L'emplacement est parfait, à 2 minutes à pied de la entrée du parc de Zion. Le design de la hôtel, magnifique. Aménagement (terrasse, piscine). Grandes chambres. Accueil et suivi : une demande de changement de chambre à été rapidement prise en charge (odeur de marijuana dans la 1ere). Reductions dans le restaurantàcôtéet le magasin. Possibilitéde se garer en arrivant (donc avant l heure de check-) ; c'estun vrai plus (car les parkings visiteurs pour le parc se remplissentvm vite. En un mot, nous avons adoré notre (trop cout) séjour. .

The location was amazing! Right next to the entrance of Zion National Park, and near the Virgin River. Amazing gardens and setting and the room was comfortable and clean for a party of 2 or 3. Unfortunately we were a party of 5 and given the wring room type.

Upon arrival we were given the wrong room type. Travelling with a family of 5 we had specifically booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed in the lounge. We were instead given a room with one queen bed, and a fold down bed in the kitchen area as well as the sofa bed. This made the sleeping arrangements a rather uncomfortable. When I raised this with the hotel, I was told that there none of the room type we had booked were available. They did have larger upgraded rooms available which would have better accommodated us, however despite the mistake being on their side they insisted that we would either needed to pay for the upgrade for the larger room or accept the smaller room that they had available. Booking.com by contrast were fantastic. They contacted the hotel and tried to persuade them to provide us with one of the available upgraded rooms without an additional charge, but unfortunately the hotel still refused. Booking.com ultimately handled the situation extremely well and provided us with a refund for the room rate.

Great location right next to Zion National Park. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had an overall very pleasant stay.

Brak w cenie śniadań i bardzo ograniczona ich dostępność w barze hotelowym. Można zamówić tylko kilka rodzajów tostów i kiepskiej jakości burrito.

Equipement de l'hôtel. Très belle chambre - spacieuse et propre. Canapé lit meilleur que d'autres hôtel. Buanderie. Réduction pour le restaurant et magasin à côté de l'hôtel. Un des meilleurs hôtel lors de notre road trip. A 2 minutes à pied de l'entrée du parc.

Walking distance to Zion National Park. Nice room. Nice pool and hot tub. Permission to remain parked until 8 p.m. on day of checkout. Prompt action by office staff helping us with the disconnected television. (previous guest evidently disconnected it) One call and a young lady showed up within five minutes and resolved the problem.

Overpriced food at market owned by the hotel. No breakfast offered at hotel. Expensive food at restaurant owned by hotel.

Being so close to the entrance of the park and having those amazing views, food, bike (etc) rentals right on campus was amazing. We absolutely have everything that we needed and more.

I would highly recommend, If there was a downside at all - the mattresses were not comfortable (but that may just be preference). I would go and stay again even if the same beds remain.

Our room is spacious and with a beautiful view. The visitor center which where the shuttle bus is nearby the lodge and trail too! I just love how it is close by with everything! The staff are really nice!

Location of the hotel is very close to the national park. The view from the room is beautiful mountains near the park.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping came every day to clean and bring fresh towels, etc.

The service and hospitality are exceptional. The room is spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The location is excellent, with the shuttle bus conveniently nearby. The swimming pools are also a great addition, especially on hot days.

Unfortunately, the poor sound insulation completely undermined the comfort of the room. We could hear virtually everything, from toilets flushing to creaking floors and other noises throughout the night. As a result, we barely got any sleep during our stay.

Great location at the entrance to Zion National Park. You can walk to the shuttles that take you to the various trails. The rooms are a good size, and breathtaking views are right outside your door. The lodge has a small store and brewpub on the premises, as well as an outfitter store.. A (free) shuttle takes you into Springdale proper if you want to visit restaurants and shops in town. If you want to experience the beauty of Zion National Park, this is the place to stay.

We just happened to be in one of the few room that overlooked what appeared to be a dumping ground from when the hotel was built

Omg I loved how Zion national park was so close. Seeing the deers! Food was great! Loved the gift store! I can’t wait to come back! Loved the creek and swimming pool.

Wish the jacuzzi was working but no worries we got to use the swimming pool and the creek we were still satisfied with the amenities!

We had a great stay at Cable Mountain Lodge October 2025. A wonderful location with friendly and helpful staff. We then headed off to Bryce Canyon and received an email from Kamia at Cable Mountain informing us we had left some documents in our room. Kamia’s colleague Alexxis kindly sent our documents to a hotel nearer to our final destination on our road trip. We made it home thanks to Cable Mountain Lodge retrieving our ………passports. We highly recommend Cable Mountain Lodge.

Beautiful location! You see the mountains all around you! The park is so close! The staff were nice and helpful. The room was great and it was awesome having a washer and dryer to wash our clothes before we left. There is a store and restaurant right next door!

The AC unit and pipes banged in the walls and ceiling all night. They allow guests who have checked out to continue to use parking the following day, which made it difficult to find parking on check in. Price was not worth the stay.

Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Kingsite-Bett - sehr bequem. Ausblick zu den Bergen und eine kleine Terrasse. Eine richtige Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, eine Auswahl Geschirr und Besteck war vorhanden. Alles blitzblank sauber. Die Lage ist Soitze, unweit von Geschäften und den Shuttlebussen. Alles perfekt,sehr freundliches und hilfsbereiten Personal.

Es könnten etwas mehr Sonnenliegen am Pool sein.

We were on the ground floor and people above us stomped about late at night and early in the morning. Also, nothing worse than trying to make a cup of tea using a coffee pot 😝

What an outstanding property located right near the Zion entry and market and e-bike rental and coffee shop and lots more. Clean, pretty, large, comfy beds and delicious coffee provided in room were appreciated. Thanks also for recognizing our 43rd wedding anniversary. We are so glad we spent it with you all.

My family absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Cable Mountain Lodge. My husband is picky, but he couldn't stop raving about it either. The location is perfect. It's just outside Zion, so we crossed a short footbridge to get to the park entrance. A vehicle entrance is also nearby. Around the lodge, there's a supply store and a market, and near the footbridge and the bus stop that goes through the city of Springdale is a place to rent equipment river-walking. The check-in process was smoothe, and the young lady who checked me in was extremely sweet, welcoming, and efficient. We generally skip housekeeping when we travel, so we had our privacy tag on our door. The lodge texted us every day to make sure that we didn't need any extra supplies for our room, which we really appreciated. The room was more like an apartment, spacious with a stocked kitchen. The A/C was quiet compared to most hotels. The pool was wonderful - well-maintained with a full view of the Watchman. We also had no problems parking our car near our room. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Zion. This place was perfect!

The TP was thin, but that's the only complaint. Literally everything else was excellent. We bought some different toilet paper at the market :)

Location and overall vibe were excellent! Upscale and well appointed.

Not enough laundry facilities. Screaming kids in the hot tub area made it unappealing for adults trying to enjoy the facilites

Location is perfect, 4 minutes from park entrance. One doesn’t need to move car during stay. Very comfortable room w/lovely linens, comfortable bed. Large shower, nice big towels. Good complimentary coffee in room. Room frig not noisy. Discount at Brew pub next door and in the village nice perk. Pub has good beer.

Minor things: 9 pillows on bed; clock on microwave so bright we covered w/paper towel! Housekeeping came early and noisy, maybe a better system to let them know they’re needed like a card saying housekeeping needed? Gardeners mow grass too short!

Nothing could've been better

de locatie is prachtig en ideaal, precies bij de ingang van het National Park op loopafstand. Ook heel makkelijk om er te komen met de auto. Kamers zijn erg schoon en ruim opgezet. Bedden zijn ook heerlijk! Niks te klagen.

Je bent afhankelijk van welke kamer je krijgt of je een balkon hebt en of je uberhaupt uitzicht hebt op de bergen. Wij hadden een kamer waar we niet buiten konden zitten en geen balkon hadden, dit vond ik tegenvallen voor die prijs. Op het observation deck kun je gelukkig wel alsnog genieten van het uizicht.

Perfectly located to explore Zion, within walking distance of the visitor center and the shuttle. It was very convenient to have the car parked at the hotel while we went for hikes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we got a discount with some of the local shops when we showed our hotel card.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Zion National Park entrance/shuttle service. Located feet from small market, restaurant & outfitter company for hiking The Narrows. Also walking distance into town for shopping, restaurants and local chalk the lot/music festival. The pool and hot tub were open and very clean.

There is no better location than Cable Mountain Lodge. It sits right around the corner from the Visitor Center, which is stop #1 for the Zion Shuttle to go in to Zion Park. So there is no need to figure out transportation to get here. Zion Outfitters is also right next door, so we could just rent our gear for the Narrows and return everything easily. There were a lot of food options for the evening and a market.There is a lovely pool with a large hot tub. Two people in our group had massages at the spa which was nice after a long day of hiking. The rooms are very clean, and there is a large fluffy bathmat, and very large towels for a hotel. They also gave us 6 pillows. Overall we felt like this was the best decision we had to stay at this hotel and felt very fortunate we had chosen it.

There were 3 couples staying in 3 different rooms, and each room had a slightly different configuration: one couple had a large kitchenette with a toaster, stove and long countertop, another couple had a smaller kitchenette with a toaster and no stove, and we had the smallest kitchenette (microwave and fridge only, no stove, toaster or counter space), but we had a larger dresser for our clothes. I would have been happy with any of the rooms, but just fyi, that each 'King Room' is different. Perhaps it's because we booked it through a third-party site. Maybe if you book the rooms directly with them you can choose the room type you want.

Loved everything but the lighting in the room. Too dark or overhead light too aggressive and bright.

The location is excellent. The value proposition would be weaker, but for the fact that this property is right next to the walk-in entrance to Zion National Park. No worries about where to park. Though I didn't take advantage of it this time, on a prior visit, my wife and I made a spa appointment, which was great after a long day of hiking. The food options in the morning were sufficient, and the on-site restaurant is good.

The only things that weren't great were being on the second floor (though this did give a better view out the window), and the weird concrete barrier that suggests going all the way around on the sidewalk instead of going directly to the staircase for the second floor suite. The prices at the general store are kind of laughable. We decided it would be better to just go to the on-site coffee shop instead.

Loved access to the national park gate. The property was also very quiet and the pool was great too.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights in April. We booked one of the suites with a kitchen and a balcony. Very nice place. Lovely views from the balcony. The adjacent coffee shop was convenient. To get into Zion National Park we could just walk across a bridge. We avoided both the parking issues associated with visiting the park and the town shuttle. The only minor issue we had was a very squeaky front door (which woke up my wife when I went on early morning coffee runs). We mentioned it to the front desk and they addressed it. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel. Highly recommended. Not so much a room but an apartment! Very spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Excellent location for Zion NP and Springfield 'village' is a short walk away. We wish we had known it was so close as we would have made more use of the amenities there but there was a nice pub/restaurant 'on site' which was handy.

It's pricey but staying inside Zion park is the absolute best experience.Highly recommend!! We got the wall bed suite.The room was a little outdated but had a small kitchen and a balcony with a rock view. Would definitely stay again. I wouldn’t get wall suite room again if sharing with another couple.With only one bathroom (no on-suite) it was difficult.Be forewarned, the pull out bed was uncomfortable &broken.We slept on a slant and hardly got any sleep!(room 326) We had a top unit.It was great!I was worried we'd get a bottom unit(heard a lot of complaints with noise)

Lovely grounds, just a few steps to park entrance! We enjoyed the Brew Pup for a great lunch and for a post hike beer!

I have never left a review for a business in my life. I travel a lot and have to say I had the worst stay I have ever had in a hotel. The room above us was noisy from the poorly built hotel and this started at 6:30am. I called the front desk to let them know and nothing was done about it, and not only was nothing done but then the cleaners came in at 9am banging everything. We went to the front desk and spoke to the manager who was an older lady, whose reply was there was nothing she could do about it. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying here to find a different hotel.

The location here cannot be beat - you are staying (and parking) at the visitors center. The pool was nice and the views were great. Room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped.

The location next to the park entrance, convenience store, and brewery was excellent. The hot tub/ pool was a life saver after a hard day of hiking Zion.

Booked two suites for seven days. One ended up on the upper level (of two levels), with balcony. The other suite was on the floor level , slightly smaller, with a small back porch. Would have been nice if both rooms were the same.
