The manager was fully cooperative when I wanted to cancel my second night, even though he was only available as of 7:00 AM. Free water, coffee and tea available.

Very poor sound isolation, I could hear every other guest moving through the staircase or using the elevator, deep into the night. Very small shower and bathroom. This really does not live up to the 4 stars for which the accomodation is advertised!

Room air conditioning is very warm. At Nice it was 30 degrees outside and the room with AC turned on is at 28 degrees!! In general it is too warm. Not recommanded this hotel at summer months at all. Also the fridge basically won't make the drinks cool.

Ice maker at lobby. Staff are friendly too. But to be honest these can't compensate the temperture of the room, it's still too hot.

j’ai été un peu déçue par l’état de la chambre. Elle était assez ancienne et sombre, avec quelques détails qui mériteraient d’être rafraîchis : le papier peint commençait à se décoller par endroits et l’armoire n’avait pas de poignée. Les cadres avec les papillons à l’intérieur étaient couverts d’une épaisse couche de poussière.Le café mis à disposition dans la chambre semblait vieux et sec. La salle de bain aurait aussi mérité un peu plus d’attention : il y avait une odeur qui n’était pas très agréable, Les éléments autour du lavabo étaient rouillés et, dans la douche, il y avait des traces d’humidité et une sorte de moisissure qui ne semblait pas avoir été nettoyée. Le sèche-cheveux fonctionnait à peine, avec un souffle extrêmement faible.

Es gab viele kleine Extras beim Einchecken (Fächer, Trinkflasche). Das war sehr aufmerksam. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man hatte Zugang zu Kaffee, Trinkwasser etc in der Lobby. Es gab auch eine Mikrowelle. Das Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet.

Manchmal hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen im Zimmer.

Tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde ancak deniz ve eski şehir merkezine biraz uzak ama gene de yürünebilir. Deniz için gerekli her şeyi resepsiyonda bulabilirsiniz şemsiye, havlu ve kuma sermek için mat dahil. Resepsiyonda 7/24 çay kahve bulabilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar çok ilgili.

Odadaki eşyalar biraz eskiydi. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Ses yalıtımı çok iyi değildi.

The biggest positive was definitely the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel also offers some thoughtful extras that we really appreciated. In the lobby, is a fresh water dispenser, ice and coffee, plus clean glass bottles that guests can fill and take to their room. They also provide beach towels and beach umbrellas, which was an amazing surprise. We had planned to buy an umbrella and leave it behind, so this saved us both some money. The bed was comfortable, and the location is excellent. It’s just a few minutes from Nice-Ville train station and about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the restaurants, old town and the beach. Although the hotel is located on a main road, the traffic noise didn’t bother me. Maybe I just got lucky and nobody decided to honk outside while I was sleeping. We also appreciated how the staff handled an issue with our room. The air conditioning was leaking, so they moved us to another room, which actually turned out to be a nicer one. I think we were lucky they were able to accommodate us, as the hotel seemed to be almost fully booked.

The building is quite old. While that gives it some character, it also means you can hear pretty much everything happening in the neighbouring rooms. Some rooms, as well as the bathrooms, are also quite small. One practical issue was drying beachwear. The balconies don’t have any hooks or drying rack, so we had to improvise to hang our swimsuits and towels. Breakfast was probably the biggest disappointment for what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. It covered the basics: bread, eggs, cereal and so on, but very little felt fresh. The bread seemed to come straight from a bag, the scrambled eggs tasted like they were made from a pre-prepared mix, and the only fresh fruit available were a few tired-looking apples. The breakfast chairs also deserve a mention for the wrong reasons. They lean forward and genuinely feel like they’re about to collapse. The air conditioning worked, but we couldn’t adjust the temperature, only the fan. Another odd choice was the bedding. We visited during a July heatwave, yet the bed was still made with a thick duvet. There wasn’t even a top sheet underneath, so we ended up removing the duvet and sleeping with just the duvet cover. Finally, our first room didn’t have a full-length mirror. It may seem like a small detail, but I think that’s something you should expect in a 4-star hotel. I probably wouldn’t recommend this hotel to most people.

Poziționarea locației nu a fost tocmai ce ne așteptam, cu excepția faptului ca am avut gara foarte aproape fapt ce ne a permis deplasarea dintr-o parte în alta nu aș putea spune ca mi a plăcut altceva . Pe booking scrie ca e in centru, ca sa ajungem in centru trebuia sa mergem 1,2 km, la mare la fel Iar camera extrem, extrem de micuță, Dusul foarte incomod chiar și pentru o persoană, deci nu recomand persoanelor mai corpolente

Das Treppenhaus gehört dringend mal gesaugt und geputzt. Im Zimmer selbst ist einiges sehr abgenutzt und angeschlagen: Leuchte beschädigt, Bettkanten angeschlagen, Türgriffe abgeschlagen, an allen Ecken und Enden platzt der Lack ab.

Lots to like .. staff really helpful , they did an early check in for me with no charge, room was comfy and quiet and stylish.. very handy for the station Nice ville. The filtered water machine with carafes to use in your room meant ice cold water when it was 35 degrees outside . They also had free to use beach mats and umbrellas for guests

It is a 15 min walk to the beach / 25 to the old town which was fine for me but others may find that a bit of a trek in the heat of the summer

Location was excellent. Perfect for a city break where you are spending a lot of time touring. The free refreshments in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially Vera who went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Bathrooms were very small and the lift

Adequate rooms with a boutique feel. The room itself was actually more spacious than we expected. The bathroom was quite small, but it was clean and fit for purpose. I had seen reviews about the shower, but it was actually quite spacious and the water pressure was generally okay. Our room had a Juliet balcony, which gave us somewhere to hang beach towels to dry. There is a TV in the room and plug sockets next to the bed. The hotel Wi-Fi works well. As the hotel is close to the station, it can be a little noisy, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. That said, we couldn’t really hear any noise from within the hotel itself. Fresh towels were provided and the beds were made every day. The room also had tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. There was a full length mirror inside the wardrobe. The location is good - around a five minute walk from Nice Ville station, with bus and tram stops nearby, making it the perfect base if you’re planning to explore the surrounding area. It’s about a 20–30 minute walk to the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. The airport is less than a 20 minute taxi ride away (costing under €20). It would also be easy to reach the airport by train. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just beyond the station, around a 10 minute walk away, as well as lots of local cafés and shops nearby. One of the nicest touches was that guests could borrow beach towels, umbrellas and ping pong bats free of charge. We were also given a complimentary welcome drink from the fridge in the lobby, along with a small welcome gift that included a fan. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was always someone available during the day, and at night you could access the hotel using your room key. There is a small lift for taking luggage upstairs. On our last day, we were able to leave our cases at the hotel and use the lobby toilet to get changed before heading to the airport. We were also pleasantly surprised to be able to check in much earlier than expected on arrival. I am not sure whether this is because we had added a note to the booking saying what time we would land or just coincidence! There is a free water dispenser and coffee machine in the lobby, which we found really useful. We didn’t book breakfast, but we were told it could be added on any morning for a reasonable price. However, we didn’t get a chance to try it. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable, budget friendly base in Nice with transport links. We booked directly through the hotel’s website and it worked out much cheaper than booking through Booking.com.

I liked your receptionists, they were friendly, kind, helpful and professional. I did like the friendlyness of the reception staff and I really appreciated one of the ladies helping me download a program so that I could check in for my flight. I liked that the hotel is located about 10 minutes from the central train station and near many restaurants.

There were several things that I did not like. One was the cost of this hotel for the services and ammenities you received as a guest. I paid a lot of money for an advertised 4 star hotel and it turned out to be the level of a hostel or 2 start hotel. The hotel is located in a run down part of town near the railway station. The foyer of the hotel has a very small reception and the lobby is just a bunch of put together round tables. The dining room is next to the reception and also is quite unattractive. The rectangular tables are just cluttered together. No imagination, no decorations and one is crowded when one eats. The breakfast was horrible. They served scrambled eggs with bacon, some cheeses, peanut butter, canned fruit and bad tasting yougurt. It was what is severed in a pension not a four start hotel.

We chose this hotel, as we were getting in late at night, and it was close to the train station. They have 24 hour desk staff, so it was easy to check in at 2.00 in the morning. The room was clean and it had everything we needed including a small fridge and kettle. Most importantly it had a LIFT!

Toutes les personnes du staff avec qui j'ai interagi étaient très sympa, c'est un vrai plus. La chambre est bien décorée et aménagée (petit bureau, espace pour la valise, etc.) et le lit était confortable. Le fait de pouvoir travailler dans le lobby et de laisser nos valises à la réception est un vrai plus auss.

l'isolation sonore avec le couloir et entre les chambres. J'entendais la télé des voisins et tous les gens qui sortaient de leur chambre et allaient prendre l'ascenseur... Les voisins ont regardé la télévision jusque 1h du matin :(

The rooms are too small. If you are claustrophobic, you will have an issue with this. They also don’t refresh rooms on a daily basis.

I was only there for one day and I would definitely return for a longer stay. Staff were great , welcoming and friendly. Great room, modern, clean, and comfortable. My balcony while small, I would book again if available . I was able to enjoy being out under the beautiful tree to relax after a busy day out.

Everything was clean, comfortable bed, there was a lift, as we stayed in the 5th floor. Guest are offered a free drink while checking in and therefore guests have free access to coffee, tee and water in the reception. Hotel is situated near Nice Ville train station just 4min walk.

Нажаль, в номері стояв стійкий запах тютюну. Чи це минулі відвідувачі палили, чи то витяжка-кондиціонер тягнули запах, невідомо. Але для тих хто не палить в номері було важко знаходитись без відкритих вікон.

Aucune insonorisation et les chambres sont au bord d'une avenue avec beaucoup de circulation. Impossible de dormir, on avait l'impression d'être dans la rue avec les bruit des voitures. Inacceptable au prix de la chambre.
