Amazing place: island, villa, sea, nice stuff, delicious food, clean beach, beatiful place, clean rooms, everything is what you need for resort.

The property is right on the beach. And our room had a view of the ocean. The staff went above and beyond for us. I was planning to propose to my girlfriend and the staff helped me create a really special night for us. I really cannot stress enough how amazing the staff is: each and every person there. The beach is gorgeous and clean and amazing.

We went during the World Cup and honestly there was only one thing I didn't like: We had to leave the property to see any of the games. It was nice to go out into town to watch a game or two, but it would have been nice if the hotel had had a spot for us to watch them. This is probably the only thing I can complain about.

We had a wonderful, incredibly peaceful stay. The room was much larger than expected, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. One of my favorite features was the shower—it was spacious and had a rainfall showerhead, which made it feel especially relaxing. Having access to a kitchen and shared living room was also a great touch. The location was a highlight as well. The ocean directly in front of the property is calm, clear, and surprisingly uncrowded, which made the setting feel very private and peaceful. The food was another standout. Both the included breakfast and everything we ordered from the menu were incredible. A few things to keep in mind: it’s about a 20-minute walk to downtown, and the streets can flood when it rains, so be prepared for that. There are a few restaurants within about a five-minute walk, which is convenient. Also, there are no TVs in the rooms, if that’s something that matters to you. Overall, this was a beautiful, relaxing stay, and the peaceful location, comfortable room, and fantastic food made it a place we’d happily return to.

Le personnel est adorable. L’emplacement est isolé, idéal pour les gens qui souhaitent le calme (moins pratique pour sortir au restaurant ou profiter de la vie nocturne de l’île).

Hemos pasado unos días en Casa Punta Coco y la experiencia ha sido de 10. La habitación tenía unas vistas al mar espectaculares y la piscina es un auténtico remanso de paz, perfecta para relajarse mientras disfrutas del paisaje. Todo el personal nos ha tratado de maravilla: siempre atentos, amables y pendientes de que no nos faltara nada, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos durante toda la estancia. La comida también nos ha encantado. Desayunamos, comimos y cenamos en el hotel y todo estaba delicioso. Se nota el cuidado tanto en la elaboración como en el servicio. Sin duda, es un lugar al que volveríamos y que recomendamos a cualquiera que busque tranquilidad, buen ambiente, unas vistas increíbles y una atención excelente. ¡Gracias por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial!

Absolutely stunning little hotel, located directly the beach. Our room was spacious with a little balcony and had everything you need for a short stay. The hotel has a little beach bar, where you can relax, have cocktails, cold drinks or something to eat. We also chose to have our breakfast here early in the morning and had dinner a few times and the food was amazing! The pool area in the main part of the hotel has a little whirlpool and a few sunbeds with umbrellas but we preferred the stunning beach and ocean. What really sold us was the staff! Everyone was super nice and helpful, you could reach someone via WhatsApp chat and almost immediately get a response every single time. We loved it so much that we extended our stay.

O pequeno almoço é muito fraco. têm muitas melgas, deviam defumar mais vezes e ter repelente de emergência, no hotel na ilha cozumel tinha para os hóspedes. Não têm bicicletas de cortesia, já tivemos em tantos hotéis onde a deslocação é limitada e têm estas atenções. Comprei frente praia, mas esse quarto a casa de banho era partilhada, mudamos para outro que não tinha vista mar e não houve nenhuma atenção por parte do hotel. Para ir para o hotel não ajudaram com nenhuma sugestão de transferes. Para ir embora já tinham imensos contactos.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable à Casa Punta Coco. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassés dans une superbe chambre, très belle et confortable. L’hôtel est situé dans un endroit calme et magnifique, idéal pour se détendre, tout en restant à environ 20 minutes à pied du centre. Avec seulement quelques chambres, l’atmosphère y est intime et paisible. Nous avons adoré les délicieux petits-déjeuners préparés par le chef, la piscine avec sa vue splendide, ainsi que les moments passés au beach club de l’hôtel à profiter des transats face à la mer avec un excellent guacamole. Un grand merci également au personnel, toujours attentionné, disponible et très sympathique. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés !

The housekeeping team left our room looking brand new every single day, despite the fact that life on this island means constantly walking around with sandy feet and having sand everywhere. The breakfast was generous and, above all, healthy. We also tried the hotel restaurant and although it was a bit expensive, everything was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well. The hotel’s beach club is beautiful, it has showers, and it is wonderful to watch the sunset from the hotel’s beds/cabanas. The pool is incredible! We stained a 30x30 cm bath towel (yes, really that size — if not even 20x20 cm) and were asked to pay 300 MXN. Of course, as guests, we take responsibility for any damage, but the amount was so absurdly high that we asked for proof of the towel’s purchase price. Since they could not provide it, they eventually lowered the amount to 180 MXN, which we appreciated.

It is important to note that breakfast starts quite late, only at 8:30 a.m. If you are coming from Europe and your jet lag wakes you up at 6 a.m., and since the room has neither blackout curtains nor blinds, waiting until 8:30 can feel quite long. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room to store yogurts or snacks while waiting for breakfast. What we liked least was the hotel’s location. Next to the hotel there is a construction site with a pipe continuously draining water all day long. The smell of this water is foul — it smells like sewage. There were also two dead fish on the hotel beach (which remained there during the entire three days we stayed). Seeing both the drainage pipe and the dead fish (pics bellow) made us directly question the water quality there.

Un séjour unique. Le personnel est incroyable du début à la fin. Souriant, à l’écoute, attentionné… que ce soit dans l’hôtel ou sur le plage de l’hôtel. La chambre était incroyable. L’hôtel n’a pas énormément de chambre ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus intime et reposante. L’hôtel est situé sur une des plus belles plages de l’île. Un vrai coin de paradis avec des coucher de soleil magnifique. Nous avions une excursion très tôt (6h du matin) l’hôtel nous a préparé un sandwich pour le petit déjeuner avec un fruit afin de ne pas louper le petit déjeuner qui est compris dans le prix de la chambre. Belle attention. Enfin, la nourriture est excellente, tout est cuisiné par un chef privé, les produits sont frais. Les cocktails sont très bien réalisé et le service est excellent. Le petit déjeuner est composé d’une assiette de fruit frais avec un fromage blanc et du muesli, et des tartines de pain avec beurre et confiture. Puis d’une assiette d’œuf brouillées avec jambon et fromage avec café thé jus.

Manque un frigo dans la chambre pour pouvoir garder des aliments au frais au vu de la chaleur sur l’île.

Tout. L’hôtel est une petite structure. Nous avions une très jolie chambre vue mer, très confortable Mention spéciale à Dani . Ils sont très accueillants et gentils Bon petit déjeuner mais il faut comme souvent au Mexique compléter le choix de base, qui est simple. Peut être un peu trop ….. quoique qualitatif. Tout est fait maison: le pain et les 2 petites viennoiseries Une très jolie piscine complète le tableau . La plage est très bien. On y a dîné aussi. C’était délicieux On est éloigné du bruit et du centre. Il faut un vélo On reviendra car malgres un petit bémol on a adoré

Sehr freundliches Personal. Aufgrund der Verlängerung unseres Aufenthalts haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, danke dafür. Das Frühstück ist wie bereits von anderen erwähnt etwas monoton, kann aber gut über Zusatzbestellungen optimiert werden. Das Restaurant ist sehr lecker.

Das Hotel selbst ist adults only, jedoch gilt das an der bar/beach nicht

This was an absolutely dreamy stay. Our room was gorgeous: spacious, comfortable bed, massive bathroom area - and all with stunning views of the Caribbean and the pool. The location is perfect: peaceful, yet walkable to the action in town. Communication from María and team was excellent; I really appreciated the use of WhatsApp to smooth out arrival and make it easy for us to request things during our stay.

Stunning hotel with breathtaking views. The pool was beautiful and overlooked the sea, with plenty of sun loungers available in different spots to relax throughout the day. Our room was lovely, with a very comfortable bed, and the bathroom and shower were spotless. The highlight for us was definitely the food, every dish is freshly created by the on-site chef and each one was absolutely incredible. The staff are so kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made our stay even more special. This was our second visit and we’ll definitely be back again next year!

Boutique hotel met eigen zwembad en direct aan het strand. Personeel is vriendelijk. Goede bartender. Relaxte sfeer. Ook mogelijkheid diner (geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat het t.a.v. tafels een beetje beperkt is en je dan met andere gaten aan tafel zit).

Ontbijt zou inclusief zijn, maar dan zijn er toch weer add on's (of maak het inclusief of niet, maar niet zo'n half verhaal kan gewoon niet). Het hotel ligt wat ver van het centrum, maar je bent er met 20 minuten lopen of pakt een taxi. Een aantal kamers heeft beperkte privacy, zeker kamer bij het zwembad. Toegangsdeur tot lobby zit continu klem door fout in constructie.

Sehr besonderes Hotel. Dürfte mal eine Privatvilla gewesen sein. Die Rezeption befindet sich quasi im Wohnzimmer der Villa und ebenfalls die offene Wohnküche, wo das Essen immer frisch zubereitet wird. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch und Pool und Strandbereich sehr ansprechend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr sehr gutes Essen Das Frühstück war auch besonders gut und geschmackvoll serviert. Super bequeme Betten.

Das Essen dauert wirklich sehr lange. Haben ca 1 Std auf Essen gewartet. Wird halt frisch und mit Liebe zubereitet. Man sollte sich darauf halt einstellen. Die Deluxe-Zimmer sind äußerst klein und wie letztes oft in Mexiko, kein Platz für Koffer bzw Kleidung.

A bit too far out from everything. Food is very slow to be ready. Half the items on the menu are never available. Food is cooked on an open kitchen but the chefs never smile they look angry all the time.

Angolo di paradiso, le foto non rendono giustizia alla meraviglia del luogo. É stato tutto perfetto dallo staff ai servizi, si ha l’impressione di essere accolti in un ambiente familiare e rilassato. Ogni angolo é curato nei minimi dettagli per offrire una sensazione di pace e relax totali. Inoltre da non sottovalutare assolutamente la cucina dello chef che non ha nulla da invidiare alle cucine stellate, qualsiasi piatto del menù é una delizia 😋 Tornerei domani stesso nella struttura ❤️

Très bon accueil. Chambre assez jolie et spacieuse. Au calme mais à 5 minutes de marche de quelques restaurants. Barman très sympa.

Le petit déjeuner pas assez copieux et pas de choix. Il a fallu réclamer la confiture à plusieurs reprises. Jamais de vélos disponibles alors que le centre est assez loin. Pas de rideaux occultants c'est bien dommage et mauvaise isolation de la chambre.

C’était un cadre magnifique et au goût du jour c’était incroyablement beau. Le personnel est accueillant et un esprit chaleureux que se soit des villas , ainsi que les cuisiniers font tout devant nous.

Un peu déçu de la suite.. en plein milieu de la piscine , obligé de fermer le rideau ect pour se changer et avoir de l’intimité.. la chambre coco était magnifique part contre. Et le déjeuner était un peu limite part rapport au prix des chambres et notre consommation à côté..

We loved our stay here, the host was so friendly and helpful, organising taxis, bike hires and giving recommendations for activities (and which ones are a tourist trap!). The hotel and room were beautifully styled and very comfortable.

It’s about 25 min walk from the main centre which can get a bit tiring in the heat so need to either pay for a bike rental or extra on taxis etc. Would be nice to have a little more variety in the complementary breakfast as it’s the same each day, unless you want to pay extra for a full breakfast

This place is a haven for relaxation and fun! The whole vibe is peaceful right down to their choice of music. First and foremost the staff make this place! They cannot do enough for you. Aurora and Daniel are both warm and efficient and the rest of the staff always had a smile for you and were always busy and productive and quick to provide anything you might need. The facilities and grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the food is absolutely amazing!

We felt the hotel could be more environmentally aware. We saw that a few reasonable choices had been implemented such as metal straws and quick dry beach towels but some of the larger issues were not addressed. There is no need to change sheets and towels everyday and most hotels now give you a small sign to put on the bed to tell staff when to change the sheets and we find that in most hotels these days there is an understanding that if towels are on the floor they need changing but hanging up suggests that they can be left but our towels were changed everyday even when I asked them not to be.This is unnecessary and we feel environmentally irresponsible. We also found out after a week that we should not have been putting toilet paper into the toilets. There was no sign about this in our room and the sign in our friends room just said paper and sanitary products but did not say specifically toilet paper. This should be clearly expressed to the guests. Environmentally responsible choices like these are important to us and what we look for when we choose where to stay and which hotels we recommend to friends.

A lovely place to stay if you love good food (it was amazing), nice beach and relaxing. We loved that it was a bit away from the center. It was easy to walk when we wanted to go there. It felt very private and we really enjoyed that. We felt it was on the best part of the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great stay!

On a tout adoré dans cet établissement ! L’accueil de Aurora qui a été extraordinaire tout au long de notre séjour ainsi que toute l’équipe, l’emplacement parfait de l’hôtel, la beauté du lieu, la propreté irréprochable, le confort des chambres et de la literie. Le restaurant est également incontournable avec des plats plus succulents les uns que les autres.

Nous avons tout aimé, nous étions dans le bâtiment principal assimilable à une villa privée sur la plage, Tout est calme et beau. Le personnel est y présent et aux petits soins tout en restant discret. On y a particulièrement bien mangé et dormi. L'hôtel est éloigné du centre de la ville donc la partie de la plage est plus tranquille. Nous avons également apprécié avoir pu rester au delà de l'heure du check out sur la partie plage, nos valises en sécurité dans l'hôtel.

Le petit déjeuner inclus reste trop succinct et nécessite de commander en plus, seul bémol de l'hôtel.

We had such a lovely time at Casa Punta Coco. Starting with a brilliant, freshly made breakfast which is served on the terrace, to relaxing at the beach and going for a swim in the absolutely breathtaking turquoise water, we really enjoyed every minute of our stay (and our lovely room)!

De prachtige locatie meteen aan het strand was echt perfect! Loopje naar het ‘centrum’ is fijn als je de hele dag gelegen hebt. Binnen 15/20 min ben je daar.

La doccia in camera senza vetro causa di quotidiani allagamenti nella stanza. Voglio aggiungere che Putroppo il mare ha disatteso parecchio le nostre aspettative: è di un colore giallo-verde torbido che non invita alla balneazione, la spiaggia carina ma ci sono le barriere frangiflutti che esteticamente disturbano la vista e la balneazione . La zona dove è ubicato l hotel potrebbe essere ottima perche lontana dal caos ma putroppo l area è completamente lasciata andare, detriti, sporcizia e pozze gigantesche di acqua stagnante sulla strada che portano alla proliferazione di zanzare e mosche che disturbano e infastidiscono parecchio sia che tu stia in spiaggia sua che tu mangi qualcosa a bordo piscina o all interno della struttura . Tutto questo a prezzi veramente troppo esosi per quel poco che l isola ha da offrire.

The room had a beautiful sea view and sunbeds on the beach were included.

The bathroom was not in the room; to access it, you had to leave the room and walk through a passageway open to other hotel guests. This was not mentioned in the room description. The reservation included free breakfast, but in fact there was only fruit, coffee, and two free mini pastries; everything else had to be paid for as an extra. Incorrect behavior on the part of the hotel.

With only approximately 10 rooms and 20 min. walking distance from the center, you are very private. Very friendly and attentive staff. Cuisine is excellent on very high level and Cocktails are delicious.

9.5/10 due to issues with flies and mosquitoes. Which is in general on the whole island. Either bring a spray or ask for it. We have been provided with spray everywhere where needed.

Breakfast only includes some fruit and a few pastries, which might not be enough for some. You can pay for a bigger breakfast. Unfortunately the location is quite far from town - we honestly don’t mind walking, however due to the state of the streets on the island, it turns out a lot longer than what Google maps says. Next time I would pick something closer to the centre. They forgot to leave out our breakfast on the last day, after promising they would put it in a container for us to take as we were leaving quite early. So we ended up having to buy something. As someone that works in pricing/revenue management, I don’t think the cost of the accommodation matches the location and what’s included

We felt like well-treated houseguests in a luxury home. The staff were incredibly professional , sincere and efficient. The owner, Bea, was lovely in greeting us and speaking with us. The food was some of the best we had on the island. Shrimp tacos and delicious cocktails on the beach. Heavenly. The room we had was cic and comfortable and hte beach is practically private to the hotel-we really felt like we were on our own tropical paradise there (with a few other nice houseguests.) Lovely place.

Not sure as we liked pretty much everything. It is hard to find something that we did not like. So I am not going to say we did not like something just to put something in this box!

Cet hôtel est tout simplement fabuleux ! Il a clairement surpassé nos attentes qui étaient déjà élevées. Notre chambre à l'étage avec le balcon était incroyable pour sa vue, son immense douche, son grand dressing, la qualité du lit et sa superficie. (Mention spéciale pour la famille de ratons laveur venue nous embêter pendant une nuit) Les plats du restaurant et les cocktails sont délicieux, si vous venez prenez les quesadillas au homard qui sont à tomber. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec le chef en cuisine que l'on voit tout préparer. Le personnel est adorable, bref, c'était un sans faute, foncez-y !

Les seuls bémols si nous devions en trouver sont le bruit des travaux avoisinants car il y a beaucoup de bâtiments en construction à Holbox et l'eau qui n'est pas transparente comme on peut s'y attendre.

The beach location of Case Punta Coco is probably one of the best of the island. The staff were so helpful in helping to organise transport and suggestion activities that can be done on the island. The houses are so beautifully designed and the sea views were such a pleasure to wake up to each morning. All rooms the beach area and the pool were kept and cleaned to a very high standard. The best thing about the place is the food, the chefs are just amazing. Although the staff sent us suggestions of other places to go for dinner, we didn't want to go anywhere else the food was so good!!

There were items that were included for breakfast such as coffee, fruit and pastries although we did end up getting charged for additional serving on check out. It needed to be more clearly stated what the allowance was for the the included items and what was extra. It's already an expensive place to stay so the additionals soon add up.

This was a beautiful place, nice and quiet. The location is ideal for a peaceful stay, although it is a bit far from the downtown and the taxi costs 200 pesos. The room was very big, comfortable and super clean. Great views of the sea. We also had a big balcony and outdoor shower. Staff at the reception and bar were very nice and helpful. We had a free Margarita as a welcome drink - it was delicious!

We had breakfast included in the price but it was very basic, literally coffee, fruit and two 'very' tiny cakes. It would have been great if yoghurt with granola, a simple omelette or avocado on toast were included, as the paid options were expensive.

Great service, beautifully designed rooms and spaces

Excelente atencion del personal y de los dueños de la propiedad. Estaban atentos a las necesidades del huesped sin ser invasivos. Las instalaciones estan bien cuidadas y las amenidades te hacen sentir en casa. La comida muy buena del chef personal que tienen. El area de la alberca es muy conoda y privada.

Los precios de los cócteles son muy altos, pero parece ser el standard de la isla, asi que supongo es lo normal de la zona. Fuera de eso (y que es así en toda la isla) no hayvninguna queja.
