Номер и отель очень понравились. Расположен в центральной части города около моря. Рядом много кафе, аллея из пальм, яхты, казино, если кому нужно, очень красиво! Номер просторный, кровать очень большая, в ванной комнате все принадлежности для комфортного душа. Есть небольшой балкон с видом на гору, площадь. Завтрак-супер!

Clean and friendly stuff, breakfast was basic but not too bad. Located in the center of old town conveniant to all major attractions. Roof terrace is a pleasant discovery.

Location - it is located just off the main square which is very noisy, there is a resutrant right below and open until very late. The photos of the single room were a little misleading, as the desk shown is actually only available in one of the rooms. As I was travelling between two work conferences, I needed somewhere suitable to work. The staff were kind enough to let me use the quiet area in their five-star hotel and moved me to a different room for the second night. I appreciated their efforts, although the experience was still a little disappointing.

The location is excellent; very close to the beach and hundreds of local restaurants. Our room with terrace and view of the castle was fantastic. It is such a nice place to sit on evenings with also a view of the square below. The rooftop bar is also a great place to sit for a drink. The breakfast is very nice and we specifically noticed how attentive and hard working Marium is in the breakfast area. The reception staff were also very welcoming and even arranged late checkout which made our final day more comfortable before our flights. We actually left a tip for the staff as we were so pleased with our experience. We will definitely return!

The location was fantastic. The hotel is situated in the pedestrianised town hall square. We had a deluxe room , as a family of 3 , which overlooked the square. Some people may be off put by this but I felt it added to the charm, as in the morning you could open your doors to overlook the cafe below. See photo attached. On the square was a shop to purchase drinks and snacks. 5 min walk to the beach on the flat, so each to get to, and everything else was nearby. We had the breakfast which made our day easy, and it was fresh and well presented. The staff were attentive at all times. The bedrooms were very clean and huge. The bed was massive. My daughter was on a sofa bed which would have been better as a sofa really as very saggy in the middle. Basket of apples in reception, plus sweets which was a nice touch.

Nothing really. We did pop up to the roof bar one evening but it had no atmosphere probably because it was out the way and I would prepare to sit in the square with the locals. I would change this to a hot tub area and garden .

La pulizia della stanza se uno è pignolo. Il primo giorno neanche hanno pulito le tazzine e il caffè non l'hanno rimesso per 2 giorni. Inoltre all'arrivo c'era un capello che scendeva dall' asciugacapelli ( che tra l'altro sembrava anche unto... l'asciugacapelli non il capello) ed è rimasto lì finché al terzo giorno l'ho tolto io.

emplacement incroyable et proche de tout, le personnel était super agréable et très professionnel et le service nettoyage était excellent

la chambre était anormalement petite et sans possibilité d'avoir un emplacement pour déposer la valise ou meme un bureau, j'ai constaté que les chambres du meme étage était plus spacieuse et à l'image des photos booking. le petit déjeuner était bon mais pas du tout varié.

Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants around the area. We had breakfast twice in the hotel and it offered great choice and the service was excellent.

The hotel is a wonderful choice for both a relaxing getaway and a more active stay in Alicante. Its excellent location, right next to the City Hall, makes it a perfect base for exploring the city. Eurostars Mediterranea Plaza is also conveniently located close to Postiguet Beach, making it easy to enjoy both the city and the sea. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and polite, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had a very pleasant stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alicante!

Чистота, ежедневная уборка, вкусные завтраки, вид из окна на шикарную площадь и замок Санта Барбара. Нам пришлось немного подождать заселения, но сотрудники отеля вежливо извинились, угостив нас коктейлями и тарелкой с фруктами, было очень приятно.

Love this hotel. Great location. Rooms are clean and modern with everything you need. Good breakfast and great staff. Will always be my first choice of hotel when in Alicante.

Muito barulho do exterior pois as janelas na isolam o suficiente e também entre quartos. Às 9:00hs de sábado estavam em obras nos quartos! Não é possível descansar!

Localização perfeita para passear por Alicante, curtir bons restaurantes e até ir para praia. O café da manhã era muito bom e a única funcionária que estava no local do café quando nós hospedamos, durante as Hogueras de San Juan, era extremamente eficiente e simpática.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right on the main square, with all major attractions and the beach within easy walking distance. The room was clean, modern, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes, and overall I had a very positive experience and would gladly stay here again.

During our stay, we experienced an unpleasant odor coming from the shower drain, but the staff responded promptly and resolved the issue quickly

Die Lage war super.

Die klimaanlage war definitiv zu niedrig eingestellt. Bei unserer Ankunft 17 Grad. Im Frühstücksbereich konnten wir uns nicht ohne Jacke aufhalten.

The property and staff were very friendly

The hotel location was perfect. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, giving us very useful information on things to visit around Alicante. It was my older daughter’s 30th birthday and the receptionist kindly offered us a free drink coupon to use at the hotel rooftop. We were able to see the beautiful fireworks while at the rooftop which were spectacular. The hotel was very clean. Everything was perfect. Thank you for such a beautiful experience!

We went to Alicante for Festival Sant Joan and the Fogueres 2026 celebrations. It was the perfect location right in the Plaza De Ayuntamiento. This is where the first and biggest of the many giant figure/displays is located. Actually directly outside the front door to the hotel! At midnight they set fire to these a set off amazing fireworks! The hotel also has a roof-top bar that we went to watch the spectacle... Amazing! If not a little scary at times, as the fireworks were exploding just in front of us!! It was a little expensive at this 4 star hotel, but given it was a festival we were lucky to actually get a room. This is a great hotel, located centrally for visiting the city at any time of year actually. Staff were very helpful too. Room was perfect in every way for us. the bathroom was massive! A GREAT HOTEL!

There was not a full English breakfast choice at breakfast, which may not be acceptable to everyone, but we found a good choice of both hot and cold food availabe. So this was not actually a major problem for us.

La cama era muy incomoda para ser tres personas parecia una sofa cama ,con dolor de espalda ,por el precio q es deberia ser algo mejor

Lipsa aerului condiționat din camera nr. 505. A fost imposibil să reglez aerul condiționat la un nivel mediu, ziua a fost extrem de cald, peste 26 de grade.

Die Lage ist super, alles fussläufig erreichbar. Viele Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Die Frau am Früstücksbuffet war super freundlich, sie sollte man an die Rezeption versetzen.

Irgendwie fühlt man sich nicht willkommen. Das erste Zimmer hat super stark nach Javel gerochen aber wir konnten dann ein anderes Zimmer im 4. Stock nehmen. Das war ok, aber nicht so sauber geputzt. Anstatt 3 Nächte blieben wir nur eine Nacht.

Chambre payée avec un supplément vue mer, ne vaut absolument pas le vue mer ( photo ). Pour un 4* mon verre d'eau est resté 4 jours sale sur ma table de nuit, il aurait du etre changé. Lavette laissé dans la sdb par la femme d'ouvrage. La vue de ma chambre sur la fenetre de l'immeuble d'en face ( a courte distance) La rue est très bruyante la nuit Ne parle pas francais comme indiqué Prix trop élevé Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée Check in trop tardif 15h00

We started with a little glitch and a bit of waiting to be checked in, but after that everything was perfect. The room was very large, could have fit 3 beds in there. The shower was amazing and clean. I was extremely happy with the level of comfort. The staff was very helpful and did their best to fix the initial problems, and after that all went smoothly. The hotel is inky a few minutes away from the beach and meters away from lots of restaurants and bars.

Hotel in una ottima posizione, sulla piazza di Alicante. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Buona colazione

Colazione : aggiungerei un'altra macchina del caffè, una sola e' poca. Qualche rifinitura nelle camere ma soprattutto nel bagno sarebbe da intervenire , parliamo di un 4 stelle

Il letto molto comodo e il bagno e la doccia molto ampi

Il marmo ovunque è un po’ di trascuratezza su alcuni accessori e in alcuni particolari

Okkur líkar staðsetninginn mjög vel. 5 skipti sem ég gisti á þessu hóteli. Herbergið rúmgott og gott baðherbergi.

Við gistum i tveimur herbergjum sem kallast “svítur” eru með stórum svölum eða veröndum. Sólbekkir mættu vera þæginlegri og einnig vantar að hafa vínglös og tappatogara á þeim herbergjum. Og mætti alveg skella pullum úr stólum í úti húsgögnum annarslagið í þvottavélina.

Heel veel lawaai van de straat en het hotel zelf. Slecht geïsoleerd.

Okna w pokoju z widokiem na wewnętrzny plac nie uchylają się tylko otwierają na oścież. Efekt jest taki, że wychodząc spod prysznica przy otwartym oknie ogląda Was masa ludzi.

Location amazing, breakfast was lovely, the roof terrace and views a fantastic bonus. Right in the middle of everything and the deluxe room offered a stunning view of the square.

Not a problem for me but if you're a light sleeper a room overlooking the square would be noisy on a Sat night!

Ontbijt was niet altijd vers, slechte koffie met capsules, er stond een degelijk koffieapparaat maar werkte niet.

Idealne położenie w klimatycznej części Alicante, blisko atrakcji turystycznych, blisko plaży, w pobliżu mnóstwo restauracji, idealnie skomunikowany z lotniskiem. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na Ratusz i Zamek św. Barbary.
