I had booked 2 rooms. One I could tell by looking at it that the mattresses were good and comfortable. I did not sleep in that room. In the other room, it was visible that the mattresses were old and concave. I felt the springs in that bed. I did not sleep well. Also there was only one squirt of body soap in the shower. The lighting in the rooms were very dim.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Close proximity to the airport, restaurants, banks. Cheaper room rates compared to Mississauga. The continental breakfast was decent, great coffee and fresh cut fruit.
Front desk staff a bit snotty and made false assumptions about my stay. I took the king jacuzzi room as it was the only one available and was cheaper than most rooms in Mississauga, and not because I was having a visitor. The cleaning staff knocked on my door even though I had a do not disturb sign on my doorknob. I work nights so I need to sleep during the day, and it screwed up my rest. The jacuzzi ceiling mirror had hand prints on it which I cleaned myself.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026My room was nice and clean. It was large and the bed was comfy. I liked I could stream my Netflix to the tv. The walk in shower was nice. The gym was very basic and they could do with more weights machines. Breakfast was very basic and they should have more complimentary options such as a waffle maker.
I don’t really like the breakfast and the fact you had to pay for very basic amenities such as a shower cap

La propreté, il y avait des cheveux, des poils partout dans la salle de bain, la moquette de la chambre etait taché, pas propre et très sale. Taches sur les draps, rideaux pas propre du tout bref payer ce prix pour une chambre pas propre j’aurais mieux fait de prendre un motel ou un RBNB.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Im Haus befindet sich das Restaurant Pergola, wo man schmackhaftes Abendessen von sympathischem Personal bekommt. Die Zimmerausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. See you next time.
Man sollte einkalkulieren, dass man am besten ein Uber nimmt und dann zum Besispiel von Bramalea den Go Train, um in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Der recht geringe Zeitaufwand für diese Vorgehensweise darf man aber den hohen Zimmerpreisen direkt in Toronto beruhigt vorziehen.

Lift broke put me on 4 floor I am 83years old it was too hard 4 flights of stairs. I have 2 false knees. Photos showing a large arm chair this was the reason chose this but yes it is a very small arm chair with very little depth and very little arms I have do sleep in this as I have not slept in bed for 10 years. Breakfast o.k.
