Chambre confortable et de caractère, salle de bain spacieuse et privative. Nous avons passé un excellent moment. L'hébergement est à deux pas de la ligne 1, parfait pour toutes les excursions. 10 mn du jardin botanique.

Le parquet craque alors lorsqu'on se lève la nuit on a peur de réveiller les voisins 😅

Wifi wasn't great. We stayed for a week and i was working from the room, had to hotspot from my phone. May be fine for browsing, but not for video calls

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment hotel! Located in a quiet living area with two or three story brick buildings it felt as if we were living here. Communication with the hosts was also quick, friendly and helpful. Merci!

The property was perfectly located. Very clean and well equipped.

Someone used our private bath (husband closed the door but forgot to lock it) when we were out at a concert. They left behind a pair of socks, hair in the shower and took one of the two towels we were given. I left a message last night and this morning on booking.com to host and left a phone message to get another towel but never received a call or message regarding this situation.

Lage direkt an der U-Bahn Station und direkt am Botanischen Garten. Super ruhige Wohngegend.

Die Anbindung an die Metro war sehr gut. Das Zimmer mit angeschlossenem Bad war sehr hübsch eingerichtet. Ich liebe den Duschvorhang! Es war auch sehr nett, dass wir unser Gepäck nach dem Checkout noch einige Stunden in der Unterkunft lassen konnten.

Der Fußboden im Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber.

This hotel is very nice. Almost everything about it was great

3/4 rooms on the main floor have a bathroom within the room. One does not. So it is a "private bathroom" but it is located in the hallway and not within your room. Had I known this was the case, I'd have paid the extra money to have it within my suite. This is quite an inconvenience and should be made more clear when you're booking.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were lucky however that there was a baby shower being hosted at the time of our stay, so there was staff on site to help us check in and answer our questions. If they weren't there, it would have been difficult to navigate as mentioned in other reviews, especially if you don't speak French. The place includes a bar that had live music that night (Saturday) so that was awesome. We saw the chairs and pool set up, lots of kids were playing and having a good time. Food was delicious, we had the wings and citadelle burger. A bit expensive though.

Bathroom could have used a better clean

Absolutely lovely. The hosts were so helpful and organized, the back view of the Olympic stadium was beautiful, and the walkability of the neighborhood was perfect. The room we stayed in was clean and well equipped, we're looking forward to our next stay 🙂

We were looking for a location with easy access to the Olympic center - so this was perfect, 5-10 minute walk. 5 minute walk to the Metro. All around bike trails, easy access to shopping, restaurants - great location. You can park your car with their neighbor (highly recommended) who is a 2 minutes walk away, or at the Olympic center. We rented the Mt.Royal room. Check in was easy, room was exceptionally clean had a comfortable bed, large bathroom/shower. There was a work table + chair in the room, where i was comfortable working with a laptop and a large monitor. The common area was also very neat and had everything that was needed. Cons: Wifi is not great. May not be an issue for everyone, but i was working from the room and taking video calls, so needed to hotspot. The floors are a bit squeaky so if you're a light sleeper, you may hear people walking in/out. Although there is not a lot of movement, and overall it's a quiet area. Overall - great value! Me and my son are definitely coming back to Gite du Survenant for our next trip to Montreal.

Alojamiento en un vecindario tranquilo, muy cerca del metro. Fue muy agradable alojarnos en un apartamento típico de Montréal con su terraza en la parte trasera. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario, y los anfitriones han tenido en cuenta cada detalle. Genial el poder disponer de café y poder lavar y secar ropa de manera gratuita.

Por decir algo, fueron días de mucho calor y el aire acondicionado de la sala de estar es antiguo y le faltaba potencia.

Very charming, very clean, friendly staff, and very well located. We had an event at the Olympic Stadium, which was a 5-minute walk — literally across the street. That is also where you find the entrance to the Pie-IX metro station.

La habitación limpia y todo en muy buenas condiciones. La cercanía con el metro es una gran ventaja, sobre todo en una ciudad grande donde definitivamente es necesario utilizarlo.

Está relativamente lejos de los principales puntos turísticos (el centro, old Montreal, Mile End, Parc du Mont Royal). Además de eso, el hotel es una casa, está muy bien cuidada y todo bien, el problema es que es una casa de madera, el movimiento de la gente en los pasillos y sobre todo en las habitaciones de arriba son realmente ruidosos.

This is a little GEM that you need to try if you are heading for some fun in Montreal. Travelled with my sister and our adult daughters and honestly we had an almost perfect trip! The parking with Robert around the corner and the location of the metro was fantastic. It was a quiet and very pleasant spot for our 4 day trip! Book here if you want an incredible Montreal trip! A very clean and comfortable spot with laundry available, and unique Montreal views of the Olympic Stadium.

Great space! Easy to navigate, wicked location!! We came to MTL for a concert and we found the place so easy to access the Metro. The apartment was gorgeous and so welcoming, easy check in/out, loved the bench out front to hang on for a while and watch the neighbourhood. We will be back for sure!!!

Bathroom location across the hali in a very old bathroom. Shower stall was dated and towels seemed old and worn. Not comfortable to be leaving our room to use the facilities during the night. No parking on the street only in someone’s paid driveway down the street. Neighbourhood seemed sketchy with the homeless wandering about. Street was generally unkept. No gardens to speak of, a mess. No one to greet us on arrival just codes and rules. And for $140 per night, not a good value.

We had a wonderful stay! It was clean, comfortable and convenient. We would definitely come back again!

Great location right by the Olympic park and so close to the metro station for travelling into Montreal.

Only slight issue was the tv which kept losing signal regularly and had to keep being rebooted.

We spent five nights here during the Canadian Swimming Trials and stayed in Apartment A. The apartment is very spacious. The bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and the futon room is also generously sized. Once you close the door, it functions as a separate bedroom, which was perfect for our family. The kitchen and dining area are huge, with plenty of storage space. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the pool and Biodome, making it an ideal location for the meet. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back the next time we visit Montreal!

Great location close to the Olympic Stadium and metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-equipped, and I appreciated that coffee was available. It made the morning easier and enjoyable, especially since I had a small balcony.

It was a great experience. I very much appreciate the detailed check-in instructions which were emailed to me few days before our arrival. The place is super clean and well maintained. Nice location, easy to find. Affordable.

Das Haus war gut zu finden, weil es gut beleuchtet ist. Check-in- und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Die ruhige Lage in U-Bahn-Nähe ist sehr angenehm.

Die 2 zusätzlichen Handtücher, die wir erbeten hatten, haben wir leider nicht bekommen.

La chambre était d'une bonne grandeur. Le lit était assez confortable et l'air climatisé fonctionnait bien.

La salle de bain quoique définie comme étant privative, se situe à l'extérieur de la chambre. Nous devions sortir de la chambre et traverser le corridor pour avoir accès à l'emplacement. Cet aspect n'est pas mentionné dans le descriptif.

In einer schönen, ruhigen Gegend gelegen, nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Metro. Mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Zimmer. Toll war auch die große Küche, die gemeinsam genutzt werden konnte. Ich hatte das Zimmer "Ville Marie," was zwar kein direkt angeschlossenes Bad, aber einen schönen Balkon hatte. Self-Check In hat reibungslos geklappt.

Ich war etwas überrascht, als ich für die Nutzung meines eigenen Bades über den Flur laufen musste. War aber auch kein gro0es Problem, man sollte nur darauf vorbereitet sein, wenn man dieses Zimmer bucht (war auf booking so nicht ausgewiesen)

Everything nice and clean. Bathroom has everything you would want and need. Shower is very large. Has lots of storage for your toiletries. Located near the end of a one-way Street which makes it convenient to not deal with cross traffic. Located close to the Metro as well. Very easy to jump on and explore the city.

the property was located in a quiet neighbourhood right beside the train/bus station. quite far away from most places but easy access to the subway!

Not much soundproofing as it seems like an older building, was able to hear people talking and walking around throughout the night.

La propreté, le confort et la réactivité du personnel en cas de soucis. Je n'avais pas le courant a mon arrivée, j'ai contacté le personnel et en à peine 10 minutes ils ont résolu le problème.

Maison charmante mais ancienne, si les autres personnes présentes dans les chambre ne respectent pas la vie commune il peut être vite agaçant par rapport au bruit.

The place was very clean and the beds were comfy. Easy check-in process. You are close to a the biodome and other Montreal attractions. The subway is nearby.

Parking was tricky to find and you really have to read the signs to make sure you don't get a ticket. The place itself was very clean, but smelled too much like a Glade plug-in or some kind of air freshener (I am sensitive to artificial scents).

You can cook if you choose to and there’s also a shared fridge. This hotel is super clean and truly very well maintained by quality housekeeping services. Location is perfect minutes next to a metro station And Maite and Simon are kindhearted hosts that are very accommodating and truly care about offering a warm welcome!
