This location was clean. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious. You’re also pretty close to the strip.

It is located behind some other complexes that looked a bit sketchy. I didn’t have any personal issues while I stayed there though. Also, the TV volume seems so low even though I turned it up as high as the bar would go and it still seemed a bit low.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

We like everything. If they had pool and breakfast then it would be great but we can’t expect all that in 38$ room rate. They gave best rate in branson so the great service.

Mattresses are springy, and if a couple sleeps together, if they move while sleeping, it will cause a lot of vibration and wake both parties up.

The room was surprisingly clean, updated, and smelled very good!

The outside of the building leaves something to be desired but don’t judge a book by its cover, we were pleasantly surprised when we stepped into our room.

I was amazed at the cleanliness and nice room for an older hotel. The price was an amazing value. Laura, at the front desk, was so cordial and accommodating. The location was great

The hills of the Ozarks make it a little difficult for my 57 year old legs but it is like that everywhere in Branson

Updated beds and room.

Bathroom had no door. The air was off when we arrived so 90 degrees in the room then the air barely worked. We didn’t have time to switch rooms due to a rush stay and check in to be where we needed. Bathroom was gross. The tub was dirty, cigarette burns (was a smoking room but this was excessive), a hole looks like they tried to cover but didn’t do it properly. Crack heads all outside. Lady at the desk didn’t quite know how to do her job or the actual policy of things listed on thier own site.

I just felt rested and I loved the comvience and price.

The staff working the front desk was not friendly. One, we could not understand. She does not speak plain enough English. The other lady we could understand had a bad attitude. She did not look very presentable to us in her dress attire. Looked grungy. She had a hard time finding our reservation. Had to have the lady we could not understand very well. To complete our check in. After entering the room. The television had to be connected to our wifi on our phone to work. We had trouble connecting it. So we stopped a worker on the balcony passing our room and asked for help. She said she would be right back. Never came back. After one and a half hours. We called the front desk off our phone. Because you could not call the desk or even call out if you needed too. Phone did not work proper. All it would give was a busy signal. No matter what you tried dialing. We had to insist that SOMEONE comes and hooks up the television. The lady was not pleasant in anyway. Acted as if we asked for a steak to be brought up to us or something. The curtain on the front window had holes in it. Along with the thin bed cover on one of the beds. After leaving at that point to go see a show. We returned and was going to unpack. But after entering the bathroom and seeing dirt and grim in the corners of the wall and around the bottom of the toilet. Stains in the tub around the drain. The advertisement said there was jets in the tub and there was not any. We did not unpack. I sat in the one chair they provided in the room. After a bite. My eyes was watering, itching and burning. Very uncomfortable. My noise started running. Then I began sneezing and coughing. My husband knew I was highly allergic to dog dander (hair). He began looking around the floor and window ledge. He said stand up. I did, at that point he lifted the cushion from the chair I was sitting in. The chair had dog hairs in it under the cushion. Along with a dead cockroach!! Very nasty. It was 1:15 am by this time.

I liked the upholstery of the chair.

The room wasn't clean. There were bugs on the floor. Whoever cleans the floor doesn't sweep or mop close to the baseboards or near the toilets. My socks were filthy after walking on the carpet. My stay was on the 4th of July weekend. I expected some fireworks, but the ones that the motel allowed resembled an all out military invasion. My husband is an Army veteran and he has PTSD. He was unable to sleep both nights that the fireworks were going on. They were quite excessive, going on until very late into the night both Friday and Saturday. While I appreciate the right of others to celebrate this holiday, where was our right to sleep? We paid good money for this room and were not informed when making the reservation of the fireworks. Had I known that fireworks would be shot off 25 ft. from our door and our car would have debris covering it the next morning, I would not have chosen this motel. Staying at this motel ruined our vacation and we feel like we were robbed.

Beds comfy and rooms were clean. We stayed there 1 week before from 4th of July. On that time we find out that they do fireworks on 4th of July so we went there walk-in, n had good price for 4th of July, and it was all worth it, they had really nice fireworks at the motel. We had real good time. They had barbecue. Fireworks started around 9 PM and ended around 11 PM, so right before we about to go to bed, they stopped fireworks. Most of the guest were there because of fireworks, n we glad that we chose to stay with them on 4th of July weekend. They said they do fireworks every year, so this is our permanent spot to stay n celebrate 4th of July for every year. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Always available for help. If they had swimming pool then it would be great but for the price they charge, swimming pool wasn’t an issue, this is the best place to stay and enjoy the best weekend of the year. Will stay again.

An absolute lifesaver for last-minute business trips! The front desk not only expedited my room check-in but also provided a customized map highlighting safe walking routes and top sights. The Wi-Fi was blazing fast for virtual meetings. I felt incredibly safe and well taken care of as a solo traveler. The room was spotless, exceptionally soundproof and the bed was remarkably comfortable. Highly recommend for any travelers.

This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The bathroom was also extremely clean and had a good selection of toiletries. We had habit to check room as soon as we walked in, and room was cleaned and everything was so perfect. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the personal attention from not only the staff but ownership as well. I really enjoyed Donna and Katie you couldn't ask for better workers they really took notice of anything that was needed and did their best to make sure that we had a great comfortable stay. Beds were clean nice linen towels extra when needed and they just really do their best to make sure you're happy. I would highly highly recommend for someone who's wanting a good price to stay at this place I get the Stratford house five stars if I could give them six I would

The beds were not changed before we arrived. There was take out food in the room when we arrived. We had to leave a cash deposit on arrival that wasn't disclosed and then because my child was there we lost the deposit due to having too many people in the room but they asked how many adults I said 2 ( me and wife) but we got a double queed room because my child and no one said anything till I left and then was told we lost deposit.. really felt like a scam to get more money from us there was no microwave in room as advertised. It was advertised as having a jetted tub but it did not work.the texture in the bathroom ceiling was peeling off badly and toilet was leaking. Then they had cigarette buttcans right outside our door like 3 feet from door so constantly had people just hanging out in front of our room smoking which we ordered a non smoking room for a reason so we didn't have to smell it. And we were in town for the jeep convention so had to constantly worry about our jeeps due to the people just hanging around them all night overall not a good place to stay

Perfect stay! The check-in was fast, and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and highly comfortable beds. Fast Wi-Fi and a great, central location made our trip easy. We were worried because we read few reviews about roches but as soon as we walked into the room, we checked the rooms and beds first, and the room and beds clean, and found nothing like that. If they had pool then it would be great but with the decent and affordable rate, this motel won’t disappoint us…Will stay here again…!!!

One of the laundry girls always had attitude with the ladies at the front desk. She was never rude to me. But with how sweetly the front desk ladies are I was upset by the attitude of the one girl.

I liked that I didn't waste a lot of money.

The floor was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, there was drama between the receptionist and the boss, the housekeeper was clearly sick and sneezing and coughing everywhere. I paid a $25 deposit I was supposed to get back, I left the room cleaner than I found it and still didn't get the deposit back.

They said it was full even though i booked online then sent me across the road to stay at a different hotel i guess they own that one too. Same price worse hotel about 1000 long black hairs in the bed so they washed nothing. Spend your money somewhere else

The room was wore out, taking two kids under 2 up and down steep stairs was not lovely. We were a group and they had us separated. The tub was gross.. pre used roll of toilet paper..

The air conditioning didnt work. The bathroom fan made noise all night, Showerhead needs to be replaced.

I didn’t partake in the breakfast but it was available. The room was clean and ready and exactly what I expected at a very good rate. No surprises.

I was a little surprised at the incline of the parking spots but it’s no fault of the business. Just be sure and set your parking brake.

So the room and space was decent. The room smelled clean. The air conditioner worked great especially with how hot it was.

The toilet did not flush very well, making us nervous about using for anything other than a #1 of you know what i mean. I went to grab a towel for my shower and the towel for the floor along with 2 bath towels looked like they had been washed with a pen or something. The other 2 bath towels did even look like they had been washed. If they were stained dirty then through them out!!! Luckily i had a towel of my own!! There was not a good seal around the door so light came in around it. The mattress was very stiff and uncomfortable!! I had to use 4 pillows to get any kind of decent sleep.

Didn't know there was breakfast. Found a dead spider in our room. It was very cool (A.C) wich was nice considering how hot it was

Easy to get to, close to the main road of town. Staff were kind and understanding.

The room had black mold in the caulking around the tub. The tub had a huge crack in the side of it. Paint and tile was chipping in many places. Calling the facility is very difficult as staff reports they sometimes “get (there) later in the day”.
