Wow - what a delightfully wonderful and peaceful place to stay, a surprise being so near the Marco Polo Airport. This is a lovely agriturismo with charming, comfortable rooms, an excellent breakfast and lovely terrace, expansive grounds with fruit trees, an indoor pool, and miraculously there was no airport noise whatsoever; you would never know you are so close. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and were kind enough to let us store our bags the next morning when we had a big lag in time between checkout and our flight. They will come pick you up from the airport for a small fee. We also discovered that it is actually easy and perfectly safe to walk to the airport (if you are traveling light without big bags); it took us about 25 minutes, and there are now sidewalks the entire way. Ca' Tessera also has an associated restaurant, Torre Antica, about a 15 minute walk away (or they will shuttle you for free). We had one of the best dinners we had in our entire time in Italy at this excellent pizzeria, which was lively and filled with locals (always a good sign!). We would stay at Ca' Tessera again without hesitation.

Clean, neat, beautiful pool, close to the airport and we were able to relax and eat dinner there before our early morning flight the next day.

I didn’t try the breakfast but every staff member i interacted with was so kind! the AC works amazingly it kept it so cool I had to turn it off. Booking the shuttle to the airport was so easy and fairly priced!

I was a little confused on where to go when I got there but that was all everything else was amazing!

There was a lot of construction going on, so it was a bit noisy during the daytime. They ended quite early so the evenings were quiet. When the construction is done it will be perfect. The outdoor pool is a wee walk from the property.

I love that it is a small "family run" hotel and not a huge corporate presence. The staff is friendly and the location could not have been better for a quick taki ride to the airport. There are several nice dining options in the area and the staff gives great recommendations. I have stayed here twice and I plan to return next year.

Une expérience déplorable. Pour 165 € la nuit à deux, les prestations ne sont absolument pas au rendez-vous. La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation, rendant la nuit suffocante et interminable. Côté propreté, le sol n'avait clairement pas été balayé ni aspiré depuis longtemps. Pour couronner le tout, l'hôtel donne directement sur une cimenterie située à deux mètres, ce qui détonne totalement avec l'endroit. La salle de douche cumule les dysfonctionnements : Hygiène négligée : la chasse d'eau présentait des coulures jaunes et les joints de la douche, particulièrement vieillotte, étaient couverts de moisissures. Inconfort majeur : la lunette des toilettes, montée de travers, bascule sur la droite dès qu'on s'assoit dessus, ce qui la rend presque inutilisable. Enfin, nous avions sollicité le service de navette pour l'aéroport : le chauffeur s'est contenté de nous déposer brutalement au milieu d'un rond-point, sans la moindre explication. Un établissement à éviter absolument.

Property was beautiful. Staff were so helpful and it is an easy walk from the airport. Pool was fabulous.

Great for a short stay if you need to be close to the airport. Pool and sauna also open until 11 so ideal for a late arrival if you’re looking to wind down.

Perfect location for the airport and had a great shuttle bus to get us there, would recommend the takeaway pizza place down the road as well. Just a short walk and delicious

They advertise a shuttle bus, and it's great, but don't tell you until you book it that it's an extra €40.

It is a nice, charming, quiet and quaint little inn. Staff was friendly. A refreshing cold bottle of water was gifted. Breakfast was decent. The shower water pressure and temperature controls were good.

Was difficult to find. It shares space with another hotel and signage was confusing. No refrigerator in the room. Shower was tiny.

Great location for the airport & for Venice. Just a quick trip on the no 5 bus & 15 mins later you are in Venice. €3 return!!! Lovely outdoor pool area, great facility with the heat we had when there. Super friendly staff & great breakfast. Couldn’t fault the place.

Although our flight was severely delayed and we arrived at 10:30am we were not able to actually use the room at Ca’Tessera, the staff still welcomed us and ensured we enjoyed a breakfast even though it was about to finish. They still arranged the shuttle and helped with our onward travel. The hospitality and welcome was first class.

Clean and great location

Odlična lokacija za smještaj u blizini zračne luke u Veneciji. Objekt nudi parkirna mjesta i dobar doručak. Sobe su solidno opremljene, a kreveti su udobni. Općenito je vrlo mirno i ugodno.

Sve je bilo u redu, ali neke bi sitnice u sobama trebalo osuvremeniti (na primjer kupaonice).

Betten waren angenehm zum schlafen. Gegend ruhig! Personal war sehr nett! Gut geputzt! Ein Pool war in der Nähe, den wir aber nicht benutzt haben.!

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung! Bis auf die Badezimmer Türe. Die konnte man nur halb öffnen. Es gab keine Hängevorrichtungen ,um etwas aufzuhängen im Bad . Winzige Stellfläche...Frühstück war ok. Lage nähe Flughafen, aber kein Taxi wollte uns mitnehmen. Zu kurzer Weg ,was allerdings eine Frechheit ist, weil die Gehdauer ist länger als 20 min. Es hatte über 35 Grad und wir mussten mit den Koffer hin.

Un poco lejos del centro histórico de Venecia, si tu intención es pasar el tiempo allí. Aún así, hay una parada de bus relativamente cerca, que te deja en 25 minutos en Piazzale Roma

Camera fantastica, silenzio e vicinissimo all aeroporto.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, tiene un encanto especial. El personal que nos atendió muy bien. Las habitaciones muy limpias y espaciosas. Las piscina tanto exterior como interior muy bien aunque los chorros de la interior no funcionaban.

Escribimos con antelación para solicitar el servicio de taxi que tienen para llevarnos al aeropuerto y nos dijeron que no se podía reservar que lo hiciésemos al realizar el check in. Cuando realizamos el check in nos dijeron que estaba completo y que nos llamaban a un taxi que saldría más o menos al mismo precio. A la hora fijada vino el taxi y nos cobró por una distancia ni de dos kilómetros que hay hasta el aeropuerto por 6 personas 55 euros cuando nos habían dicho 35 euros. Y lo peor es que cuando nos íbamos el taxi del hotel estaba en la puerta estacionado.

easy to find the hotel they recommend a nearby restaurant that is linked to the hotel and it is a great recommendation - we had a great dinner, at a fair price - they also offer free shuttle to the restaurant - that's a real bonus the staff at reception is very polite and very helpful - he booked us an early taxi very easily

it is called a spa but the spa didn't work (i.e it was only a small indoor pool) and the sauna was off - there is no one to check that there is water for the sauna (in case you want to turn it on) and no instruction on which temperature to put our bedroom was very old, quite dark there is not proper blind on the window, so we were lucky we had to leave the hotel at 4am and not at 10!

Convenient to airport

Staff not helpful with directions, shuttle from airport was not available when I was told it would be.

Was clean, beautiful, had two pools and a sauna. Very close to the airport, perfect for those who have an early morning flight. Loved the interior and design. Staff were nice and helpful.

Pool was wonderful with a bar and small menu, beautiful setting among trees. Room was well air conditioned and comfortable, staff was very friendly.

La ubicación

El shuttle ida y vuelta al aeropuerto son 30€ en total, así que al precio de la estancia hay que sumarle ese precio, el cual es bastante abusivo, teniendo en cuenta que son 2 minutos en coche. No me contestaron ni me dijeron el coste del precio cuando les pregunté expresamente por ello por el chat de Booking. Las fotos no se asemejaban con la habitación que yo tuve. Las almohadas eran finísimas y nada cómodas.

Ubicación cercana al aeropuerto. Tiene piscina. Personal amable. Restaurantes cercanos.

La habitación de cuatro tenía una cama grande cómoda y dos camitas no muy cómodas.

The receptionist, Mary Ann was very kind and gracious to us; the hotel was very beautiful and clean. I recommend it 100%.

Nous avions envoyé un message plusieurs jours avant pour indiquer que nous avions un vol très tôt et qu'il nous fallait une navette. On m'a dit pas de souci on réservera au moment du check in. Arrivée on m'indique qu'il n'y a plus de place et que je dois payer 15eur de plus que les 20eur de la navette pour un taxi. J'insiste car j'ai pris cet hôtel pour la piscine mais surtout pour la navette... Au final après de nombreux coups de fil c'est ok... Puis dans la chambre le 3 ieme lit (adulte est un petit lit d'appoint... La chambre sent l'ail. Il n'y a que deux prises qui fonctionnent. La télé propose une télécommande avec Netflix mais il n'y a pas internet sur la télé. On veut ouvrir les fenêtres, la moustiquaire est arrachée ou coupée. Un bruit de machine bizarre vient de la lumière d'urgence...A minuit beaucoup de bruit des voisins. Bref nous avons peu dormi pour 188eur !!!

I love flying in and out of Venice and being able to walk to the car rental lot at the airport from our hotel. We were heading to the Dolemites and driving there from this hotel was perfect!

AC IN THE ROOM! bathrooms were clean and updated. bedrooms were very comfortable. friendly staff. convenient location. we returned our rental car and walked about 20 minutes back to our hotel. we walked to restaurants which were 10 minutes away. easy to navigate.

Great for a few nights, close to the airport - we stayed 2 nights prior to flying home. Great breakfast included, and a day at the pool with cocktails is a great way to unwind after a long trip. Room was large, and the AC was 1st-class! No evening dining, but free shuttles are available to take you to and from local dining. Kid-friendly for sure, but apart from some late afternoon hijinx, a fairly quiet place. I'd stay again!

Perfectly located close to the airport for a quick overnight stay before heading to the train station. Check in went smoothly. Rooms were large and well appointed.

Location. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, that was great after our stay in Venice on the way back to US. I was surprised how much we liked this hotel. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the airport. We had an early flight, and I am very glad that we choose to stay at this hotel instead of the hotel in Venice. You can get to Ca'Tessera hotel from Venice by public bus (it goes every 30 min from the plaza next to the train station) for 10 dollars per person (you should get off one stop before the airport (Tessera or something like that) and walk for ~10 min).

Everything was good.

Stayed as part of a 24 hour extreme day trip to Venice so as our very late night flight was delayed we were only in the hotel for 7 hours. It’s advertised as close to the airport but in my opinion not close enough to walk to especially at night, the mains roads don’t all have pavements but the shuttle service arranged by calling the hotel was quick and easy and at 15 euros worth it. We did walk back to the airport in the morning to go to the ferry terminal which took about 25mins. Staff were lovely, check in and out quick and easy. Room was lovely with a rustic feel, beds super comfortable, lovely modern bathroom with great smelling shower gels and soaps, and good shower If in the area yes I’d stay there again

Hotelli lähellä lentokenttää, mikä oli hyvä aamulentomme kannalta. Huone oli siisti, rauhallinen ja ilmastoitu. Hotellista oli ilmainen kuljetus läheiseen ravintolaan.

Lähtiessämme emme saaneet aamiaista, koska varhainen aamiainen loppuu kello 6.00 ja buffet aamiainen alkaa kello 7.00. Kuudesta seitsemään ei ole mitään saatavilla. Kysyessämme miten kauan ennen lentoa lentokentällä tulisi olla emme saaneet oikein vastausta, henkilö ei ollut kiinnostunut asiakaspalvelusta.

The Superior room advertises a king and 2 twins but one twin was a cot and the other was a couch which seemed a bit misleading.. Also, the price for the hotel shuttle was quite high.. It is about 5 minutes.. They filled a van and so probably charged about 50 euros for one van ride.(20 euro for 3 of us) .. Seemed excessive..

You can hear every single word from the room next door. Our neighbours stayed up late, they weren't shouting or anything, but we couldn't sleep the entire night because we could hear every word they said as if they were in our room. Beds also weren't comfortable, and there's an LED light above the door that's quite bright and you can't turn off. You can also hear planes landing and taking off.

Ca’Tessera staff were always nice and helpful when any question came to me. Beautiful space, inside pool warm, breakfast delicious, close to the airport, easy to walk from and to the airport, very comfortable bed, generally a great found.

Location, restaurant and breakfast

Electric socket for kettle not working, open electric socket!, broken toilet seat, not the best bathroom layout as has to either sit sideways on toilet or have your knees under the sink even though a large room.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was kind and courteous. Pools were nice and breakfast was good. Close to everything we needed especially the airport. And it was a quick bus ride to everything else. They provided a shuttle to a local restaurant and the airport. Good value for the money.

We reserved 3 rooms for one night in mid-June. Check-in was easy and fast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is an elevator, which my family appreciated. There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. While visiting we walked to the nearby bus stop and took the bus into Venice (Piazzale Roma) to eat and shop, then rode the bus back. We utilized the airport shuttle the day we left, and the hotel arranged our pickup at 6:30am, the driver was on time and able to accommodate all 6 of us plus our luggage for less than 40 euros. A light breakfast was provided at no additional cost. The breakfast included croissants, fruit, water, juice and coffee, which was greatly appreciated before a long flight. We would stay here again if visiting Venice.

Pokoj w porządku jezeli chodzi o cenę. Komunikacja do Wenecji byla w porządku, ale przy długim pobycie moze byc męczące codzienne dojeżdżanie do Wenecji. Jedyny minus brak basenu, ponieważ byl wyłączony z użytkowania. A dla basenu wybrałam ten pokój

Great room for 4 people! Great pool Very nice staff Good breakfast They let in stay at the pool the whole day until our flight at night. The kids were tired after 2 weeks in Italy and just wanted to swim and rest.

Beautiful property. Modern and updated throughout. AC was very cool and comfortable. Buffert breakfast most outstanding. Shot walk to good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Schöne ruhige Lage, ganz in der Nähe des Flughafens. Prima für einen Zwischenstopp, ehe es weitergeht oder wenn man am nächsten Tag abfliegt und in der Nähe sein möchte. Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen (ca. 1,2 km) absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Ein uriges Haus, ehemaliger Gutshof und/oder Stall, wunderbar als Hotel umgebaut, einschließlich Nachrüstung eines Lifts, damit man schwere Koffer nicht über die Treppe tragen muss. Sehr netter Empfang, sehr hilfsbereit für alle Anliegen, Tipps für Restaurants. Es gibt auch einen Shuttle, der einen zu einer nahe gelegenen, ganz guten Trattoria fährt. Das bei Ankunft perfekt klimatisierte Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht, plus Teestation. Es passte alles. Gern wieder bei Bedarf.
