Good location and affordable prices

There is no AC in both the lobby and the restaurant. I forget something in the lobby and they refused to bring it to the room, it was not an outside order btw.

كانت إقامتنا في **Diamond Cliff Resort Phuket** جميلة جدًا، والغرف كانت واسعة ومريحة، والأجمل أنهم سووا لنا **Upgrade** واهتموا فينا بشكل كبير 🤍 ومن الأشياء اللي أسعدتنا أنهم سمحوا لنا نختار فواكه من الـ **Fruit Shop** الخاص بالفندق، تقريبًا كيلو لكل الغرف الثلاث 🍉🍍🍊 وكانت لفتة جميلة منهم. تعامل الموظفين كان راقي جدًا والجميع كانوا لطفاء ومتعاونين، وبالأخص **Kamonwan في الاستقبال** كانت جدًا لطيفة وبشوشة وتتعامل معنا بكل رحابة صدر 🌷 وصادف يوم ميلاد ولدي ووضعوا له كيكة فالغرفة كانت لفتة رائعة منهم الموقع ممتاز، تقريبًا **10 دقائق عن سوق باتونغ**، وقريب من **Jungceylon**، ومطعم مروش ومطعم هندي، فالموقع مناسب وقريب من الخدمات. بشكل عام كانت تجربتنا جميلة، والخدمة والاهتمام من الموظفين من أكثر الأشياء اللي ميزت إقامتنا. **فندق أنصح فيه، خصوصًا للعوائل اللي تحب الغرف الواسعة والموقع القريب من باتونغ والخدمات.** ⭐️🤍

العيب الوحيد** بالنسبة لي أن الفندق فيه صعدات ومرتفعات كثيرة، والمشي للغرفة أو النزول للاستقبال ممكن يكون متعب، خصوصًا مع الأطفال أو إذا عندكم كبار في السن. لكن الفندق يوفر سيارات تنقلكم للغرف وتاخذكم للاستقبال، وأحيانًا تحتاجون تنتظرون السيارة.

It was amazing experience the staff were very helpful and especially khomsan he assisted during the check in process. The breakfast was also good .

This review is specifically of the massage experience at the spa. It was perfect. Faye in reception was welcoming and kind, and Jui my massage therapist was incredibly skilled at her craft. I have chronic pain and felt it almost completely disappear during and after the massage. It was exactly what my body needed.

Room with the jacuzzi was amazing, though we had to call maintenance to get the bubbles to work, but they were very fast and fixed it in less than a hour. Breakfast options were pretty good offering international options which all tasted good for a buffet. Multiple pools kept us from getting bored of swimming. The beach is great for hanging out, getting a smoothie and enjoying the view, but keep in mind the beach is not private, so don’t expect service.

The location was not ideal, but the fault is mainly on me for not doing the appropriate research on the area.

I had an amazing experience with View. Very experienced and I felt very relaxed and calm throughout the entire time.The reception Amu was also very nice and patient . I will definitely go back again.

اشتراط الدفع كامل المبلغ قيدني بحيث كنت أرغب في تغير الفندق بعد ثلاثة أيام ولكن رفضهم وايضا تواصلت بالايميل مع بوكينج لم يستجب لي أحد. كانت تجربة غير سعيدة

It was very relaxing they met us at the door and welcomed us with tea and made us feel relaxed from the door. Each and every staff member were very nice and helped with anything we needed. The massage was the best part thank you so much Faye! She worked wonders on my feet after walking all night. Everything was clean, the view was gorgeous even though I fell asleep.

It was an amazing experience truly. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They took great care of us, from greeting us with relaxing tea to the attention to detail while performing our massage. I do a lot of training and was feeling tightness in my back. Pond was very helpful in releasing those knots. It was an amazing deep tissue massage. Faye at the front desk is super sweet and took great care of my lady and I. Recommend 10/10

الموقع: موقع رائع على البحر مباشرة، قريب من باتونغ لكنه بعيد بشكل مريح عن صخب وازدحام المركز، مما يمنحك هدوءًا مع سهولة الوصول للمنطقة السياحية. المسابح: متعددة وجميلة، ومنظر الغروب من حوض السباحة كان من أجمل ما رأيت. بوفيه الإفطار: نقطة مميزة جدًا - يراعون الأكل الحلال، وحرص الشيف شخصيًا على تنبيهنا بالأصناف الحلال، وهذا شيء نادر ويستحق التقدير. ملاحظة بخصوص الغرف: يفضل تجنب الغرف المطلة على الشارع لأن أصوات السيارات تصل إلى الداخل، ولو أنها بالنسبة لي كانت مقبولة وغير مزعجة بشكل كبير، لكن من يفضل الهدوء التام يمكنه طلب غرفة مطلة على البحر اطلالة جزئية أتمنى ان يحافظوا على المستوى لأني بالتأكيد افكر بالسكن فيه مره أخرى في زيارتي القادمة ل بوكيت ان شاء الله

The location was very close to patong area.

The facilities are old and the room was smelly. Also, we were waiting more than 30 minutes to get to our room.

Fahson and Jingna made us feel welcomed and then gave me a wonderful massage. My wife received an equally relaxing massage from View.

Exceptional service and tailored experience

The view from our room was beautiful, overlooking the beach, which was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The smaller pool was also nice when we were actually able to use it. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and were the only staff members who consistently provided good service during our stay.

Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing, with outdated and poorly maintained rooms, dirty facilities, disgusting pool areas and a breakfast that was honestly one of the worst I’ve ever experienced at a resort. The service was also very poor, with rude and unhelpful staff, long waits for food, poor communication and issues even getting towels for the pool. Overall, I would not recommend staying here and definitely don’t think the resort provides the quality or service you would expect for the price.

Proximity to Bang La road

The staff are not very friendly, shuttle bus takes too long to come to reception to drop guests back to the room specially at night . Tv doesn’t connect to Wifi in the room

A few of the other clients were rude and loud throughout the nights but the staff sorted it out with one call.

Only the room size

1- the room locations are not at all nice . You have to walk up long long staircases in order to get to your room. I booked a sweet and it was on the 9th floor , an extremely bad location. Will not recommend to anyone. 2- breakfast room is located in the open with high ceiling fans not helpful at all and you are sitting and eating in the heat by sweating through out. Extremely bad. Not recommended at all

Prostorný pokoj. Pékné bazény. Ručníková služba. Bohatá snídaně. Přilehlé parkoviště pro auta i skůtry. Dobrá lokalita, blízkost obchodů a služeb.

Klimatizace nešla regulovat a byla hlučná. Buď chladila na max nebo nechladila vůbec. Auta pohybující se po areálu by mohly být elektrická a tím pádmem méně hlučnější.

الاثاث فخم لكن قديم ويحتاج ترميم السيارة التي تنقل للباتونق وقتها محدود جدا فقط س 2 وس 4 ولازم حجز المسبح ضروري اعادة ترميمة وازالة الحواجز القديمه

Loved the wonderful staff, breakfast, pools, service and rooms. Staff also decorated our room with rose petals and a happy birthday message and cake as it was my daughter’s birthday. So so lovely!

Just found it hard getting into town as it was a little too far to walk for the family

Room and food was good

Resort is built on a cliff, troublesome to get from lobby to the room. Shuttle buses were reliable but the whole journey from room to lobby isn't fast

Not really a beachfront hotel despite being advertised as so. Shuttle twice a day to the beach but did not actually take us to the beach, and doesn’t offer a return journey. Lack of music at the waterfall swimming pool and when it did play it was the same songs over and over

מלון נהדר, הצוות אדיב ומאיר פנים, כל פניה נענתה בשמחה. אביזרי המלון מפנקים- שתי בריכות נהדרות, חדר כושר… המלון ממוקם במקום שקט, אין את המולת המרכז, אבל קרוב מאוד למרכז.

המלון ממוקם במעלה גבעה, אבל ישנו שירות שאטל למי שממוקם בדירות למעלה. זה לא מפריע רק חשוב לדעת🥰

الغرفه صغيره جداً لا يتوفر في الغرفه حذاء الصابون في دورة المياه فارغ وبلغتهم ولم يضعو فيه شئ طلبت منهم سرير طفل وقالو برسوم اليله الثانيه قلت لهم كل فنادق العالم توفر سرير الطفل مجاناً بعدها وفرو لي ريحه سيئ في بعض المرافق الافطار غير متنوع والمكان صغير لايناسب عدد النزلاء مره ضيق آخر يوم ما نزلت للفطور ما فيه شي مناسب

Absolutely pathetic experience at Diamond Cliff, Phuket. For a so-called 5-star property, keeping guests waiting until 4 PM for a 2 PM check-in after travelling all night is completely unacceptable. The staff were rude, dismissive and utterly unhelpful. Repeated apologies meant nothing when no actual solution was provided. The food and drinks offered were equally disappointing. Supremely low-grade service and nowhere close to 5-star standards

This resort is amazing, from check in to check out there were no issues. The entire staff are polite, helpful, and very courteous. The only downfall you need to be aware of, the resort is built into the side of a cliff, so there are lots of stairs from reception to your room, however there is a shuttle runs every 10mins or on request. We had a Luxury Escapes all inclusive package, which is the best value for money. The resort is only a 20min walk to the famous Bangla Rd, if you want to spend extra money on food & drinks, but the resort has everything you need. Our package included a 60min massage, each, which was utterly amazing, thank you to View, Pond and Faye !!!!!. We highly recommend the Diamond Cliff Resort &Spa. We will be back.

It has been an overall relaxing experience. Staff, rooms and amenities are first class. Treat yourself to the in-house Spa. Tranquile settings greeted by the host Tatar. My clinician was Jingna. Good firm hands and relaxing technique. Highly recommended

I was very impressed. The receptionist, Khaoglong, took excellent care of me and was always helpful with anything I needed. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the rooms at all times. The accommodation was clean, the atmosphere was great, and it had a sea view. The waiter, Jubjaeng, also provided excellent service and was always smiling.

I was so glad to be yet on 5 star Hotel . It was amazing! The staff was friendly very accommodating We got a great room with the view overlooking the pool. However ants were all over the room. It was an ants festation on the countertops near but telephone bathroom area even on the vanities . That took away from us having a great time 😞 They had amazing breakfast services and also poolside .. then one night coming back we had someone at their local restaurants and wait for the to see if anybody can give us a Michael eat it up with the waste the food. This when all hell broke out! I asked at the front desk was their service I was still Yes or to the restaurant and they would be able to heat it up. It would took us 45 minutes for them to go back and forth with the chef manager in some rude people that made me embarrassing scene for myself and my daughter. Also had a problem with them calling a supervisor K Mai Prapassorn kept telling me to sit out I'll wait for the check to come up . She was very rude and very unprofessional we're going to heating up food in there Resort. A young Korean boy came up and started yelling and screaming and made the situation worst. I can stand in there talking to him. He was the very belligerent ary unprofessional and yesssss it was a Korean boy employee. I suggested a meal voucher since they couldn't come up a solution . Manager did nothing to solve problem 😕

Very professional & friendly. Tailored my massage to my preferences & need. When the masseuse, named View, felt knots she took extra care and spent more time working on that area. They provided a refreshing cold drink beforehand and a warm tea after. Delicious! Tatar was especially helpful at the end in booking my husband in & making sure it was at a good time for him & our family!

We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My wife and I visited to celebrate our personal milestone of reaching 50 years, and we received a very warm welcome from the hotel team. As a pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a Romantic Suite, which made our stay even more special. I cannot remember her name, but I would like to sincerely thank the lady who handled our check-in. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is set on a steep hillside, and a shuttle service is available to transport guests to their rooms. While the shuttle was very convenient, my wife and I also enjoyed walking, as it gave us some good exercise and allowed us to appreciate the beautiful surroundings. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, and we made full use of the hotel's facilities. We were also asked to pay a refundable deposit of 2,000 THB upon arrival, which we had not anticipated. However, the staff clearly explained the process and assured us that the amount would be refunded within one to two weeks, which was perfectly acceptable. Overall, we had an amazing stay and created wonderful memories during our celebration. Thank you for making our milestone so special. We look forward to returning again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

He is the absolute best in Phuket

We booked a deluxe room, and it was wonderful—clean and beautiful in every way. The positives included the stunning natural surroundings, the cleanliness of the resort, the sounds of birds, and the excellent service. However, the resort doesn't offer any great activities; everything is paid, and there are no free options. The resort also requires a long and extensive walk, even though they provide a shuttle service around the clock. It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk.

So much staırs to reach the elevator, no nearby shop you have to go all the way long through shuttle to get water or anything else.
