The staff was very friendly especially Aishwarya, who was attentive and supportive during my stay. She made sure all my requests were met and truly helped to enhance the stay!

Gymmet är litet och trångt samt att utbudet litet för att genomföra ett allsidigt träningspass. Ventilationen inte bra i gymdelen. Relativt trång möblerad restaurangdel med hög akustik.

Honestly, this stay was a complete waste of money. I deeply regret booking this property. There are plenty of better hotels nearby that offer far better service, professionalism, and value for the price. After my experience, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. A hotel should make guests feel welcome and respected, but unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Save your money and choose another property in Candolim.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not the Hospitality I Expected My stay at Radisson Candolim started well, but the checkout experience completely ruined it. I was charged an additional ₹3,200 for a stain on a blanket. What disappointed me the most was not just the charge, but the way it was handled. The blanket was never inspected in my presence to determine whether the stain was permanent or could be removed through normal cleaning. I was simply told to pay. The front desk staff's behavior was extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of handling the situation professionally, I was asked to remove my luggage from the cab immediately and felt pressured to pay without any proper discussion. I eventually paid the amount to avoid further confrontation, but I left feeling humiliated rather than respected as a guest. Hospitality is about treating guests with courtesy, empathy, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The front desk staff behaved more like people trying to intimidate guests into paying than hospitality professionals. It created an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere during what should have been a smooth checkout. This experience left me deeply disappointed and saddened. I chose Radisson expecting a premium hospitality experience, but I left with a very negative impression. I sincerely hope the management reviews the conduct of the front desk team and improves the way guest concerns are handled, because no guest should leave feeling this way. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my checkout experience.

The location, my room was nice & airy.

The staff courtesy, the hospitality was below average. Rather poor. Charged for ice, no cutlery if not ordered from the in room dining, very very poor

The staff was very non responsive and we have to call the reception again and again for any services. Even the basic towels took multiple reminders and follow ups . Also , We have opted for dinner in the package however there was no buffet . The reception checkin experience was very poor as the staff was very arrogant and rude .

Could have done with more information about local trips available to help us decide how to get around and see local attractions. This didn't affect our overall experience.

ROOM AND POOL

Only that it was located in condolim. So accessibility was decent.

Rooms are too compact. No space, no view...tiny balcony can see stuffy homes around. No air and breez. AC was not working I had to call staff at 12:00 midnight to fix. Place was over crowded with tourist. Restaurant felt like railway station full of noise n chaos. If you just want to a space to stay then fine. If you need relaxing vacation then choose better option.

Location is good, nearby from Aguada fort & beach. Property is well-maintained. Staff is helpful & polite. Breakfast had ample options. Rooms were spacious. Beds were super comfy.

Pool lacked basic facilities like changing room, shower area, and washroom. I was genuinely surprised to see absolutely no facilities nearby the pool. They made us use the handicap washroom as a makeshift thing. Also, Breakfast hall is very small & usually crowded. Tables are extremely close to each other with barely space for walking between them

No direct access to beach from the property

The room opposite the pool was in an unacceptable condition. The bathroom was not clean, and the air conditioning failed at least three times during our two-day stay. These issues caused considerable inconvenience and negatively impacted our overall experience. We expected a much better standard of maintenance and housekeeping.

It was located in the main beach area in north side.

Parking was not great at all. Pool not so good. No spa available. Breakfast did not have enough varieties. Mostly repeated menu. Some items in the menu were never available.

If you are looking for a blend of comfort and top-tier service in Goa, this is it. The Stay & Amenities The rooms are incredibly cozy and well-maintained—the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. As a family, we spent a significant amount of time at the resort pool, which is pristine and easily one of the highlights of the property. Exceptional Service: A Birthday to Remember A massive thank you to Miss Dina and Miss Aiswariya at the Reception. We wanted to celebrate my daughter’s birthday during our stay, and they handled everything flawlessly. From the stunning birthday cake to the perfect setup, they made her day (and ours) truly special. Their warmth and effort did not go unnoticed! Shopping at Pearls World A quick shout-out to the Pearls World jewelry store located right on the hotel premises. The sales assistant there was a delight—so polite and patient. She showed me a vast array of options without any pressure, and I walked away with some beautiful pieces that I’ll cherish. Verdict: Everything was perfect. We left with great memories and can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire Radisson Candolim team!

Room was well kept and had necessary facilities. Staff was courteous and approachable.

We had originally booked two deluxe rooms and one executive room, but the staff kindly upgraded all three to executive, which was a lovely gesture. The rooms were exceptionally spacious and luxurious, making our stay very comfortable. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient. What truly stood out was the staff’s thoughtfulness. As we were travelling with a 3-month-old baby who was a bit uncomfortable, they helped us get our rooms sorted immediately—without even asking for payment upfront, despite us having booked the “pay at hotel” option. They allowed us to settle in first and only completed the formalities later in the day, which we deeply appreciated. The hospitality throughout our stay was outstanding. A special mention to Juble, Annay,Prasantho, Mevin, and Manish for their warm and attentive service—they truly made our experience memorable. The food spread was quite good and tasty, offering a nice variety of options. However, the service was slightly slow during the morning rush hour, which is understandable given the number of guests. Radisson truly has my heart. From my last stay in Lanzarote to now here in Goa, I’m so pleased to see that the service standards remain consistently excellent—whether abroad or in India.

Mosquitoes, especially around the pool areas. The main pool needs an overhaul. 10 minutes walk to the beach. Couldn't get the TV to change language to English for movies.

The hotel the staff the whole experience was absolutely topdraw I've been goa 14 times and this hotel and staff were the best until next year THANK YOU.

Room was large and clean with very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Staff were friendly. Two nice swimming pools.

Noisy drunk guests who tried to get into our room on several occasions in the middle of the night (a downside when the rooms are only separated by a door with a bolt). However, after complaining, the hotel reception staff were helpful and sorted this.

The room alotted did not have lift access. The check in process was bad. The room did not have any TV channels for a day. There were multiple weddings and so te place was noisy.

It wasn’t clean, there were mosquitoes everywhere and the staff was rude.

We have stayed here before and always liked it which is why we returned. The staff are always warm and welcoming in every department. Good breakfast and nice pool.

Check in was very slow, even though I had answered the question from the hotel about when we would be there. Then there were numerous issues, all of them small, but we became very bored of having to call for help. First day we had no hot water. Then the light in the bathroom would not switch off! Even the electrician could not solve it and had to take out the bulb!! There was no shower wash or hand lotion. Had to ask 3 times for those. When we asked at reception, we were told to go back to the room and call housekeeping! Hand towels were not replaced, had to ask for those on 2 separate days.The room did not feel 'deluxe' at all, a bit tired around the edges. And many many flying insects!! There was nowhere to hang wet towels or swimwear. Just one hook on the back of the door which was falling off and a towel rack which was also loose! We didn't have a balcony, so could not open a door and place damp items over the back of a chair (which we have always been able to do before) So we were disappointed.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir, dass das Personal im ganzen Hotel super war. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut. Besonders das gesamte Frühstücksresraurant Personal mit den Köchen und dem Chefkoch.. der uns jeden Morgen freundlich auf deutsch begrüßte und uns immer gefragt hat ob alles in Ordnung ist. " Dank auch an mein Team und dein Team und dem Gesamt Manager von unserem Team " . Auch die Zimmer Reinigung war jeden Tag gut es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Auch der Pool war alles in Ordnung. Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

До моря примерно 8 минут, своих лежаклв нет, в отеле в основном местные. Забыли в номере ночной костюм, видимо под одеялом, вечером написали об этом, в итоге ответили через неделю, что ничего не нашли. Завтрак средний, найти что поесть можно, но не всё вкусно, можно заказать еду горячую на завтрак, входит в стоимость.
