Very nice hotel in an excellent location, with comfortable, clean rooms. We had a couple of issues during our stay, but what really stood out was how the staff dealt with them. When our room door lock stopped working, they moved us to another room very quickly and without any fuss. We also asked for advice on where to catch a bus for a day trip to Altea. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong location twice, which resulted in us missing our original bus and potentially having to cancel our plans. The staff were very understanding and went above and beyond to put things right. They arranged a taxi to Altea so that we could still make our trip, and refunded us €120 to cover our bus tickets and taxi without us even asking. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way they took responsibility and made sure we weren't left out of pocket or had our plans ruined was genuinely impressive. I don't think you would get this level of service in many hotels. Overall, a very comfortable hotel with a great location and, most importantly, staff who really care about their guests.

Breakfast selection is fairly small, although there was still enough choice to have a decent breakfast. The pastries in particular didn't seem particularly fresh.

Really nice. Room was interesting, clean and good decor. Comfort bed.

The breakfast staff were unfriendly - especially the Spanish/Argentina lady (Dark hair, fairly pretty, slim about 170cm ) very nasty manner serving on 25th August. The food was poor - Surprised orange juice out of a bottle! The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful - I really like the young lady with golden hair. Very sweet. It doesn’t cost you anything to be polite. If you don’t like working in hotels change your job.

Ubicacion y acogedor

Location, fancy room and stunning bathroom, breakfast, small balcony.

Room tad on small side

The location is close to center and sea, very convenient . Staff are all very nice and helpful.

Convenient location. Helpful hotel staff.

Posizione.colazione.pranzo staff hotel tutto bene grazie

Piccoli disguidi pulizia della camera

The room smell like sewer

Excellent location. Large room and large walk in shower, really good for our disabled son especially since we were supplied with a shower chair. Breakfast was basic but adequate and fresh. Good value for money. Loved the inside features of original stone walls.

Would have appreciated a set of drawers …difficult to put small items of clothing in !!! When there was just a closet with shelves. Lighting very dim which didn’t help securing clothes piled up on shelves. Missed a lounge area but then we knew that when booking the location made up for that so handy for everywhere.

Great location comfortable and clean

Its style is lovely

The bar closed at 4pm

Good location, central to most attractions in Alicante

The air conditioning seems a bit weak and the pillows are too soft, breakfast was just okay

posizione

The best part of the hotel is the location, super close to the beach also to the restaurants and marina. Breakfast was good too, many options. Staff was always helpful and nice. The room was very large, the bed was very large and comfy as well, and clean. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

The balcony was facing outside and it was a bit noisy but not noisy at night so I could sleep well.

A beautifully renovated old building one street away from the main esplanade. Beautiful old stonework is revealed throughout the hotel including the rooms and bathrooms, mixed with modern materials for a very pleasing aesthetic. Bed was super comfortable and clean. Bathroom very spacious and clean. Breakfast was very fresh - typical Spanish style with a good choice of cheese, jamon and fresh fruit as well as eggs and bacon. Good coffee from the bar as an alternative to self-serve coffee machine.

There is the sound of traffic in rooms at the front of the hotel as was ours but it didn't interfere with our sleep.

Simple rooms

walls need to be more sound proof

We really liked the location. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was tasty, although the selection was quite limited. Breakfast was simple but good, and dinner was served from a set menu. We also had an early departure, and the staff kindly prepared breakfast for us to take away, which was a very nice touch.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water in our room during our entire stay. The staff promised to fix the problem, but it was never resolved, so we had to take cold showers. Luckily, the weather was very hot, so it didn’t ruin our holiday, but it was still quite inconvenient. Because of this, we probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Hotel was stunning staff were excellent nothing was a bother rooms spotlessly clean comfy bed 3 balconies close to all amenities it was my wife's birthday and they did the room up for us arriving which was a lovely surprise will definitely be back

Location was good.

Room smelt of damp. Bed sheets not changed for a 3 night stay.

Staff were brilliant especially Joan on reception such a lovely man. So kind. Location was perfect. Bathroom was amazing.

Great location, short walk to all attractions and beach. Very clean, nice breakfast. Friendly staff

The room was large and well equipped but could do with some sort of side board or drawers for extra storage ended up having loads of stuff on floor.

Firstly, staff super friendly, accommodating & helpful. Hotel in great location right near the beach and main shopping/food street. Good Aircon, rooms good size and facilities.

Receptionist was great! Beautiful, modern mixed with historical nods with great esthetics!

Fantastic location!

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, good restaurants next to the hotel (1 min walk)

Front of house staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good.

Our room wasn't ready at check in time, which was fine, but when we got into our room, it was clear that the cleaning had been rushed. The tea tray had not been cleaned and had no coffee and rubbish left from the previous people. This remained the same for the duration of our stay! Our complimentary water was not restocked either.

Lovely hotel, great location for what we needed. Good breakfast, very clean, helpful staff

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Serawa Alicante! The location was perfect – within walking distance of the beach, the old town and plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was modern, clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had a good selection with fresh, tasty options. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short city break. They had really good communication and even checked us in early!

Great and good stay.

Amazing property in a great central location with extremely friendly and helpful staff aswell as a top level room that was excellent for a good nights rest and extremely comfortable

There is nothing to be disappointed over however I did spend 20 minutes trying to get the sound working on the tv but the rest of the experience equals that's out

Good stay in a really well located hotel. Staff super friendly but the terrace room needs a deep clean. I’m being critical here but we paid £1000 for four nights and found the cushions on the terrace in need of a clean. Bird sh’t on both sides of all of them and floor needs a sweep. Sofa and arm chair stained and TV a pain the arse to watch as you need to cast from your phone. I know, you don’t go on holiday to watch TV, but something in the background is nice. Please just hook up the aerial to get BBC / CNN / Sky. Anything please. Only passing on this advice to others who are thinking of spending a small fortune.

Friendly and helpful staff, very central. Lovely breakfast!

If you're after sea views or a pool, this isn't the one for you. But otherwise lovely stay

Great location, very pleasant staff, good breakfast and overall a good place to stay

Not enough drinking water

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, do zwiedzania atrakcji w mieście

Nothing worthy of mention

Great welcome, friendly helpful staff. Room was light, well appointed & comfortable bed.

Glass between bathroom & bedroom so too much light if someone uses toilet at night. A small sensor might light would be helpful.

Great location one road behind promenade. Lovely rooms cool clean and replenished daily. Room only for us didn’t eat breakfast/lunch as no English menus available. Looked very nice short walk to square by cathedral lovely choices there. Very enjoyable stay staff extremely friendly and helpful would return.

Hi Ty

Beautiful decor

The staircase by the lift I did not like. I used the stairs but it was used to store items like comodes and wheelchairs and stock for the hotel when I stayed which was necessary and temporary but still not safe.

Great Food choices calm environment very helpful great products in the bathroom, no need to bring all your products.

2nd visit would highly recommend Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Localización perfecta, en el centro de Alicante

Great location and lovely breakfast

Nothing atall the hotel and staff were brilliant

Hotel v blizkosti pronenady a plaze, v okoli spousty baru a restauraci, vyborne snidane, ochotny personal.

Heure tardive du check-in à 16.00h.

Just got back after having 4 nights at this Hotel. Staff as we got there was very friendly. Room wasn't ready but wasn't a problem. It didn't take long before they got in touch saying it was. Central for everything. Marina. Shops and Restaurants. The room was big Lovely and clean. Clean towels if you wanted them every day. Only downside but this is my opinion. I take alot of long dresses not much room in the wardrobe. They were crinkly at the bottom. Maybe have some hooks on the back of the door. Other than that everything was great. Got a lift which was good. Because I have trouble walking upstairs so that was good. Plus we were on the first floor. I would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

L’emplacement

Nice staff. Hotel location was great.

Sound proofing in the rooms is not great. You can hear toilets, showers and noise gets through to the whole room. Breakfast was a bit of chaotic. Staff were friendly.

L’accueil, l’écoute et la réactivité

The room had no window(no view) For the price I paid I would like to have a window with a view

Excellent location in Alicante old town, near to all amenities and the beach. Staff are attentive, rooms clean and tidy and quiet for where it is located.
