Location, pool and hot tubs. Pleasant staff
Good location, well equipped kitchen (we were 2, there was exactly 4 of everything), pull down bed meant that some space in room when put away. Pool and hot tubs lovely in evening sun. Well priced washing machines
Parking pricey but very handy and flexible
The spa, the views, the living area of the room, the fireplace and amenities.
Very loud elevator outside of our room, couldn't sleep very well. Requested a quiet room. Busy pub in lobby seemed very busy everywhere.
It was comfortable
Poor service. No kettle in room.
Clean and good location
Room we got was separated from family and was a tight room for family with kids didn’t allow late checkout either we had 3 rooms didn’t even accommodate one room to have late checkout
Good location, friendly staff.
Sofa bed not comfortable
The views were spectacular. The kitchen was excellent- everything you need to actually cook.
Good location, fully equipped kitchen, clean
Small cramped room
location was excellent in the middle of the action. swimming poool look at the lift and where everything was happening. room was spacious and well appointed. bed excellent (although the room itself was narrow) . the staff was ok but nobody helped you too much . laundry in the the hotel super useful. gym was in the way to the swimming pool so not very nice to do any exercise there. spa non existent (steam room also in a transit area)
lack of atmosphere in the common area. gym in general . room that was above the place where the delivery van was being used at 7 am (having requested a quiet room!) staff that needed a bit of effort to do anything for you.
GREAT LOCATION IN THE VILLAGE. LOVELY POOL FACING THE MOUNTAIN. GOOD GYM FACILITIES
A LITTLE BIT OF NOISE FROM THE VILLAGE
No shower only bathtubs and no safety bars to assist entry and exit.
Location was superb . Room well equipped pool wonderful
Awful let down bed with suicide wooden rim around base . Not comfortable and odd
Location is great. Nice view from the pool.
I did not realize we booked a Murphy bed room, so the bed was not that comfortable. There was very limited space as there was 2 adults and 2 kids. When the night bed and pullout couch was opened it was quite tight. The hotel staff was nice, however not overly friendly. The room cleaning was ok, seemed to clean different things each day, one day they cleaned the dishes next day they didn’t. One day they made the bed, one day they didn’t. The place is starting to look a little dated.
Hele goede locatie midden in het centrum.
Onze verwarming/koeling werkte niet goed. Slaapkamer was daardoor erg benauwd.
Location. The beds and pillows were high quality
Noise from The Irish Pub
Over priced with zero customer service
I left jesssges a it my stay never addressed had to call 3 times for maintaince no help
Amazing location, clean, friendly staff. Cool bar.
Our room was very tight for 4 people. With the sofa bed pulled out, we could barely walk around the bed.
Family and I really enjoyed the pool
View of the mountain and pool
Nothing comes to mind
It’s a very very clean and convenient hotel. Front desk staff was wonderful and so was the food in the restaurant. It’s a 10/10 property for sure. Will definitely stay here next time as well.
It’s perfect.
Clean and centrally located.
Great water pressure when showering in my suite. Very good job in keeping the outdoor pool clean and dead insect free.
Some light bulbs in the suite were out and need a better job in making sure the snack bar is fully stocked before someone new checks in the suite or they may end up paying for that finished item that they never even touched during check out.
We have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Location is excellent and the 2 bedroom 2 bath suites just right with comfortable beds and attentive service
The lounge had 1 armchair and a sofa that could just fit 3 but there should be a second armchair
Location
Comfortable and well appointed suite. Excellent service ans amenities. Ground floor (level 2), mountain facing suite. Next to the pool and hot tub area (no access direct from room) therefore noise from that area during the early and late hours of the day. Kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment - provided your own oil etc. Noisy in the evening with music from the bars in Skiers Plaza. Short walk to other quieter parts of the resort. Excellent access to lifts (gondola and chair). Please visit the Squamish and Lil'wat Cultural Centre (SLCC) to learn about First Nation culture and history. It's amazing. Take 4 hours to appreciate it all (inside and out). Trail hiking up the mountain was mind blowing. Definitely take in the Cloudraker bridge and the Peak2Peak experience and if you're up for a strenuous hike take the Half Note or High Note trail. Here the week before Crank Worx so VERY busy.
Avoid this property. I have had an incredible experience at the Pan Pacific London and expected the same level of service. The hotel is grossly understaffed and lacking in senior management. There is a sign upon arrival for valet parking. The valet is almost never present “he is helping other guests.” It is nearly impossible to retrieve your car unless you give the front desk an hour’s notice. When I raised these issues with the front desk staff they were rude and condescending. They appear to have little training on how to deal with customers or to run a supposedly five star property. The woman with whom I dealt was argumentative and even made faces at me, rolling her eyes in response to my comments. The property is seriously outdated. It looks like it has not been renovated in 40 years. Be prepared for an extremely loud and party environment outside until 10 pm every night. The gym is a joke. It might be in a 12 x 12 foot room. There is no restaurant for breakfast nor coffee provided downstairs. Curiously the sister property at the Village has both a coffee machine and breakfast served on property but alas no gym. Apathy too have valet issues as I overheard one gentleman complaining loudly to the front desk about it. Ridiculous to charge $40 for valet that is non existent. On the plus side the location is right next to the slope so for those looking to walk to the lifts that is a plus. Beds are also comfortable and the room was clean and spacious. I would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel to anyone. BTW - this is the most extensive review I have left on TripAdvisor.
This place is tired and dated. If you want any peace and quiet do NOT stay here. Below you is an Irish Pub that has patrons yelling and screaming late into the night with music blaring like you’re on spring break at Daytona Beach. Some of the employees are extremely rude and not customer service friendly. Couldn’t wait to get out of there which made the trip to Whistler not very relaxing and enjoyable while at the resport.
Super Lage
Our 2nd time staying in a 2 bedroom corner apartment. It was roomy enough and had the necessary facilities . We had an 8 th floor corner room overlooking blackcomb mountain which was quiet and light and bright. Location excellent , 5 min walk to groceries , 5-10 mins to blackcomb lift and village . The bike concierge was a bit disappointing this time . Overall staff were friendly and housekeeping amazing . The rooms need a freshen up . They are a bit dated now .
uitzicht, comfortabel
Location mountainside next to lifts made it easy to take breaks during the day and cool off at the pool. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
The high floor with mountain view was great. The Murphy bed was very comfortable. Loved the eucalyptus steam room.
Lots of kids with floaties in the hot tubs and pool.
Clean and spacious suite
Nothing
Clean, friendly staff and great location for chairlift
Our check in time was 4 but we didn't get checked in til 4:45. I wasn't happy. Also, the bar noise from Longhorn was quite loud. I turned the fan on to drown the noise and it worked well. Pillows were waaay too soft for me but I'm sure they're perfect for someone else.

I asked for an upgrade but for a cost. The other pan Pacific village centre doesn't charge for an upgrade
Comfortable and self contained
We had and an apartment with kitchen, very nice, great location.
We loved our room overlooking the mountainside, we had a view of the pool and central hub. We were able to watch the FIFA game from our room as well as it was broadcasted in restaurants. We were treated to a bottle of wine in our room for our 30th Anniversary. We had valet parking and breakfast right at the hotel. Was such a treat. The linens in the rooms are phenomenal. I have been searching since we got home, to get the same linens. Cotton Percale Sheets, and the fluffiest Duvet and Pillows ever. It was like a cocoon. Trying to recreate this experience at home. We will be back! Thank you for making out 30th so special!
Everything was perfect. The faucet was a little leaky, but we just used the other tap mainly. Nothing that dampened our time there.
Great location
Murphy style bed was awkward and not very comfortable. I also made the space hard to maneuver around when it was down. I guess room just felt really small.
Service was excellent and the room location was on top of the whole scene in the Olympic village.
Everything!!!! Location is great staff is great pool is great
Beds too soft
The good: Location was excellent, close to restaurants, lifts, gondolas and more. Room views were beautiful and bed was comfortable. Rooms are clean. Pool is awesome during the summer, lots of morning and afternoon sun, comfortable for families and couples alike. The location is great for those who want to be near the night life and excitement of the village. So much fun. The Irish pub onsite was excellent - food and service were beyond our expectation and almost made up for the lacking customer care at the front desk. The not-so-good: Front desk team was unhelpful and seemed inexperienced. We asked for early check in (1.5 hours early), but they could not accommodate, so we left our bags and grabbed a drink nearby. When we returned, we waited another 30 min and eventually checked-in, 15 minutes past normal 4pm check-in, which is surprising for a Pan Pacific property on a Thursday. Valet ($40/day) was not around a lot and getting our car took longer than expected or what self-park would have taken (we waited 20 minutes for our vehicle). We handled our own bags, which is fine but again, surprising at this kind of property. Never met the concierge and was not told about them if there is one. Wasn't given an overview of the property at check in. Felt like an inconvenience to the front desk team, really. We had a connectivity issue with the TV a few nights into our stay and staff couldn't resolve it (screen mirroring to stream from our phones, which is offered at most hotels). The one day (of four) we requested room cleaning, the bed was made but our bed linens weren't cleaned (we requested fresh linens). Maybe the team was having an off week, but we likely won't stay here again when wanting to book a nicer stay. Just didn't feel like the service was up-to-par for the price point.
My first visit to Whistler was truly memorable, and a big part of that experience was the exceptional hospitality at the Pan Pacific Mountainside. As a first-time visitor, I had many questions about the area, from safe solo hiking trails to local attractions, dining options, and activities. Managers Arnold and Crispin were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my stay. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided excellent recommendations that helped me make the most of my trip. I am coming back in the winter (super excited) and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Whistler.
Location
Our suite was comfortable and spacious. Good location for exploring the village and the nearby attractions. The free shuttle was great!
The bathroom towels were so harsh and rough even for my husband. The bottles that hold shampoo, conditioner, etc had very narrow spouts/pumps. Took a lot of effort to get them out.
Hotel location. Room location. Courteous cleaning staff
The only issue was a room telephone that was dead. That meant we weren't able to contact the front desk. Otherwise, all went well.
Upset that Booking. Com had failed to update Pan Pacific on my reservation that resulted in hour delay in my check in process . Come on do BETTER-Booking.com
Booking.com should do better job in updating place of stay for in coming guest dates.
Good location. Free EV charging on site. Decent amenities like the pool and gym
The heating/cooling system is nonsensical. The gas fire came on randomly even when the room was warm regardless of the temperature we set on the thermostat. Also the 2 hour limit on the free EV charging didn’t seem to be enforced, which was frustrating when I wanted to charge and cars had been parked there all day. Rooms are a little dated.
The location is perfect & parking is a bonus.
We paid extra for an upper floor suite with mountain views and a balcony. The view was actually the swimming pool of a nearby hotel with the tops of the mountain behind. The balcony was laughable, just about one chair would fit on it and the view & odour of the Aircon of the room below was quite unpleasant.
Great location by Whistler bike park, comfortable, sustainable, friendly staff.
Alles! Vooral de locatie 😍
Niets!
Great location, clean
Gym need improvement. Some machines. Restaurant can improve menu selection
The kids were looking forward to breakfast like the site indicated but were deeply disappointed to find it was not available as well as no hot chocolate bar which was honestly the highlight for them when staying at the pan pacific
Clean and convenient location close to Village stroll Nice location with prime view of the mountainside
LOUD music from the Lonestar Bar but thankful that they shut it down at just after 10 pm Also, people shouting out on the street behind the hotel till 2 am so that unfortunately wasn’t good
Like the studio apartment and the shuttle service around Whistler which we used to go for a meal on creakside.
So noisy - all day. Music absolutely blaring from the bars outside that there was no sense of being able to relax from lunchtime on. Even though the hotel itself was fine I would never stay again because of this. We wanted a relaxing weekend. This is not the spot for that.
Excellent sound proofing(could only hear the revelry at the Longhorn Saloon if you opened the balcony door), outstanding location of course, with step out the door access to lifts and great ski room. Loved the suite floor plan and housekeeping was attuned to how we shifted the bedding for preference and made up the beds with that in mind. Staff were personable, professional and went the ext4- mile to help if any need was brought to their attention.
The room had a strong chemical cleaning smell that didn’t dissipate even with opening the balcony door for a lot of the time we were there. Not really the fault of the hotel that it took us overnight to get the temperature overnight figured so the fireplace didn’t make us sweat all night. The directions had been placed in front of us from the start, we just had to use it.
This is our 2nd time in Pan Pacific and it did not disappoint. Check-in process was fast, they have everything ready when we arrived. We were escorted by Crispin at the reception and introduced us to FO. Great turn over. Luggage was delivered to in our room quite fast too. Everything in the room was clean and crisp. Love the height of the bed. It was very convenient too that we have the sofa bed, which is very spacious, for our friend to stay at. Having a kitchen with complete equipment and appliances also made our stay comfortable too. As they are at the prime location, everything is accessible - restaurants, outdoor activities, and shops. I hope they have more food and beverage options within the hotel just for late night snacks. Speedy check-out too. Parking was given comp at this time which we appreciate!
The hotel was right beside the Excalabur Gondolas, right beside the village.
Everything went well. No complaints!
Great location at base of mountain. Fun pub at ground level. Nice pool.
Best Location in Whistler village
Nothing really
Superb hotel - location, location, location, cleanliness, amenities, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Everything is located within a 1 - 4 minute walk. I stayed in the one bedroom suite with kitchen on a lower level. I found it very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Although some might mention the high cost, I felt the room was good value for what you get. I liked it so much, I booked another stay a month later in March.
This is by far the best location. Facilities are fantastic, the pool and hot tub overlooking the base of the mountain make it extra special. Ski lockers provided, easy access to them and friendly helpful staff.
Wi-fi was hard to connect to on some devices.
Really close to the slopes
Dated, small

Convenient excellent spot
N/A
Probably the best location for ski in / ski out convenience as next to 2 Gondolas & a chair. A very comfortable room over looking the pool & slopes. You need to be aware that there is loud music until at least 19.00 due to the local apres bars but it didn’t spoil our holiday. The Irish pub under the hotel is great fun for a spot of Apres with excellent servers & a fun atmosphere.
Absolutely amazing location, cleanliness and service! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and even saved us by alerting us immediately when we'd accidentally left our passports in the room. Will definitely be staying here again in future. Highly recommend
We stayed March 8-12. We had a 3rd floor mountain side 1 bedroom room on the 3rd floor. It was a bit noisy the first couple of days until 7 pm with loud music outside. The bed and pillows were wonderful! We utilized the kitchen for all but 2 meals. We adored our room attendant/ housekeeper, Harmesh 🥰. She was wonderful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location is definitely the best in Whistler for the proximity to two gondolas and a chair lift. We will probably be back. We would stay here again. Sheri and Todd Cusick
Unbeatable location, well equipped room, clean and efficient!
3rd time here and it’s always good.
Was quite a bit more expensive 3rd time around Maybe due to the time of year. Popular.
We had a fantastic stay at the Pan Pacific. Harmesh added to our wonderful experience and made us very comfortable.
Great location, great hot tub and pool, comfortable room
No drying facilities which made it extremely difficult to dry wet ski gear
Fabulous Location, Wonderful Facilities, Clean & Tidy . all Staff were Welcoming and Attentiveto Detail . Thanks to Harmesh in particular for always providing a Great Room Service and Hospitality. Really is hard to beat Pan Pacific Mountain Side for a Memorable Holiday in Whistler, Canada !
The property is very nice and our room was comfortable. Having the mountain view room was amazing. As a special touch they have a complimentary Après-ski for all guest from 3-6 everyday. But the best thing was the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff - all were wonderful! I’ve already booked my room for my 2027 stay.
Great location and hotel amenities. The hotel always delivers good service. The suite was great and had everything you need for an extended stay
You can not fault the location of this hotel. It is steps from the main lifts and gondolas and close to bars and restaurants. It has ski storage, hot tubs, a sauna and pool, but it left me wanting. Other accomodation has similar access without the $700 per night price tag during a quiet part of the season. Small things such as not acknowledging the hotel membership or the offer of a room upgrade (I know it’s subject to availability) when you check in is disappointing. We weren’t told about the spa, where to find the sauna or pool, or that the pub underneath was linked to the hotel and we could charge to the room. They also couldn’t send me a text to say when the room would be ready and I don’t have international roaming calls. The room itself was spacious. A separate bedroom, equipped kitchen, good size fridge and small sofa with fireplace; it’s bigger than some one bedroom flats in major cities. But….no instructions on how to use the coffee machine, worn carpet and chipped wood work wasnt what I expected. If four people had been staying it would have been cosy. The hotel also says they follow eco strategies which I applaud, except the towels were replaced everyday and the sheets changed too. If you want that then great, but I had purposefully left things so they wouldn’t be replaced. You should be able to check your account through the tv system, but I received a message saying I couldn’t access this until I checked out. Would I stay here again? If the price was right and no one else had availability then yes purely for the location, but I’d know not to expect a good morning from the reception desk as I walked past or any acknowledgement that I was paying a lot of money for a room. It’s Whistler…I know.
Amazing location. Amazing facilities.
Front desk could be a bit warmer.
Best location for skiing and access to Whistler Village . Outstanding amenities - wonderful pool and hot tubs and steam room. Valet - Max - provided the best service. So accommodating, friendly and professional.
Best location! Great being able to store ski gear, quick walk to the gondola. Hot tub was good and nice to have a coin laundry available.
It’s expensive to stay here, but location makes it worth it.
Such fabulous room service by Harmesh from Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside! Such a kind lady and very efficient with her service!
