Great location, older facility but very reasonably priced, nice staff, good breakfast! Would recommend!
We didn’t partake of it we were ready to get on the road and
We have stayed before and it lived up to all expectations again this time
We went elsewhere for breakfast.
Floors were a little dirty. Our company loved the bed but it was a little to hard for us
The location was very good, cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfasts offered a great variety—I loved them. The afternoon dessert was excellent.
The pool has no umbrellas, and the beds are too soft.
Easy to get too Great breakfast and dessert
Bed were a little firm
room, location to sight & sound
A later breakfast start, we had to leave before the breakfast opened.
Great service/ quiet/ very clean
Nothing
Employees were all very professional and accommodating.
It was a good stay
The burnt cobbler
Location was perfect for us!
Breakfast was good. Nightly cobbler and ice cream was awesome. The bed was really comfortable.
No more Krispy Kreme donuts or ice cream toppings
Good value and location.
Parking was horrible and the bathroom looked clean but it smelled awful. Smelled pretty moldy. The shower and floor near the toilet.
Spacious room. Very clean. Wonderful breakfast
The Savannah House is in a great location </= 15 minutes to most Branson attractions. Literally 5 minutes from Sight and Sound. They offer desserts like cobbler, fresh baked cookies, and ice cream every night beginning at 8:30. The rooms were super clean. I slept very well, which is unusual. I loved that there was a Gideon Bible in the nightstand and a Cowboy Bible on the desk.
What I didn't like was arriving earlier than check in and being told there wasn't a single room ready...was not offered luggage storage or given a suggestion for somewhere to go to kill a few hours. During check-in, I did not love the clerk saying my phone number out loud for me to confirm. This is private information. I understand that the hotel needs it, but I'd rather fill it out on a piece of paper or fill out an online form than having to share things like this out loud as well as the make, model, color, and license plate number of the car I am driving. I was not a fan ofnthe biscuits served at breakfast. They were way too hard...not the fluffy buttermilk biscuits that are great with gravy! The breakfast choices are wonderful.
Everyone was so nice and very helpful
The bathroom door wouldn't latch closed and there was food in the fridge still. Everything else was great
We like the location. And the friendly staff.
Nice to have microwave in the rooms and the hall carpet looks like it needs to be shampooed
This hotel is in a very convenient location for us when we go to Branson for plays at the Sight and Sound Theater and it’s not a high traffic area.
Very clean & friendly. Loved the breakfast & dessert daily. Room was clean, spacious and very homey. LOVE the black out blinds.
Very nice hotel. Friendly staff. Enjoyed morning breakfast. Close proximity to theatre.
Very friendly staff in a good location. It’s away from the crowds but close to everything. Wonderful outdoor seating with a view. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is provided.
This was our fourth stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and hot. We had the cobbler and ice cream one night. We will stay again im sure.
We love Savannah House. We go every August for our Anniversary. We have been staying here for the last 11 years. We went early this year to attend our grandson's basketball tournament. The team also stayed, on our suggestion. They loved it too. It is homey, exceptionally clean. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is so good. Eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, smoked sausage, grilled potatoes and peppers, and pancakes and fruit and yogurt. Late at night they serve cobblers, ice cream, homemade cookies and hot chocolate and coffee. The beds are very comfortable....why would we stay anywhere else? Also the view from the patio is breathtaking. I give this place an A+
Room was very comfortable. AC worked great and the staff was very friendly.
Location was a bit out of the way. The property could use some touch-ups.
Very clean look to it.

Stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday. Room was great, beds very comfy. Never heard any room noise like other people or doors slamming. Nice and quiet. Not a lot of kids. Pool was a bit murky, but still swimmable and relaxing. Breakfast was a decent hot breakfast. The best was at 8:30pm nightly they serve free fresh made cobbler and ice cream. Parking is on a crazy hill but we would come here again.
Breakfast and dessert daily was exceptional. The workers were all very kind.
First room was given, bathroom faucet was broken and laying on counter. Would think someone would have known. Went to front desk and relocated to different room.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Location was good, easy to get to attractions
Breakfast and dessert bar was nice but not always available in the second building. Was stingy with shampoo, conditioner and Kleenexes. Was only given 3 bottles of each for 2 people for 4 nights. Ran out of Kleenexes on the 2nd night and were never replaced. Friendly check in. The breakfast hot selection was better than the traditional but the fruit selection was less than ideal.
Breakfast was okay. Nothing to write home about. Rooms/property were dated but overall clean. Bedside light in our room didn’t work upon arrival.
The quality of the icecream during the evening complimentary desert. Very grainy and watery. Cobbler wasn’t bad.
Clean and easy to find
The air conditioner made noises turning on and when it reached room temp and shut down made a hissing noise
Me and my mom decided to make a trip to Branson for the 4th of July since the rest of the family either had to work or had other plans. We booked a room last minute with the Savannah House Hotel. We couldn’t’ have been happier. I am a Trip Advisor junkie and never go anywhere without reading reviews. We picked Savannah House because it received great reviews about cleanliness, location and free breakfast. Cleanliness is my main concern when traveling and Savannah House did not disappoint. Not only was our room clean, but they also had free breakfast buffet, free evening dessert bar and were close to everything. I can’t comment on the breakfast buffet as we couldn’t seem to stay away from Billy Gail’s each morning, but it seemed to be very popular with the other guests and looked pretty good from what I could see. We did, however, take advantage of the free desserts each night which consisted of 2 types of cobbler (either blackberry, cherry, peach or apple), 2 types of cookies and an ice cream machine with vanilla and chocolate soft serve. They also have 24-hour free coffee and cappuccino. I loved the cobbler each night. It was always hot and delicious. This seemed to be a hit with everyone else as well because there were always people sitting waiting for 8:30 to roll around each night when they bring the desserts out! The location was also a great plus for us! The hotel is far enough off the crazy hustle and bustle of the touristy area, but still close enough it was just minutes from the main Branson strip. We loved that it felt like we were in a secluded area but still able to get to everything in less than 10 minutes. The thing we liked most, it was less than a mile from the Sights and Sound Theater and right down the road from our favorite…Billy Gail’s! We were having so much fun we decided to stay an extra day and wait and check out on July 5th instead of July 4th and they had no problems accommodating us. Not only were they able to accommodate us, but they were also able to work it out where we could stay in our same room without having to pack up and move to a new room. The staff was very helpful and super friendly, and we are already planning to stay at the Savannah House Hotel next spring when we come back to Branson. Oh, and did I mention the super cheap room rates! You definitely can’t beat the price for everything Savannah House Hotel has to offer and I highly recommend it!
It was good value for the money , enjoyed our stay.
No microwave in room for left overs!
the only person who was nice was the woman serving food at the breakfast area..
one of the front desk staff was not nice and she wasnt very flexible with time..
Staff was so friendly and always helpful. They had all we needed and more. The location is off the main strip but close to everything. Traffic was never a problem.
Hate that we could not stay longer.
The room. The buffet breakfast. The robber and ice cream at night.
Nithing
disappointed with customer service, woman on the front desk was not so friendly and flexible with time, asked if we could have at least 30minutes extension before we check out, and she completely refused and declined it while she was chomping on her ice..not very friendly and her customer service skills needs to be upgraded.. the person in the breakfast area deserves to have a raise and needs to be placed in the front desk.. she knows how to treat people well, very friendly and attentive.. she should probably teach the woman in the front desk how customer service is done..she is very friendly and efficient and you know that she genuinely cares about her job and the people around… the room smelled a bit from the carpet like a sharp pungent smelling, musty and stuffy.. very aggressive banging on the door at 11 for checkout.. we couldnt even check in at 12 or 1 pm since the room was not ready..and they cant extend a 30minute late check out for 11:30.. i would say find somewhere else to stay.. if not for that nice woman at the breakfast area this place wouldnt be good.. price was good but the room smelled old and musty..there is parking in the hotel. breakfast is good
My family of four adults stayed July 3-4th and this hotel was the best choice, especially for the price. Everything was clean, staff was great, especially the evening server for our delicious cobbler and ice cream desert and the morning staff with a wonderful full course breakfast! We were in a separate building, but it had its own hospitality room as well as a small lobby with comfortable seating and a library.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy to find.
There were spots in the bathroom that looked like blood- I took a washcloth and cleaned some of the spots to see if they could be easily removed.
Breakfast was decent. Shower drain was very slow (took 10+ minutes for it to drain - I did tell staff when we checked out). A luggage rack would have been nice. Staff was friendly, including the cleaning crew. Location was good...didn't have to deal with traffic congestion and every place we wanted to go go was within a 10 to 15 minute drive.
We were placed in the 2nd building, and we felt that it wasn't as clean as the original building. There should have been a security camera of some sort in the stair wells.
Location
Mattress was hard and lumpy. Old furniture. Bathtub was dirty. Not all the lights worked.
Breakfast was a basic breakfast. I was glad that they came in and cleaned the room while we were out. Some hotels have stopped doing that daily since Covid. The evening snack was great.
Icecream toppings perhaps.
It old old and run down. I saw tiles that had come lose laying around on the floor
The bathroom was fairly clean. The property was old and tired looking
Dessert!
I have zero complaints.
The waterfall they had out front
Some of the rooms had their fresher their Internet smell are good
Breakfast was great. Room was clean and appreciated the daily room cleaning during our stay. This is something that you don’t get at most hotels today. We enjoyed the evening deserts each day too. Yum!
Great vibe and feelings of cleanliness and safety at this place. The late evening deserts are a great touch. Table games provided was also good. Provides for a great mingling place. The rooms were great. No issues.
Can't think of anything.
Breakfast was pretty good. Room was very clean. Employees very nice. I love the waterfall and rocking chairs, though some needed repair.
Toilet was tiny. Bed was ok, but not great. Pillows were all the same, so no choice. Exterior greenery/lawn needed grooming.
Breakfast is awesome! This is the only place I’ll stay when coming to Branson.
Property is easy to get to and close to the sights without being on the main strip so it’s quieter. Clean and well kept. Dessert and breakfast were good.
The pillows were very lumpy for my preference.
Breakfast was good!
People were very friendly
Rooms dated and seemed a little unkept
The suite was beautiful. It had an extra sitting room and a jacuzzi tub. It was located centrally so it was easy to get to all the main Branson attractions. It was quiet. The bed was so comfortable. I slept so great and didn’t wake up once.
evening snacks were tasty and a real bonus
parking on the hilly lot
Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Nice breakfast - a step above the normal free hotel breakfast. And cobbler, cookies and ice cream served at 8:30 every night.
Exceptional as always. Love the breakfast! We really love the ice cream, cobbler and cookies every evening!!!
Breakfast was good and my only complaint was NO BACON at breakfast. I absolutely dislike sausage and every hotel serves sausage. I wish they would’ve had bacon. That’s my only complaint. Everything else was wonderful.
Need bacon served every morning along with sausage for those who dislike sausage like myself.
We were first-time guests at the Savannah House, but multiple-time visitors to Branson, so it's a shame we hadn't encountered this charming spot beforehand! It was exactly as advertised--clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great service all around. The breakfast was great, and the late-night dessert was even better. This will definitely not be our last stay at this hidden gem.
There are many places to stay in Branson, but we choose this hotel every time. The location is great being out of the chaos in town but close enough to be convenient. Rooms are always clean and well kept. The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfasts are outstanding and they have snacks each night of cobblers, cookies and ice cream!! The little lady who takes care of the breakfasts will make you feel like you’re visiting a down home grandma. She is exceptionally friendly and lovable!! Oh, and you’ll not find a better deal from a cost standpoint!
This location was perfect for a trip to Sight and Sound Theater. However, it had many advantages that most do not. It was comfortable, quiet and had pleasant outdoor places to enjoy the scenery. Also, the cobbler and ice cream addition at night was such a unique and fun addition!
Everything
Nothing
We booked and paid for a room for the weekend. Upon arrival you could see that the pictures have great angles from the opposite side that your GPS directs you into. However, do not be fooled. This hotel is nothing like the pictures when you are there in person. The pictures are misleading. This is nothing more than a motel where the doors are on the inside of the main building. The grassy area in the picture is in front of the main entrance and it is a small area. The GPS lead us to the rear of the building which shows the true picture of this establishment. We canceled upon our arrival, and stayed elsewhere.
Si
Loved the location to Sight and Sound
None of the lamps in the room worked. Switches were broken it appeared so couldn’t see to do much at night as far as reading. But exceptionally clean and service was awesome. Comfortable beds and pillows.
The room, breakfast and breakfast staff.
The parking lot is cramped and on hills, but that’s the risk with Branson.
Kids loved the free desert at nights. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Staff was great!
Hair dryer was broken. 3 girls....
Great deal great place
Everything
10/10 recommend this hotel!! I stayed 3 nights. Christian owned and staff! Worship music plays in the lobby. They had little Jesus's to take as well :) Kay is the SWEETEST but every staff member is so friendly and helpful!! Their free evening dessert bar and breakfast bar is SO good!! Big variety for breakfast! I was impressed. They also have games to play in the lobby. I was able to use a pack n play for my baby. The shower and sink water pressure was incredible. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The air conditioner and room amenities worked as they should. Without me asking, they restocked my towels and took out my trash daily. The only "negative" thing is I heard a lot of noise from the room above me. Thin walls. So if you don't want to hear noise above you, request the top floor :) No microwave in the rooms but you can use the one in the lobby. The landscaping outside is beautiful and well kept!
It sucks bad the beds weren't comfortable and the service sucks too. Don't stay there again.
The customer service ladies that checked us in was great and pleasant to talk with.
Bed sheets and pillow cases were filthy with what I would call nasty ear or slobbers . When we complained about it after walking to the front desk, the man said he would have the room cleaned. Came back to the room 6 hours later and the bed was made but the same nasty pillow was on the bed. I returned to the front desk and all they said was I am sorry and did not offer any restitution on this matter. Extremely disappointed!
breakfast, room, clean, desert bar in evening, friendly staff
Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast and dessert each evening were really good as well. Location is close to Sight and Sound and a five minute or less drive to most Branson locations. Will stay again.
Harley, desk manager, really easy to talk to. Evening has a dessert time that is quite convivial.
SavannahHouse Hotel does not have free weights in the fitness facility. They need to put some barbells, and dumbells, not a lot b/c they do not have much space in that room.
Perfect location in Branson. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The homemade cobbler in the evening was awesome and a perfect way to end the day!
Excellent accommodations and price! Very friendly staff and very clean rooms. Quiet place to get some sleep after traveling. Breakfast is included, and it was good. Definitely will stay here again.
Excellent customer service from all the staff, nice breakfast and nightly dessert bar, room was clean, beds were comfortable, our room was very quiet. Have stayed here many times and plan to return in the future.
Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed the nightly cobbler and ice cream.
The breakfast was very good. Loved the staff.
Breakfast, staff and location
I ended up getting a second room in the auxiliary building for my granddaughter for May 2/3 and when she woke up on Sunday morning there were ants all over her nightstand and in her bed. She informed housekeeping and they told her they were also in the room next to her. I was very upset with this and am requesting some kind of refund for the inconvenience of having to kill ants on her personal items.
Very comfortable hotel. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The evening ice-cream and cobbler were delicious. The parking lot could be a bit of a challenge for some as it is on an incline. The person at the front desk was not knowledgeable about the area restaurants or shopping. He made little eye contact, focusing more on his phone than the customer. Overall, it is a good hotel for the price.
