Fabulous location

No kettle in room, apparently only higher priced rooms have one,no coffee maker either 😔

The location is fairly well perfect. Two minutes to the beach and round the corner from the main old town square. On the roof terrace you get a view up to the Castle. The breakfast is very good- freshly squeezed orange juice, a good selection and noticeable attention to detail. The room was a little small but there was nothing to complain about, clean, comfortable, stocked mini-bar etc

We had an inner court yard facing room, you didnt get the sun and there was no obvious way of drying anything-towels,swimwear.

Lite hotell, sentralt i bakgate. Veldig god frokost. Rent. Hyggelig personale.

Rooftop var ikke så mye å skryte av. Veldig lite basseng. De tilbyr transport.t/r flyplassen, men velg heller vanlig taxi/Uber. Mye billigere.

Super freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang, sehr bequeme Betten. Lage perfekt, direkt an der Promenade und kurzer Weg zum Strand und der historischen Innenstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nära till allt, stranden, butiker och restauranger. Ljudlös aircon och uppdelad dusch och toalett i två små rum/utrymmen. Mysig liten pool på taket.

The only problem I had was the door to the toilet in my room didn't lock and it just kept opening by itself.

La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa, dos cuadras cortitas y al lado de todo restaurantes, sitios turísticos etc . Su decoración muy original y como somos amantes del cine, nos encantó. La amabilidad de todo el personal, accesibles y bien dispuestos. Llegamos antes del check in y nos entregaron prontamente la habitación. El hotel tb proporciona sombrillas y toallas para la playa lo que significa un ahorro de 26 euros por día que es lo que cobran en la playa por arriendo de sombrilla y sillas. El hotel tiene una piscina pequeña con un bar para refrescarse. El desayuno muy bueno tb .

The Dormirdcine was a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel in an excellent location. It was located within short walking distance to the beach, the market, lots of shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a really funky design. There was a good selection for breakfast every morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The popcorn machine in the lobby was a lovely touch!

Fenster ging in einen "Lichtschacht". Man konnte das Wetter nur erahnen, da man rundherum auf Wände schaute.

Central to everything we wanted, beach, bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and loved rooftop pool.

Would have liked balcony

Location just off the beach and close to the marina. Tram & Bus stops close by, easy to get to and from the airport. In the Old Town of Alicante, beautiful area just off the Town Hall Square. Taxi rank also just 2 min walk away. Small roof top pool, lovely views, but not suitable if you wanted to swim-unless you are lucky enough to be the only one in it!

Room. No tea or coffee facilities, just a mini bar. Not a single hook anywhere in room to hang towels to dry (yes there is a line in the shower, but our wet swim wear hung there all day/night and was still wet the following morning) so had to have fresh towels every day.

We had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and everything was exceptionally clean. The location is fantastic, with plenty of attractions, restaurants, and other amenities within easy reach. Highly recommended!

Perfect location for getting the best out of our trip to Alicante! Loved the style of the hotel and fun nature of the design. Pool area, small but just right for a city break and great space to cool off with some tapas and a cocktail!

De locatie, het dakterras met zwembad was klein maar ok.

Het ontbijt viel tegen en was erg beperkt. Het warm buffet (zoals het roerei en het spek) werd niet consistent aangevuld en was niet echt warm. Daarnaast waren de hardgekookte eieren koud en was het niet mogelijk om een vers ei à la carte te bestellen. De douche was aan onderhoud toe: er kwam veel water uit de aansluiting van de kraan richting de douchekop en de kunststof douchevloer had bulten die indeukten als je erop stapte. Dat voelde instabiel en onhygiënisch.

Do facto de existir algum barulho, tanto de manhã com as obras no prédio ao lado e na noite com música alta vinda, não sabemos se de algum quarto ou de algum prédio próximo.

L'emplacement, l'hôtel est idéalement situé a côté du port et de la station de tram. Le centre ville historique est a quelques minutes a pieds. La literie, très confortable. Le petit déjeuner, avec tout ce qu'il faut. La piscine est petite mais c'est suffisant pour se rafraîchir, sachant que la plage est juste en bas de l'hôtel.

L'humidité dans la chambre et le manque de côté pratique : pour un hôtel qui propose une piscine et est en bord de plage, il n'y a rien pour accrocher des serviettes, faire sécher son maillot. 2 jours après il est toujours mouillé. Une toute petite fenêtre qui donne sur un espace fermé, qui ne permet pas d'aérer la chambre. Le service de ménage qui laisse a désirer : les verres (pour boire) sont utilisés mais ne sont pas changés, la boîte a mouchoir n'est jamais remplie, etc. Et puis la salle de bain n'est pas une pièce fermée mais une douche au milieu de la chambre : pas très pratique quand on voyage entre amis.

La ubicación es inmejorable. Al lado del ayuntamiento, tardas un par de minutos en llegar a la playa o a la calle principal con algún bar o restaurante. La habitación era muy bonita y limpia. La azotea con la piscina y el bar top. Los batidos riquísimos.

Algo caro en comparación a otros alojamientos de similares características de otras ciudades.

Wir haben gut geschlafen. Lage top! Zimmer ist gross genug. Toll, dass wir nach dem Checkout duschen konnten. Teilweise super nettes Personal.

Zimmer mit Fenster zum Innenhof ist trist. Der Pool im Sommer, nein Danke! Deswegen würde ich nicht buchen. Mini mini, voll mit Leuten, kein Charm. Der Duftspender im Flur ist wirklich nicht gut! Es wurde uns fast übel. Empfang war unpersönlich, kein Lächeln, obschon wir spanisch sprechen, hat sie nur in schlechtem Englisch gesprochen. Das war verbessererungswürdig;)

Sehr nettes, mehrsprachiges Personal, Sauberkeit, das Zimmer mit der extra großen Terrasse inklusive Outdoor Badewanne ist eine Sensation! Das Hotel liegt ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand.

Pas de parking. Chambre sans vue.

Nette kamers, heerlijke bedden, uitstekende locatie en aardig personeel.

El hotel y las habitaciones eran muy chulas. La ubicación excelente, al lado de la playa y del centro.

Las toallas y bikinis no se secaban dentro de la habitación.

La ubicación el único inconveniente es que no tenía parking y se nos complicaba el estacionamiento

Las paredes finas porque se escuchaba lo que pasaba en las habitaciones pegadas y a la mañana los ruidos de las mucamas haciendo la limpieza

Schönes und sauberes Hotel in perfekter Lage mitten in der Innenstadt und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Leider gab es in unserem Zimmer ein paar technische Probleme, unter anderem mit dem Tresor. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten konnte das Problem aber geklärt werden. Der erste Empfang an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich, eine andere Mitarbeiterin war später dafür sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Ansonsten hat alles gut gepasst und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Aufgrund der genannten Punkte vergeben wir 8 von 10 Punkten.

Excelente. Ubicación, trato del personal, habitaciones, decoración, instalaciones. Los detalles... Las palomitas, el refrigerio a la entrada... Todo en general. La terraza roof top con piscina, todo un puntazo. Dani y Mirlo, camareros geniales, a quienes saludo. Seguro que volveremos

Receptiepersoneel was weliswaar erg behulpzaam, maar door het slechte Engels van de verschillende dames ging er veel mis. Ook werd er foute info verstrekt. Jammer.

Ein sehr interessanten Hotel. Im positiven Sinne. Uns war nicht bewusst, wofür "Dormirdcine" steht. Erst durch den Aufenthalt hat sich das erschlossen: "Schlaf-Kino". Das Thema Kino zieht sich wie ein roter Faden durch das Hotel - Rezeption, Zimmer, Frühstücksraum. Sehr stimmig, schöne Einrichtung. Vielen Dank an das Team des Hotels für die Organisation eines Blumenstraußes.

auch mit dem Navi, ist das Hotel "fast" nicht zu finden. Parken in der Tiefgarage am Hafen, war dann einfach und Nahe am Hotel, aber mit EUR 30,- für eine Nacht (August 2026) doch recht teuer

Annoying that in the afternoon you could pay by card at the rooftop bar but in the evening you had to pay cash! Room did not have tea and coffee facilities!

Me gustó todo. La ubicación perfecta . Importante cuando dejas el hotel te dejan un vestuario para ducharte, está genial así que aprovechas el día en la playa y vas te das una duchita y te vas limpita. Muy contenta.

Por poner algo, la piscina es para entrar y salir del agua. Está súper fresca el agua. Tiene unas vistas maravillosas. Por la noche si encuentras sitio puedes sentarte y tomarte un cóctel.

No tomaron en cuenta mis peticiones muy simples, el personal de limpieza es muy impulsiva e ingresa a las habitaciones sin preguntar. En la mayoría de los casos, con gente descansando.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour visiter et aller à la plage. Le personnel est adorable, les chambres calmes et confortables.

Le seul point négatif est là piscine. Elle est petite et pas chauffée. Mais ça reste agréable après une journée de marche ou de plage.

Molto bella e ben tenuta, pulita, posizione ottima, il ragazzo dello staff molto gentile gli altei un po’ meno. Rooftop molto bello anche se potrebbe essere ancora piu bello.

La zona piscina dalle foto sembra bellissima in realtà non ci è piaciuta, è molto piccola e ha acqua fredda fredda.. peccato! Alcuni membri dello staff non erano cosi gentili e le camere sono molto poco insonorizzate, si sente tutto!

Muito bem localizado. Quarto confortável e limpeza impecável. Por ser na semana do meu aniversário de casamento, pedi que me ajudassem numa surpresa singela e foram super disponíveis e cuidadosos com o meu pedido.

O preço do bar da piscina podia ser mais acessível.

Der var ikke sammenhæng mellem Booking.com og hotellet mht transport til og fra lufthavnen. Vi havde arrangeret transport på Booking.com, men blev også kontaktet af hotellets taxa service, hvilket betød vi var dobbelt booket begge veje fra hotellet- det var yderst forvirrende. Har efterfølgende også fundet ud af jeg også har betalt Booking.com for transporten. Betalte selvfølgelig også hotellet transport service. Det var træls- og en unødvendig merudgift vi kunne have undgået hvis hotellet og booking.com kommunikerede sammen. Kan håbe at Booking.com, refunderer den taxaudgift vi har haft, men aldrig brugte. El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Playa cerca, restaurantes alrededor y ambiente siempre. Check in y check out rápidos. Aunque dejes la habitación a las doce, te dejan las maletas de forma gratuita en consigna el tiempo que necesites.

La habitación olía mal, exactamente el baño. Se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en las habitaciones de al lado. Las habitaciones son más pequeñas de lo que parece en la web. El rooftop también pequeño. El desayuno normalito. Pagas por la cercanía.
