Hyatt Place Toronto-Brampton

In our room there is no bath tub No tissues They gave us room which prefers to disabled persons

Clean and central

Nothing

Gentilissimi, pulito e molto ben tenuto

staff members are friendly.

i haven’t feel anything as i expected

Potatoes was too hard. Pancake should be added to breakfast.

More varieties

Lots of parking and clean.

Breakfast was not included as in other hotels in the area.

The breakfast was excellent. Decent spread for the price. We were upgraded to a king suite free of charge upon arrival and it was a beautiful room. Very pleasant surprise.

No complaints!

The property is well kept and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were the real standout. They responded quickly when I raised the noise problem, handled it professionally, and were genuinely pleasant throughout.

The noise. Drunk guests were roaming the hallways for most of the night, and the adjoining room had someone shouting down an international phone call for hours. I had to get the front desk involved before it settled. None of this was the staff’s doing, but the result was a one night stay where I did not get my eyes closed until 4am.

Clean, elegant, central

The return of the security deposit

Location

My door was knocked 4 times after requesting that I attending the wedding last night and I will come down to pay for the next day. I was forced to get down and pay only to go back to bed again

It was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast was not that good, did not cater for people that doesn’t eat pork,,

Very clean

My bathroom ceiling was leaking dirty water on the floor water was yellow,I had to change rooms . I was next door to my brother, I had to move all way down the hall.

Breakfast was excellent!! Front desk staff very professional and friendly.

Neat clean

Told the wrong information and was inconvenienced knocked off MAJOR brownie points

Spacious and clean. Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating.

Only complaint is no bottled water in the room which is a little thing but nice to have. No lotion or little immenities in the bathroom.

Location

Slightly noisy from outside traffic

The staff were helpful in a variety of ways throughout our short, but enjoyable stay. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of healthy choices. The cleanliness caught our attention from the moment we walked through the front door. Thank you for an enjoyable.

Nothing.

Cleanliness ,friendly staff and great location

Just alittle noise from our next door guests that had kids ,,wish they put some noise policy so parents could ensure the kids are not making too much noise when outside their room

Très bel hôtel, tout neuf. Très propre. Petit déjeuner excellent. Lit très confortable.

Un peu loin des magasins et restaurants.

Very friendly Clean Large rooms

Nothing

There was a great selection of breakfast items. Things were hot and appeared to be fresh. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The entire property was very clean and all the staff were very friendly.

The heater in our room was noisy when running.

Did not have breakfast.

I had to work out of my room and the housekeeping ladies were very loud across the hall the entire morning, shouting and talking loudly in the hallway. Overcharged me for the drinks in my final bill knowing that I did not have enough time to argue over the charges. The pool was not functioning and to top it all, very unprofessional staff.

A bit noisy sometimes cause the walls are probably thin

The room was nice, the little sectional sofa is a nice touch.

-Breakfast was disappointing. Paper thin bacon, very little fruit. Hot options were: bacon, omelette, hash browns. -Also didn’t enjoy being asked every time I walked by the front desk what room number I’m in to confirm I’m a paying guest. Even in our pajamas in the morning going for breakfast??

Big rooms and nice breakfast

They scammed me

The location was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. If I ever needed anything they were prompt to help. I definitely give this location a 10/10 for customer service and support. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be booking again.

The location is a bit of difficult one it’s off a main highway and can be far if you’re looking to visiting family members in the surrounding areas. But it is right next to a gas station and about a 6 minute drive from Walmart so it’s not all bad. I’d give the location a 7.5/10

The pricing just for the overnight stay

I had requested the staff to add my Hyatt membership number (which is my boyfriend’s) to my reservation. One staff member was able to accommodate this request and ensured the receipt was sent to him for business expense records. However, another staff member later informed me that this could not be done. I want to clarify that I was not asking for points—only for the membership number to appear on the booking for documentation purposes. It’s disappointing that different staff members follow different policies, leading to inconsistency in service. Additionally, I found the staff to be not particularly welcoming or accommodating when handling guest requests. I also noticed that, unlike other Hyatt properties, there was no room service available during my stay. I hope this feedback helps improve service consistency and guest experience in the future.
