Muito confortável. Silencioso. Limpo. Funcionários educados. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Ruime kamer omdat we geen balkon hebben dus daardoor een grote kamer. Grote badkamer. Heerlijke grote douche. Goed warm water. Groot raam dus veel daglicht. Vroege schoonmaak, heerlijk. Wel veel kasten los,van de rare kleerkast. Heeeel goed onderhouden hotel in het hele gebouw.

Reuze kleerkast maar geen legplanken, vreemd en jammer. Gelukkig wel een dressoir met lades en planken. 7u ochtend start herrie rolwagen van handdoeken laundry jongen. Andere wielen eronder zou dit oplossen.maar leuk hotel dus verder geen klachten.

Het ontbijt, te weing bedjes bij het zwembad. Geen bar en geen minimarkt aanwezig terwijl dit wel op booking staat. Drukke weg waar je niet goed op de stoep kan lopen. Goed restaurant tegenover hotel maar gevaarlijk om over te steken. Security wil wel helpen,

This was my third stay at this hotel and always had a good stay. This time, however, I was assigned to Room 223. DO NOT STAY IN THE BLOCK OF ROOM 226, 225, 224, 223. Kitchen staff and all others inside the hotel were wonderful. The balconies face a massive block concrete wall which makes it feel like dusk all day. The front door looks out into a long concrete corridor. The sound of trolley's, doors opening, low conversations and even farts can be heard from 2 balconies down. I requested a quiet room through Booking.com, but of course hotel staff never got the message so I was booked in the worst of the available rooms. Weak or NO internet the entire stay, Staff skipped cleaning my room on day 2 even with the 'clean room sign' out from 8 am until about 1 pm. On the second night it was just too noisy to sleep and I was allowed to sleep in another room but had no desire to pack everything up at 10 00 at night and move to another room. I've stayed in 100s of hotels through Booking.com but Room 223 of the Grand Palace Hotel ranks among the worst I've ever stayed. It may seem unfair to give such a low rating, but it was a horrible stay. Oh and the hotel location is awful, long walk to the beach, heavy vehicle traffic runs in front of the hotel, sidewalks are full of holes....best get GoJek to go anywhere.

I did a last minute booking which they accommodated well. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The pool is excellent and the staff very good. Reception were helpful with organising transport for a day trip and getting to the airport.

Their not the best at cooking eggs.

I like how convenient it was. It is just along the main road with minimarts, cafes and food outlets nearby. Home service itself was good too.

The staff were good & the room was clean, the pool was very clean & towels were always available, the breakfast was good with many choices

The location on the very busy road and the path was dangerous to walk especially for our older Mum, it would be better to have oat milk available & coconut yogurt & vegetable nasi goran for vegetarian, there was not enough sunbeds for around the pool as the space was limited

The breakfast was cold. Dinner was instant mash potato, steak overcooked, chicken no flavour.

Nice place to stay pool is waist deep so good for kids, restaurant is nice although most item have chilli in them. Clean and amenities could do with upgrade. Close enough to walk to beach, Icon Bali, restaurant's and mini marts.

When walking outside the property wear runners as the side walks have holes and uneven service. More a government/council problem than hotel.

Muy amplio, limpio y elegante. Pese a comentarios que dicen que está antiguo, sí se nota que tiene una edad, pero no por ello pierde la presencia y la clase. Techos muy altos, espacios amplios, gym pequeño pero funcional para moverte en tus vacaciones, piscina de unos 25 metros ideal para nadar también. Desayuno buffet, no demasiado extenso pero muy completo. Cerca de muchísimos locales de comida, playa y centro comercial ICON Bali.

Spacious room which has all the in-room facilities Breakfast was OK, good portion of choice but mainly every day the same. I did a late check-out, which I arranged on the spot. Could extend with a reasonable price.

The location was on the bypass Ngurah Rai. So, you need to walk or take a Grab if you want to reach the main road in Sanur or the beach. In the evening it's quite dark reaching the hotel by foot and the pavement is not that well structured. So you need to watch out where you walk.

The staff and facilities were lovely, easy convenient location for Grab pick up/drop off. Room service was amazing, especially the chocolate volcano! We always felt safe coming back to the hotel no matter the time the staff were always there to greet us.

Our sink drain would get stuck each time we would use it, but the staff would get it undone when they come in to clean. Hotel can't do anything about it but the sidewalks in this area are basically non-existent

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. We had to ask for the bed linen to be changed, but that was our fault as there was a sign on the bedside table to be put on the bed when we wanted the linen to be changed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This hotel is excellent for a couple of nights stay' not for longer stays.

3/4 of the pool was in the shade and the chairs around the pool were in the sun. You had to get the shuttle to the beach and restaurants, which there were only 2 times to catch it and you had to book beforehand - 9.30 am and 4.30 pm. Then you had to either walk back to the hotel or catch a taxi. The taxi was only 30000 - 40000 rupiah which wasn't a problem. Walking along the bypass was dangerous at night as the footpath was hazardous. Lots of holes and broken footpath.

Het personeel van het hotel is echt zo super vriendelijk. Niks is hun teveel. Het ontbijt is enorm uitgebreid. Van een westers ontbijtje tot en met nasi- of bami goreng in de ochtend. het kan allemaal. De kamers waren super groot en schoon. Wij hebben dit hotel gebruikt om zowel op de aankomst te kunnen acclimatiseren en bij vertrek ook weer rustig bij te kunnen komen. Wij zouden het zo weer doen. Het zwembad heeft geen verwarmd water, maar dat is ook niet nodig. Wat een plaatje is het en het water is super schoon. Sowieso wordt het gehele complex dag en nacht schoon gehouden. Het personeel is altijd ijverig en druk in de weer. Wij missen Sanur (en Bali) nu al.

Alleen de hoofdweg waar het hotel aan zit is erg druk en de stoep hier en daar viezig en onafgewerkt. Maar het hotel zelf en het terrein van het hotel zijn super schoon

Posizione comoda per il porto e l'aeroporto, camera accogliente e spaziosa. Piscina e ristorante a disposizione. Ideale per una notte prima di partire per Nusa Penida o per altre destinazioni.

Wat een schitterend en rustgevend hotel is dit. Ideaal om even bij te acclimatiseren als je net op Bali bent gearriveerd. Wij zijn hier begonnen en tevens geëindigd na 2 en een halve week Bali. Bij aankomst zijn we hier 2 nachten verbleven en bij vertrek ook. Op de heenweg hadden wij 2 mooie en suite kamers (waarvan de deur op slot kon) op de 1e verdieping. Op de terugweg hadden wij 2 kamers waarvanuit je meteen in het zwembad kon als je dat wilde. Het eten is echt verrukkelijk. Ze hebben alles van Nasi Goreng (en ja ook bij het ontbijt) tot een westers ontbijtje. Wij hebben er ook een keer gelunched en gedineerd. Dat was ook super. En wat is het personeel super lief, behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Een werkelijke aanrader. Als ik ooit weer naar Bali zou gaan, zou ik hier zo weer landen.

Eigenlijk niks aan het hotel zelf. Alleen de Jalan Bypass Ngurah Rai (de hoofdweg, waar het hotel aan ligt) kan wat werkzaamheden gebruiken en de stoepen al helemaal.

Staff in restaurant were excellent, rooms are spacious and very clean, quiet at night, food and drinks reasonably priced in the restaurant

Struttura molto bella e camera molto spaziosa

La posizione è abbastanza infelice, sulla strada principale dove le auto sfrecciano e come in tutta Bali nn ci sono marciapiedi adeguati, cosicché era impossibile uscire a piedi stando con dei bambini ma eravamo sempre costretti a prendere un taxi per avvicinarci alla spiaggia.

Breakfast was less than satisfactory. Mostly cold. Pastries were left in cabinet. Choices were limited and you had to ask for eggs to be cooked.

Really huge rooms and comfy beds, the hotel is in a good location only 10 min walk from icon Bali, but it’s also on the main road which isn’t ideal.

Had to wait to check in as our room wasn’t ready until 5, when check in was at 2, staff were not apologetic either
