Le personnel est très accueillant et a votre écoute. Breakfast complets et tres bons. Les gâteaux proposés en vente à la part méritent d’etre testés. Le prix modéré compense largement la simplicité de la chambre. De plus, des travaux en cours montrent les rénovations des prochaines chambres.

Proximité d'une route passante. Attention, il y a peu de place de stationnement, le parking au sous sol ne dispose que de peu de place, donc profiter de l’hotel en acceptant de réserver des taxis, louer un scooter ou se balader a pied.

Matindi ang amoy ng kalawang ng tubig. Kumakapit sa balat. Lahat ng tubig na nasa may disprnser na may hot and cold yung cold hindi lagi malamig. Kahit yung tubig dun sa buffet di rin malamig.

I like that they clean the room every day. The air-conditioning is functioning. The staff is really accommodating, friendly and very polite. The room is clean. Enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

There was no hand towel, no safe to put valuable items, no complimentary coffee and tea. Drinking glasses were provided but were not changed during our almost three weeks stay, same as the floor towel/mat in the bathroom was never changed during our whole stay. The bedsheet is difficult to fix but not a bother.

Veraltet. Komplettumbau der Wasserspülung dringend notwendig. Ohrenstöpsel empfohlen, da Straßenverkehr sehr verstörend war.

Only their breakfast buffet. At least the food were tasty.

Everything. The photos posted were deceiving and so I mistakenly booked this property. The bed linens were dusty that my skin got itchy. The bath towels can already pass as rugs. The lightings were flickering just like in the horror movies. The first room that were assigned to us was creepy as there was an old big cabinet and dim lighting. The furnitures were musky. So I had to request for us to be transferred which they've accommodated at least. However, the second room's door has tiny gap between it and the doorframe that people from the outside can take a peek inside. There are renovations ongoing, but I suggest you do a total makeover of the place.

I like the breakfast, there were many kinds of food selections to choice from. The facility flooring was neatly polished. It's an older building but on great condition.

The breakfast is good. It may need more flavor but it was not bad.

Having to climb the hill and the stairs since I have a problem with my right knee.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable for a good value price. It is located not far from the bustle of Session Road but in a quiet area.

The restaurant was excellent 👍🏻 the staff were polite, accommodating, and helpful.

The place was 2 stars. The room was like a bad highway motel. Chipped paint, low grade beds, no refrigerator, bugs. Staff were not well trained in customer service as I notified them of checking out and also sent messages of checking out and they still wanted to charge more than was allowed by booking.com.

I love the breakfast. There is a wide selection of food. The staff are very helpful.

The AC swing cannot be fixed (steadied to my desired direction). The air blow is directly hitting my head when im in bed. There are only 2 pillows (one for each guest) and i would preferred at least 2 for each guest

Cet hôtel est idéalement situé en centre-ville. Nous avons pu aller à pied voir les festivités de panagbenga, le marché de nuit, le marché,... Nous avons gardé notre place au parking gratuit sous l'hôtel ce qui est bien appréciable pour une ville très embouteillée comme Baguio.

La salle de bains aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et, la chambre manque de rangements. Certaines chambres ont un grand mur pour seul vis-à-vis, heureusement que nous avons pu changer de chambre.

I like the location. Great proximity to SM Baguio and Session Road; it was easy to get around even with the holiday traffic. Very cozy and "classic Baguio." It felt like a warm home base for the New Year celebrations. The staff was friendly and accommodating despite how busy the holiday season was.

The rooms and facilities are a bit dated and could use a refresh to feel more current. And because it’s an older building, we could sometimes hear noise from the hallway. I think a modernization of the rooms and/or the building will do the trick.

The location of the hotel is good, very close to SM mall. Limited amount of the parking slots but guard on duty can help you to find proper spot. Includes breakfast has many choices. Check in is fast but not complete, room missed towels. Check out is fast as well.

The towels were delivered 2 hours after check in, no chance to take a shower. Insulation of the room is poor and you can hear everything in the corridor.

Very convenient location, helpful staff and spacious room. I especially like the natural lighting coming in from windows ..

Facilities inside rooms are a bit old. But not a big problem.

Dicht bij session road met veel winkeltjes en restaurants. Mooi open restaurant in het hotel zelf. Uitstekend ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Te voet van het busstation naar hotel viel tegen, flink stuk klimmen. Beter taxi nemen.

Location! 10 minute walk to the SM Mall, Night Market and Burnham Park. 5 minute walk to the Victory Bus terminal. Taxis are always available.

The hotel was clean, great location and the staff were extremely helpful.

We had the buffet breakfast each morning, the food was nice but could have served hotter.

Walking distance from the centro (sm, church, session road, food restaurants..etc) The staff were very accomodating and they greet every guest with a smile, its vibing. The breakfast is great, variety of choices. The room is nice and clean. The hotel facility is exquisite.

Hotel amenities left forgotten and need repair or replacement. Pillows are old and uncomfortable, beddings need new and fresh sheets. Shower curtains has molds. Water jar inside rooms left unwashed and smelly. TV entertainment needs upgrade. Service needs more training.

I don't know how to describe what did I like about this place but this is not our first time to stay in this hotel and we will still choose to stay on our next baguio journey. I can say this is our favorite hotel to stay. The food is good and we love the breakfast buffet. The staffs are are polite and accomodating

It is not that I don't like but may I suggest for the hotel management to consider having ready to use slippers for the guest

The room looks old and smelled a bit musty. The towels provided looked very worn out and unclean (same colour as the bath mat).

Inadequate bathroom supplies,

My son dont like the food,he just ate only the chicken fillet,sana next time dagdagan ng food na gusto ng kids.

Its better if there is a water heater for coffee inside the room,in case some guest wants to have coffee in their rooms.

This is my 3rd time at El Cielito Hotel and I always love their food especially its breakfast and good accommodation.

Needs to upgrade its facilities, particularly its conference rooms
