Barut Hemera - Ultra All Inclusive

Beautiful hotel with a great layout and a wonderful overall atmosphere. We very much enjoyed our stay. The restaurants offered great food, and the à la carte dining experience was a particular highlight. The grounds are thoughtfully designed, making it easy and enjoyable to explore the property. We especially appreciated the hotel’s family-friendly approach. Thoughtful touches such as providing a complimentary stroller and other useful amenities for our child made our stay much more comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would be happy to return.

Our room was pleasant and comfortable. However, the building itself, particularly the hallways, could benefit from some refurbishment. This did not significantly affect our overall experience, but it would help improve the property’s appearance. We also felt that the overall service level could be improved. Some interactions with staff members were less welcoming than expected, and a more consistently attentive approach would enhance the guest experience. We were also a little surprised that the kids’ area (slides) close at 5 PM, which felt a bit early. Despite these points, we still had an enjoyable stay overall.

Excellent as expected for the Barut standard, great choice overall, personnel is friendly and speak multiple international languages. Overall great facilities, pools, enough places for everyone. Many restaurants, great choice of food, snacks. Nice quality overall, recommended, I would stay a second time in any Barut hotel.

For a 5 Star hotel, the room doors have to be better sound insulated, this was not the case. Basically if someone speaks on the hallway you can hear them clearly in your room. This is not the case in Lara Barut, there's a price difference of course, however it's the same concept so one expects the same quality. Some of the stall especially at the beach bar a bit arrogant, however that's an exception not the norm,

- Pour autant le personnel dans les restaurants étaient incroyables, par contre le personnel à la réception étaient excecrables, malhonnêtes et détestable Ils ont tenté de me faire payer en cash un transfert vers l’aéroport alors que j’ai appris finalement que les transfert se payaient lors du check out directement à l’hôtel en CB - Des mon arrivée je leur ai signifié que la chambre qu’ils m’avaient donné n’était pas une chambre familiale 36 m2 à 4 c’est invivable pour 3 semaines C’était une chambre pour deux qu’ils ont transformé pour 4 Le lit en plus pour mon fils (ou j’ai dormi finalement) n’était pas un lit mais un pauvre canapé convertible très inconfortable(sans matelas) Payé 550€ la nuit pour dormir sur un convertible est absolument inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 ⭐️ Ils n’ont pas voulu me trouver une solution pour ce problème malgré mon alerte Cela a gâché en grande partie mon séjour malgré les points positifs écrits plus haut Bien entendu on ne va pas en vacances pour passer du temps dans sa chambre mais avec un bébé de 1 an et demie et avec 44 degrés dehors et 70% d’humidité, pouvoir parfois se relaxer un peu dans la chambre est bénéfique Isolation inexistante, oubliez la grasse matinée Clairement au niveau du logement ce n’est absolument pas un 5⭐️ - Le fameux problème des transats, j’ai vu de mes propres yeux des personnes réservants des transats des 06h15 du matin au lieu de 07h30 sans que l’hôtel ne fasse quoi que ce soit, malgré leur nombreux panneaux expliquant que si des transats étaient réservés ils enlèverait les affaires Ils ne l’ont pas fait du tout pendant 18 jours Écrire des choses c’est bien, les faire c’est mieux Enfin le ménage était bien entendu fait tout les jours mais très succinctement ce n’est pas acceptable pour un 5⭐️ Merci aux Managers de ne pas répondre à mon commentaire pour me dire que vous êtes désolé que mon expérience n’étaient pas parfaite, vos excuses je n’en veux pas, je vous ai signifié à de nombreuses reprises les...

Yemekleri çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Oda temizliği, personelin alakası, mini club ve etkinlikleriyle kaliteli bir otel. Özellikle restoran bölümünde Ramazan bey ve Sıdıka hanıma teşekkür ediyorum. Önümüzdeki sene tekrar rezervasyon yapmayı düşünüyoruz.

Deniz çok taşlıydı. Özellikle plastik iskelenin sol tarafında büyük kayalar vardı. İlk gün ayağımızı biraz yaraladık.

We loved the layout, the pools, the beach, the restaurants and the staff. The staff work so hard all day from the restaurant staff, bar staff, grounds people, chefs. The rooms were amazing and everyone was so friendly and attentive. One person was gluten free and the fact you can message on the day to say what you want to eat and where you will be and they will have it ready for you is very inclusive and takes a lot of stress away. The pool party was a highlight!

The spa could have more variety of treatments and not just massage. We would have liked facials or body wraps.

We had a really lovely stay. Everything was excellent, from the reception and restaurant service to the beach. A special thank you to Ms. Umu and Leila at Reception, Omer at the beach, and Gul from Guest Relations for being so kind and helpful. Every member of staff we met was friendly and attentive, and we are only sorry we did not remember all their names, including the waiters and bartenders at Kumsal and the other restaurants, as well as the team at the lobby bar. The food in every restaurant was very good, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. We also really appreciated the hotel’s efforts to reduce single-use plastic. We would gladly stay here again.

Our stay at Barut Hemera has been truly unforgettable. First and foremost, my deepest thanks go to the Operations Manager, Mr Burcin Karademir. His exceptional leadership is reflected in every detail of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, and it is clear that he has built a team that delivers outstanding hospitality with professionalism, warmth and pride. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Ms Nurchihan from Guest Relations, Rabia Horiz, Ümit Karakoç, Mustafa Kalkan, Ms Gizem, Ms Gaye, Mr Enes from the skating team, Ms Dila and Ms Darina from the Entertainment Team, Mr Ali and his fiancée at the Pool Bar, Hassan, the entire Indoor Café team, and all the bar, restaurant, housekeeping, gardening and maintenance staff. Every one of them contributed to making our holiday so memorable. One person deserves special recognition: the lovely lady at the towel station. Despite suffering a serious foot injury, she greeted us with a smile and happily showed us the way to the lobby. We only realised afterwards how much pain she was in. We offered her a tip as a small gesture of appreciation, but she kindly refused. Her dedication perfectly represents the spirit of Barut Hemera. No hotel is completely free of minor issues, but they become insignificant when compared with the outstanding service, genuine care and positive attitude shown by every member of the team. It is obvious that this level of excellence comes from exceptional management and a workplace where people enjoy what they do. Entertaining show in the evening needs a bit more improvement

The staff is amazing. Despite being a large hotel with many employees, almost everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This really impressed us and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also outstanding. Considering it was an open buffet, we were rarely disappointed by the quality or taste of the dishes. Believe me, as someone from Turkey, I have quite high standards when it comes to food. The variety was impressive, and most of the dishes were genuinely delicious.

This is not related to the hotel itself, but the sea was not the highlight of the stay. The beach is quite pebbly, and the sea was not the best. The food, on the other hand, was amazing. However, having so many options available all the time made it quite challenging to practice self-control. This is probably a common issue with all-inclusive hotels, but having constant access to delicious food and drinks can create an environment where indulgence is almost encouraged. While it is a luxury, I found it a little overwhelming at times.

- bardzo miły i pomocny personel, zwracał uwagę na nasze potrzeby i szybko reagował, jeśli trzeba było pomóc - dobre jedzenie, na uwagę zasługują drinki, które były rewelacyjne, nie czuć w nich było sztucznego posmaku, który pojawia się często w hotelach typu all inclusive. A dodatkowo tak duży był ich wybór, że ciężko było się na coś zdecydować - bardzo fajne panie animatorki w sali zabaw, które prowadziły ciekawe zajęcia, córka wolała spędzać czas w sali zabaw niż na basenie lub nad morzem - pokoje bardzo ładne, regularnie sprzątane, mini bar uzupełniany na bieżąco - ciekawa impreza piana party - dzieciom również sie podobała - fajnie pomyślane wieczorne występy, na jednej scenie głośne i różnorodne (koncerty, cyrk, tańce itp), na drugiej bardziej kameralne i klimatyczne koncerty na żywo. Dzięki temu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

- mini disco - brakowało interakcji z dziećmi i poprowadzenia tego w jakiś fajny sposób, ograniczało się do pokazywania choreografii przez animatorki. W innych hotelach all inclusive, w ktorych byliśmy, było to dużo lepiej zorganizowane, dzięki czemu córka była mocno zainteresowana a tutaj niestety bez większego entuzjazmu. - poduszki - ich wybór w pokoju był duży (duży plus za to) ale i tak nie znaleźliśmy takiej, która by nam odpowiadała. Śpimy z mężem na bardzooooo płaskich a takich nie było Te rzeczy w minusach to są jakieś drobne rzeczy, które nie wpłynęly na bardzo dobrą ocenę hotelu :)

We loved everything, resort, food, very friendly staff

This was our third holiday at the hemera and it did not disappoint. Its an amazing hotel the staff are great they are always so helpful. The food is great there is so much choice and variety. We love the beach bar at lunch time. We had two rooms and both was ready for us on arrival spotless clean with great views of the pool. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard every day The hotel has a very chilled vibe which we love. I love playing darts at 4pm its a great way to interact with other guests and have a few beers. We look forward to booking our holiday again for next year back to this wonderful hotel

Es war ein Urlaub wie man es sich wünscht - von Check In bis zum Check out - soviel freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal findet man selten. Das Essen, das Zimmer, der Service, alles war in meinen Augen perfekt.

Das Belegen der Poolliegen, da ist Luft nach oben. Hier sollte man sich am Konzept von „Mein Schiff“ orientieren. Auf Liegen mit Handtuch, aber sichtlich unbenutzt wird eine Karte gelegt und ist diese nach einer halben oder nach einer Stunde noch drauf, wird die liege geräumt. So hat jeder die Möglichkeit eine Poolliege zu bekommen. Viele belegen Poolliegen und Strandliegen gleichzeitig. Alle Liegen bis 7:30 Uhr auf dem keine Person sitzt, werden abgeräumt. Vor 7:30 Uhr werden Liegen reserviert, obwohl noch keiner da ist. Da sollte man sich entweder durchsetzen oder die Regel mit 7:30 Uhr nicht erst gar nicht aufsetzen, wenn sich keiner daran hält.

Beach is very nice,,comfy sunbeds,,,you can order drinks from the menu on the app ,service is fast(Omer was very pleasant)there are some rocks in the water but you can avoid them,,hotel is very nice and clean great garden and entretainment ,drinks are very good quality ,if you want you can request the soft drinks in the can ,beer in the bottle Budweiser and Becks, Efes on draught,good quality icecream,,pool foam party was excellent,accomodation service was very good the housekeeping lady took care very well of the room,minibar was replenished swiftly aircon was working very well ,wifi was working very well all over property,the hotel has the potential to be one of the best with some changes,when i booked i come with very high expectations due to the reviews i read,i told my family that the hotel will be top knotch and the best we have been stayed but somehaw was a let down,i did not match the reviews.

I want to start that i am working in the hospitaly business over 25 years (Princess Cruisess) and this is a constructive feedback not a complaint. In my opinion the let downs of the hotel come due the fact that management and middle management does not interact at all with guests ,i observed the staff, and not eaven once i did not see one of the different departments management ask the guest how is their experience and satisfaction ,instead they all look grumpy never says hi and only talk between themselves . The cofee was very bad ,you need to change the brand you use Segafredo is very bad,taste stall and rancid ,also you need to change the cofee macHines the automatic ones you use cannot make good cofee ,use semi automatic ones like you have in patissery ,in there the baristas are great and know how to make a good cofee but the cofee beans are the problem ,the worst cofee is in the looby that machine needs maintenence imediatelly , and all the machines need to be cleanes and calibreted often and to taste the cofee after that,for a cofee drinker is very important to have good cofee thats what kickstarts your day and not to be able to have a good cofee in a 5 star hotel is unacceptable. Beer offer is very week ,i dont like Budweiser or Becks ,i like Efes but you only have it on tap wich is great ,but because they dont clean the beer lines beear tastes bad because the yeast wich comes in interaction with the oxigen,beer lines should be cleaned at least every 2 days ,because of all this i could not have beer neither on the beach or bars ,except in the room where you provide Efes in the can.all this are easy fixes but it affects guest satisfaction. Most of the bartenders not the waiters acts like they make you a favor when they serve you,not friendly at all . The biggest let down was the fact that i could not have a steak in all resort ,including the A la Carte restaurants,i would not mind to be charged extra in a la carte restaurants but have a proper steak,

Everything was briliant, cant wait to visit again

We had a great vacation! The personnel were extremely friendly, and the entertainment team was wonderful (thank you for the teen archery!). The circus show was stunning, and the food was fresh and never boring. The beach in this part of Side is rocky, but the hotel's plastic pier makes water access easy and pleasant. Best of all, the resort never felt overcrowded, so you can always find a peaceful place to relax. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Smokers weren't fully separated from non-smokers.

We had a wonderful stay at Barut Hemera. The beautiful gardens, delicious food, great location, and kind staff made our vacation truly special. The hotel looks very nice, very well arranged and preserved. Also I was very impressed by how well organized it is, I never felt like it’s crowded and there was space for everyone and everything. Food was very good and had much variety. Service was also amazing, everyone was quick and helpful and smiling. Just for me personally I didn’t like that there were a lot of family with kids, whereas I prefer a bit more quiet. But there is a pool and beach section for adults only, which helped.

J'avais indiqué mon heure d'arrivée et malgré cela nous avons dû attendre longtemps pour notre chambre. Une fois dans la chambre, il manquait des peignoirs pour que les enfants puissent aller se baigner et malgré plusieurs relances par téléphone depuis la chambre les peignoirs ne sont jamais arrivés. J'ai dû aller à la réception et insister pour obtenir le peignoir. Bilan des courses: 20 minutes d'attente au total. C'est dommage de commencer son séjour sur une note négative...

Все понравилось . Не первый раз были здесь. Один из лучших комфортных отелей. Еда, напитки все отличное! Мне важно было различные спортивные мероприятия, что было здесь на высоком уровне: аква сайкл, трамплининг, на сапах , акваэробика , и др . Думаю вернемся ещё сюда.

Не понравилось расположения номера 1601. Номер выходил , с одной стороны (справа) на трубы от вытяжки ресторана, которые шумели и под окнами были подсобные помещения ресторана , где поздно вечером и рано утром было слышно как гремят посудой .

I called a taxi via Uber. As soon as the taxi came, the guards started to block our moving. They threw the stones at the taxi; did not pay attention to us, although we were already inside the taxi. Chaos!!?

Stammgäste werden nicht geschätzt und sind nicht willkommen. Personal an der Rezeption und die Dame von der Gästebetreuung (die mit den Locken) MAXIMAL unfreundlich. Personal an der Rezeption grüsst nicht mal bei Ankunft die Gäste richtig, man fühlt sich leider nicht willkommen. Wir mussten Aufgrund des schlechten Zimmers welches wir bekommen haben ( nahe an der Beachbar, jeden Abend extrem laut, mehrmals bis 1 Uhr Nachts, keine Heizung im Zimmer) drei Nächte in einem anderen Hotel (extra Kosten) übernachten. Als wir zurück kamen wurden wir beim Eingang vom Personal angeschrien! Eventuell sollte das Personal an der Rezeption mal ordentlich geschult werden, die strozen nur so von Arroganz. Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, bereits vor Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt dass das Hotel voll sei. Haben dann rausgefunden dass das Hotel definitiv nicht voll ist. Naja, wenn man nicht will, will man nicht! Dass wir zusätzlich Geld ausgeben mussten da wir das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen haben und einfach mal Ruhe brauchten interessierte niemand! 3 Wochen waren wir da mit 3 Zimmer! Achtung: es gibt eine alte Dame im Hotel (Stammgast), die Queen Hemera, für sie wird jeden morgen den Tisch reserviert beim Frühstück! Auch drängelt sie sich vor mit den Worten: sie sei Stammgast hier! Sollte vom Personal unterbunden werden. Wir waren innerhalb von 16 Monaten 8 Wochen in diesem Hotel. Dieses Mal war es eine grosse Enttäuschung! Man versucht mehr zu sein als man ist! Sehr viel Luft nach oben Die Qualität vom Essen hat stark nachgelassen im Gegensatz zum letzten Jahr

Absolutely everything was excellent and all 5 stars entertainment was amazing, food was delicious especially all the a la carte restaurants, drinks were sublime especially our favourite bar man Benjamin he was a joy, pool service and beach service was exceptional.

In recent years, Barut Hemera has limited the number of a-la-carte meals you can reserve each week ( to try to ensure everyone has access ) - but the buffet food quality os sometimes not that great, so they should try to expand their a-la-carte restaurant offerings to increase supply rather than limited access.

Este hotel foi uma excelente surpresa. Viajamos em família e adoramos a estadia. Foram 2 dias de repouso, tranquilidade e diversão para os miúdos. O pequeno almoço super variado com comida fresca e de muito boa qualidade. O staff muito simpático e atencioso. Comida sempre disponível durante todo o dia. O hotel tem muito espaço verde, esplanadas agradáveis, a beira mar, bom ambiente. Adoramos o kids club. As sras foram muito acolhedoras e simpáticas com os miúdos. No hotel há um pequeno mercado com lojas de conveniência, cabeleireiro, etc. O Spa é otimo e os preços a acessíveis. Adoramos a estadia e recomendamos vivamemente eate hotel.

Зеленая территория, прекрасное расположение. Имеется свой пляж, но заход в море и дно каменное, можно травмировать ноги. Вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, обеды и ужины.

Отношение к гражданам России неоднозначное; во время приема пищи в ресторане тебя могут игнорировать и долго не подходить. Один раз вообще сделали замечание, что сели за стол для 6 персон. Но при этом официанты мило и с юмором общаются с постояльцами из Германии и Турции. Поэтому мы часто подходили сами и просили налить напитки. Плохая шумоизоляция: слышно, кто чихает, кашляет, разговаривает по телефону и прочее. Утром нельзя открыть окно, потому что слышны сильные звуки кидания столовых приборов и разговоров официантов при подготовке завтрака. Последней каплей была ситуация отключения света в номере именно в час, когда собирали вещи и нужно было покидать номер. Позвонили на ресепшен, в конце концов свет включили, но осадок остался. И даже никто не извинился.

The food was out of this world. We loved the gardens and the peaceful beach. The water was bit cold. We loved the friendly waiters and the shows in the evenig were of good standard

I do not understand tha not the inside pool or any of the other pools were not heated. Everybody was around the pool but nobody swam because the water was cold. If it was just 4 to 5 degrees warmer I would have loved it.

Ein perfekter Urlaub mit super Erholung, jeder der dort arbeitet hat sein Herz an der richtigen Stelle und kümmert sich um die Gäste wie nirgendsanders.

Мне показался маленьким пляж. Мы отдыхали в апреле, мало кто купался, но загорали многие и порой все лежаки были заняты. И это при неполной загрузке отеля. Не представляю, как это выглядит в сезон.

Toit oli väga rikkalik ja teenindus suurepärane. Kogu ala hooldatud, kena ja puhas. Palju hubaseid istumiskoti, rannas hea teenindus. Hotellis hea sisustusega jõusaal, soojendusega välibassein (aprillis) +26, sisebassein. SPA-s pakutavad teenused professionaalsed, kena ja hubane sisustus.

IT lahendused ei töötanud hästi äpi kaudu (nt padjamenüüst tellimine).

Localisation au bord de la plage. Nourriture exceptionnelle. Propreté. Piscine couverte. Proximité avec les sites antiques de Side, Aspendos, Pergé, Termessos (exceptionnel!)

Everything was really good, starting with the beach restaurant, the views at the beach, the buffet, the atmosphere, the kids club and unlimited options!

Personal ist super! Alle geben vollgas und bemühen sich sehr. Hervorzuheben ist schwer, aber doch zu nennen: Cengiz, Barut und Kenan sind Vollpeofis! Der Spa inkl. Massagen, Essen ist sehr gut.

Zu viele Deutsche....die sind dort in Massen. Manchmal kommt es vor wie Dortmund am Meer. Schrecklich. Die Betten sind nicht gut.

Sixth time at Barut Hemera. Comparing to previous visits. Improvements: Coolers with drinking water better distributed across the hotel area. 3-4 water bottles provided daily into the minibar. Fresh towels available all day long on the beach. Food at the buffet is still good quality; marvelous omelettes. Hotel app functionality improved.

Suggestions for improvement: Noticed that the hotel management has started saving on the food/ buffet offering. No or seldom main dishes at the evening buffet. The largest deficit, in our perception, was lack of freshly cut watermelons and/or melons at the buffet: breakfast, lunch and dinner. Orange juice at breakfast is not freshly made, mixed with water and artificial nectar. Suggest to add/return a choice of sandwiches and non-sweet snacks to the patisserie. Sandwiches with meat and cheese are available at the beach bar, but having them at the patisserie as well would be just as useful. As for the hotel app, it would be helpful to be able to make combined à la carte table reservations valid for guests from several rooms - so that the number of people may be inserted accordingly without the need for manual intervention from the guest relations.

This hotel used Booking com to sell unpopular numbers with the view for the zone of unloading goods.

Gefallen hat mir alles, besonders aufgefallen ist mir der sehr gepflegte zustand der grünen Anlage.

Die Qualität der Cocktails in der Bar konnte besser sein.

Everything particularly the food, the staff and the attention to detail.

Nothing except maybe the centrally controlled heating / cooling which was a bit too warm.

It’s our second stay at Barut Hemera and hope for many times ahead. The landscaping is the focus here and the grounds of the hotel are beautifully maintained. Immaculate condition of green lawns, flower beds and fruit trees is incredible inviting. Our deluxe room with balcony and jacuzzi facing the quiet pool was comfortable, modern and clean. We had the warmest welcome from everyone. The food in the restaurant was fresh and delicious. People at reception and guest relations were so helpful. A big thank to the amazing Spa team. We enjoyed a week package of body treatments. Have to praise the massage therapist Tiara. I’ve got a huge relief for my muscles and joints problems. The beach is beautiful too with comfy sun-beds. Just a perfect holiday. Many thanks Barut Hemera. Need another one soon !

Хотела е на първа линия ,голямо придимство е ,че има пешеходна алея за вечерни разходки ,може да се разходите до стария град и с велосипед. Хареса ни плажа , добре поддържан с хубав пясък .Даваме много висока оценка на персонала на Barut Hemera , изключителни професионалисти на всяко ниво ! Усмихнати ,позитивни ,готови винаги да помогнат ,ако има нужда . Посещавали сме доста петзвездни хотели на турското крайбрежие ,за първи път ни се случва такова посрещане на рецепция , да не чакаш прав ,любезно те канят да седнеш в лоби бара и докато си изпиеш кафето и освежаващата напитка ти се обработват документите . Хотела е много подходящ за почивка извън сезона , има голям избор на занимания / анимация за всеки по нещо /, вечерни изпълнения на живо . Хареса ни и екологичната политика на хотела , много добре озеленен с прекрасни кътове и без пластмаса , много чисто . Храната е много вкусна и разнообразна ,преобладават младите хора в персонала ,които с вниманието и опита на по възрастните правят прекрасни неща / сушито беше чудесно / ,адмирации !!! Благодарим за прекрасната , релаксираща почивка !

Единствената ни забележка и препоръка към ръководството - отоплямите басейни са с ниска температура на водата ,ако може да бъдат около 28-30 градуса . Със сигурност ще спечелите още повече гости .

Мы отдыхали с ребенком, нам все понравилось. Еда разнообразная, сервис на высоком уровне, отношение к детям замечательное.

Ambiance familiale. Accès direct à une magnifique plage. Et une agréable piscine couverte. Personnel accueillant et aimable. Une nourriture exceptionnelle. Proximité de la ville antique de Sidé et de nombreux autres sites antiques : Pergé, Asperdos. Franchement super.

Animation le soir bruyante quand on cherche le calme et qu'on veut se coucher tôt.
