Estaba cerca a la estación le villa nice. Cerca a la zona restaurantes, almacenes y buenos cafés . El personal muy amable.desayuno adecuado. Si solo se quiere ir a dormir está bien.

Muy pequeñas las habitaciones , pequeño el hotel abrir la puerta de la habitación era incómodo. No me pareció de 4 estrellas. No se puede tener sino una maleta pequeña . No hay espacio

Esperienza assolutamente deludente e ben lontana dagli standard di un hotel 4 stelle. Le condizioni generali di pulizia, ordine e manutenzione sono state davvero inaccettabili. La colazione viene servita nella reception, con alimenti esposti in modo trascurato e senza alcuna cura né attenzione alla presentazione. Le camere sono fatiscenti, estremamente piccole e prive persino dello spazio necessario per aprire comodamente i bagagli. Nella camera 201, assegnatami inizialmente, la porta aperta ostacolava addirittura il passaggio verso le camere adiacenti: una soluzione assurda e poco funzionale. La struttura si definisce “eco-friendly”, ma l’impressione è l’opposto: plastica ovunque, piante artificiali alle finestre e negli spazi interni, peraltro ricoperte di polvere e ragnatele. Non ho trovato alcun elemento che giustifichi la categoria dichiarata né il prezzo richiesto. Una struttura da rivedere profondamente sotto ogni aspetto.

Location was very central, gifts for us was a kind thought, room were clean and quiet, staff was very helpful. You can borrow parasol and towels.

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la sollecitudine dello staff; la colazione era buona, pur in uno spazio non molto ampio per quanto mi riguarda c'era una sufficiente varietà tra dolci e salato. L'hotel mette inoltre disposizione bevande calde e acqua 24/24 h e piccoli dolci, molto apprezzati. Non ne ho usufruito ma erano presenti anche ombrelloni, teli mare a disposizione degli ospiti.

La struttura è molto datata e l’aria condizionata centralizzata non funziona per niente, quando lo abbiamo detto al direttore ci voleva dare i soldi delle 2 restanti notti ma alle ore 13:00 dove non c’era disponibilità in altre strutture se non a prezzi esorbitanti.

La sala colazione è stretta non c’è spazio per tutti, le camere sporche come da foto che abbiamo fatto.

Ultra-central location. Close to both the train station and bus stops. Local attractions are within walking distance; it is near the city center and the Promenade des Anglais (a 15-minute walk). The double room is just right for two people traveling without children. Śniadanie dobre, mały wybór, ale można się spokojnie najeść. Drobne szczegóły, które można z łatwością załatwić stanowiły problem, np. musztarda była tylko pierwszego dnia, później obsługa miała problem z jej dostarczeniem. Dużym plusem jest dostępność kawy, herbaty i wody mineralnej przez całą dobę. W ciągu dnia dostępne były słodkie przekąski. Lokalizacja idealna, bardzo blisko dworca. Plaża w odległości krótkiego spaceru, urokliwymi uliczkami. Obsługa recepcji bardzo miła i pomocna.

La decoración de la habitación y las zonas comunes , el desayuno bufet y que en cualquier momento podías hacer uso de la máquina de café, te, agua o tomarte un mini croissant de formas gratuita No estaba totalmente céntrico, pero tampoco lejos del paseo marítimo, como a 10 o 15 minutos andando y como a 25 o 30 minutos del centro histórico. Hotel tipo boutique en un edificio histórico con encanto El personal, y los servicios con los que contaba la habitación todo bien, tenía cafetera y minibar . Cama grande era cómoda, y el sofá cama no estaba mal. Típico de un hotel de cuatro estrellas

La habitación triple un poco pequeña, y los espacios comunes también aunque siendo un hotel boutique es normal

Für unsere Zwecke war die Lage perfekt! Das Hotel eine kleine Oase, im gerade nicht romantischen Bahnhofviertel. Man kann sich Handtücher und Sonnenschirme für den Strandbesuch leihen. Kaffee und Wasser gratis- top!!

Very small room, superior room, I don’t think so. Breakfast are was small with mostly low lounging chairs and high tables, not a set-up for eating. Lift very small and noisy

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the main train station, and 15 minutes from the Red Line metro and main shopping strip. There are some eateries nearby, but the immediate area is fairly quiet with not much to do at night. ​The room itself is a decent size, comfortable for 2-3 people, though the soundproofing is quite poor. The biggest drawback was the climate control. The hotel controls the air conditioning and only turns it on when they deem it hot enough. If you want any air circulation in the room, you are forced to open the window or balcony door, which unfortunately lets in a lot of street noise. ​On the plus side, they offer complimentary snacks and drinks for guests in the afternoon, which was a lovely touch! Just a quick heads-up for when you arrive - there is only one lift and it is tiny and only comfortably fits about 2-3 people.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Otero Happyculture. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating to guest requests. Their attention to detail really made a difference. One of the things we appreciated most was the complimentary 24/7 coffee and cold water. These may seem like small touches, but they had a big impact and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection to start the day. Combined with the excellent service and comfortable atmosphere, Villa Otero made our trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again!p

The suggested car garage next to the Hotel, Gare Nice Thiers, is very expensive, around 4€ per hour, double the market. I recommend any other garage.

The refillable water bottles and sparkling water and free coffee and snacks was very nice. The ring was just the right size and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked that the coffee cups were China and not paper or Styrofoam in the bedroom. Very comfortable and I would stay here again if given the chance. Also super close to the train station, which made it easy for me because I was traveling alone and didn’t have a lot of help taking my lug

Wir mussten abends kurzfristig eine Unterkunft buchen, nachdem unser Flug storniert wurde. Wir hatten uns für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil die Nähe zum Bahnhof super war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cold shower almost every night. Their water system is not sufficient for a hotel. Also the tub has mold in the surround. My daughter slept in the fold out couch which was a very thin mattress. The bar hurt her back so she slept in the king size bed with us. Luckily there was room for all 3 of us.

Non è piaciuto invece il sistema della colazione: lo spazio è molto piccolo e bisogna fare la fila per servirsi. Inoltre, c'è un solo piatto in cui bisogna prendere tutto ( dolce, salato, ecc), e il tavolo è piuttosto ridotto. L'impressione è che sia pensato per una colazione un po' limitata.

Das Früstuk war gut, alles war sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage das Hotel ist gut.

Im Zimmer gibt es kein Schrank und keine Ablagerflächen, daher liegen die Sachen im Koffer auf dem Boden.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the tram, train station and about a 30 minute walk to the beach. The hotel was clean and comfortable, room was a little small, particularly the bathroom, but that didn’t spoil our stay. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the complimentary coffee and water throughout the day was welcome after a day out sightseeing. I would stay here again.

en arrivant nous avons constaté des cheveux sur les toilettes , la baignoire est rafistolé pas présentable , le joint de silicone moisi , la robinetterie de la baignoire obsolète . nous étions au rez de chaussé prés d'une pièce réservé au bagages dimanche 6 h du matin branle bas de combat avec soit disant un arrivage d'un bus , réponse de notre plainte , normalement le matin de bonheur on ne doit pas utiliser cette pièce , en entendant lever à 6 h un dimanche , de plus nous n'avions pas réservé le petit déjeuner ,la veille ca ne posait pas de problème , ce jour la le petit déjeuner nous a été refusé pour le motif suivant : trop de monde ( malgré plusieurs table de dispos) .

Персонал очень хороший и внимательный и вежливый, номера красивые и есть всё что надо, и логично расположено всё, поэтому номер не казался маленьким, было очень удобно. Безумно вкусный горячий шоколад в лобби отеля и круассаны. Маленькие балконы уютные. Хорошая уборка каждый день.
