you additional water bottles if youve finished two for a day which completely wasnt enough for three people. When we asked for more water at night the lady at the night desk refused us more water and when i said i was ready to pay she said drink from your fridge. We said we have finished that too can you send us bottles she kept telling us about hotel policy. I was completely clear that i was going to pay for it but she dint understand. She hung up the call on me. When i called her back to point it out she said she did it on purpose. Her words “ I am bad to you because you are bad to me” thats why I hung up. Even if i admit I am a bad guest, she works in hospitality. She is paid to be kind and hospitable. It was not about the water i respect hotel policy and paid for it. It was the attitude of the lady and her behaviour. Really pathetic.

Mooi resort en huisjes, het buiten douchen was een belevenis op zich. Vriendelijk personeel. Fantastisch ontbijt.
