Everything was great. Size was very good, very quiet location, very comfortable cabin too. No complaints. Would definitely come back.

Bauarbeiten in der Nachbarwohnung!!! Mobiliar in die Jahre gekommen. Küchenausstattung müsste teilweise ergänzt bzw. erneuert werden. Abholung der Zugangskarten umständlich.

Good ski in ski out location. The unit was comfortable and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked with lots of cups and plates. Every room had a thermostat and the unit was decently spacious.

The kitchen cooking utensils were plastic, and the Teflon pots were scratched up. The lighting in the rooms was very poor, only had nightstand lamps but no main light fixture. The dryer was very very weak, and it required 4 hours of drying to dry one load. The location was decent but the access to the property from the ski hill when walking up from Blackcomb village isn't convenient - you basically have to walk all the way around the property to get in. We had to collect the keycards from a lockbox 15min away from the property instead from the front desk, requiring an extra stop (but the front desk gave us extra cards, so not clear why we couldn't have picked then all up from the front desk).

The size of the condo was huge! Great to have two bathrooms with us being a family of 4 and had everything we needed. Pool was open till 10pm. Good location and easy to get round.

The property was clean, conveniently located and quiet.

I didn’t like the small tv in the master bedroom.

Dishwasher needs to be replaced - dirty inside, and cycles taking in excess of 4 hours to complete, often still wet (indication that the dryer is not functioning). Many dishes and cutlery looked dirty. Screen door between lounge and balcony also needs to be replaced; very stiff and constantly sticking when slid over.required great deal of coaxing to open and close. Hot water took a long time to reach this 5th floor unit ( following turning on hot water taps in kitchen and bathrooms.

Great quiet location with easy walk to the village (about 15 min). Lots of space. Well equipt kitchen, comfortable beds. Host was easy to connect with via messaging in the Booking.com app.

It took a long time of running the water to get it hot enough for a shower. Quite dark in the suite.

Loved the location - ski in and ski out. Even with the melting of snow in the spring we made it to the edge of property! So enjoyable to be close to blackcomb. The staff were all very kind and friendly. The apartment was cozy and comfy and provided everything we needed.

Nice ski in/out location near Upper Village area. A pretty easy 5-10 minute walk to Upper Village and another easy 10 minutes to main village.

Uphill walk back on snow that is not well lit at night. Not an issue for me but it might be for others.

A fabulous and cosy place with private parking availability! Very close to the marketplace and restaurants. We were very impressed with all the amenities and ambience of the house. Would surely love to come back again.

The apartment was in an excellent location. We had views of the cable car. We also had use of a shared swimming pool which was very refreshing in the hot weather. Easy walk to bars and restaurants.

Getting the keys was slightly convoluted but OK. There was a curry smell in the kitchen/living room area, although not too unpleasant.

The facility was quiet and very convenient to walk around restaurants, shopping, gondolas in Whistler village and Upper village. It was very spacious. I would recommend staying here.

Location is great.

No aircondition in the sleeping rooms, no dark curtains, rooms are very hot, impossible to sleep, at opened window the noise from the road is unbearable. Wifi is terrible. Shower gel, shampoo ran out during our 4 days stay.

Our unit was very spacious. The TV's were all smart, as well as, cable channels provided. The unit was very clean. Towels and supplies were amply provided

I can't understand why the parking pass has to be left in the kitchen counter when the key cards may be left with the concierge which is available in the lobby.

Property and apartment was in decent condition, although very dated. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, appliances, etc. although we would have liked to see a Keurig/one cup coffee maker. It was more than enough space for two of us, which makes sense as it’s designed for families/small groups. Communication with Whiski Jack was done well, however, the pre-check-in form was a bit of a cumbersome step as we had to send them an email address and then fill out the form before we were able to get our check-in details. I think this could be made much simpler by sending the form to the email address the booking was made with, and then sending the check-in instructions to said email a day or two prior. The area around the property was quiet and serene. We did stay during the off-season, so I don’t know how much of that can be attributed to the soundproofing or the lack of people (we never encountered anyone in the hallways). We didn’t spend much time in the immediate area outside, but it seemed pleasant. The hallways in the building smelled musty, however, which added to the dated feeling.

Our door keys didn't work when we arrived so we had to call security. The hot tub was out of order.

My 8 and 9 year old found a used razor blade and toe nails in the dresser drawer they were going to unpack thier stuff into. Plus my shower sounded like an alarm going off. And the pressure was so low.

We had breakfast at the Portobello Restaurant ( in the Fairmont) - highly recommend- excellent food. New carpets and appliances in the rooms this year. Very large and comfy rooms.

We had a water leak in our room and had to change mid stay. The pool was working this year (unlike past stays) but could be maintained better.

It seems newly renovated, spacious and clean.

Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The unit was spacious and clean enough. a little dated but not a problem. the beds and bedding were comfortable and the we never had any issues with noise from other units. great access to the hill. Just wonder why they make garages so low so you can’t drive in with a roof rack? lots of people use Thule’s or similar and have to take the darn thing off like we did, or park the vehicle outside. not much you can do at this point I guess.

Me, my sons and grandson went up to stay for the weekend of my older son bday. We were hoping to go tubing, but it wasn't open yet!! The rental was extremely spacious for my family, although there were a few things that could be addressed.. Overall my stay was enjoyable get away with my family and was beautiful!! I would stay again...

what we liked about the property was the location.

what I didn’t like about the room was the fact that the new carpet smelled was so strong that we had to leave all windows open and fans on the whole stay. construction noise three days in a row not just the one day they said it would be going on. door on microwave opens wrong way.. couch cushions were old and falling apart.

Big condo with lots of space for our family of 4

Condo is a bit dated, except for new flooring and carpet. A few kitchen utensils were not cleaned, but I cleaned them myself. No worries.

Location of the property was amazing. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood, no loud noises at night time and no crowded streets when walking around. Size of the unit, kitchen, bedrooms-everything was just great!

Lack of AC. It was a hot wave during our stay and it was HOT;)

The place has good amenities but no air conditioning and during hot days makes it uncomfortable. They also have an earlier check out and ask guest to take out garbage and recycling as well as start the dishwasher. Our door in the second bedroom wouldn’t close and although we submitted the info, it was never addressed. Overall for the cost, I would book somewhere else next time.

No AC

Was not very clean. No AC, had to keep the windows opened which caused both nights we were there lots of noise from people who did not care about others at the main entrance. Not the quality we expected for the price we paid.

Woodrun is an easy walk down to the upper village. The unit was large enough for 2 families and kitchen was spacious enough for us to use. The bike storage was good but full. They did put out an extra bike rack in the parkade next to the bike storage room for the overflow.

Very disappointing. Construction going on in hotel so constant noises throughout the day starting at 8 in the morning. Tough when you have napping toddlers. Unit is tired and dated. Pool was closed for maintenance one day which was disappointing as it was nicest day we were there. Front door staff was excellent.
