Every thing. The location was brilliant, the apartment was well equipped and clean. The staff were super helpful and the courtesy shuttle service was an added bonus.

What’s not to like.

Apartament z 2 sypialniami jest przestronny. Widok z balkonu na stok narciarski i gondolę. Chociaż budynek ma już swoje lata wszystko jest zadbane i bardzo czyste. Kuchnia jest świetnie wyposażona. Parking dostępny, ale płatny dodatkowo. Do miasteczka można bez problemu dojść pieszo, ale kursuje również bezpłatny autobus.

The location was good, with a convenient free shuttle down the mountain. The staff were all VERY nice. The mattress was extremely comfortable.

The kitchen was sparsely equipped. It had the basics. The hot tub was closed 2 of our 3 nights.

Evening meal was great for my husband but mine wasn’t great which I communicated with the waitress. Ate breakfast down the road

Vegetables completely over cooked.

Great to have housekeeping, very helpful staff and nice very hot pool! You can walk into town or take the free shuttle! Lived the fireplace!

The pool was the best part.

Property was ridiculous. Dog shit stains in room. Had to constantly get towels myself. Parking is a nightmare and they charge you and hide that they double charge parking to your room. If you pay inclusive parking with your booking site, The hotel will double charge you and refuse to provide an invoice to hide the fact that they double charge you during your stay. Location is ok. I mean if you don’t want to be by the village the plus is the scenic walks lakes and free shuttle.

The property was fantastic with great amenities. The checking in was perfect. We liked our stay very much!

But our entire good experience became somewhat bitter at check out. During check out everything was good, but minutes after we left the hotel we saw a two room rate charged to our credit card. When we called they said they didn't know about it and asked us to send a screenshot of the charge. We then went to the hotel and the front desk attendant started asking for our bank statements to prove that we did pay for the rooms through booking.com. when we said you should be able to see in your system if we had paid or not. He still insisted on that as if we were claiming something unusual. It's only when his manager was passing by and overheard our conversation and then told him that he should have been charging booking.com for the rooms instead of our card. And then she sorted that out immediately. The funny thing is the attendant did not bother to say sorry! Point is you can charge by mistake but your first reaction cannot be that the guest is wrong so let's ask them to bring the bank statement to prove. Absolutely inexperienced person to handle guests!

Location was a convenient walk to the Blackcomb gondola, but a little further from the main centre of Whistler (15 min walk, with a free transfer bus back). Room was enormous, as was the bed, comfortable too.

The sofa bed wasn't made up, so we had to do that ourselves, including requesting sheets from reception, even though we'd made clear in the booking and by follow up message that we would need it. The sofa bed was creaky and not as comfortable as others we used elsewhere on this trip. The decor is a bit dated - heavy wooden furniture, the rooms a bit grey and gloomy. Couldn't use the car chargers in the car park because it needed an app that isn't available on the UK app store.

They make us wait 40min to checkin there was no line up.once room was assigned they gave me call ad told me to change room which was not professional and doesnt sound good after check in as my parents was sleeping there and wasted almost 1hr again it was really bad experienec

De ligging van het hotel is fijn! Het verwarmde zwembad is lekker om even gebruik van te maken (niet super groot). De hottubs zijn heel warm. Er is vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en geven goede tips.

De wc had regelmatig problemen met doorspoelen, er zat een groot doodgeslagen insect aan de muur, er was geen beddengoed voor de slaapbank aanwezig en dit moesten we zelf opmaken. We zijn beter gewend voor dit aantal sterren.

We chose it for the location. But it was even more remote than we expected. Overall very nice. They upgraded us to a two bedroom suite which was very considerate considering we were staying for five nights. But the big negative was that we were in a room that received no light and therefore we never knew what the weather was like for the day ahead. The room was extremely dark which meant we slept well. And we never used the second bedroom because we never needed it. Overall I would recommend it.

Das Zimmer war fantastisch mit (künstl.) Kamin, kleinem Balkon und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche, die wir auch intensiv genutzt haben. Es gibt zusätzlich noch Grillmöglichkeiten und einen Pool.

Das Hotel ist sehr weit auf am Berg gelegen, es hat jedoch gute Transportanbindungen runter in die Stadt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist bestenfalls in Ordnung. Für das Parken zahlt man extra.

The hot tubs were out of service

Außerhalb von Whistler, am Berg, liegt diese tolle Hotelanlage. Unser großes 1-Zimmer-Appartment mit Balkon hatte eine voll eingerichtete Küche und eine Sitzecke mit Kamin. Es war sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Stellplätze in der Tiefgarage waren geräumig. Es gab einen Shuttlebus, der in kurzen Abständen nach Downtown fährt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

No bar or restaurant so have to eat in whistler or cook.

There was a tournament contingent which resulted in loud tweens in table area outside while parents partying together in their rooms. Delightful!

A lovely welcome from the front desk; all staff we spoke to were very helpful. Room/ 2 bed suite was spacious with all amenities provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Robes for the pool in room and swim towels provided by front desk. A 15 min walk down to Blackcomb gondola from back of hotel or there is the free shuttle from the front of hotel. Small pool and 2 hot tubs. Clean room but did smell a bit musty and oven was impossible to work! Parking was charged at $25 a night. Small grocery provisions.

Accommodation and staff were great! Really appreciated the free shuttle offered to and from town, that’s an amazing service and drivers were super helpful, polite and friendly. Without this shuttle service the location would be a negative. Will come again

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our time here and had a great experience overall. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Very nice! The room and grounds were spotless. And the staff was very helpful. Loved that they had individual pods available for locking up high end bikes.

It was a bit far from the village. Great that there is a free shuttle though to get you back & forth. A bit more challenging with the bikes to get back up on the shuttle.

Location is so great and so close to the heart of village. Good amenities and comfortable.

The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The location was excellent, with beautiful mountain views and easy access to Whistler Village. Check-in was smooth, and the amenities made our stay relaxing.

Overall, we had a great experience. The only minor issue was that parking was a bit expensive, but everything else met our expectations.

The staff was really great: doing their job! In retrospect I'd say the tiny room was adequate. After over 60 years of visiting Whistler, then Blackcomb, this was probably our last. Everything has just priced us out! Sat in a sidewalk Cafe and shared a nachos, 1 beer and a coke for $90+! Our room request was for an upper floor with a view. Simply for the extra $50 on the reservation we got a higher view of the parking lot! I guess there are a lot of wealthy folks that can afford this craziness but we're not among them. We'll miss the beautiful drive from Vancouver to Whistler and back... We really like talking with the bikers (and skiers) depending on season.

We stayed in a one-bedroom unit with a full kitchen. The unit was spacious and comfortable. However, the soundproofing was poor—we could hear people walking in the unit above us and conversations in the hallway. If you're unlucky enough to have noisy neighbors, it can significantly affect your stay.

Staff were amazing. Very kind and helpful!

We had a car with kayaks, making it overweight for the parkade and had to park a 15 minute walk from the hotel. This was unexpected and very inconvenient.

Location and price was affordable. We only used it for sleeping so it met our minimum requirements.

The building was very tired and old. Kids were running up and down the halls, every time a door was open and closed on out floor we heard it. The are with the ping pong table had a broken TV , looked like somebody smashed it with a paddle. the whole area was dirty and a mess. They charged us for parking but there wasn't a car spaces for the rental we had. Most 2 spaces were taken up with 1 car as they were very small and you wouldn't be able to open up the door if you could even get your car into them.

Location was fantastic and the hot tub and pool were awesome.

The shower water pressure wasn’t very strong .

The receptionist who checked us in on arrival at 9.30 pm was a delight. She was full of information and extremely friendly. Great location.

The front desk didn't inform us about the parking fee. They just told us to park at an underground parking but forgot to say it will cost $26. Beds were squeaky. Absolutely not good for a bunk bed to be so noisy. Kids rather slept on a coach.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathtub was great. Room wonderful. They have a shuttle to the city center.

The location was great, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool. The best part was the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your own meals because everything you need is provided.

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie unterstützen auch, wenn man Unternehmungen buchen möchte. Der kostenlose Busshuttle zwischen Whistler Village und Upper Village ist super. Dort fahren von morgens bis spät in die Nacht im halbstündigen Takt Busse. Ein Auto braucht man dort nicht. Der Pool und die Whirlpool waren auch großartig.

Schade ist es, dass in den meisten Unterkünften dort kein Frühstück angeboten wird. Aber es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten außerhalb der Unterkunft zu frühstücken.

Studio très grand avec cuisine très complète (mais sans filtre papier pour la machine à café) dans un établissement énorme avec une belle piscine chaude. Situé à l'arrière et donnant sur la forêt, c'était calme (bruits de pas au-dessus qui se sont arrêtés à un moment). Le "village" de Whistler est très agréable et beaucoup mieux aménagé (plantes, décoration etc.) que des stations comparables en Europe. Une navette gratuite passe toutes les demie-heures.

Le manque de filtre (voir ci-haut), sinon rien...si ce n'est le parking énorme quasi vide très cher (20€).

We had a balcony with a stuning view but the furniture on the balcony is very minimal: 2 chairs and small table. Okay to eat there but a more comfortable chair to lay your legs would be appreciated. We wanted to relax on the balcony and it wasnt the best set up for it. That's not a complaint, just a suggestion to make it more comfortable.

Le personnel à la réception nous a parlé en français malgré ses origines Irlandaises.

Il y avait une équipe de hockey de garçon d'environ 10-12 ans qui criaient, couraient, dans une salle pres du lobby et ce jusqu'à 23:00. Sans vraiment discipline de la part des parents.

It lacks breakfast

Location was great. And the room had all amenities, and also great views.

I enjoyed a lot the location because it was a lovely and quite area, also, free shuttle to the village, amazing service. The studio apartment was spacious and well furnished.

I prefer shower instead of bathtub, also I prefer real floor (timber, ceramic or laminate), it is more hygienic than the carpet. Too many very young kids playing and jumping inside the jacuzzi, this area must be reserved only for adult. The signpost was clear but unfortunately the parents didn't bother about the jacuzzi rules.

A "Forest View" is literally trees 20ft from the windows. Absolutely no "view"

This is a great place to stay… Constanza and Ella are so friendly and helpful! Really made our experience at Blackcomb Spring Suites excellent. The room was very comfortable. Clean, quiet, and very well equipped for cooking. Also, the BBQ! Wonderful! Will certainly stay here again whenever we are back in Whistler. Thanks guys for a great stay!

The hot tub. I just wish there was an indoor one too.Because when it rains heavy.Guests dont have as much to do.

Das Klimaanlagenausgerät steht zwei Meter neben dem Bett (auf dem Balkon) und ist sehr laut. Leider lässt es sich auch nicht manuell ausschalten. Das angegebene Fitnesscenter ist auch nur spartanisch bestückt und nicht im besten Zustand.

Location is nice because it is in a quite area, but not close to the village. It would have been nice to ski in and out, but there was no snow in the area for that. The view was very relaxing, among the trees . Spacious room . Very basic kitchen , you have to bring all your basics (oil, salt...) for cooking. I had a good experience and would stay here again .

They charge for parking, which is super annoying . Sofa bed is super uncomfortable .
