Park Inn by Radisson Goa Candolim

Staff excellent. Service and food also very good. Room initially allotted as basic room was on 3rd floor without lift. Being seniors going up/down on 3rd floor was v inconvenient. So had to go for bigger room which was v good but costlier. Staff service was the highlight particularly, Mr Debarata (from desk, very helpful) , Dipanjan and Ayush ( Restaurant), Housekeeping man Dilip, Wellness Centre staff.

Initial allotment of 3rd Floor without lift and the room was small for the value. So opted for bigger room with lift but at higher cost than expected.

From the minute we checked into the parking by Radisson to the minute we checked out, the service was exceptional.. Debabrata at the front desk sorted out a seamless check in.. We chose the hotel mainly because of the photos of this swimming pool and I can tell you that I'm not disappointed at all. It is a beautiful pool and our daughter spent hours there.. A special mention to the restaurant staff. They were so accommodating and so helpful. It did not feel like we were at a restaurant. It felt like somebody was personally taking care of us. I was actually really surprised at how good the food was, especially the breakfast. It's not lavish but it has everything that you require and more than enough. Definitely visiting again.

What Parks Inn by Radison lacks is well made up by the amazing staff there. Specially Debabrata (Deb) ensured that we had comfortable stay and cherish our stay . The property lacked lift facility which made it harder for my parents to access the rooms on 1st floor but on request room on ground floor was immediately arranged by Debratha and the staff. The food is nice and again the staff is well behaved.

I have stayed in many Radisson hotels around the world. This hotel was probably one of the lower ranked properties I have stayed in - some upgrades will help a lot to bring it up to a standard to what one would expect from a Radisson hotel. The hotel is in dire need of some upgrades; it is difficult to get to rooms - lots of stairs. however, staff are on hand to assist.

Deb and Maira were really sweet and arranged a new room when the designated one had ac issues. The issue was resolved in minutes. They knew how to make everyone happy and comfortable when one's on a holiday. All the best to them and the team!

The staff here are excellent right from Front office Debabrata, Maira to restaurant staff namely Debojit Ghosh F& B manager, Sandeep Restaurant Manager and Head Chef Panda made our stay absolutely special. Great food in the restaurant.

Had 2 nights 3 days stay here..It was so relaxing and memorable.. Remarkable Hospitality.. especially Prathamesh, Sairaj and everyone infact... Would like to mention Deobojit who personally takes care of the restaurant activities and is very cordial. Debbrath was so kind and cooperative. Harshitha at the reception was so welcoming. Can't mention everyone's name, but each one of them was very nice. Full marks for food, hygiene too..

Yes, the hospitality provided by Debabrata(Deb) is very impressive. He support us in all the possible way he can. Even he arranged a very good room for us on a short notice.

The breakfast was amazing! Great variety! And lovely staff. Every staff member was too kind and helpful and thinking about our comfort. The location is lovely. Amazing hygienic pool, the rooms were great with AC. The restaurant is open 24x7 and the food and drinks are good. I could also use the laundry and I got offered ironing board and iron for other clothes. The hotel doesn’t have their own taxi service or tourist excursions. There are independent operators outside, It would be nicer if the hotel would have these as well. But the taxi and tours were good too! I couldn’t make use of the spa anymore but the rates are good. This hotel I would come back to! Overall great experience with the family.

Great location,great staff and awesome food and hospitality

We stayed for just one night ( few hours technically ) so was okay for the price point.

Not enough provisions made for monsoon. No umbrellas in rooms given that this hotel has rooms spread out far and wide and all in the open. We had to wait for 40 mins for umbrellas to arrive. Car Parking is far away, valet takes time. The lane leading to the hotel is too narrow which can be difficult to maneuver and time consuming if stuck between vehicles.

We originally booked 2 nights, but enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it by another 3 nights. The hotel is more of a family resort than a boutique hotel, and while parts of the property are a little tired, it never detracted from our enjoyment. The large swimming pool was excellent, and despite visiting during the off-season there was still a great atmosphere. Because of the monsoon weather, we chose the evening buffet every night, and the food was consistently excellent with plenty of variety. The chefs regularly came over to ask if everything was okay and whether we needed anything else, which was a lovely personal touch. The staff were the real highlight of our stay. Every member of the team was friendly, professional and genuinely welcoming. Every time we walked into the restaurant we were greeted with warm smiles, and after the first day they already knew our usual preferences before we even had to ask. That level of personal service is becoming increasingly rare. A special thank you to Nizam, our housekeeper, whose room was always impeccably cleaned and who was consistently helpful. Thank you also to Dipanjan, Chef Mani, Maira on reception, Deb, and managers Devojeet and Sugan for making us feel so welcome. Although I've mentioned a few names, every member of staff we encountered was excellent and deserves recognition. The location is another big plus—just an easy walk to Candolim Beach, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, bars and shops nearby. We would happily stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing base in North Goa.

The property was good and clean. The staff was very cordial.. it was a pleasant stay.

Queen room 2201 was very comfortable and clean - nice to have an outside terrace too; decent shower; 24/7 kitchen is awesome with a huge variety of very tasty dishes delivered to your room if you wish; breakfast was outstanding with countless choices; the staff are out-of-this-world - extremely friendly and efficient going above and beyond at any opportunity.

The pool-side bar would not allow us to charge drinks to our room.

The stay was wonderful, combined with great hospitality by the staff! Specially Debobrata was very welcoming ! Hoping to come stay here again very soon

Fin atmosfär runt poolområdet. Fina rum (Junior svit), trevlig personal, rent och snyggt hela tiden. God service vid frukostbuffén då de lärde känna gästerna och vad de önskade ha serverat.

Att inte ha möjligheten att sätta upp beställningar vid poolområdet på rummet utan betalning måste ske på plats.

The food was excellent, and I would especially like to thank Chef Mani and Mr. Sandeep along with his team for their outstanding service. The restaurant was very clean, and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and very helpful. Last night, i asked for gluten allergy food in the restaurant. Thanks to the chef Arjun and the server Nagendra for their excellent food suggestions...chef speciality prepare for us and the food was really yummy.Breakfast buffet was so spread.Visit again really soon
