The breakfast was good. Our server was not so nice- looked like he was in a bad mood. The grounds & outdoor facilities were gorgeous, but we didn’t get to enjoy them since we were only there one night

The room is very need of modernizing- especially the living room area & bathroom. For such a large amount of $, the room should have been MUCH nicer

Perfect location to explore Zion (next to park entrance walking). Pool with views. Many rooms with mountain views (not mine unfortunately). Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Grounds are beautiful, next to river bank.

Pools and hot tubs are a little dated and surrounded by gates that somewhat hide part of the views, but still nice and worth it. Unfortunate timing for septic tanks cleanup mid day during my stay (better not be around lol). Otherwise one of the best properties in Springdale.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the Zion Canyon Visitor Center. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and delightful. The hotel has a beautiful, well-maintained garden that creates a relaxing atmosphere, as well as a great pool area. On-site parking was very convenient, and the complimentary laundry room was well-equipped.

The room space was a bit small for all our luggage.

Tolle Lage, geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes Zwei-Schlafzimmer-Apartment mit Blick auf den Pool und den Fluß. Zwei große Bäder, Gasgrill auf dem Balkon, schöne Anlage, zwei Pools, viele Grillstellen am Flußufer, ruhig, Küchenzeile vorhanden, Güstrow-Laundry, ganztägig Kaffee und Wasser verfügbar.

Bauarbeiten in der eigentlich tolle. Gartenanlage, mit Lärm und Schmutz. In einem Bad ließ sich die Badewanne nicht füllen, weil das Wasser nur als Rinnsal lief. In der Guest-Laundry funktionierte nur eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner, aus einem Angebot von drei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trocknern. Das Personal am Checkin und beim Frühstück ließ zu wünschen übrig. Beim Frühstück standen wir 5 Minuten, ohne dass jemand zu uns gekommen wäre, obwohl Personal vor Ort war, das nichts zu tun hatte. Wir sind dann in ein Café gegangen. Und beim Checkin wurde uns auch gesagt, dass wir informiert werden, wenn unser Zimmer früher fertig ist (zugegeben, wir waren zu früh dort, es hat leider in Strömen geregnet), dass ist aber nie passiert. Als wir dann 20 min vor der eigentlichen Einchecken-Zeit nochmals nachgefragt haben, war unser Raum fertig und zwar schon seit längerem. Statt dessen saßen wir zwei Stunden im Auto und haben gewartet. Wenn man anbietet den Gast zu kontaktieren, sollte man dies auch tun.

Albergo in posizione strategica accanto all’ingresso del parco Zion! La struttura è bellissima ma le stanze sono sicuramente da rinnovare. Gli ambienti comuni come il giardino e le piscine sono veramente comodi con i bambini. Il ristorante è assolutamente da evitare: trascurato, cibo pessimo, servizio disattento.

A beautiful hotel in a great location near Zion, with a very cute and well-maintained garden that gives the property a really relaxing atmosphere. The room was nicely cleaned and had everything you would normally need in a hotel room. The restaurant is also very charming, the food was excellent, and the staff throughout the property were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. The only downside is that the rooms on the bottom floor are not very soundproof, so you can clearly hear people walking around in the rooms above, especially early in the morning or late at night. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

De kamer zowel van binnen en buiten , douche, toilet waren sterk verouderd en volstrekt anders dan de foto’s bij de boeking beloofden, we konden niet geloven dat dit hotel onderdeel van de Hilton groep was. Ook het restaurant was een aanfluiting!!

Wir hatten ein 3-Zimmer Apartment direkt mit Blick auf die Berge und den Bach. Was will man mehr. Das Frühstück war a-la-carte und super!

Loved the high ceilings and the overall size of room. The lay out in our room was tricky with no wall space to put luggage so that was hard. Have a long dresser so someone could use the top for their suitcase would be helpful or perhaps more luggage racks in the bathroom shower was tiny with a large tub which is unnecessary. I think for most people. We love the proximity and overall I do think it was worth the cost to be able to walk to Zion national Park.

Probably would stay again, but would look around. You can’t beat the proximity to Zion though I would research to see if there was a hotel with better room layouts

The location is great.

It is not as nice as you would expect for the price. Felt like a motel or apartments that had been renovated, but lots of areas where it was not as nice as you would anticipate for something billing itself as high end. E.g., tiny shower in master bath, no luggage rack. Also the sofa bed had not been cleaned in some time and had Cheetos in the bedding when we tried to use it. Not acceptable.

Nice, comfortable room with balcony mountain view. Cleaning is very good. Located very close to the park entry. The staff at the reception is nice and helpful.

The carpet and the sofa need to be replaced. An early breakfast would have been appreciated. You can't wait too long for restaurants to open in the morning.

We had an amazing stay at Cliffrose Springdale, Curio Collection by Hilton. The location is unbeatable — walking distance to Zion National Park, which made everything so easy. We were able to park our car at the hotel and completely avoid the headache of parking in the park. The property itself is beautiful, with a spacious, walkable territory, stunning views, and a lovely pool and hot tub to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed dinner at the hotel — great food and a perfect way to unwind. And as a bonus, there’s an amazing French coffee shop right next door. Overall, such a special place — we would absolutely love to come back!

Nothing wrong with property, outlook beautiful. Ate in the hotel restaurant on our first night and had an unfortunate experience with the server which spoiled the evening. The whole episode was so off putting that we did not use the restaurant again for any meals - a bit of Customer Service training would not go amiss and would stop them losing income from this source.

Great location and the cozy atmosphere. Expected the room to be more spacious and have more shared facilities.

The location is perfect and we found quite relaxing our stay based on how the hotel is built and the scenery it has. The staff was really kind and helpful. We will definitely consider it for our next stay.

Although everything was really nice, we didn’t like that they charge you extra for WiFi (the phone signal was bad on our room) and that they give two water bottles only for membership guests.

The room was great. We originally booked the pool view king room. When we went to check in. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite. The extra space was great. The view from our private patio was amazing. I will definitely be back.

The pool could stay open later. 10 is way too early when you have a full day of activities.

Leider war unser Zimmer überbucht und uns wurde ein Zimmer in einem Nahe gelegenen Hotel vermittelt. Obwohl vereinbart war, dass sich der Preis für die Nächtigung nicht ändert, wurde der Betrag auf meiner Kreditkarte doppelt belastet. Trotz mehrmaliger Bemühung zur Kontaktaufnahme, habe ich die Doppelzahlung nicht erstattet bekommen.

La ubicación es fantástica, se puede caminar hasta la entrada del parque. También tiene cerca un muy buen restaurante y bar para comidas al final del día.

La habitación era un poco pequeña y no contaba con hervidor de agua. En mi opinión el precio es un poco alto

The hotel location was so close to the Zion Park entrance. The grounds were beautiful and the pool was nice.

本次旅行住的最舒服的一家！ 双床免费升级到了二卧套间，坐在阳台上就可以欣赏景色。 离公园也近，可以玩累了随时回来休息后再出发。 早餐现点现做，非常好吃，同时提供时间很长，适合像我这样刚睡醒不怎么想吃东西的人。 总体来说住的很惬意，非常适合度假。

一些可有可无的细节，但我觉得可以做得更好： 洗手台上的化妆镜没有电，所以无法使用。 第二天去的时候，门卡刷不开小泳池，而且不止我一个顾客碰到这个问题；同时泳池区域居然不提供毛巾。

The room was clean although outdated. Making up for that is the staff, grounds and location. The proximity to the park is outstanding. The shuttle service provided for the park and downtown made life so easy, no need to drive unless you want to. We can’t thank Dash enough and we do look forward to a return visit.

I adored the location. The river in the back of the property was perfect. The staff were so helpful. The fire pits were such a great touch.

Excellent - one word says it all. We stayed in one of their suites by the river. Bedding was super comfortable. The bathroom was so nice. It just felt like home.

Dostali jsme upgrade pokoje, takže jsme pro sebe měli celý velký apartmán. Hotel má skvělou polohu u vstupu do parku, kam snadno dojdete pěšky. Celkově zázemí, zahrady, welness atd. vše vypadalo skvěle.

Interiér apartmánu nebyl nejmodernější, ale vše bylo v dobrém stavu.

Fantastic grounds with a running creek and mountain backdrop! Clean room and accommodating staff that allowed late checkout so we could shower after our hike. Loved the on site BBQ stations for smores and easy walk to the park

We had an amazing experience here. We had a small issue with our room and they changed our room to an even bigger and better room, free of charge! The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and the service is great. It is so close to Zion which made it such a convenient place to stay. Highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back next time we come to Zion.
