Hotel Venice Resort Airport

Very friendly and helpful staff however the shuttle is not 24/7 as advertised the first shuttle is at 4am, i took a taxi and it was 20 euro to the airport which is fine considering the shuttle is 15 euros anyway. The rooms are nice and clean and the pool area is cute

The staff was very friendly and great! She let us check in early without any issues. We wanted to explore Venice before we flew out and we needed to drop off our bags before heading to the airport to drop our car off before taking the water bus to Venice. We walked back to the hotel after exploring Venice and taking the water bus back to the airport. There is a sidewalk and we felt safe walking back. The shuttle to the airport was 15 euros for two people which we arranged for the following morning.

We didn't realize the bed was up in the loft. The bed was big and comfortable but the wooden stairs up to the loft can be an issue if you have mobility issues. The shower door was tricky to figure out how to open all the way.

Only positive is the proximity to the airport and the shuttle.

The place is NOT a resort as the name implies. The photos are not accurate. It is old, run down, mold in the shower, stained carpet, no bedspread just a sheet and gross thin blanket. Terrible neighborhood. Run don’t walk away from here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and it was an excellent location for an overnight close to the airport

The beds were a little hard for my taste but the room was very clean and well equipped with very nice bathroom facilities

It was fine for a quick stay near the airport and had good air conditioning.

The hotel entrance had another property’s name which was confusing. Reviews mentioned being able to walk from the airport but the walk was not safe - there was not a sidewalk in some places and you had to walk on a busy street. The WiFi connection was spotty and the staff was not welcoming at reception or breakfast.

Location was good.

We were sent an email stating 24hour shuttle service was available. Upon arriving at Venice Airport just after 13.00 we phoned for the shuttle, only to be told that the driver finished at 1 and would not be back until 5. Receptionist offered to pay the difference of their charge and the taxi. Uber quote was £58 so we walked to the hotel which took 20 minutes.

The rooms are big and spacious, with proper double and twin beds. The hotel was close to the bus stop and close enough to wheel your suitcase too. The airport was two stops away. The pool was a good size with comfortable beds and large free towels to use. Bar food and drinks available too. Hotel was great at responding to any previous emails

The property is good and they have a free shuttle that takes you to Torres Antica for Dinner. That's a sigh of relief as we don't have to hunt for restaurants. The restaurant is great!

The room was very small as compared to our previous stays.

Die Poolanlage war sehr erholsam und die Liegen waren auch zum sonnen sehr gut mit Handtüchern ausgestattet. Ein Servicemitarbeiter hat uns ein guten Tipp für abends zum essen gehen gegeben und es war Top auch vom Preis 👌

I was under the impression that our breakfast was included, but we had to pay for it. I also was thinking the transportation to the airport was a free service. I was suprised when we had to pay for that too. That was disappointing, I believe I was misled. The staff in the afternoon were busy and not to friendly, but the staff in the morning were delightful.

We needed an airport hotel for one night between a late arrival and a midday transfer to Corvara. We expected an 'average' airport hotel, but this was a little oasis. The on-demand minibus shuttle is very good, the hotel is friendly, comfortable and not expensive. The outdoor area and swimming pool were a really bonus! Very convenient for the airport, without noticeable airport noise.

Great stay near Venice Airport We stayed at the Venice Resort Hotel while passing through Venice Airport, and it exceeded our expectations. Despite being right next to the airport, the property feels remarkably calm and quiet — a real surprise. It's spread across a few buildings with a nice pool, plenty of parking, and an overall relaxed atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything felt fresh and well cared for. If I ever need a place to stay near Venice Airport again, this is exactly where I'd come back to. Highly recommend!

El precio un poco caro para mí gusto si sólo lo quieres utilizar para dormir, aún así era de lo más barato de la zona.

Breakfast (€14) was excellent. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was quiet. There is no onsite restaurant, but food and beverages are available at the pool during the day. There was also a complimentary shuttle to some restaurant close by (I didn't try it). This hotel is an easy 20-minute walk from the airport, or the hotel shuttle is €15 each way. Shower is on the smaller side, even by European standards. The single room was small (twin bed against the wall, e.g.), but it was fine since I just needed a place to crash before catching my flight the next morning. There is a fridge and kettle in the room, which was a plus.

Honestly? I don’t think I can think of even one thing. Location was almost convenient.

I had been asking about the paid airport shuttle service they offer and I had asked if I could book it in advance to which I was told it wasn’t possible but I could just give them a call when I landed and they would come and pick us up. So I said, my plane lands almost at 1 am, can I call even at that time? And I was told yes, that they have a 24/7 reception and airport shuttle service and that I shouldn’t worry because as soon as I gave them a call they would be on their way. Fast forward to landing at almost 1 am, calling not once or twice but literally 10 times with no response at all. Look at how much an uber was for a 2 min drive: €86. I call again, someone named Dylan finally picks up and when I say that I am calling for the airport shuttle service, he responds very rudely saying it’s not available. To which I say, what do you mean? I was told there would be an airport shuttle? He responds again very rudely and says “I’m telling you it’s not available now, take a taxi” and proceeded to hang up the phone. We managed to take the last bus of the evening and got to the hotel where I told Dylan that they should let the guests know if the service won’t be available when they need it specially considering they knew I would get there at 1 am. He was defensive and very rude again. Honestly, I get that the service might not be available, it’s the not letting the customer know and the very much unnecessary attitude. Also, about the room. 4 stars? Who rated it? And when? Maybe the 80s? So not 4 stars hotel, I’d say a 2

It’s super close to the airport and has everything you need for a comfortable nights sleep if you are travelling. Staff are very nice and helpful. Breaky is great. The shuttle bus is very handy as well. This is my second time using this hotel when travelling and both times it’s been perfect for what I need.

Location was perfect for us a nice train journey from Trieste then a taxi ride to hotel from train station which was expensive but had to be done. Bus number 5 into Venice. Lovely cool swimming pool to cool down after a hot day in Venice City.

Drink prices at the pool area are ridiculously high, no need for that.

It’s a basic travel hotel for a night or two max

Very comfortable and relaxing. The pool was a good place to hang out in the shade until our room was ready. Shavo was fantastic! He was our pool bartender and took care of at breakfast. He’s a very quick bartender, server, polite and whatever you’re paying him, isn’t enough! Wonderful employee. The Buffett had a large selection and wonderfully relaxing with the music and service!

Very nice hotel ,located five minutes drive from the airport. We used the hotels shuttle to collect us.€15 for two people. Great value as Uber is €50. The room was very clean with a nice sized bathroom. Breakfast was very good with a decent range of food on offer. There is a pool at the hotel which looked nice,but we did not use it.

I’ll just paste my whole review here Disappointing management, but outstanding service from Alessandro I originally chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and, importantly for our family, the swimming pool. Travelling with two children, having somewhere for them to relax and burn off some energy was a key factor in our decision to book, especially as the hotel isn't particularly close to any local facilities. Unfortunately, on the day we arrived there was a torrential downpour, and we were informed that the pool couldn't be used. This was completely understandable. However, after a couple of hours the weather cleared and we were treated to a beautiful evening. We asked again whether the pool might be available, and this is where our experience became disappointing. The general manager simply repeated that the pool required a deep clean and hadn't been maintained for some time. We were told we couldn't use it, and we couldn't even sit in the pool area because it had been locked. Rather than considering alternatives or showing any understanding of the situation, he appeared uninterested in helping us find a solution. As a guest, it felt like our concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed. Thankfully, Alessandro completely turned the situation around. Seeing two disappointed children and two equally disappointed parents, he immediately stepped in and offered us towels and access to the pool at the neighbouring hotel. His kindness, initiative and willingness to help were exactly what hospitality should be about. I'm still unsure why this wasn't suggested by management from the outset, but Alessandro deserves enormous credit. He was friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about making our stay better. Thank you, Alessandro. You're a real asset to the hotel and thoroughly deserving of recognition. One other surprise was the airport shuttle service.

Struttura molto comoda e ben collegata con l’aeroporto, perfetta per chi arriva in tarda notte come noi. Abbiamo apprezzato il servizio navetta, il check‑in rapido nonostante l’ora, e la possibilità di utilizzare la piscina per tutta la giornata successiva, con deposito bagagli incluso.

L’unico aspetto negativo riguarda il servizio navetta notturno: l’autista non è entrato nel parcheggio e ci ha fatto salire direttamente dalla strada, costringendoci a muoverci in fretta con i bambini. Inoltre è rimasto al telefono sia durante il carico che per tutto il tragitto. Suggerisco di effettuare controlli sullo staff e assicurarsi che vengano rispettate le norme stradali, soprattutto quando si ha la responsabilità di famiglie con bambini piccoli.

Très bien situé pour aller à Venise en transport en commun. Très près de l’aéroport. Secteur très calme et petit déjeuner complet de qualité.

Rooms are quite small (I had a single)

Perfect for checking in after a late flight or before an early flight. Rooms were comfortable, clean and cozy. Breakfast was worth it and the pool was lovely especially during the summer.

Obviously it is far out from the Venice city centre, but this is more for staying near the airport!

The room was very clean. But internet connection was veryyyyy poor. I tald the reception but nothing was resolved. they say they provide a shuttle bus to airport but We had to call a taxi because it was only 4 or 5 o'clock.

Hotel arranged an an early morning shuttle to airport at 3:35 am. Had swimming pool which was maintained nicely so I could enjoy a brief swim.

Room affected by severe mold (not visible but likely behind walls or under flooring). This can be very disappointing for those with allergies! Kept windows open all night and AC on. Thought a 4-star rating is an overreach for this property, especially with the mold issue.

The pool was an added bonus. Very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast served on site. Located on easy bus route from airport and to Venice, but set in a quiet area away from the city. Also offers 24h transfers to and from airport. Rooms were spacious and had vaulted ceilings. I stayed on two separate occasions and interacted with multiple staff. All were lovely. I am considering staying again.

Perfectly located near the airport, this place was exactly what we needed for a night before our early flight. Very clean, and the airport shuttle service early in the morning was excellent.

Very convenient for the airport and due to early start time for breakfast at 6.45am, we were able to comfortably eat breakfast before using the shuttle service to the airport. Rooms were a reasonable size and it was nice to have tea and coffee making facilities.

The shower gel dispenser was missing from our room but we didn't bother asking for any as we already had plenty of bottles from elsewhere. We were one of the first into breakfast and the hot water for tea and coffee wasn't very hot, but the staff were quick to bring hot water from the kitchen when we pointed this out.

The property has character, was a great location if you need quick access to the airport & their shuttle for 2 was €15, rooms were clean and spacious. Unfortunately not enough time to try the pool but it looked clean in passing, breakfast was continental with very approachable staff.

Having to unplug the bedside lamp to connect a phone charger and soundproofing between rooms could be better.
