I really enjoyed the service! It’s super easy to get to the Victory Liner bus terminal since there’s a walkway from the terminal to their restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciate the guards who took a cab for us, especially during the rainy season. The front desk crew is always cheerful and helpful with our requests. The housekeepers keep our rooms tidy and well-kept every day. The breakfast is delicious, with a menu that changes daily, and the beds are so comfortable that it’s hard to wake up in the morning. It’s definitely my new favorite hotel in Baguio.

It’s very near the Victory Bus Liner Terminal and it has a pathway connecting to the hotel so you don’t get wet when it rains.
Perfect location and accommodating staff
This is not the first time I stayed here, the reason was always convenience in moving to places I needed to go to when I am in Baguio.
I had no problems with the property. The external circumstances during my stay (perennial raining/ thunderstorms) was my problem.
The breakfast, should have a little bit more chause and more attractive 😉
The room and amenities were top notch for Baguio. Its location was convenient too as it is connected to the terminal.
Had a breakout because of the towels but maybe that’s just because of my face.
Staff are so helpful, and they make it sure the guest are safe when they take the taxi and log book the plate number.

Clean facilities and super nice staff
breakfast area too crowded
accessible to victory liner
no kettle
The staff are respectful and very professional. Warren and Kyle made our stay more convenient by providing all the things we need for our room. The guard and receptionist are also very accommodating.
The buffet breakfast is really satisfying.
Nice place
Good
Good location. Front office staff helpful
My early check in was accommodated. Got the key card but did not work the first time so went down again to have it activated. Hotel is old and needs updating
The location was very favorable to me since I travelled by bus with parking within the hotel vicinity. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helpful. They made us feel at home.
The noise outside the building which can be heard even the windows were closed.
The breakfast was good but not that too many options. The floor of the shower was slippery when wet. I almost fell on the floor . Nothingtheless, our stay was good.
Please make your tiles in the shower slightly rough to avoid accidents.
The location is ideal.
Old linens
My partner and I had a great stay at this hotel! The ambiance was relaxing, and the overall vibe was warm and inviting. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of good options. The staff were very friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and making us feel welcome. They were also very accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back!

The bathroom
It was very very close to the bus terminal
Nothing to say
Baguio Microtel is a very warm place to stay. Room was comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming and respectful. Erman and Gerlee was very helpful and even went above and beyond just to help me. They have an attached restaurant that served upscale menu and a yummy pizza. The continental breakfast set up and variety was just very good or I would say perfect. The bathroom was very clean. The noise from outside was bothering but inside the property it was quiet. Staff were very prifessional. The best part too it was closed to the bus station.
Close to Victory Liner
Value for money. Nice and welcoming staff. Its good that the hotel is just right beside the Victory Liner bus terminal and close to SM mall.
The room was spacious, clean and had a nice view. But the best part of the hotel is the staff and the location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the location is connected to the main bus station (Victory Liner). The staff even helped us with our luggage up to the bus station waiting area, that was a huge help.
Nothing.

Clean and close to everything

An accommodation with Camp John Hay Vibes, but within the city center. Located near the Victory Liner bus station, yet you feel secluded and secure. The hotel facade is like an American-style property in Camp John Hay. Rooms are spacious, very clean and with comfortable bed and water dispenses are available just outside the room.. Breakfast has variety and is provided by Amare Restaurant. Staff from the front desk, guards, and utility are polite and corteous .
Bathroom could use upgrade
Cooler climate beautiful surroundings. View of the mountains
The air was a bit thinner being almost a mile high. I'm glad I don't have severe respiratory issues

Close proximity to the bus station.
Asked for a quiet room but was given a room under the breakfast area, so very noisy in the early hours of breakfast setup as well as late at night when they're stacking/storing chairs and other noisy squicky furniture.
Cleanliness of room, big room, staff are responsive, good food at Amare. Big thanks to front desk, early check in at 7am was accommodated.

Location, Staff, Value
AC is weak.
Overall, it was still a satisfying experience. My family has been a loyal Microtel client since 2016, which is why we noticed some changes in the food quality during our recent stay. Compared to before, the menu options seemed repetitive and the food tasted less flavorful than what we previously experienced.
It was a relaxing place, like a home stay, while inside the Hotel. A must place to stay while in Baguio. Very near to all areas of interest. Transportation-friendly.
Clean sorroundings and polite staff
No bathroom amenities
Location is close to the Victory Liner bus terminal
Crowded
Stayed for two nights and loved the convenience — perfect location right beside Victory Liner. Clean rooms, comfy beds, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to the team.
very nice hotel and cleanliness and wifi is good
Very clean and cool inside
Nothing at all
The room was very basic. Facing the street/main entrance with associated noise. The sliding window didn’t close properly. No amenities. A basic breakfast is included. There is nothing positive about this hotel.
Friendly
No smoking in Baguio... not allowed. No smoking area.

Politeness of the staff. Food in restaurant was excellent.
Very close to bus station but we drove our car. Parking was good. The queen suite type room as spacious enough with sitting area and refrigerator and kettle. Water station in the hallway.
Breakfast very limited. We did see some get hard boiled eggs delivered but did not know that was available was not in the buffet.
All the staff are exceptionally hospitable, always going the extra mile to make your stay truly worthwhile. The rooms are tidy, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is equally pleasant and inviting.
The breakfast is good in terms of taste and quality, but the selection of food could be improved. Adding more variety would make the dining experience even better and cater to a wider range of preferences.
The hotel is clean and staff are very polite and helpful.
Very good customer service. Staff were very nice from the entrance (will welcome and open card doors and help with lyggages) to front desk to housekeeping.
It's located at a very busy part of the city. It may be very good for some but for senios like me i would prefer a little father from the city and quiter.
We had a generally pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it ideal for our family. The location is also excellent—very close to SM Mall, Session Road, restaurants, and convenience stores, making it very convenient for guests. We would also like to commend the security guard, who was consistently helpful and always greeted us with a warm smile. His positive attitude truly stood out. HOWEVER‼️, we encountered an issue during our check-in experience. The two young men at the front desk made us feel uncomfortable due to their behavior. They appeared to communicate with each other in a discreet manner while smiling, which felt unusual and, at times, made it seem like they had a concern or issue with us. This happened repeatedly whenever we approached the front desk, creating an awkward atmosphere for me and my family. As a VIP Diamond member, I believe it is important to acknowledge this kind of experience, as professionalism and guest comfort at the front desk are essential. I hope the management can address this to ensure a more welcoming and reassuring environment for all guests. Overall, the stay was good, but there is definitely room for improvement in customer service at the front desk.
This is a great hotel for my purpose. Its amenities location and service are all spot on. While it can get pricey often, when they pricr is discounted it is the value proposition I never miss.
It was close to the bus terminal. Amenities are great. Wifi speed is good too. Staff were great.
Everyone is very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. We had a very pleasant encounter with Daisylyn who is very smart, Josh who is hardworking, the guards who are courteous, the buffet staff who are kind, and all the other staff who are doing their jobs diligently. The lobby, public toilet, and rooms are also well-maintained. Other than these, I like the amenities such as the ice machine and water dispenser.
It's clean and smells good.
I stayed 3 days. Every single night, it's noisy. Like in the wee hours. It's like they're moving heavy things upstairs, like doing construction, i don't know exactly. They are really uncomfortable especially for solo travellers.
Both are great!
this place a quiet place to relax and the staff is accomodating
Good stopover from Banoue and Sagrada before going to Manila the next day. All the staff were friendly and personable. Included breakfast buffet was excellent. Basic accommodation but had everything you need.
We recently stayed at this hotel and had great experience. The location is convenient - easy access to transportation and restaurants. The room was clean and well maintained. Their housekeeping did a good job in handling our requests. All the staffs are courteous. Love the buffet esp. the hot chocolate! No hassle in check in and check out. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely comeback! Thank you Microtel!
the front desk went above and beyond to help me make my travel arrangement . upon check out I had left computer charging systems . the front desk had sent some one out to find me and return my equipment . thank you so much . perfect location . Very clean and peaceful .
I had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, right beside Victory Liner bus terminal and within walking distance to SM Baguio and Session Road, which made getting around the city very convenient. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The beds were especially comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very friendly, professional, and accommodating. From check in to check out, they made sure everything was smooth and that we were comfortable during our stay. Overall, Microtel Baguio offers great value for money with excellent service, a prime location, and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Baguio.
