The restaurant food was disgusting The pictures of food were not what was presented on our plates. Inedible Very expensive I have no idea what the rave was about in the reviews about the hamburgers and ribs . I can confidently say that the meal was the WORST I have ever experienced. The location was terrible. Dodge location, very dirty and unsafe looking. I will never return to this hotel again Very disappointing 😞 The shower was a disaster water leaking everywhere and seems they only cater for midgets

Reviewed May 8, 2026The security upon entrance, a neat atmosphere at the Reception Area. Meeting 'Mé Keabetsoe at the reception and pumping a balloon with Bon Atchaar. It was very tasty, I hope to get another balloon with same Atchaar next time I visit. Do you know that availability of a shuttle gives a 110 percent score? Wow, it makes life so easy to explore and to travel around the city. A spacious double room with a comfortable bed. An extra warm blanket as it was a bit chillly..coffeee amenities was all a bonus for our stay.

Reviewed May 7, 2026convenient, value for money and the kids really liked the kids packages they received on check in. Located right at the mall entrance which makes shopping easier.
The ironing room can use a little bit of refurbishment. The pillows can also do with an upgrade so that the feathers stop coming out from the pillow during sleep.
