For a property of this size, there should really be more than two washing machines and dryers. Many guests are on a road trip upon arrival and select the hotel for this facility.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the views were absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, and we really appreciated the extra towels. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious food and great coffee. We especially loved that the breakfast was different every day, so there was always something new to try. The hotel is a little more expensive, but it is definitely worth the price. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again!

Najlepszy hotel w czasie naszego 2-tygodniowego tripu w USA. Duży pokój, duża łazienka, balkon. Cudowne kosmetyki do kąpieli i po kąpieli. No i ten widok... Śniadanie jak na warunki amerykańskie całkiem ok. Jajecznica z proszku dla mnie niejadalna ale gofry, ser, bekon uratowały sytuację :). Miła obsługa na recepcji, która przekazała nam, że po check-out w dalszym ciągu mamy dostęp do parkingu, basenu i innych udogodnień (poza pokojem oczywiście).

This is a great location with a very helpful and friendly staff. The shuttle bus is conveniently located across the street and it was easily walkable restaurants. The pool at the end of a hard day of hiking was so relaxing with an amazing view

Wir waren in dem Hotel für 2 Nächte auf unserem Roadtripp. Wir haben das Hotel als Ausgangspunkt für den Besuch des Zion NP genutzt. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal. Die Shuttle Haltestelle ist unmittelbar vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war das Beste Hotelfrühstück auf unserem Roadtrip. Das Zimmer ist groß und sauber.

Ideaal om Zion te bezoeken. Om eerste shuttle naar het park te nemen, wandel je best vanaf hotel naar de ingang. Reken op 15 min. Kamer en uitrusting super en de A/C is stil.

There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. Their location is fantastic - easy access to Zion National Park with the park shuttle stop right across the street and equally easy access to restaurants and other places in town with the town shuttle directly in front of the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely - the view from some rooms and the pool area is magnificent and the pool area is very nice with plenty of space and a hot tub. We enjoyed using it a lot after a long day of hiking in Zion. The staff are excellent - very nice and professional and always wanting to help. And the rooms themselves are nice. Spacious and clean with a nice deck which we enjoyed using in the evening. Breakfast was also good and there was coffee, tea and hot cocoa out in the lobby 24 hours a day. If we go back to Zion (which we'd like to do), we won't look elsewhere - we'll just book the BW, knowing we'll have a great stay!

With so many options to stay in Zion, we're conflicted about recommending this Best Western. The front desk staff is hit or miss. Some are incredible and what you would expect of a Best Western. Others made us feel like they did not want to be there. The breakfast and housekeeping staff, however, were AMAZING. Smiles and greetings for everyone, restocking and fulfilling requests with energy, and when hubby spilled coffee on his arm, they jumped into action, offering towels & ice and cleaning up the spill. We ran into Sarah our housekeeper in the hall the first morning and although we didn't need our room serviced, we asked for an extra blanket and towel. She ran, literally ran, to grab it for us right away. Our room was clean and spacious. However the sofa bed mattress was thin with creaky springs and saggy parts. Our room was on the first floor in the last building. We could hear doors opening/closing, luggage bumping down the stairs, the guests above us and people walking & talking in the hall.

The location was wonderful! The bus stopmwas right outside the hotel and we were within walking distance of a number of places to eat.

I loved everything but I would recommend a larger laundry facilities. Being right outside the gates of a National Park I believe doing laundry is more of an in-demand occupation. We stayed in July during a less busy time and had to wait a bit.

Breakfast was poor - eggs / omelette looked like memory foam - virtually inedible. Burger patties were awful. Only decent muffins were the chocolate ones which were all gone by 7am!

המלון פשוט מדהים! ממש פינק אותנו ונתן לנו תחושה מדהימה ונעימה. מאוד הופתענו שבאורחת הבוקר, כמעט כל האוכל היה כשר. ממש הופתענו כיוון שבכלל לא ציפינו ונערכנו עם המון אוכל, ופתאום היה המון אוכל כשר. הפיט פייר שמפוזרים ברחבי המלון פשוט מדהימים וכיפיים!

We have been traveling for 2 weeks through 5 states and have stayed at several hotels, including 5 other BW hotels. BW Plus Zion Canyon was our most comfortable stay of all the hotels, including 2 luxury hotels. The staff at Zion Canyon are always warm and friendly. We have stayed here 3 previous visits and recognized front desk employees from years past (a good sign of satisfied employees). The entire property is surrounded by beautiful views of Zion. The rooms are spotless, the beds are super comfortable, the water pressure is perfect (best shower heads), and parking is very easy. The pool is the perfect temperature and there are a couple fire pits to sit at and enjoy a beverage morning or night. If you’re trying to decide where to stay when visiting Zion, just book the BW Zion Canyon. You will not be disappointed!

Abi was very sweet and helpful when I couldn’t find my booking. She always had a smile. There was also a gentleman there in the mornings that was always welcoming. The coffee was great and the breakfast was perfect. We can’t wait to visit Utah again. Gorgeous state♥️

Donny, the front desk welcoming staff, was excellent! Very friendly, helpful and professional. He recommended a room with an outstanding view and recommended his favorite restaurants. Breakfast was excellent and plenty of room for my family.

We loved the proximity to Zion! Pool and hot tub area were very nice! We enjoyed included breakfast! Our room had a balcony with Zion view! If we weren’t so tired, we would’ve done one of the fire pit areas! Loved having those options! We were able to use the pool area and pool shower after we checked out for the day per the front desk. Overall, we really liked this hotel!

Tolles Hotel. Super Lage, so nahe beim Eingang zum Zion National Park. Nettes Personal. Einfaches, aber gutes Frühstück. Schöner Poolbereich und Whirlpool.

Was uns ein bisschen gestört hat, ist, dass es bei einem Raum für 6 - 8 Personen NUR ein Bad hat. Das war sehr schwierig. Zum Teil mussten wir die Dusche beim Pool benutzen, damit alle fertig wurden.

Location is great - Springdale is a really nice town, friendly people and very easy to manage. The free shuttle to and from Zion Park is located just outside of the hotel, the hotel itself was clean, relaxed, the staff were great and very helpful and friendly. Having a guest self service laundry room was a bid plus.

Blisko Parku, Blisko autobusu parkowego. Było cos na śniadanie (bez cudów), owoc, kawka, gofry. Pokój bardzo fajny z tarasem. Do tego basen i jacuzzi, z którego było miło korzystać po parkowych wędrówkach. Personel tez miły.

I would definitely go back I highly recommend this BW. The pictures do no justice. So convenient to the park and free shuttle. Pool area is beautiful. Fire pits placed throughout the property.Views are amazing. A shuttle will even take you to restaurants & shopping. Free breakfast is always a plus😊

Located in Springdale, this newer Best Western is a delight. Situated between the mountains, the views are majestic. Located by Springdale’s bus stop #4, it is easy to travel to the National Park on the city’s free bus system. Walking to the entrance will take you about 20 minutes. The foyer area is inviting with a number of stunning pictures. The breakfast area is also located in the foyer area. One could sit inside or outside along the patio area. This Best Western is well designed with elevators to the second floor. Our room was indeed clean, the AC cold, a large TV, a good size refrigerator and I loved the walk-in shower. There is also an inviting pool on premise for those warm days. This hotel is a tad expensive, but I think all the surrounding hotels are about the same price. This Best Western is a tier-up from the normal Best Westerns. Not far is our favorite restaurant called “Oscars Café.” Mexican in style, they do serve plenty of food. Recommend sharing a plate for this place. Oscars is famous for their “carrot cake” for those that like dessert. The only complaint was that there were two soup cylinder containers that were empty in our room. This lapse did not falter our rating, though, with a strong 5 Stars. Well, this did not turn out to be a great hotel. The good - great location close to shuttle to the park entrance, beautiful grounds, nice pool and hot tub, nice desk and breakfast staff. The mediocre - breakfast was sooo mediocre it made Marriott Fairfield Inns look sumptuous. The bad: 1. slide rail based pulled down shade was dislodged and could not effectively be reinstalled, it was just obviously just ignored by cleaning staff, ops, and management 2. cleaning staff - second morning we didn’t get out of room until noon - cleaning staff in hallway - we noted a basket with towels in the hallway in front of our door - we said good morning and told them we were leaving (expecting them to clean the room since they saw us leave) - returned that evening and the basket was still there, the room had not been cleaned, the coffee not replenished, etc. Told desk and response was “oh, they don’t work in the afternoon” - told desk they were there when we left - same response. 3. cleaning staff - third morning - made sure tag was not on the door, and went to breakfast - came back and room had not been cleaned, but towels were removed from bathroom (same basket of towels left sitting where we had put it when they didn’t clean the second morning - left and came back late afternoon - nothing changed. Bathroom sink not wiped, faucet not cleaned, floor not wiped/cleaned, carpet not vacuumed (we left a couple of bits of cotton in two places) 4. there were not one but TWO requests for tips for cleaning staff on the counters in the room 5. this was $400 per night! So, if you are considering visiting this overused national park, be advised it is glorious, but way overused. And, that the area in Springdale is quite the tourist trap. Not terrible, just has moved so far upscale it is no longer a fun place to visit. If you are still considering Springdale - stay in Virgin, instead. Far lower prices, only a ten minute drive, and lots more options. If you must stay in Springdale, find a more consistent place than this BestWestern. Interestingly, perhaps the “+” on their attempt to rebrand relates to the grounds, but not everything?

Excellent location with a bus stop right in front of the property. Well maintained facility with a great pool and even had fire pits on site to sit and talk right near the rooms. Staff was exceptional with good selections at breakfast. A very short and easy trip and you are in the Nation Park. I highly recommend this location.

The location was ideal, the staff excellent and the view were beyond amazing! This property exceeded my expectations! Clean, great rooms. The breakfast was wonderful.

Located a 3 minute drive from Zion National Park or a short, free shuttle ride to the park (stop #4 - stop across the street to the park). You could get on the shuttle stop to the left of the hotel to go further down the main street if you didn't want to walk. At check-in, they gave us a big sheet of helpful information showing us the town and the park shuttle stops. Springdale is very convenient, you can walk to several other restaurants and stores from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious quiet and had a wonderful balcony with two chairs and a table to sit and admire the incredible mountain view. The room has a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a really nice Keurig coffee maker (modern, made coffee quickly), generic Keurig coffee cups, and a couch with a large open area and a separate TV (another by the bed). There was a long bench which was nice for my husband's bigger suitcase and a luggage rack. The bathroom was compact. My knee was about 2" from the open door. There was enough sink counter space. When you shower, make sure the doors are positioned so the one by the shower head closes completely touches the wall. My husband had the other one which didn't touch the wall, and the water flowed between the doors and was flooding the floor. We declined daily housekeeping with our Do Not Disturb sign, and Housekeeping put a plastic bin of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and a new roll of toilet paper by our door. First hotel where I have ever seen this! As a woman who feels anxiety when there is no spare toilet paper and the one on the wall is getting small, this was greatly appreciated! There are several units of rooms, so you have to walk outside for breakfast. We were in room 231, B unit on the corner. Stairs on one side and an elevator on the other side of the building. Behind it is the pool and hot tub. The water felt really cool in April, and the hot tub more warm than hot. A family with small kids was playing in it. Pool is open 7 am - 10 pm. There are outdoor firepits and a laundry building (24 hrs). The breakfast had scrambled eggs, one type of breakfast meat, and hash brown potatoes that were heavily peppered. The first morning, they were mostly black with pepper. That was the main drawback for me. Breakfast is 6 am - 10 am. Maintenance came after 1 pm the next day, like I requested to address water that had been trickling out of our shower. He tightened the shower head and showed not to tighten the turn-off knob too much (which I also had found out the previous night). Very nice person. End of April 2026, we paid $316/night or $362.48 with taxes/night. I had never paid over $1,000 at a Best Western before, but the room and staff were very good, and shuttle and park convenience were perfect.

Excellent option to stay in Springdale if you are visiting Zion National Park. Great location, clean bedrooms, nice staff. Good breakfast.

Excellent Option in Springdale for visiting Zion National Park. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, Springdale shuttle stop is in front of the hotel and the hotel is just 15 minutes by walk to the Zion National Park Visitor Center.

Breakfast could have been better

Unexpected gem! Near the main entrance of Zion National Park (walkable to the gates!) and right across from the Springdale Shuttle line, this hotel is in magnificent location. Landscaping was pristine, pool and hot tub were great, and buildings were all clean. Room was spacious and comfortable with a nice patio with two chairs. Staff very friendly and helpful. Even offered us free stamps for our postcards. Noticed that housekeeping was even leaving little baskets of towels and toilet paper outside of rooms that had the do not disturb tags, so they still got supplies without the room being entered. Breakfast included was usually eggs, some type of breakfast meat, muffins, cereals, yogurt, potatoes, and waffle maker. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint is that there is not a ton of parking near building D, and we noticed the same three cars parked in the close spots didn’t move for the entire three days there (occupying prime spots for loading/unloading and never moving).
