On the reservation it was stated that arrival time will be around 12pm because I was travelling with my spouse that was just discharged from hospital. Room was not ready. After booking in discovered that the bedding was still wet that was put on the bed. Housekeeping had to come and remove the wet/damp bedding. The wifi was not working even the staff came to the room to assist but to jo avail.

They gave me a room with twin beds, led to discomfort, I booked one double or King bed The bedroom headboard was dirty, dust for decades, had to wipe it off, before I sleep, otherwise I was gonna sneeze whole night as am allergic to dust. Their kitchen doesn't provide table or dining napkins or serviettes, they don't have them, disappointing for such a beautiful hotel.
