Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Brampton

The hotel is well-presented, with ample parking and friendly, welcoming staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. Adding a greater variety of breakfast options would make the experience even better.

I was asked to make a deposit at check-in, it would be helpful to clearly communicate the refundable security deposit requirement before check-in. Providing this information in advance would allow guests to plan accordingly. The deposit was conveniently refunded to me at check-out.

但是周边基本什么都没有，最近的餐馆等都不是步行可以到达的距离。 如果要外卖叫餐的话，对于国外人而言，就相当不方便，因为没有加拿大本土的电话号码。出行打车很方便。

Adequate parking, nice lobby.

The room had a strange smell in the bathroom at night, like a dirty fish tank. The smell was nothing t there when I arrived in the afternoon, nor in the morning. Possibly a plumbing issue? Hair dryer didn’t work. After two calls and 30 minutes, it still never came, and I left for the airport.

This is probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Not only was it beautiful. The whole entire staff in this hotel is amazing. It's like a little family. They made me feel like it was home. I was going to a loss and I bad time and they made my experience more than welcoming. The manager is an exceptional leader, her team, and this whole staff in this hotel exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anybody. Great people. Genuine service and a great experience for anybody that wants to stay there even if it's for a day. Thank you Hilton Gardens I really appreciate everything you did for me and Yuki. You made me feel like home at your hotel something I have never experienced in many hotels .Thank you

I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. During my stay, someone broke into my vehicle in the hotel parking area and attempted to steal it. The thieves smashed my window, opened up the dashboard wiring, and caused significant damage while trying to start the vehicle. This was an incredibly stressful experience and completely ruined my trip. To make matters worse, the room had maintenance issues. The air conditioning was not working properly, and the coffee machine was also broken. I understand that hotels cannot control every criminal act, but guest safety should be a priority. Given what happened to my vehicle and the condition of the room, I cannot recommend staying here. Please do not stay here if you value your safety, security, and peace of mind. My vehicle was damaged and nearly stolen while parked at this property. I will never stay here again.

Their deposit policy is very bad. They charged me 300 dollars for deposit which is unusually high. Its just bad practice.. Location is also very inconvenient. dont bother if you dont have a car.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn, especially considering the price and brand reputation. The TV software was shockingly outdated—like something from the 90s—with no support for Netflix, YouTube, or any modern streaming options. When you’re traveling with kids, this becomes a major inconvenience. We checked in expecting a comfortable stay, but instead found issues like stains and outdated in-room features right away. What made it worse is that, as customers, we rely on the Hilton brand and expect a certain standard. We shouldn’t have to check every small detail ourselves. The service experience was even more disappointing. When I requested cutlery, I was asked to come down to reception because there was no staff available to deliver it—and I was given plastic cutlery. The next day, when I asked again, I received only one plate and takeaway boxes. Only after expressing frustration was I offered ceramic plates, and even then I was told to “handle them with care.” As a Hilton member, this felt quite embarrassing and unprofessional. Another issue was basic amenities. Complimentary water bottles, which are usually expected at check-in, were only offered later after I raised concerns—and by then, it didn’t matter. I was told that my concerns would be escalated to a manager, but at checkout there was no acknowledgment—no apology, no thanks, and no request for feedback. That lack of basic customer service was very disappointing. For over $450 for a two-night stay, this was far from a premium experience. I’ve received much better service at lower-priced hotels. Overall, I would not recommend this property and would not stay here again. Hilton really needs to improve both service standards and staff training at this location.

I have visited a handful of times and amazingly it gets even better than a few years back. Likely the STAFF is the best feature, and even with some changes I found Manpreet and Asha and Maria ready to assist in all situations. I still love the food and the comfortable rooms. Free parking is appreciated and I never heard a noise problem anywhere. Such a great hotel the manager should congratulate himself but he is too busy running around making sure every guest is completely satisfied and he deserves TOP MARKS Sandra K

I absolutely love this place! the view is amazing and the communication with the owner is phenomenal.. very clean space and very homey! this is my second time booking here and will be booking here anytime im looking too!

i have no complaints

I reached quite early and expected to wait for many hours for a room but the staff were very nice and very accommodating. I waited all but 10 min before I got my key and even got a small upgrade which was very very nice. The view from the room with the snow falling was beautiful. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and so did my friend who stayed with me. Thank you to the staff for all thier efforts.

The breakfast had barely anything to offer. Eggs, sausage, potatoes all were cold.

Breakfast staff racially profiled us. Even after providing their “breakfast coupon” they asked me twice for the same coupon again but I had to tell them that I had already given them my coupon! The lamp in the rooms are too close to the chair. My father sat down and hit his head since the lamp was touching it. Not a big deal but should be taken care of. There is no water in the rooms or even a filling station on each floor. Only one in the lobby. Why ?

It was the perfect location to the International center where I had an event. It also had a good amount of parking space . The reception helped me out as I forgot my wallet at home. We were also able to extend our checkout time. We stayed for New Year’s Eve so I don’t know if that was why we had such a good time. The facilities were clean and environment was quiet. The microwave was a huge plus for us.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no toothpaste even if it was a small tube but every other thing was okay.

The shower door would close so water leaks on to the bathroom floor. The iron didn’t work well.
