Very good hotel with great staff specially front desk. Mrs Chantama, the manager, is an amazing lady who was ready every minute to support guests. All the aminities and the room is really great.

The Junior Suite was awesome, the pool,gym and sauna was great. The girl at tour desk is great at her job. The staff are always polite and the breakfast buffet was superb.

The reception staff are not the most polite, the room we were in looks out onto the top of another building covered in dirt and junk metal, not a balcony that looks onto the pool. The flush in our toilet didn’t really work. The food for breakfast and what they offer at the pool bar was definitely not as good as I’d hoped. This hotel really isn’t bad, but for the price and for the photos on here, I was expecting a lot more.

Le personnel : pas accueillant, pas souriant, ne comprend pas trop l'anglais. Il y a une qui est vraiment désagréable. L'hôtel : Vieillot, une partie est en travaux, il y a des fissures partout. La chambre : salle de bain pas propre, la climatisation fait trop de bruits et donne de l'air chaude. Petit déjeuner pauvre. L'emplacement : il faut traverser la rue et un rond point pour aller à la plage. Il faut 20min à pied pour aller au walking street. C'était mal parti avec l'accueil de la réceptionniste. Je ne recommande cet hôtel. J'ai 2 groupes dans cet hôtel, je vais les retirer.

The location was great, away from the noise and hustle bustle of Bangla Road but still close enough to walk there. Close to the beach too. We loved the pool access room. The breakfast was great every day too. Staff were very friendly. Overall a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again.

Was worried about the entrance to the pool floor felt like the wood underneath the fake grass was going to cave in and the corridors needed updating or cleaned or repainted

Das Hotel soll 5 Sterne haben, ich würde max 3-4 sterne geben. Ausstattung völlig veraltet. Das ganze Haus benötigt Auffrischung und Grundrenovierung, wenn man genauer honschaut überall kleine und grosse Mängel. Frühstück war nichts für Europäer, eher für Asiaten, Israelis, Araber etc.

Unfortunately, most of the reception staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. They also speak English poorly, which is quite surprising for people working in the tourism industry. There are also cockroaches in the rooms, so please keep this in mind before making a reservation. On the positive side, the pool area is great, there is a staff member who helps guests cross the busy road, and the housekeeping staff are attentive and clean the rooms every day. The breakfast is also quite good.

The staff were amazing, we were greeted with a friendly smile every time we entered whether we had been on a day tour or just gone to the convenience store. They were always helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is open late until 10:30, and the staff will make up the room until 6pm. Nothing is too much of a bother for the workers, I can't compliment them enough!

La piscina está bonita pero tiene un mini ascenso para las plantas 2 3 y 4, es como si solo tuviese piscina la planta baja

Pues en primer lugar en Booking pone 5 estrellas y en su página 4, el primer engaño el segundo, ponen una cama extra grande y te ponen Dos pegadas con una sabana y cuando se lo reclamas dicen que no hay disponibles, 3 todas las fotos que tienen el la página son de bañera de hidromasaje y luego tienen casi todas bañeras normales, y así más cosas. Publicidad engañosa etc.

The hotel is called hotel and spa but the spa has been closed scince covid witch was 4 years ago and only offer massages in bedrooms pretty disappointed really

A wonderful accommodation located in a great area of Patong.

Location. Staff helpful with booking activities and even helpful with arranging a Chiro locally. In room massage was lovely and at street cost.

מלון מצויין ונקי חדרים גדולים ומרווחים התארחנו במלון עם ילדים לקחנו 3 חדרים עם גישה פרטית לבריכה מומלץ מאוד. המלון נמצא על חוף הפטונג וממוקם כ7 דקות הליכה לבית חב״ד ולמסעדות הכשרות העובדים אדיבים ומסייעים בכל מה שדרוש. לשומרי השבת הם מסייעים בפתיחה של החדרים בשבת. מול המלון יש סופר מרקט ועוד חנויות נוחות.

אנחנו 4, זוג ושני מתבגרים. המלון פשוט נהדר! הכל הכל ממש נעים, האוירה, הצוות, המיקום נהדר ( בונוס- על 7 אילבן, ו-4 דק הליכה מבית חב"ד למי שזה חשוב לו🙏🏼) החדרים גדולים ממש, נקיים, מיטות מאוד נוחות, שירות חדרים מדוייק, הם מקפידים להגיע כל יום ולהחליף מה שמבקשים, מצעים, מגבות, מים מינרלים כל יום. ארוחת.הבוקר טובה- ירקות טריים, מלאאא מוקפצים ואורז וכאלה של תאילנד, וגם הכנת חביתות במקום, הבריכה אששששש ענקית, נקייה, יש מיטות שיזוף ומגבות חוף מפנקות. מומלץ מומלץ מומלץ!!!!

משו אחד שהיה לי קצת קשה איתו, אבל סביל, במקלחת לפעמים היו פתאום מים חמים מאוד ןאז קרים...זה לא נורא בכלל, כי זה מתאזן עם החם קר וגם יכול להיות שזאת היתה תקלה זמנית...מרוב שזה לא הפריע אפילו לא שאלתי על זה את הצוות.

Akkurat det samme hver dag i 14 dager blir du lei. Synd det ikke var mer av annet pålegg egg og ost var det eneste. Ikke noe særlig, noen dager kjente vi gammelsmak av skinka siom var i omletten. Ble dårlig i magen Vi spiste ikke frokost hver dag. Ikke et hotell for langtidsboende.

Likte ikke at ingen dusjet før de hoppa i bassenget, og at det var mange som badet med full hijab og kjole i bassenget. Skulle ha vært et krav med hel badesuite, ser virkelig uhygienisk ut. Vi var minimalt i bassenget dvs vi var der i starten og siste dag da bada vi ikke. Strengere krav om hygiene bør hotellet ha når det gjelder bassenget. Ser mye hyggeligere ut med lys i bassenget på kvelden.

Hôtel très bien situé devant la plage de Patong. Hôtel agréable et propre avec une belle piscine. Literie confortable et minibar qui refroidit bien. Chaines satellites internationales claires.

Il est difficile de tirer et d'utiliser la douchette de la baignoire et il n'y a pas de rideau et ce n'est pas une baignoire à bain de remous comme il est spécifié sur le descriptif de la chambre. La partie près de la fenêtre avec une mini table et un petit matelas n'est pas utile et prend de la place. Il n' y a pas d'étagères pour mettre ses vêtements. Le mobilier en bois est très lourd et ancien il serait bon de le moderniser pour mériter le 4 étoiles. Il est important de prévoir toute la journée et surtout le soir quelqu'un qui parle anglais pour répondre aux problèmes que peuvent rencontrer les clients.

Good location, close to the. beach but far enough from the 'ping pong shows' to avoid the loud noise. great pool for relaxing, especially with help from Anon the Pool barman. great value cocktails Upgrading to a pool side room was worth it. good breackfast selection good clean room

Some of the room and facilities, especially the pool entrance wood gates are in need of replacement saying that, we are planning a return trip and stay at the same hotel

לא ניקו לנו את החדר לא דאגו למגבות , המקלחת היתה עם שערות של בת הזוג שלא ניקו , היה חסר נייר טואלט , שקעי החשמל לא החזיקו כראוי את המטענים של הפאלפונים

Great location, had pool access room which was fantastic. Staff all lovely. Large room and bathroom. Bed was so comfy. Shops right across the road or same side to chose massages or eateries or 7 eleven.

Maybe upgrade the mini fridges. Check that they have shelves or the side covers

Quiet hotel away from the big crowds. Great breakfast included. Large rooms. Gym and sauna onsite. Walking distance to restaurants across the road, along with 7/11 directly opp and the beach.

A little tricky to cross the road at times even tho there is a crosswalk

На выбор этого отеля повлияли следущие факторы: первая линия (пляж через дорогу) и величина номера, а также возможность бесплатно воспользоваться трансфером через Букинг (если бы не это, поехали бы на Корал бич, поскольку мы с мужем не тусовщики и ночная жизнь Патонга нас не привлекает). Изначально нас заселили в номер с видом на море, но ночью было довольно шумно, поскольку балкон выходил на улицу с постоянным потоком машин, поэтому попросили переселить нас в номер с видом на бассейн, где было тихо. Завтраки были разнообразными и вкусными.

The bed was super soft and breakfast was exceptional. The staff were lovely and the resort was beautifully kept. The cupboard & room size was excellent

The air con seemed to fluctuate and not cold enough during the night. The water in the shower was affected by busy time eg hot and cold. The resort was great so these things are nothing compared to our overall stay.

Biggest bed I’ve ever seen in my life. The room was outstanding. Amenities were good.

They start music by the pool a bit early. If you like to sleep in late then I’d suggest not getting a pool side room.
