Extremely small bathroom and smaller room than expected. It was tight getting into bed on my side. Caffeinated coffee in short supply. Had to request multiple times Would’ve been nice to have some outdoor space to chill when we got back. There was enough property. Could be nice

Front desk person was not very friendly and difficult to deal with. The manager got involved and helped us. She was very good.

The ac unit was soooo loud and blowing so hard and I was right beside it. Had to cover my head with the duvet. It woke me up every hour.

Beds only, I can't say I would go back or use a Hilton stay again. Very disappointed.

I was put in a Home 2 home location after booking Double tree Hilton. 231 was mold in the bathroom was at a tour when I was contacted by hotel after a complaint. Was asked to when I would return, and let them see regarding pictures I sent. No bathroom ventilation, with mold was a safety concern. They entered my room and cleaned it with my belongings in the room which I did not give permission to do. They wanted to move my belongings, and I talked to a manager and told them I would return later that evening. It was agreed that I would have a different room in the Double tree area when I returned from my tour. Ask at the desk for a new room key....not entering my room and using a toxic cleaner with my belongings there. Very disappointed I was given a new toom across the hall with once again no ventilation, bathroom door didn't close, no soap in shower, and shower wasn't clean to which I will be posting pictures of on Google review. All employees have only expresses apologizes of inconvenience. Safety of your visitor's should be the upmost importance, and the luxury of your priced rooms should be well kept. If I wanted a cheaper experience I'd could have stayed at a lower level priced rental. Very disappointing.

我们预定的两间客房的窗外没有景色，一堵建筑物的墙壁结结实实的挡住了视线，导致房间内的自然光线受到极大限制，影响了我们的心情。

Die Zimmertüre konnte nur mit brachial Gewalt geöffnet und geschlossen werden. Scheint niemanden zu interessieren. Noch dazu unsere nicht die einzige war die offensichtlich ein Problem hatte . Sehr laut dadurch am Gang ,wenn die anderen Gäste nach Hause kommen . Auf booking stand Frühstück inklusive. Tatsächlich war aber ein bisschen anders. Kein Buffett Sondern ein Teller mit Baked Beans , Kartoffel Stücke knusprig , Speck oder Würstchen , Ei nach Wahl und Toastbrot . Geschmacklich aber eine 10/10 Entweder man nahm den Teller oder man bekommt einen Kredit von 15 Dollar wo man sich aus der Karte etwas aussuchen hätte können. Kaffee und Milch waren auch extra zu bezahlen .

Didn’t realize half of it was a government housing complex. It was nice that security was on every floor but that side of the building smelled of alcohol. The rooms were small. Not much space around the bed to walk. It was tight to fit in bathroom. It also took a long time to check in as there was only one person at the desk.

Er was geen ontbijtbuffet, maar enkel à la carte waarbij je alle gerechten boven 19 CAD moest bijbetalen, ook voor bijv. speciale koffies zoals latte of cappuccino diende je bij te betalen. Maar gerechten waren lekker en verzorgd en bediening werkte hard om je zo snel mogelijk te bedienen. Raam in de kamer kregen we niet open.

Location was excellent to all other locations ie shopping, downtown area and my friend’s place.

Only negative for me was the pool being small for the size of the hotel.

The bedroom mattress were very uncomfortable and made some squeaky noises when moving around. Additionally one staff member said I could the 15% card at the restaurant for either breakfast or dinner but when my party of 8 decided to use the hotel’s dining area for breakfast the manager said the discount was good for dinner only. There was also a discrepancy between what staff said was a check in time versus what was on your website. Clearly in both cases communication was poor.

Courtoisie de tous les membres du personnel (front desk, femmes de chambres, etc.), incluant aussi ceux du restaurant. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est grand, très propre et avec une bonne ambiance. Le menu est varié et les quatre repas que nous avons essayés étaient excellent.

Seul bémol, le robinet de douche ne fonctionnait pas très bien; le mécanisme semblait brisé. Mais on a pu contourner le problème.

I didn't like that I couldn't see my Motorcycle from my room.

What's the deal with this hotel? Does it solely exist to troll Hilton enthusiasts into hating the brand? You have 7 parking spaces out front and the remaining in your neighbouring lot to share a km away, your elevator is another 100 yards walk from the front door as well. You don't offer guests coffee in the lobby which is atrocious for the brand expectations and you took my reservation for the shortest walk to the lobby on the lowest floor available at booking (2, because 1 is NEVER available) and switched my booking to the furthest possible room in the hotel from the lobby, top floor, furthest room on the opposite end. I have mobility issues that make it painful to walk. Lastly, why does my room smell like peroxide? You're a bunch of trolls for this. Thanks for nothing!

Property was good well maintained, the girl at check out was very nice.

Swimming pool was very dirty, hairs were everywhere, water was dirty, found underwear under the bed , breakfast is charged for extra meals , nothing was mentioned when we booked , the guy at the front counter was good but could be more hospitable asked for few more cookies for kids and he said no , couldn’t digest that .

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, the appliances offered for our use were in good shape, and the heating and cooling unit worked accurately. The blinds and the curtains did a great job of keeping out the lights. we did not take advantage of the pool or any work out rooms but in talking to other patrons the area was clean.

Some mild issues with dispensers in the bathroom as their mounting screws did not have anchors and therefore are teetering or had been pulled out by past guests. Our only complaint would be that we were housed directly across from the exist stairs on the 3rd floor. While quick access in an emergency is a good thing, the hardware on the door was not installed entirely correctly. When it closed the panic/crash bar trim connected with the latch creating a loud noise and the door closer function was not calibrated as it slammed shut creating a louder noise. I would recommend to maintenance that all doors and their hardware be checked.

Stayed for four nights while attending an event on location. The hotel is nothing special but it delivers a good value. Common areas are clean and inviting. The rooms are large enough with a very good bathroom. Bed and pillows are good enough. Two notes that drive the 4 stars. The isolation towards the hallways is quite bad and you can hear everything in the room. Also, the restaurant has a nice menu but service is extremely slow. Overall a good stay!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room a good size and the staff was lovely.

Luckily we were able to park there, but there was only one handicap parking spot near the front door and one around the corner.

I got a small caramel latte served by Evie, the service was great the atmosphere was nice and the staff were very friendly. The latte was very good I would recommend going.

Gym is in a different building, not obvious when to use key cards to get around the building doors, and elevators are far away from the entrance. Rooms don't have a microwave and the mini fridge was too cold it acted as a freezer. Breakfast not included - many hotels at similar price point in southern Ontario include continental breakfast at no extra cost.

Freezing cold shower at night and in the morning. Zero hot water. When we left in morning the lady at the front desk said it was fixed right before the 11 check out time. I had to plead for compensation. They never let guests know there was an issue. For $360 for the night this was an unacceptable way to handle an issue. The lobby floor was a mess. The door ways and walls needed cleaning. The parking lot was not shovelled. The tv in room was not connected to internet so nothing wired and took a great deal of time to resolve. The small bottled water in the room was $3.50 a bottle.

Weeknight stay in November. A bit out of the way from downtown/university, but more economical than that area. Two hotels are connected and difficult to tell where one begins/ends, but don't share the same policies (e.g. we didn't get a free breakfast at Doubletree, which appears to be only option to get room with 2 beds). Stay was fine, but train horns audible throughout night in front facing room. Security was a bit concerning as multiple outside doors ajar throughout night that should have been keycard protected. Was clean.

Reserved under Travelzoo, with breakfast and parking included. Pros: Clean bedding and bathroom Good speed on Wi-Fi Not crowded on Wednesday evening, and a very decent-sized parking lot Cons: Room 303 - terrible view with the gravelled roof of the lobby annex and a huge HVAC equipment in front of the windows at 4 feet from the window. This mechanical piece was humming and rattling all night long No ventilation in the bathroom, it quickly gets full of fog when running the shower, and the stench remains when somebody uses the toilet The hot breakfast was between poor and average. Buffet style, with scrambled eggs strongly tasting of butter, a piece of processed meat, cereals, bread, waffles, coffee, tea etc.

The property is full and beautifully renovated. It was very clean. The staff were amazingly helpful.

While all was renovated, the mattress was old and definitely requires to be changed. Ended up not comfortably sleeping and awake most of the night.
