accés très difficile avec les bagages pas de rampe ni pour handicapés ni pour bagages éloignement géographique 30 mn en voiture du centre ville. Personnel à peine aimable, approvisionnement des chambres en verres café.....pas suivi. Quartier très triste et bruyant.

Non c'e' una vera sala per la colazione: si puo' ordinare da un piccolo menu, e viene fatto arrivare quanto richiesto. La location non e' entusiasmante, ma per noi si trattava solo di dormire una notte.

Breakfast was good and the service was great. By adding extra complete to our order to say sorry for the delay. We do appreciated. Even though we we didn't notice the delay. Thank you 😊

卫生，交通都还行。

蓝牙耳机丢在房间，打电话回去说没找到。因明确晚上有使用耳机且第二天就离开，所以行李都打包好的。早上6点多退房，且开车离开一小时内就发现丢失，打电话回去员工死活说没有发现耳机，无语，对加拿大很失望。

Accueil amical. Personnel sympathique, poli avec grand professionnalisme. Grande chambre propre, confortable et très calme. Le réfrigérateur et le four micro-ondes sont un atout.

Das Zimmer war groß und an sich gut ausgestattet, das Personal an der Rezeption war freundlich und hat alle nötigen Informationen mitgeteilt.

Die Sauberkeit ließ leider sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das Bett war, obwohl (hoffentlich) frisch bezogen, voller Haare und das Badezimmer war ebensowenig sauber. Außerdem hat der Kühlschrank sehr laute Geräusche von sich gegeben, was im Schlaf sehr gestört hat.

The room were very nice and clean. The beds were amazing and comfortable.

The only negative was the shower. No water pressure, bathtub stopper sticking out way to much, my husband cot his toe under it. The shower was way to slippery and I hurt my arm getting out when my legs came out from underneath me while trying to step out of the high shower. NEEDS A SHOWER MAT FOR SAFETY REASONS. I broke my ankle in 3 places last year and it's full of metal now. Metal doesn't bend. When someone uses conditioner on the hair, the bathtub 🛀 becomes slippery. With one leg up in the air to step out of the high bathtub and the other one on a slippery tilted bathtub, you can see how a person could slip? Right now I have a large bruise on my elbow were it hit the glass door trying to stay upright.

Niente in particolare, hotel senza infamia e senza lode.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a lot of pillows and that was appreciated. The underground parking came in handy when it rained.

When the tiles in the bathroom got wet, they were slippery.

Très belle expérience. L'hôtel est neuf, très propre et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et les installations sont modernes. Je recommande vivement.

Bedsheets like sandpaper ans pillows like bricks. Almost No water in the shower. No duvet cover at all :s Unfortunately it's the most important part for an hotel. (Calm and confort) for 300$ per night you expect a bit better.

It was neat and clean with comfortable beds and an elevator.

No restaurant or amenities

We stoped here during our family road trip to visit Kingston and this was the favorite place of all the hotels we stayed in during this trip. it's very convenient as it's close the to freeway and also to Kingston downtown making it ideal for a stop to Toronto/Niagara or visit Kingston and thousand islands. It was recently renovated so you get modern brand new clean rooms. They have nice indoor and outdoor common areas, we hang out outside eating deserts. There is also plenty of free parking and most importantly a very helpful staff

Time to be honest about your location. Saying you are located 8 mins walk from kingston centre is a bit misleading. When people hear kingston centre, they will assume you mean the water front: - not some mall 50 mins away from everything.

King size bed in queen size room made it a tight fit, shower was weak, not having room service and restaurant.

Facility was Clean. Angela was very helpful when I needed help for my zoom meeting. She provided me a space in the lobby and ensured that I have that I needed. And the previous night when we checked I , the evening staff were very accommodating. They immediately changed the light bulb when I called We will use this again.

My son and I stayed at the Strata Hotel in Kingston, Ontario for a weekend in March 2026 for a youth hockey tournament. Our whole team stayed there. The hotel looked to have undergone recent renovations. The rooms were a good size. The common areas were clean. There is parking underground (open) and in front of the hotel. There is no swimming pool. There is a bar/lounge area on the main floor close to reception. There is one elevator. There are food options within walking distance. The hotel is close (driving distance) to a grocery store, LCBO, etc. We were happily surprised and very pleased with our 2 night stay at the Strata Kingston.

This was an overnight stay as we drove from Ottawa back towards western Ontario on our way home. Located 5 minutes off the 401, the Strata Hotel is modern and clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite. Helpful front-desk staff checked us in quickly. Our room was lovely! Comfy king bed. Upholstered chair. Space for our bags. And the usual room amenities. Spacious bathroom with fluffy towels! A nice luxurious ending to our trip!

Proche du centre ville, c'est une place chaleureuse, propre et bien entretenue par des personnes serviables.

L'extérieur devrait être rénové pour mettre davantage cet hôtel en valeur. Petit détails pour le bien être : sous l'effet de la chaleur, les gels douche collés en hauteur dans la baignoire se décollent et nous tombent sur les pieds => à modifier pour éviter de futurs accidents, lors de notre prochaine visite.

Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with all what we needed; bathroom was really good as well.

May be the shower water pressure wasn’t as strong as I wish but this is probably a “special” personal preference that might not be necessarily applicable on many other guests.

Only an espresso machine in room, no tea bags. Bathtub with no anti-slip mats, etc., almost did the splits while taking a shower. Long walk to our room. One bed had just a mattress cover and duvet- no sheets. The other bed had a mattress cover and one very stiff sheet and duvet. TV had too much bass. Ran out of kleenex.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was quite nice and the towels were thick and luxurious.

The room was not like the photos. There was no chair other than a huge wheeled desk chair. The bed was jammed up against the wall and hard to get into one side. The bed was lumpy and soft. The air conditioner was super loud and rattly and we couldn't sleep with it on.

Cleanliness, plenty of plush pillows, toiletries supplied (shampoo, cond., bath gel, hand soap. Front desk person was very helpful.

There was not enough room between the foot of the bed to the table and bureau/TV stand. Our suitcase just fit through that passage. Needless to say, we both could not pass through at the same time if we wanted to. The parking under the building was too dark and kind of sketchy-looking.

Water pressure in bathtub was very low for some reason - took forever just to get a few inches of water. Yet shower pressure was not too bad.

The interior seemed to be recently updated. The ac / heater was quiet. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was not as clean as I expected. Hair in the tub. Details like tile floor grout was very dirty and no caulking around tub. It just looked like the upgrade was done very poorly with no attention to detail. Only one shower door so it was very hard to shower without water getting on the floor. The stairwell and elevator were not very clean. Seems like the place just isn't kept up with pride. And location, if you have a car it's fine. There's nothing in that area to walk to

Great to finally arrive after a long drive from Toronto. Comfy beds and easy to get to room and relax.

We did find it tricky to find the new entrance. We just didn’t drive far enough around. It was obvious when we found it! Driver error!!

The tv , sound and picture were bad

Never again!!! In my 40 years of travelling I have never been more displeased. The check out day I left the hotel to visit with family only to return to my room to check out and the staff had check me out! That’s right, my things where packed and brought down to reception. When I demanded an explanation they said well we assumed you check out and left your bags on your bed? No one from the hotel tried to contact me even if they had my contact information. My experience was dismissed no apology was offered . I won’t be return to that motel to have people go through my things is unacceptable. I left my room at 8am to return on time for the 11am check out.

This is our 3rd time staying here and we love it. The full renovation is finally done and the lobby looks beautiful and functional. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was great.
