Great location in historic centre.Medici chapel opposite hotel. Easy walk to all the tourist sites and to railway station and trams.Lots cafes/bars and restaurants on doorstep. We had room on 3rd floor overlooking busy pedestrian way but didn’t hear late night noise due to the double bedroom windows. Very friendly attentive staff. Reception staff lovely and welcoming.

At breakfast maybe scrambled, fried eggs or omelette to vary from everyday boiled eggs.

Safe deposit box very small: 1 camera, some cash and that's it. Tablet or laptop will not fit. Airco rather loud. If you shut it down and open the windows for air: you hear the busy streets of Firenze.

Das gesamte Erscheinungsbild des Hotels ab dem Betreten ist rundum sehr gut und top gepflegt. Die Lage des Hotels ist bestens in direkter Näher aller wichtigen Sightseeing Highlights. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals von der Rezeption bis zu den beiden Damen im Frühstückservice war 150%überzeugend. Ein wunderbares Haus wohin ich definitiv zurückkommen werde.

Nagyon kellemes szálloda, remek helyen. A vasútállomás és Firenze látnivalói pár perc sétával elérhetőek.

Az utca elég zajos, mert egymást érik az éttermek. Szerencsére az ablakok szigetelése tökéletes, a szobába semmi nem hallatszik be.

Room was good sized and clean . Location was fantastic within easy walking distance to all tourist attractions.

Toiletries were a bit sparce' with hand towels like linen tea towels. Lack of tea/ coffee making facilities' in room' being a bit of a let down.

Gostei da cama, da localização que é exatamente no centro de Firenze, da simpatia da Sra do café da manhã e do café da manhã mto gostosinho.

O ar condicionado é terrível, estava mto quente, não da regular direito. Ele mostra quantos graus está o quarto, porém quase não abaixa por mais que se regule. É um ponto extremamente importante e que o hotel precisa melhorar, visto que fui no verão e por conta disso, já não voltaria. O estacionamento é ruim tbm, pq fica dentro da área de restrição. Qdo chegamos, tivemos q estacionar na estação Santa Maria maior. Tem que lembrar dessa restrição se não é passível de multa. Como eu já tinha essa informação, deu certo. Além disso está restrição, não é culpa propriamente do hotel. A localização é excelente pra andar a pé. Mas lembre se o ar não for um problema pra vc e nem o estacionamento, eu seguiria com a locação.

El personal de recepción muy amable. Desayuno increíble. Habitación limpia y cómoda. La cama súper confortable, doble almohada y unas sábanas que es imposible salir de la cama. Durante la noche, no se escuchó ni un ruido. El baño, con grifo para el wc. Ubicación, inmejorable, frente a la Capilla Medicee, a unos minutos del Duomo, que en cualquier momento puedes ir para hacer alguna parada técnica.

Hotel très bien situé, le personnel est très agréable. Bien que l'hôtel soit dans une rue très vivante, la chambre est très bien insonorisée. le lit est très confortable et le petit déjeuner varié et agréable.

Da recepção, os funcionários foram ótimos e muito atenciosos.

Ottima struttura, posizionata proprio dietro alla Basilica di San Lorenzo. Staff gentilissimo e ottima colazione. Camere spaziose e abbastanza pulite. Presente anche uno spazio esterno molto carino, che noi non abbiamo usato, perchè c'era davvero troppo caldo.

Unica pecca, la ventola del bagno che funziona poco, ma è un difetto tutto sommato non troppo grave.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable, tant à l'accueil qu'au petit déjeuner. Il y a toujours quelqu'un de present à l'accueil. La lumière du couloir allumée toute la nuit et qui passe sous la fenêtre 2 couettes simples dans un lit 2 places, peut convenir a certain mais il serait mieux de laisser le choix Relativement cher au regard des prestations, mais ça n'engage que moi

The location was excellent, within walking distance of both the train station and the main tourist attractions. I was very happy with the cleanliness, and the bed was really comfortable.

Even though I had put the “Do not disturb” sign on my door, I noticed that the room had still been entered and cleaned, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The quality of the hotel and the facilities available were exceptional. The room was very quiet, despite being in the middle of the city. Breakfast was generous and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Having steps from bathroom to entryway to beds can be hazardous in the middle of the night but they were well lit so made things easier. Just beware of this when choosing a room.

A localização é excelente, próximo de vários pontos comerciais e atrações turísticas. Não fica muito distante da estação de trem, podendo o trajeto ser feito à pé sem problemas. O quarto é pequeno, porém bem funcional. A recepção é bastante prestativa e cordial.

O quarto e banheiro são bem pequenos. Para nós não foi um problema, mas para quem levar muitas malas ou tiver problema com espaços menores talvez seja.

Het was een supernette accommodatie met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was netjes en het bed lag heerlijk. De douche is was krap, maar prima om in te douchen. De accommodatie ligt heel centraal en alles is op loopafstand.

Dat toeristenbelasting contant betaald moet worden, zou handig zijn om vooraf te vermelden.

Lage sehr zentral, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof und den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Bei geöffnetem Fenster dadurch natürlich etwas laut (Restaurants direkt gegenüber), bei geschlossenen Fenstern aber absolut ruhig ( sehr dichte Doppelfenster). Klimaanlage sehr gut. Frühstück ausreichend gut. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr sauber.

La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de las Capillas Mediceas, en el barrio de San Lorenzo, a apenas 5 minutos de la plaza del Duomo. La habitación no es excesivamente grande, pero tampoco es pequeña. Tiene suficiente espacio de almacenamiento en el armario para dejar toda la ropa y las maletas, de modo que el espacio que queda está libre para moverte. La cama es muy cómoda, y las almohadas son bastante buenas. Nuestra habitación daba al patio interior del hotel, por lo que era muy silenciosa. No es necesaria la tarjeta para poder hacer funcionar la luz y el aire, lo que se agradece, al llegar y tener la habitación a la temperatura ideal en cualquier momento. El desayuno es bastante digno. Tienen tazas grandes (que no es nada habitual en los hoteles), y además de la máquina dispensadora habitual de bebidas (cafés, "chocolate"…), también hay una cafetera de goteo y jarras con leche caliente y fría, por lo que puedes tomarte una buena taza de café con leche totalmente a tu gusto. Hay bollería de cruasanes grandes con chocolate (con mucho chocolate), con crema y simples. pero siempre grandes. También mermelada y mantequilla. Y una especie de tarta hojaldrada con mermelada. Además de galletas y cereales. También hay quesos, jamón de york, y fruta ya troceada para poder servirte un cuenco, y panes para hacer tostadas, pero el tostador es poco eficaz.

No hemos tenido nada que nos haya podido disgustar o parecer mal. No había cortinas opacas con las que oscurecer la habitación por completo, pero no recibe sol directo, por lo que no es molesto, al menos para mí. Repetiríamos si dudar en el mismo establecimiento.

I had a very pleasant stay. The single room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The Wi-Fi was stable. The air conditioning was excellent, which was especially important as it was extremely hot outside. Breakfast was much better than a standard Italian breakfast. In addition to the usual sweet options, there was a very good selection of cheeses, ham, fresh fruit and vegetables as well as eggs. The staff were very nice, polite and helpful. I was also able to store my luggage before check-in. After checking out, I could stay longer in the large and comfortable lobby. I would happily stay here again.

Localização excelente, cheio de bares e restaurantes em volta, mas não se ouvia o barulho da rua no quarto.

Era possível ouvir o barulho dos outros quartos, o banheiro era muito escuro e o café da manhã não era bom. Custo-benefício só faz sentido pela localização.

L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé. Le personnel est sympathique, disponible et très professionnel. Le lit était particulièrement confortable et la climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement — indispensable vu les températures que nous avons eues ! L’hôtel est également très calme : nous étions au quatrième étage et n’avons absolument pas été dérangés. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner était bon et tout à fait correct pour un hôtel trois étoiles.

La habitación es super amplia y cómoda con aire acondicionado. El desayuno muy completo y el personal siempre muy amable.

El espacio de la ducha era muy pequeño y a veces resultaba un poco incómodo.

The location is perfect. In a 5 minutes walk you are at the dome. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It has double windows to protect guests from the constant noise coming from the exterior, which is really a plus. Staff is nice.

Room and bathroom are cosy but too small. Two people have some trouble moving at the same time. The mirror above the bed should be placed somewhere where it could be used by guests. A mirror is essential! The juices at breakfast are too sweet and completely artificial. There could be scrambled eggs to vary a bit from the everyday boiled eggs.

The room was beautiful and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to help with any needs you have. Special mention to Ursula, who made the impossible happen to ensure our stay was perfect.

Excelente localização. Próximos aos pontos turísticos da cidade. Café da manhã muito bom e acomodações com bastante conforto.

O horário do café da manhã se encerra às 10h e a atendente da cozinha nos tratou muito mal com outros hóspedes presentes porque chegamos 15 min. antes do encerramento ( e parte considerável do café já estavam retirados). Foi um susto, pois nunca havíamos visto tal comportamento em local algum. Um contraste imenso com a recepção, que foram funcionários bastante educados e solicitos.

The hotel and its room are clean, and the staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. The location near the tram station connected to the airport and at the same time in the middle of the famous sights is perfect. The atmosphere at the hotel (lobby, breakfast room and waiting area) is also very nice. Only thing which was not so good was the fact that the aircondition did not work very well so it got somewhat hot in our room but it does not change the fact that our stay at Palazzo Benci and the hotel itself was a great experience

Un hotel muy céntrico y muy agradable.En la misma calle hay un montón de bares y restaurantes. Las habitaciones tienen doble acristalamiento y no se oye el ruido de calle.
