Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, die Lage war sehr zentral, man konnte alles mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und das Essen war köstlich! Schöner Sandstrand

Leider waren die Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles aus den Nebenzimmern oder wenn jemand im Flur ist. Aber auch die Geräusche von draußen hört man klar und deutlich. Matratzen sollten auch mal getauscht werden, die waren sehr hart. Essenszeiten könnten erweitert werden, dass man jederzeit etwas bekommt, reicht auch wenn es ein kleiner Snack ist. Viel zu wenig Aufzüge für die Größe des Hotels. Man wartet ewig das mal einer kommt. Da das Hotel etwas höher gelegen ist als der Strand, muss man entweder viele Treppen gehen oder den Shuttle Service verwenden.

2/5 – Think carefully before booking if you are vegetarian We stayed at the Side Star Elegance Hotel in Side, Turkey, for six nights as a family of five vegetarians on an all-inclusive holiday booked through Jet2. I am writing this review because I believe future guests, particularly vegetarian families, should know about our experience. VEGETARIAN FOOD – OUR BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT Before booking, I had a lengthy telephone conversation with a Jet2 representative named Natalie. I specifically asked whether the hotel catered for vegetarians because this was important for our family. I was assured that vegetarian food was available, and based on that assurance I proceeded with the booking. Unfortunately, what we experienced at the hotel was very different. We were not asking for special or complicated meals. We simply expected a reasonable vegetarian choice as part of an all-inclusive holiday. Instead, on many evenings there was little more than salad, fruit and bread. There were often two meat soups but no vegetable soup. Pasta was sometimes available, but there were occasions when there was no vegetarian sauce available – only Bolognese. Some evenings had a few vegetarian options, but there was no consistency. One evening there might be something suitable and the next few evenings there was virtually nothing. We were a family of five, all paying the full all-inclusive price. I raised the matter with the Guest Relations Manager, who listened but explained that there were only around 25 vegetarians staying at the hotel. I found that explanation difficult to accept. The number of vegetarian guests should not determine whether they receive a reasonable choice of food. Eventually, we became so disappointed and frustrated that we simply stopped complaining. A VERY POOR FIRST NIGHT Our journey also contributed to our disappointment. We left home at 9.00 am and, following baggage delays, did not arrive at the hotel until approximately 1.00 am. After travelling for such a long time, we went to the 24-hour restaurant and asked whether there was anything vegetarian available. The chef simply replied "No" and made dismissive hand gestures. For us, this was a very poor welcome after such a long journey. THERE WERE POSITIVES I want this review to be fair. The beach was lovely and the swimming pools were good. The daytime beach bar actually provided much better vegetarian choices, including jacket potatoes, pizza, chips, salads and fruit. Most members of staff were polite and hardworking, although communication could sometimes be difficult because of limited English. The room was comfortable, although the bathroom arrangement provided very little privacy when sharing with another person. The hotel's layout also meant that getting to the beach involved several lifts and a fair amount of walking. Freshly squeezed orange juice was also an additional €3 per glass despite the holiday being all-inclusive. JET2'S RESPONSE TO OUR COMPLAINT After returning home, I made a formal complaint to Jet2. Jet2 opened a case and subsequently contacted me by telephone. During that conversation, I explained again that I had specifically asked their representative about vegetarian food before booking and had relied on the assurance that the hotel catered for vegetarians. Unfortunately, Jet2's position was that they would not offer compensation because their criteria did not specifically state on the website that vegetarian food was provided. I find this extremely disappointing. I accept that I did not personally read every term and condition or examine every detail of the website before booking. However, I specifically asked the Jet2 representative because vegetarian catering was important to us. If a customer asks a representative a direct question before booking and relies on the answer, I believe that should be taken seriously. I was also disappointed by the manner in which this was communicated to me. Before I had even asked about compensation, the conversation focused on the website criteria and why Jet2 would not compensate us. Jet2 did say that our feedback had been passed to the hotel and that the hotel would look into the matter. I appreciate that they have at least raised the issue with the hotel, but this does not change our experience. AND WHAT ABOUT THE HOTEL? I also contacted the Side Star Elegance Hotel directly after returning home and made a formal complaint. Unfortunately, the hotel has not responded to me at all. I find this particularly disappointing. We gave the hotel the opportunity to respond privately and address our concerns, but despite our complaint, we have received no response whatsoever. In my opinion, even if the hotel disagreed with our complaint, basic courtesy would have been to acknowledge it and provide a response. FINAL OPINION This is not a review saying that everything about the hotel was bad. There were some good aspects, particularly the beach, pools and daytime beach food. However, for our family of five vegetarians, the evening dining experience was a major problem and significantly affected our enjoyment of the holiday. If you eat meat, you may have a completely different experience and find plenty of food. But if you are vegetarian, I would strongly recommend considering alternative hotels in Turkey before booking this one. For us, this was a very disappointing experience and certainly not what we expected from a five-star all-inclusive hotel. Rating: 2/5

I have just returned from our lovely holiday at the Elegance where I went with my daughter and 14 years old grandson. And what a great hotel it is! We had clean, well furnished rooms, with excellent aircon,and Huru, the lady who cleaned mine, went above and beyond to make sure I was well looked after. All of the staff are courteous and helpful including the Reception Desk and the Entertainments Team who do their best to keep you busy and give you a good experience. The hotel and its’ grounds are huge, but it’s always immaculately kept; from the cleaners to the gardeners, doing their best to take care of it all. Everywhere looks so pretty. There are several choices of pools, from quiet smaller ones to the main big one, which was the one we all enjoyed, as there was so much going on there. A couple of good, fun slides, lots of beds with parasols, and entertainment from the Team, who encourage you to join in. The water in the pool was the perfect temperature and we spent a lot of the day in it! There are also large fridges dotted all around the pool area and surrounding eateries, where you can just simply help yourself to soft drinks and water at any time of day or night. And not forgetting the ice cream fridges where you can also take what you’d like. The beach is literally outside the main pool area and it was lovely to be able to go there and try out the various activities on offer from local businesses; from parasailing to paddle boarding and jet skiing. We also booked on to a really great boat trip to Green Canyon where you can swim off the boat if you wish. There is so much choice of food and different places to eat at the hotel - and we particularly enjoyed our lunchtime food from around the pool area. The Elegance buffet restaurant has a mind boggling choice of dishes and everyone looked very happy with it all. The three of us are extremely picky eaters so we did struggle to find food we liked, although I’m pretty certain most people enjoyed their food, and it was really just us. We all loved the pancakes! Again the staff there work so hard. The back of the hotel leads to the beach and a long promenade with restaurants/little shops. We walked along the promenade the approx 2 miles into Side old town and were thrilled to be able to see preserved ruins from 2000 years ago! All kept under glass, so that you actually walk over them and can look down onto them! It was fabulous! All in all we had a wonderful time and I can assure you, you won’t regret choosing the Elegance!

Das Meer ist ganz okay. Man kann ca 200meter gehen und dabei auf Füßen stehen

Alles. Das Hauptrestaurant war eine Katastrophe. Zu lange Schlangen, essen hat nie geschmeckt. Im Gegenteil.. uns war paar mal schlecht ich rate euch Hackfleisch nicht anzufassen!!! Wir haben nur noch Pommes und evtl pide gegessen. Keine liegen am Pool. Wir waren 2 mal bei Guest relations. Beim ersten Mal wurde uns gesagt es ist überall so man kann nix tun. Wir haben unsere ersten 2 Tage im sitzen verbracht da keine liegen frei waren. Dauernd Stromausfall, unfreundliche und teilweise aggressive Mitarbeiter. Von den Aufzügen und Treppen mal abgesehen. Also wer einen erholsamen Urlaub möchte, sollte hier nicht hin. Die Getränke wie Mojito, Pins Colada usw haben alle nicht gut geschmeckt.

Wir haben dieses Hotel in den letzten 10 Jahren zum vierten Male besucht, daher kannten wir die gute Lage und die Annehmlichkeiten bereits. Das all-inklusive Konzept ist bei uns sehr beliebt.

Bei der Ankunft stehen freundliche Hotelmitarbeiter bereit, um mit dem Gepäck zu helfen. Leider wird nicht auf ein Zeichen gewarten, sondern unverzüglich mit dem Öffnen des Autos und dem Entladen begonnen. Ich mag nicht, wenn Fremde ungefragt mein Auto öffnen und das Gepäck entnehmen. Dise wissen nicht welche empfindlichen Geräte sich darin befinden. Das Animationteam gibt sich Mühe, aber jeden Abend die gleiche Ansprache des Hauptmoderators ist doch sehr langweilig. Wir mögen dass All-Inklusive Angebot, es gibt leider Gäste, die sich viele volle Teller auf den Tisch stellen, diese aber nicht anrühren. Alle Gäste haben für dieses Verhalten zu bezahlen. Eines Abends fanden wir ein Loch in einer Steintreppe. Da dieses in einem dunklen Bereich war, gingen wir direkt zur Rezeption, um dies zu melden. Nach 2 Stunden psssierten wir erneut diese Stelle. Nichts war passiert. Erneut gingen wir zu Rezeption, um nochmals auf die Gefährlichkeit der Stelle hinzuweisen, und der Mitarbeiter, mir welchen wir 2 Stunden vor geaprochen habe begann frech zu werden. Am Strand waren die veschiedensten Verkäufer unterwegs. Alle waren höflich und akzeptirten unverzüglich ein Nein. Nur der Vertreter des Massagepraxis übertrieb es. Nachdem ich Ihm am ersten Tag ausführlich erklärt hatte, dass ich kein Interesse habe kam er noch mindestens viermal, um mich zu überzeugen. Too much!!!

BOOK IT - You will not regret it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay made even better by Mustafa & Muhammer! 🇺🇸🇷🇺 I’m American and stayed at Side Star Elegance with my Russian family for 6 fantastic days. Communication before arrival was excellent, our transfer was on time, and check-in was quick and easy. Staff speak Turkish, Russian, German and English, so communication was never an issue. 🏨 The hotel is easy to navigate—even after a couple cocktails/beers. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beach is absolutely GORGEOUS! The adults-only pool was a favorite. My only disappointment was pools closing at 18:00. Food was good with lots of variety, though seafood options were limited. ⭐️ The biggest highlight was the PEOPLE. 🍹 Muhammer at Ficus/Veranda Bar was OUTSTANDING! Amazing cocktails (his mojito is PERFECT!), but even better was his personality. Always smiling, welcoming and genuinely happy to see guests. His warmth, professionalism and positive attitude are exactly what 5-star service should feel like. Please give this man a money/cash bonus—and a big fan when he works outside! 😂 He’s an incredible asset to the hotel. 🫶🏼 Mustafa from Guest Relations was equally wonderful. I mentioned that I love baba ghanoush and was sad I hadn’t seen it. He spoke with the kitchen, and the next day—they made it happen! That small gesture meant so much. He listened, cared and made me feel valued. His English is excellent, and he is professional, kind and genuinely cool. 🥇 Mustafa & Muhammer didn’t just do their jobs—they made our vacation better. Please recognize and reward them! 😍 We’ll happily return. Next summer: baba ghanoush with Mustafa and another mojito from Muhammer! See you again, Side Star Elegance! ❤️

The hotel is very good hotel with amazing friendly staff who go above and beyond to help you and they are always smiling and welcoming, there is great options for food and drink and many bars and pools to go to, and the al’carte restaurants are amazing, so overall a great value hotel, I would definitely recommend it

Az elhelyezkedés kiváló. A tengerpart is fantasztikus, tiszta a víz és a part is. Mindig van nyugágy és napernyő, a legnagyobb forgalomban is. A személyzet végtelenül kedves kivétel nélkül mindenki. Az ételválaszték több, mint elegendő. A programok is remekek. Az első nap egy hangos generátor miatt ( másnap már nem volt hangos! )másik szobát kértünk és szó nélkül adtak egy sokkal jobbat. Ez nagyon kedves volt a szállodától. A medencék nagyon tiszták, a kert gondozott. Mindent szépen takarítanak, azonnal leszedik az asztalokat, amint megette a vendég. Gyorsak a felszolgálók kivéve az a la carte éttermekben. A Berke nevű felszolgáló a Gőzlemés- palacsintás lenti kis étteremnél különösen nagyon kedves, mosolygós, előzékeny és udvarias volt. Nagyon köszönjük neki is a fantasztikus kiszolgálást. A vendég a kijelentkezés napján is addig marad a szállodában, az ellátást is igénybe véve, amíg szeretne, csak a szobát kell délig elhagyni. Lehetőség van arra, hogy a zuhanyzásra, átöltözésre egy külön szobát kérjen, teljesen díjmentesen, ez is nagyvonalú gesztus a szálloda részéről.

Az ágy borzasztó kényelmetlen. Illetve a matrac. Háromszor cserélték kérésünkre, de egytől egyig puha, süppedős a közepén egy nagy gödörrel. Gondolom ezer éves kifeküdt matracok. Ez nagyon rossz 9 éjszakán keresztül. Ami még csalódás volt, az az, hogy egyáltalán nincs lime és tejszín. Kókuszszirup sincs. Ez azért jópár koktél eredeti elkészítését gátolja. Nagyon rosszak voltak. A jégkrémek közül a legfinomabb, a cornetto csak az első két nap volt elérhető. Ez is csalódás volt. Beszerezhettek volna máshonnan, ha a beszállítójuk ezt nem tudta megoldani. Az a la carte éttermeik nagyon rosszak. Ezekre a helyekre az eredeti országok séfjeit kellene hívni és eredeti alapanyagokkal dolgozni. Így ehetetlen borzalmakat kreálnak. Senkinek sem ajánlanám, mi ott is hagytuk az éttermet. Kijöttünk gyorsan, hogy még időben elérjük a központi helyen lévő vacsorát. Utánunk még több párt láttunk eljönni. Ez is nagy csalódás volt. A 18 óráig nyitva tartó lenti medencés bárhoz elkélne pár felszolgálóval több 16 óra után, mert ilyenkor legalább fél órát kell várni egy sörre.

This hotel is excellent. I’ve been to many all inclusive hotels and this is by far the best. It’s like a small village with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants. The food is excellent and the choice is huge. They have themed nights for variety and 4 different Al a carte restaurants. You can book in for 3. The beach is lovely golden sand and the sea entry is shallow and child friendly and warm. There is a private beach with free loungers. There are a few shows each week and live music in the Duden bars. Food is available 24 hours a day. The staff are really friendly and I would shout out Serma at breakfast and Erol in Time Out and Mehmet in the Duden bar. The Ficus bar has great sea views but is closed in the evening and used for the fondue place, which is a shame. Lunch there is a must. The theatre bar is poor and the pool bars close early. This could be improved especially during busy periods. The rooms are great and clean with fresh bathroom towels every day. Pool towels can be exchanged every day if you wish. I would definitely recommend this place.

Отель классный, все очень понравилось. Расположен немного на возвышенности , много лестниц, лифты работают медленно. Людям с больными суставами и с колясками нужно это учитывать. Шикарный номер с джакузи, виды с балкона великолепные. Номер с джакузи просторный, но ванная комната маленькая. Есть все душевые принадлежности (гель, шампунь, кондиционер, молочко д/тела), тапочки, халаты, весы, холодильник. Минибар пополняется каждый день (вода, пиво efes, cola, sprite, соки). В номере есть чайник. Персонал мега вежливый, все вопросы решались быстро. Ресторан выше всех похвал, разнообразно, очень вкусно, часто устраивали тематические вечера (рыбный, мексиканский...), есть аля карт (турецкий, итальянский, рыбный, фондю, китайский), путевки от 7 дней включено 3 ресторана, но мы были очень довольны основным рестораном и сходили только в турецкий. Еды много, все очень вкусно, круглосуточно. Пляж песчаный, мелкий, лежаков много и всем хватало, полотенца меняют вечером у бассейна (депозита за полотенца нет). Лежаки у бассейна занимали с раннего утра, у бассейна всегда все было занято весь день. Несколько бассейнов, 2 горки. Команда анимация хорошая, дартс, бочча, йога и т.п., каждый вечер шоу в амфитеатре, отдельно живая музыка в veranda bar, нет только дискотек. Можно бесплатно поиграть в настольный теннис (около водных горок), в game center есть биллиард бесплатно, боулинг 18 евро - 30мин, игровые автоматы по жетонам. Отель большой, много разных локаций, где можно посидеть, совсем не чувствуется скученность, территория продумана, очень зеленая и ухоженная. Рядом старый город Сиде, по набережной 20-30мин в одну сторону.

Неудобные подушки. Не было ежедневной дискотеки, но была по определенным дням. Лифты медленные.

A lovely hotel, great food and staff! Suitable for all ages, includes entertainment for the children plus nights out for the adults which has been fun! Highly recommended for family holidays, would love to come back!

We are just back from a week long stay at the Sidestar Elegance. we have had a fantastic experience in a lovely hotel where the facilities are excellent, the food is plentiful, varied and of very good quality both in the main restaurant and also the a la carte restaurants. we used the fish, Chinese and Italian during the week. What really sets this place apart from other hotels are the staff who are all very welcoming, friendly and always cheerful. A big thank you to all the staff that looked after us but a particular shout out is warranted for Vulko who looked after us at breakfast, Sabaat in the Time Out bar who is just a bundle of fun and energy and Roza who kept our room not only clean but beautifully cool. My only gripe and the reason for the 4 star review are the lifts, of which there are not enough; the ones there are are too small for a hotel of this size, but for the way the hotel is built into hill will be a necessity for some people. it is also difficult to understand the sequencing of up and down particularly when stood waiting for a lift that goes up past the floor you are on without stopping, then comes back down past that floor without stopping - quite maddening!

We visited this hotel on the recommendation of our family who went last year and raved about how good it was, and they were not wrong ! Everything about this hotel, from the staff, cleanliness, decor, food, drinks and entertainment was first class. The a la carte restaurants are a must also !!! We had the best time and would def return, a big shout out to Ramadan who served us in the restaurant and entertainment bar, he was so friendly and always topping up our drinks with a smile :). The hotel is right on the beach also and a nice walk along the beach to Side old town which is gorgeous. 10/10 !! We would def recommend a visit. Karen & Gary

This hotel is average at best. I was so excited for this holiday after reading other reviews but I should of took the fact is catered towards Germans more seriously (nothing against the actual German guests) but I found a lot of language barriers, some staff couldn’t even understand me asking for a cola? The food was so hit and miss but if you like fish, rice and mincemeat you’ll be in for a treat. Breakfast was a massive let down aswell. The beginning of our holiday was great but as the days went on it got busier and busier. It’s all table service but some nights we waited 15 minutes with our food before someone even came to ask what drinks we wanted. The entertainment was repetitive and tedious, we enjoyed Dunden bar the most for its atmosphere but the singer there sang the same songs every night and some of them he didn’t know half the words? Room was actually lovely with robes and slippers. We had a deluxe terrace room and the cleaning was immaculate. The beach and water are amazing and so was the spa. However my biggest issue of it all was actually the lifts. It goes from floor 2 down to floor -4 and there is 2 lifts in the whole thing, sometimes you’d wait 10 minutes for a lift that wasn’t packed full. Luckily we had the ability to walk but if you need a wheelchair or have a pushchair ect then I feel bad for you.

When we booked Side Star Elegance, we hoped for a relaxing family holiday. What we didn’t expect was to fall in love with the place. The first thing that took our breath away was the view. Because the hotel is built on a hillside, almost everywhere you look you can enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean. It gives the whole resort a very special atmosphere. We visited during the busiest part of the summer, yet the hotel never felt crowded. There was no feeling of being “packed in like sardines,” which is so common in many large resorts. The spacious layout, beautiful gardens and different levels make a huge difference. There is always something nearby – several pools, plenty of bars, excellent cocktails, ice cream, and even soft drinks available in the gardens. The food selection was incredibly generous, with something new to try every day, and everything we tasted was fresh and delicious. But what made this holiday truly unforgettable was the people. Every member of staff we met was genuinely kind, warm, professional and always ready to help. Their smiles and positive attitude created an atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the very first moment. The location is another huge advantage. Walking along the seaside promenade to the ancient town of Side became one of our favourite evening activities. It’s simply beautiful. We left with wonderful memories and, before we had even arrived home, we were already planning our next visits. We hope to return in autumn, again in winter, and hopefully for a much longer stay next summer. Thank you, Side Star Elegance, for such a memorable holiday. We can’t wait to come back!

All round an excellent place to stay. The location is fantastic and only a 20-25 minute walk to Side old town which is beautiful. Side old town has many shops and places to eat, and a great place to pick up bargains. The facilities at the hotel are superb, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the choice of food available cannot be faulted. This has been our 1st trip to Turkey, and we are so glad we chose this hotel and location. 5-star!

Recently returned from a birthday celebration at our favourite hotel. The hotel gives us everything we could wish for in a holiday and this is the reason we do not look any where else. The staff at this hotel cannot be faulted they make all guests feel special. The food is so varied even the fussiest eater is catered for. All staff from cleaners to gardeners greet you and are happy to share a few words. The entertainment is varied and caters for all tastes. Reception staff are friendly and handle any problem efficiently . We must on this occasion give a special mention to Damla in the main dinning room who greeted us every morning and lunch with a smile and efficient service. Thank you again Side Star Elegance for special memories cannot wait until we see you all again for Octoberfeast.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Side Star Elegance Hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff work hard to make guests feel welcome. The food offers plenty of variety, with something different every day, and the drinks are not toobad quality but for 5 star hotel could be a bit better(coktails). The pools, private beach, and gardens are beautiful, and there are always plenty of places to relax. The entertainment team keeps the atmosphere lively without being too overwhelming, making it suitable for both families and couples. The location is also excellent, with Side's old town within walking distance. There are a few downsides. Some rooms feel a little dated and could use renovation. Wi-Fi can be unreliable in certain areas of the hotel, and during peak meal times the restaurants can become busy. While most staff are friendly and helpful, service at the bars can occasionally be slow when the hotel is full. Overall, Side Star Elegance is a very good all-inclusive hotel that offers great value for money. It isn't perfect, but the positives definitely outweigh the negatives, and I would happily stay here again.

Beautiful hotel this is our second time coming here and would definitely recommend to anyone wether that’s as a family like our selves or as a couple, friendly staff, amazing with children getting them involved in activities as well as looking after them, there brilliant if you need a helping hand with anything

Came for a week 13th of June it was our first time here and we are looking to book again for next June. Hotel was spotless our room was cleaned every day to an high standard. All the staff were polite and friendly, food was good and plenty of choice for everyone. The staff at the Dudan bar were excellent in remembering our drinks and the service was always fast. We also had. We also had no problem getting a sun bed even after 10am. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is our second time staying at Side Star Elegance. After our trio last year, we did not think anywhere else could compare. You want for nothing at this hotel. Towels provided, excellent cleaning service daily, top shelf drinks, amazing good, especially for all inclusive which can fall short at other hotels. We would come back again and again. Even when we had a small accident last year which led to a mirror breaking in our room, the staff did not hit us with a huge bill as we were worried about, they gave us an even better room and promised making sure we were okay. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Just got back from yet another brilliant time at the Side Star Elegance, we have now been four times and on this occasion we took our in laws with us on my recommendation. My brother in law stated it was the best hotel he had ever stayed in from the rooms, food, drinks etc. The staff are just wonderful and helpful nothing is to much trouble. We met people of all nationalities and had a great time so much so that we are looking to book again in the near future. My only gripe is that the chinese al a carte is not a good as it used to be have you changed the chef. Many others we spoke to said the same.

If I tried to sum up all the positives about my holiday at this hotel, I would still be writing tomorrow🤣…I would sum it up as probably the best hotel I’ve stayed in over 40 years of holidaying and practically faultless in every way. Hotel is beautiful, including the rooms. All staff I encountered could not do enough for guests and are a credit to the Sidestar brand. No complaints re food and you could eat 24 hours a day if you wanted. (we tried the Turkish and Chinese à la carte, a great experience and food and service was 5 star). Side town centre is a 25 minute walk along a beautiful promenade, or €10 in a taxi. If you have mobility problems, then I would suggest the hotel might not be suitable due to many flights of stairs as you move around the hotel. I booked the hotel via EasyJet and can say 100% that it was it was absolutely fantastic value for money

We loved our stay at this hotel, the staff are great and go out of there way to make us feel welcome. The pool entertainment is amazing and Ozan is the best guy. We would definitely come back! The pool side food is great. Can't think of anything bad to say make sure to find Ozan when you come he is very good at entertainment!

Side star elegance, where do I start… the staff here are friendly, entertaining and wholesome to be around. Ozan comes over to us daily asking how we are informing us on all the activities that are on for the day ahead and makes sure we are happy with our stay. The entertainment is always different every night and as we were here during the World Cup they had the matches on the main stage (amphitheatre) alongside its own bar. The food is brilliant here and you are completely spoilt for choice there’s always food available 24 hours a day (I’d personally recommend the restaurant next to the main pool the fajitas are incredible) the hotel rooms get cleaned daily and on the occasion we’ve bumped into the staff cleaning our rooms they’ve always been lovely to talk to. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay where you can relax and feel comfortable as well as being able to live it up then I would highly recommend side star elegance. If you do come here find Ozan as he is the man !!!

Man muss die Lifte benutzen. Die Korridore sind nicht gut beschrieben. Braucht einige Zeit bis man sich gewähnt hat. Hat viele Treppen. Dafür bleibt man fit und verbrennt die Kalorien, die man zu sich genommen hat.

The hotel is very great for children and family time spend. High level of food, comfort and hospitality. Fast and good cleaning. Comfortable stay with children, everybody is friendly. A-la cart (we visited fish and fondue, Italian) is very tasty. During fondue we had a show ) Animation, activities more then enough and different. Especially thanks to mini-club, girls (Merve, Zeine, Aylin) very fast found contact with my shy daughter. They made pizza snd prepared picknic, played sport and art games, painted T-shirt and bag, jumped on trampoline. Mini disco in the evening is so cute activity (thanks from small Kristina). I really thankful to them and whole people who works in hotel for our comfortable vacation!

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. The staff is super friendly and the food was good. My boyfriend and I had a photoshoot at the hotel and the result was truly beautiful. The photographer really did his best to make something beautiful out of it. I look back on a wonderful vacation.

This hotel was awesome, my partner and I stayed for a week with his parents in two of the swim up rooms. The swim up rooms are well worth it, waking up and taking a swim in your own pool before breakfast is unbeatable. The room is a decent size with minibar which was stocked every day with water, soft drinks and beers. Cleaning staff were lovely and friendly and always said hello in the mornings when passing in the corridors. The hotel is large with many pools, bars and restaurants spread over a wide area with the result that the place never felt overcrowded. Everything is very clean. There are numerous cats about (quite common in Turkish hotels/resorts) but there are feeding stations around the hotel for them and guests are discouraged from feeding them at the main restaurant with the result that there were very few cats begging for food which we've seen at other hotels. The hotel also partners with an animal/vet charity who looks after them, they all looked pretty healthy. The food in the main restaurant was good with enough variety for a week. The main pool veranda bar and ficas bar have a small set menu which you can order to your table. We ate there for lunch every day. There are also snack bars serving, sandwiches, baked potato, hot dogs, pizza and waffles. We tried the Turkish and Italian a la carte's which were also fantastic. The spa was good, we used the sauna daily. As the hotel is quite large and on a hillside there are quite a few stairs, however each staircase had a ramp beside it and there are plenty of lifts. Once you've found a route to and from your room it's pretty easy. The main pool was not too loud, there were two activity sessions each day for aerobics/games etc when the music was turned up, but it's a short time frame and not that intrusive. I've been at hotels before where the pool music is on all day and it's so loud and annoying. There is an 18+ pool here as well if you prefer things even quieter. There are numerous beverage fridges and ice cream freezers at the pool areas as well which were always well stocked. The hotel also has a private beach area. Drinks at the bars were great, good selection of branded alcohol and cocktails. Cocktail strength varied a bit depending on which bar tender was working. It's a short 25 mins walk into Side from the hotel, you can walk along the promenade at the front of the hotel. In Side there are the usual shops selling handbags and designer clothing, but there are also some interesting ruins and mosaics. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, there are tip jars at the bars and you are free to tip individual staff as you see fit. We only had one experience with a staff member overtly asking for a tip which we politely declined, it was definitely not the norm. Entertainment - there was live music every night at the Duden bar and we saw an acrobat show at the auditorium one night which was very good. All in, we had a very relaxed holiday. I'd say this hotel is good for couples and families with small children.

We have had a nice break without it been great. I am trying to be even in the review The Hotel has a lot of steps and we are fairly fit - pools are good and the food is ok. It’s not a 5 star hotel. Main let down is the entertainment on an evening , it’s awful why they can’t get good external acts in for the price we pay I really don’t know. It’s miming to songs and dancing - it’s not good. The al a carte restaurants are very good and I am gluten free and they do cater for me. We are here for 9 nights , going back on Monday we won’t be returning

Excellent hotel brilliant staff they treat each individual with respect and kindness. The food was just amazing the snack bar food was 10/10 my favourite was the pizza delicious and fresh. Hotel is deffintly a 5 star can't fault it ideal location. Highly recommended

An excellent stay at this hotel, our 4th in 3 years. Guest relations cannot do anymore to make it special. A la carte restaurants were 5 star quality and service, sat outside was an added bonus. Variety of restaurants, food and drinks to try throughout our stay. Walking distance or dolmus to Side Old Town. Huge hotel but it didn't feel too busy. Hard working staff keeping the hotel impeccably clean. Highly recommend. We will be back! Worth every penny!

Just arrived back from a truly brilliant family holiday. The rooms were good, the food was good, but by far the best was the animation team! Friendly and amazing with the kids and the adults. Shoutout to every single one of them really made the holiday super enjoyable

Great location not far from old town. The atmosphere was great the entertainment on point. The rooms were clean and nothing to complain about. The bathroom was great and also clean. The animation staff was great and very friendly. Overall I would say we got great value for money. Good food options and few restaurants to choose from. 10/10

We spent a wonderful week at Side Star Elegance with my mother and sister, and all three of us were extremely happy with our experience. What stood out the most was the amazing and energetic animation team, who made our holiday even more enjoyable. A very special thank you goes especially to Ilhan, who truly left the biggest impression on us. He was always cheerful, kind, and welcoming throughout the whole week, and spending time with him was always fun. We also want to thank Merve and Ozan for their great company and positive energy. The entire animation team created such a warm and friendly atmosphere and made our holiday unforgettable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others!

We are here now and the hotel is immaculate. The food is varied and of excellent quality. Everyone we have encountered have been very polite. We did not get the room we requested before arriving although they did try to change our room but the one given did not have any working electricity something to do with the key card slot I believe. We are at the spa today so will review later in the week. All in all up to it has been a great start to our holiday.

I really recommend Side Star Elegance Hotel. They have amazing and dedicated staff and organize engaging activities. I especially enjoyed classes with Victoria that I joined literally every day. She runs yoga and water gymnastics. She changes the exercises daily to keep it intresting but also adjusts it to the level of the group so everyone can keep up. If you are looking for some relaxation, gentle exercise and stretching, I do really recommmend joining her classes.

Superb in every way. Spotless food excellent. A la carte great. Sea view room lovely, and the staff are wonderful. I'll definitely come back.

After spending a full 2 weeks at Side Star Elegance Hotel, I can honestly say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at — and I’ve stayed in many 5-star hotels around the world. This hotel is absolutely in my top 5. When we first arrived, we experienced some minor issues during the first few days of our stay. However, the way this was handled completely exceeded our expectations. A very special thank you to Front Office Manager Mesut Celik, who was incredibly caring, understanding, and genuinely attentive throughout. He made us feel so welcomed and valued that we actually decided to extend our trip further. Mesut is a true asset to this hotel and his professionalism and kindness made a huge difference to our experience. Before booking, it was difficult deciding where to stay in Side because Antalya has so many amazing hotels and options, but now after experiencing this hotel properly, I can confidently say Side Star Elegance stands above the rest — even after speaking with many other guests during our stay. Everything here is done to an exceptionally high standard: - 24-hour snack food available - Excellent lobby bar - 3–4 different restaurant cuisines - Huge variety of fresh and delicious food every single day - Outstanding service throughout the hotel The service especially deserves recognition. The waiters are unbelievably attentive — within seconds someone is there asking if you’d like a drink or anything else. It never felt forced, just genuinely warm and professional hospitality. The animation team was also second to none. Every single day there was something fun, energetic, and enjoyable happening around the resort, but never in a pushy or awkward way. It was relaxed, easygoing, and suitable for everyone. A huge thank you to Seof from the animation team — honestly one of the best entertainers I’ve come across in any resort. Extremely friendly, humble, fun, and down to earth. He carried himself with such professionalism that I genuinely thought he was senior management at first! He made everyone feel included naturally and effortlessly. Both Seof and Mesut are fantastic representatives of this hotel and should be highly valued. Also thank you to Arafah from the main restaurant for always being so welcoming, kind, and hospitable throughout our stay. Small touches like this really make the experience unforgettable. I also want to give special recognition to the cleaner working on the minus 3 floor during our stay. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves credit. Without fail, every day she kept everything spotless and immaculate with such professionalism and care. Her hard work never went unnoticed and genuinely contributed to how comfortable and enjoyable our stay was. Thank you again to the entire Side Star Elegance team for making our holiday so memorable. I stayed at Side Star Elegance for 10 nights and it’s been AMAZING! The resort itself is stunning, the facilities are amazing, there is so many places to eat and the staff are incredible! The decorations, birthday cakes, amazing al la carte staff members making it a birthday to remeber! The bar staff especially Erkan, Atakan, Ali, Mustafa and so many more have been like family! The staff at the Duden bar are all so lovely! A SPECIAL SHOUTOUT TO MERVE WHO HAS BEEN AMAZING, SHE IS AN ASSET TO THIS HOTEL! I have been up dancing at discos, sea gym, orange party, everything, if I ever have a question or need help knowing what’s on that day I find Merve. Merve speaks amazing English and is so knowledgable. She has helped so much! She has a smile that lights up the world! I am so grateful, I have not just met an entertainment staff member, I have met a friend, a hotel tour guide, a friendly face and thanks to her, I will be coming back next year with the whole family! OH AND LETS NOT FORGET THE PHOTOGRAPHER MUSTAFA HE IS AMAZING AND SO KIND AND THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER! If you get the chance, go take sunset photos or you will regret it! They also have the most friendliest cats in and around the hotel resort and beach and take care of them so well! The hotel is so clean and the gardens, restaurants by the pool and sea are beautiful. Location is great! There is no noise pollution in the evenings.. it’s very safe with security patrolling the premises, I even walked down to the beach at 2am to sit with the cats and they were watching over us. We’re just at the end of our 7 days at this hotel and don’t want to go home. Every aspect of our stay has been excellent, all the staff we’ve met have been friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel for beach front walks is great. The quantity, quality and variety of food available in the main dining room can’t be faulted and the speciality restaurants even managed to exceed this. I’ve read some negative reviews about staff, the tipping culture and the hotel being orientated towards aging Germans, but as an English family that hasn’t been our experience at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this hotel again and recommend that others choose to do so, unless you’re a serial moaner who seeks fault in everything you couldn’t fail to have a great time here.

We’ve stayed at Side Star Elegance on numerous occasions and this was our second visit this year! The staff make this hotel the fabulous place it is as they cannot do enough for you! We are greeted as friends when we arrive and the hotel never disappoints! From Erdinc on reception to Adnam, Serkan Memhet & Dursun in the restaurants… all give brilliant service! Fabulous selection of food & drinks and the à la carts are brilliant! Rooms are very comfy and have everything you need! Hotel is spotless as are the pools and grounds! There is an excellent laundry service with 5kg free when you hold a Privilege Card as we do which you get after 3 visits which is a nice way to appreciate returning guests as is the Cocktail Party which they also hold for such guests! Overall this hotel represents excellent value for money!

Stayed in a swim-up room at Side Star Elegance—beautiful, very clean, with excellent food and drinks available 24/7. Most staff are friendly, though a few asked for spare coins, and the mini fridge wasn’t initially stocked. Despite some steps and occasional rude guests, we loved it and would return.

Another wonderful holiday at our favorite hotel, once again the hotel gave us everything we could want from a two week break. We are regular visitors to this hotel and are always welcomed back by all staff members and it's amazing they even remember what you drink.Whatever time of year you visit the food is always of high standard and the Turkish dishes are always enjoyable .Most members of staff have a good command of English even though the larger majority of guests are German. The cleaning team do a wonderful job and work tirelessly to keep everything clean and tidy. The outside areas are landscaped to a high standard and a wonderful team of gardeners work tirelessly to keep everything neatly pruned. The hotel although on several levels does provide space to accommodate all guests even on days when the weather is bad. Some guests say rooms are a little dated but every visit we notice upgrading to different areas. Thank you for fulfilling our request for block 3 can't wait to return for Octoberfest. Spa was excellent, I had there the best massage of my life. Treatment by Sema was perfect, she was very professional and polite. I highly recommend her!

Tout était parfait, personnel agréable, établissement bien tenu, et très bien positionné. La décoration des buffets est au top, les plats sont variés. Tout le monde y trouve son compte.

Le manque d’information sur les activités, l’établissement est grand et nous sommes livrés un peu à nous même, aucun texte traduit en français, à part 1 ou 2 personnes, personne ne parle français. La porte fenêtre ne notre chambre ne fermait pas, le mitigeur du jacuzzi était dur à basculer en mode douche ou robinet. Dans les smoothie du matin, je n’aimait pas les épluchures et les pépins qui étaient présent, du coup imbuvable… Bien que la présentation des buffets soit exceptionnellement belle, la qualité des ingrédients n’est pas terrible… par exemple j’aurais aimé pouvoir manger du kunefe. On dirait qu’on impose un choix des ingrédients ou un choix de qualité assez faible… difficile à dire… mais cela dit c’est un établissement qui vaut le détour. Pour quelqu’un comme moi qui dort souvent à l’hôtel et qui est du métier, je reconnais le travail effectué. Et franchement la barre à franchir est celle d’une meilleure qualité gustative et j’insiste sur ce point. Lorsque ce n’est pas bon, les gens ne mangent pas et le gaspillage doit être énorme.

Absolutely amazing hotel. We came here with our three children, 2, 9 and 12 years old. Our friends who were staying at another hotel actually moved to our hotel. We couldn't fault the hotel at all. Everything you could wish for. Food and drinks are wonderful, so much choice. The staff are so attentive, kind and caring. When we arrived we had a land view and asked if we could upgrade and they did this immediately without hesitation. They truly want you to have a wonderful time and will do anything for you to make that possible. Already looking at returning! 10/10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
