Falésia Hotel - Adults Only

My partner and I stayed in August and had a lovely, relaxing experience. We were upgraded to a spacious and exceptionally clean junior suite on arrival. The bathroom was well maintained and the shower was very powerful. The hotel had plenty of comfortable areas where we could sit and relax, particularly around the pool. It was wonderfully quiet and the peaceful adults-only atmosphere was very noticeable. We also enjoyed a couples’ massage at the spa, where the therapists adjusted the pressure to our individual preferences, followed by time in the indoor pool. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and all the staff were warm and friendly. If we return to the Algarve, we would definitely stay here again.

There was very little we disliked. The only minor issue was that the dinner selection became slightly repetitive on some evenings, although the food itself was always tasty.

Boa localização da propriedade a um passo de restaurantes entre outro tipo de comércio e a um minuto de carro da praia. Local muito bom para descansar. Actuações musicais ao vivo no bar do hotel todas as noites. Uma menção honrosa a 2 colaboradoras do F&B (D. Patrícia e D. Arilene). O nosso obrigado. Voltaremos com toda a certeza.

Die Mitarbeiter im Service des Restaurants waren stets sehr nett, höflich und zuvorkommend. Der Garten ist nach wie vor wunderschön und auch die Räumlichkeiten sind immer noch hochwertig. Unserem Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer in einer oberen Etage wurde entsprochen, wofür wir sehr dankbar waren.

Wir haben dieses wunderschöne Adults Only Hotel im vergangenen Jahr 2025 entdeckt und waren so begeistert, dass wir dieses Jahr noch einmal gebucht haben. Kurz nach der Anreise folgte die Ernüchterung. Das Essen war 2025 so gut und abwechslungsreich, dass wir uns jeden Tag bereits morgens aufs Abendessen gefreut haben. Jeden Abend gab es ein bestimmtes Thema, zu dem uns hochwertige und phantasievoll zubereitete Speisen uns am Buffet erwarteten. Man hat gemerkt, dass hier ein Küchenteam am Werk war, was sein Handwerk verstand. Ganz anders sah es dieses Mal aus: Jeden Tag das gleiche einfallslose Salatbuffet, Grillgemüse, 2 Fischgerichte, trockener weißer Reis, Pommes, Nudeln mit Soße, etwas Aufschnitt. Alles lauwarm. Ich habe mich jeden Abend gefühlt wie in einem schlechten türkischen All-inclusive Hotel. Das Showcooking war ein Witz. Der Mitarbeiter hat meist Rind, Geflügel und Fisch auf Bestellung gebraten, jedoch ständig die Bestellungen verwechselt. Zudem hat er vorgekochte Nudeln mit einer vorgekochten geschmacklosen Soße vermengt und einem dann auf den Teller drapiert. Es gab keine Soßen zum Fleisch. Das Beste am Buffet war noch die Dessertauswahl. Das ständig gleiche Essen hing uns nach kürzester Zeit so zum Hals heraus, dass wir 2x extern Essen gegangen sind, obwohl wir Halbpension gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Auch von den angebotenen Weinen schmeckte kein einziger. Wir sind dann irgendwann bei Cola geblieben. Nicht besser sah es im Barbetrieb aus. Letztes Jahr gab es eine tolle Auswahl von fruchtigen Cocktails, die liebevoll mit viel Obst und Zimt dekoriert wurden. Diese Auswahl fehlte komplett. Es gab noch ein paar altbackene 50 Jahre alte klassische Cocktails. Das wars… Wir waren so enttäuscht, dass wir an den folgenden Abenden in eine benachbarte Bat gegangen sind um uns dort Cocktails to Go mitzunehmen. Diese haben wir dann mit ins Hotel genommen. Der Garten ist nach wie vor wunderschön und auch die Räumlichkeiten sind immer noch hochwertig.

Somos clientes habituais do vosso hotel, quando chegamos ficamos surpreendidos com as mudanças. Faltou o requinte e a organização dos últimos anos, o menu reduzido apesar do preço ter aumentado bastante. Limpeza exterior fraca. Se houver mudanças para melhor , vamos voltar

Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. Pequeno-almoço e jantar bastante variados. As áreas do hotel são muito bem cuidadas, a piscina exterior e o ginásio são ótimos. O ambiente é tranquilo e silencioso, ideal para descansar.

O wi-fi do hotel pode ser melhorado, falhava por diversas vezes. Os horários do shuttle para a praia são pouco frequentes (10h, 12h, 16h). Sugeria que fosse adicionado um horário mais tarde, às 18h, por exemplo, para que se consiga aproveitar melhor a praia.

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno era buffet, bien, pero sin mucha variedad.

Le calme de l'hôtel et surtout l'environnement et la décoration. Très belle végétation. Le restaurant buffet était top. Très bon. La navette pour la plage le matin. La suite junior.

Le matelas trop mou. La navette de retour de plage trop tôt 16h. Le pic nic qui n'a pas été pris en compte pour 10h le matin alors qu'il a été commandé 36h avant.

Já conhecíamos o hotel. A localização, o silêncio, tamanho do quarto e os jardins continuam bons.

Antes de mais, quem não conheceu o hotel até o ano passado, poderá ter uma outra opinião pois é só mais um hotel. Já não o considero 4 estrelas, mas sim um 3. Eu e minha filha ficamos de 11 a 16, e meu marido chegou no dia 14/08. Escolhemos regressar, pois anteriormente nos sentíamos acolhidos, com funcionários maravilhosos e refeições variadas e saborosas, tanto pequeno-almoço como jantar. E dessa vez, assim que chegamos já sentimos um ambiente diferente, apesar do Hall de entrada continuar exatamente o mesmo. O tratamento educado, porém frio na recepção, já achamos estranho. Perguntei sobre vários funcionários que conheci, e fiquei chocada ao saber que quase todos pediram demissão. Sendo que somente ficaram uns 2 ou 3. A vontade de ir embora foi imediata, pois o ambiente caloroso e humano já não existia, e o que fazia toda a diferença, eram os excelentes profissionais. Soube que houve alterações por parte dos proprietários, que decidiram algumas alterações, sendo que os funcionários e o diretor não concordaram e pediram para sair. Alterações que percebi, para além do ambiente negativo: Restaurante - a diminuição gritante na variedade de pratos, tanto ao pequeno-almoço como ao jantar, para além de ser tudo muito básico. Havia ao pequeno-almoço xícaras grandes, mas das pequenas para o café expresso, nunca. Mas a falta de profissionalismo dos funcionários é chocante. Logo no primeiro jantar, um deles bufou (foi sentido por ela na nuca) e quando ela olhou para trás ele revirou os olhos, pelo fato de quando ele chegou para repor os copos ela estar apenas a retirar um sumo. Somente as funcionárias da limpeza do nosso piso, nos cumprimentavam quando passávamos, os outros, nem nos olhavam na cara, nós sempre que tivemos a iniciativa de cumprimentar. Percebemos que 95% deles estavam a trabalhar pela primeira vez, pois vários não conseguiam falar português. Não foi um problema para nós, mas sendo um hotel em solo português, é o mínimo que se espera.

No está cerca de la playa, sin embargo te ofrecen transporte gratuito desde el hotel.

We had a wonderful and very relaxing stay with peaceful atmosphere. The staff were amazing. They accommodated all our needs and genuinely made our stay feel special. The beds are very comfortable, and the rooms are clean and well maintained. We enjoyed both breakfast and dinner. The variety may not be as extensive as at some other hotel dinners, but there was always something new to try each day, and everything we had was delicious. Compliments to the chefs! The serving staff seemed a little inexperienced at times, but they were friendly and clearly doing their best. There is live music every evening in the bar/lounge area until 22:30, that creates a lovely atmosphere without taking away from the peaceful feel of the hotel. The gardens and pools are well equipped and beautiful. You can even watch the fish in the ponds, which was a nice little surprise. The beach is about a 15–20 minute walk through a lovely garden and then down some stairs (or lift from another hotel that needs a card) with beautiful views along the way. Alternatively, there is a free shuttle bus that gets you there in around seven minutes.

nothing... we are quite picky when it comes to hotels, but this hotel and its location ticked all the boxes for us. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it!

The hotel looks very nice inside, with a lovely interior, a nice pool and a beautiful grassy area with sun loungers. Our room was spacious and clean, with a really comfortable bed, so we had a great sleep. The pool area has a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It’s definitely a good hotel for anyone looking for peace and quiet and a relaxing holiday.

I would like to make a complaint about our experience at the buffet restaurant. We stayed for only one night, although we had initially planned to stay longer. However, after our first and only dinner, as we were leaving the restaurant, a woman working there very rudely told us that we had to pay. She made us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed by stopping us in the middle of a conversation with other guests, while people were queuing behind us. After checking her computer for the third time, she eventually realised that she had made a mistake and that we had already paid for half board. It was a completely unnecessary and very embarrassing experience. As we are only staying for one night, we are happy to leave it at that. However, if we had booked a longer stay, we would have asked for a refund and chosen to stay elsewhere. I sincerely hope you take the time to speak with the woman working in the buffet restaurant, as her attitude and behaviour towards guests was completely unacceptable.

La pulizia della struttura è migliorabile, sia per la camera, per i corridoi e la piscina. Inoltre il personale dovrebbe essere più rapido nel pulire i tavoli della colazione che spesso rimangono "abbandonati".

Il manque clairement d'ambiance dans cet hôtel. Aucune animation le soir. Rien du tout. Si vous êtes jeune je vous le déconseille. Vous risquez de vous ennuyez !

Staff were very friendly & cheerful, room was spotless and cleaned everyday. Breakfast was vast with many choices . Pool area not over crowded and available beds at any time of the day, gardens were so well kept.

Nossa parte favorita foi o jardim, um espaço relaxante e muito bem mantido. Também a piscina, que tem um design interessante e se assemelha ao mar: é rasa nas bordas e vai aprofundando para o meio. Dos restaurantes, o que mais gostamos foi o Arriba: os pratos são variados e muito bem feitos. Toda a equipe foi sempre simpática e solícita, especialmente o Leonardo que cuidou do nosso check in.

Achamos os lençóis muito finos e os travesseiros pouco confortáveis, esperávamos que fossem de penas; a televisão também poderia ser melhor. O pequeno almoço deixa a desejar bastante nos pães e principalmente no café, pois a única opção é uma máquina self service da nescafé. Também achamos que o jantar tem um valor demasiado alto para o que oferece. Esperávamos uma opção de peixe do dia, verduras salteadas, coisas assim. O que vimos foi lasanha, porco, batatas fritas, alguma salada…

The hotel has a fantastic design, it feels rich and fabulous. Pool is big and very nice, food/drink options are sufficient and good priced. Breakfast was great, reception was always helpful. The massage in the SPA was spectacular, big kudos to the team.

Although most of the employees are very helpful and smiling, some of the stuff were very moddy, sometimes I was almost scared of asking something. Again I must mention that this was only for 3-4 employees, the rest were great. Another issue was, there were some sun beds, cabanas that were completely dirty, they can be maintained and cleaned much better in a stylish hotel like Falesia.

La habitacion super amplia con una terraza super comoda. Extravie un objeto y Ana de recepcion se ha preocupado y ocupado hasta encontrarmelo en todas las intslaciones. Encantados con el hotel y su gente! Volveremos sin lugar a duda!

No habia personal en el sector piscina para tomar pedidos de bebidas o comida. Si bien se prefiere la tranquilidad un poco de musica en la piscina hubiese estado mejor! ;) Ah! Y deberian de cambiar las alfombras viejas de los pasillos en las habitaciones….

Após um noite no hotel e já depois de ter efetuado o check out , apercebemo-nos que tinhas deixado no quarto onde tínhamos ficado ( pois dava a localização nesse espaço ) do nosso SmartWatch da marca Apple. Entramos imediatamente em contacto com o hotel, que nos informou que nos ligaria de volta. Como não entrou em contacto connosco, liguei novamente para o hotel que disse não ter encontrado nada.. Tenho os prints da localização do equipamento , da data e horário ( posterior ao check out ). Resultado...um prejuízo de 400 euros ( sem responsabilidades assumindas por parte do hotel )

Everything. It was spotless, modern, the facilities were amazing. The staff were world class and couldn’t have been better. The food, the drinks - everything was absolutely excellent.

Las instalaciones están bien cuidadas, la habitación era cómoda y agradable, y el detalle de bienvenida fue un bonito gesto que nos hizo sentir muy bien recibidos.

La piscina y el bar cierran bastante pronto, las opciones para cenar son algo limitadas y tanto el desayuno como el bufé de la cena podrían tener una mayor variedad y calidad.

Poolbar hatte 1 Stunde vor Schließung kein Eis mehr und die Gäste ins Restaurant verwiesen. Man hätte auch einfach Eis nachholen können.

The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pool and gardens are beautiful and there were plenty of pool lounges and also quiet areas to enjoy. The breakfast is excellent. We enjoyed the fact it was in a quiet area away from the noise of Albuferia Old Town,

The check-in took ages as the staff all seemed new and didn't know much about the area when asked for advice. There was only one lift working and it was pretty small so we did have to wait awhile at to use it.

Ein traumhaft gestalteter Garten mit wunderbaren Möglichkeiten zum Erholen und die Ruhe genießen. Tischtennis, Billard, Fitnessraum, ein riesiger Pool zum schwimmen, sowohl draußen, als auch drinnen, alles ist mit Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, sehr leckeres Essen, die Gäste waren überwiegend älter, sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service überall, wir kommen wieder

Abends war das Essen immer ähnlich und eher auf Engländer ausgerichtet, da hätten wir uns ein bisschen mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, das ist aber wirklich Jammern auf sehr hohen Niveau 😉

Food at evening meal was terrible after staying there previously and it was always amazing food. Apparently all the old staff have left. New Management and chef but sadly things are not for the best .

Séjour exceptionnel pour nos 5 ans de mariage. Un sans-faute du début à la fin. L’accueil est chaleureux, avec un jus d’orange proposé dès notre arrivée, ce qui met immédiatement dans l’ambiance. Les chambres sont impeccables : literie confortable, propreté irréprochable et un vrai sentiment de confort. La restauration est excellente, variée et généreuse, et les infrastructures permettent de vraiment se détendre et de se sentir coupé du monde. L’hôtel est pensé pour le repos et la déconnexion. Mention spéciale pour la navette qui permet d’accéder facilement à l’une des plus belles plages de l’Algarve. Même après le check-out, nous avons pu continuer à profiter des installations, ce qui est très appréciable. Le cadre est apaisant : beaucoup de verdure, du silence, une atmosphère sereine et un buffet de qualité. Tout est réuni pour un séjour relaxant et mémorable. Une expérience incroyable que nous n’oublierons pas.

O hotel é fantástico

Hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable bed and nice view. It was very quiet, peaceful stay. Area felt very safe and location not bad at all. Beach in the walking distance, Algarve shopping centre/Old Town it's 20min by car. Taxi approximately 7-9 euros to get there. Staff was very helpful and polite. Always happy to help 😊

Dinner was quite poor. Raw vegetables, not much of a meat and fish selection, no portuguese dishes. Every day I had to book dinner time. Don't see a point of this. It was plenty of room

I loved the breakfasts, but I didn't particularly enjoy the buffet in the evenings. The food was fine , just buffets are not my thing.

Die Junior-Suite lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücks- (frisch bereitete Eierspeisen) und Abendbuffet (tolle Vorspeisen) sind sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Zum Strand und den Klippen sind es nur wenige Minuten über die angrenzende Hotelanlage.

Der Bergblick bestand im 2. OG auf den Blick auf den Müllplatz und in Renovierung befindliche Tennisplätze.

The accommodation was beautiful. Perfect for relaxing holiday. The peaceful well kept surrounding made it easy to fully relax with plenty of quiet places and beautiful outdoor spaces. Super grote kamer. Zeer goed ontbijt. Avondeten eten ook super zowel voorgerecht als dessertenbuffet. Het warme eten vonden wij iets minder. Hygiëne was top en de kamers werden goed schoongemaakt. Personeel zeer vriendelijk.

Ver afgelegen. Er is wel een gratis pendelbusje naar het strand en een betalende pendelbus naar andere plaatsen.

L’accueil au restaurant le soir n’est pas agréable. La personne à l’accueil ne nous explique rien, on a pas le prix du buffet et elle n’est pas agréable. Nous sommes partis dîner à l’extérieur car il y a plein de restaurants à proximité, beaucoup moins chers et avec un super accueil. Le prix des boissons au bar est également excessif. On paye les cocktails au moins 2 fois plus cher qu’à l’extérieur.

Pela estrutura do hotel , não tem sauna , hidromassagem, jacuzzi . O spa é somente uma piscina interna com água fria . Isso nos deixou bem desanimados . Não há nada aquecido para relaxar . Pelo valor pago e estrutura do hotel , esperávamos um spa melhor .

Tudo, a começar pela simpatia de todos os funcionários (especial menção ao Sr.Amine), passando pela tranquilidade proporcionada pelo espaço, com uma ligação intrínseca à Natureza. Pequeno almoço e jantar com muita qualidade e diversidade.
