Delek Holbox

O hotel é maravilhoso, bastante espaçoso, muito limpo e organizado. O staff sempre muito atencioso e pronto para nos ajudar em tudo. A piscina, o bar na piscina, o restaurante muito bons e rendem bons momentos. A praia é um ponto de destaque: o hotel tem seu próprio beach club com espriguiçadeiras, rede, mesas, cadeira e ótimo serviço de bebidas e comidas. Você pode passar o dia todo aproveitando ali mesmo. A locomoção à partir do Delek é simples, pois o pessoal da recepção sempre está pronto para chamar um táxi para você ir ao centro ou a outros pontos da ilha. Amei e quero voltar em breve!

Acredito que o café da manhã poderia ser em formato de buffet. O café da manhã é servido à la carte e é muito bom, mas possui opções limitadas de opções.

Nous avions réservé la Suite Principale Brise Marine. C'est une très belle chambre, avec une déco soignée, dans le style bohème chic, dans les tons blancs et couleurs naturelles, très agréable. Grande chambre lumineuse avec vue mer. Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain bien équipée, avec les WC séparés. Le beach club est très agréable, avec de beaux transats bien larges et confortables. L'hôtel est tout proche de Punta Cocos où l'on peut admirer les flamants roses et assister à la bioluminescence le soir.

L'hôtel est très loin du centre et donc loin des boutiques et des restaurants. Il faut prévoir de louer une voiturette de golf, même quand les routes sont inondées (ce fut notre cas mais il y a des chemins différents et non inondés). Enormément de moustiques à toute heure ! Le service au petit déjeuner est très long et peu sympathique. Le choix est restreint, c'est décevant pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. La porte coulissante de la fenêtre entre la salle de bain et la chambre est tombée par accident. Pas de blessé mais cela mérite d'être bien fixé !

Ubicación y atención del staff del hotel

Un albergo molto bello su un'isola altrettanto splendida. La struttura è veramente ben tenuta, elegante e silenziosa. Lo staff gentile e accogliente. Le camere sono molto grandi, il beach club su una delle parti dell'isola più tranquille, qui sicuramente non rischi di essere invaso di turisti che passano sulla spiaggia: questo è il vero punto forte dell'hotel. L'albergo infatti è vicino a Punta Coco, una delle due spiagge più belle dell'isola, sei sull'estremo della punta occidentale di Holbox, questo ti fa sentire come se fossi su un'isola deserta solo per i clienti dell'albergo, cosa che non si può dire della parte centrale dell'isola dove gli alberghi si susseguono attaccati l'uno all'altro. Questo ha un altro grande vantaggio, ovvero essere a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia dove andare ad ammirare la Bioluminescenza nottura, un ospite dell'albergo ci arriva passeggiando dalla stanza mentre tutti gli altri devono prendere dei tour/taxi dal centro dell'isola per arrivarci di sera/notte.

Il suo più grande punto a favore (essere isolato) purtroppo è anche il più grande "difetto" per modo di dire. Essere isolati significa che per qualsiasi spostamento bisogna chiamare il taxi (i golf cart che sono gli unici mezzi a circolare sull'isola). Purtroppo anche noleggiare un golf cart in centro non è possibile perchè le società che lo fanno non danno la possibilità di usarli privatamente su questa parte dell'isola che ha le strade un pò accidentate e propense agli "allagamenti", quindi dovrai fare affidamento sempre sui taxi (che la concierge ti chiama prontamente se ne hai bisogno, avvisandoti quando sono disponibili all'ingresso) e la tratta è circa 200pesos ogni volta. Per noi che preferivamo la tranquillità non è stato un problema, ma è giusto saperlo. Altro appunto che non dipende dalla struttura sono le zanzare, la sera ce ne sono davvero tante, quindi armatevi di spray (detto che l'albergo lo fornisce già di base in ogni stanza). Unico invece consiglio che do alla struttura riguarda il ristorante, abbiamo cenato qui una sera e probabilmente abbiamo beccato solo la serata sbagliata, ma il servizio è stato davvero molto lento, anche se il cameriere è stato molto gentile e professionale, detto questo sei su un isola dove rilassarti, direi che non serve avere per forza sempre fretta per cenare. Il menù non è varissimo e la qualità prezzo è solo ok.

Hôtel paradisiaque avec un accès direct en bord de plage et un beach club. Personnel charmant qui sont présents pour répondre à nos questions ou nos requêtes. Nous avons pris la chambre avec la piscine sur le balcon.

Malheureusement, le personnel a oublié d’effectuer le coup de propre et de nous changer les serviettes une journée et nous n’avons pas eu de dédommagements. ( au regard du prix de l’hôtel, nous ne nous attendons pas à ce genre d’oubli). Le petit déjeuné reste restreint ( pour ce qui est compris ) et n’est pas excellent. L’hôtel reste assez excentré, si vous venez en saison de pluie il faudra prévoir un budget taxi.

They property is located at Punta coco beach! It’s the most stunning beach of all! It’s worth every dollars spent here, you’ll have incredible sunset and almost a private one. We had a plunge pool suite (room 701) and we had an amazing stay!

Nothing I didn’t like but here are some tips! The property is far from center it’s 200 pesos for a ride to Centro and another 200 back. Make sure you have everything! The island is full of mangrove, which means magical animals to see but also mosquitos. Being really good repellant. The hotel offers repellant but if you come during summer, you’ll want better ones.

Tout était parfait ! Notre suite avec piscine privée mais aussi Ricardo qui s’est hyper bien occupé de nous. Karen aussi! Magnifique endroit. Plage superbe.

Delek is a great place to stay and a ten minute taxi to town for about 200 pesos each way. The beach was amazing and clean with a short walk to the flamingos. The restaurant breakfast is so good and there’s great lunch options too. The rooms were relatively new and very clean.

The outside areas closest to the beach needed some maintenance and the dinner options were limited specifically for vegetarian options.

Die Lage war sensationell. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet, allerdings gab es in den Zimmern einige Mängel. Insgesamt war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt, auch wenn nicht alles rundum überzeugt hat. Vermutlich würden wir diese Anlage jedoch nicht noch einmal wählen.

Das Hotel gibt sich insgesamt einen sehr exklusiven Anschein – bereits am Eingang fallen hohe Preise auf, etwa für Spa-Leistungen oder Massagen, die aus unserer Sicht deutlich überzogen wirken und vermutlich vor allem den exklusiven Charakter unterstreichen sollen. Die Anlage selbst ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet, die Zimmer wirken auf den ersten Blick ebenfalls ansprechend. Allerdings gab es bei uns deutliche Mängel: In einem Zimmer ließ sich die Balkontür nicht schließen, trotz Hinweis an das Personal wurde das Problem nicht behoben. In einem anderen Zimmer tropfte die Klimaanlage stark von der Decke, sodass sich morgens eine große Pfütze im Zimmer gebildet hat. Die Reaktion darauf beschränkte sich darauf, Handtücher auszulegen – aus unserer Sicht wäre es angemessen gewesen, ein anderes Zimmer anzubieten, zumal die Anlage nur gering ausgelastet war. Das Frühstück war qualitativ gut, allerdings nicht besonders reichhaltig. Gerade in dieser Preisklasse ist es überraschend, dass Extras wie ein Cappuccino zusätzlich berechnet werden. Auch der inkludierte Orangensaft war stark verdünnt und qualitativ enttäuschend – in Mexiko sind wir eigentlich frische, hochwertige Säfte gewohnt, was hier leider nicht der Fall war. Insgesamt hinterlässt das Hotel den Eindruck, an vielen Stellen zusätzliche Einnahmen generieren zu wollen, ohne dass die entsprechende Leistung dahintersteht

Le wifi ne fonctionne pas toujours très bien

Me gustó la habitación, el área de alberca, y la zona de playa aunque los camastros no estaban dispuestos, teníamos qué esperar a que los pusieran. Quién salvó muchas situaciones fue el "Choco" , personaje que atiende y trató siempre de resolver.

El servicio de desayuno fue pésimo, moscas, tardaron una hora en tomarnos la orden, a las 10 pm ya no hay servicio de cocina, te respondían tarde el chat porque no hay extensión directa al área de recepción

El desuyo mucho que desear, además del servicio muy lento. La lejanía del bullicio del centro de la isla parecía tener un plus, sin embargo se volvió un elemento de gasto, ya que como no hay nada a los alrededores, para todo hay que esta contratando taxis nada baratos.

Quiet location away from the town - gorgeous beach that really is the main attraction of the hotel. Rooms were nice with a comfy bed and everything was clean. Look if the hotel is also very nice

Breakfast wasn’t great - didn’t like the presentation and didn’t match the type of place they want to be. Breakfast food wasn’t very good either. Didn’t eat anything else whilst we stayed there. We changed rooms halfway through as there was a strange noise (probably water pipes) that was especially noticeable in the night and the connecting door in the room was so thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. It was super noisy - make sure to get a room without. The second room was great. I liked it being further away from the town but if you don’t intend to rent bikes or something else to get around it can be a bit of a trek to get anywhere.

Le cadre de l'hôtel est magnifique, au bord de la mer avec toute la végétation. Notre chambre était spacieuse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer en hauteur et le lit était très confortable.

Le restaurant n’est pas au standing de l'hôtel. Peu de choix et service trop lent. La pression de la douche était trop faible. La douche mettait 10 minutes pour chauffer. Le personnel était sympathique mais pas très professionnel comme pour un hôtel de ce standing. Plusieurs fois nous avons appelé à la réception via la chambre sans avoir de réponse au téléphone. La climatisation faisait du bruit à certains moments.

The property was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The location is amazing, just steps from the beach, and the atmosphere felt very peaceful and relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

There was nothing major to complain about. If anything, some areas could be slightly improved in terms of service speed, but overall it did not affect the experience.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour 2 nuits lors de notre séjour sur l’île. Nous avons passé les 2 premières nuits dans un hôtel plus proche du centre, puis 2 nuits ici, et c’était une excellente décision. L’hôtel est fabuleux, situé au bout de l’île, avec une plage magnifique et beaucoup plus calme. Les prestations sont excellentes : le personnel est vraiment top, très attentionné et toujours prêt à aider. Les chambres sont magnifiques, très confortables, et la piscine est également superbe. Le petit déjeuner gratuit est un vrai plus et très appréciable le matin. Nous avions un peu peur pour le Wi-Fi en lisant certains commentaires, mais nous n’avons rencontré absolument aucun problème pendant notre séjour. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons vraiment tout apprécié lors de notre séjour. En revanche, je tiens à rassurer les personnes qui pourraient hésiter parce que l’hôtel est situé un peu à l’écart du centre. Effectivement, il faut prendre un taxi si vous souhaitez vous rendre dans le centre, et le trajet coûte environ 200 pesos. Mais pour nous, cela n’a absolument pas été un frein et cela permet même de profiter d’un endroit beaucoup plus calme et agréable.

Le personnel est très sympathique, on est très bien reçu. La chambre est grande et spacieuse. Le cadre est chouette.

Certains équipements sont vieillot, ce n’est pas un standing cinq étoiles comme en France. Le service du petit déjeuner était très long. Le beach club mériterait de meilleures installations. Il faut noter que l’hôtel est à 30 minutes à pied du centre-ville, sinon c’est un taxi à 200 pesos, soit 10 €

At the beginning the staff were very friendly, making "luxurious" greeting. The whole place I would say is "luxurious wannabe" but reality was a little bit different. I made a few stays at top notch hotels, they pretended to be the same but small things were not working. The breakfast is very short a la carte list. Most probably we have been stolen in the hotel room (it was also our fault as we left the money on the table and I'm 90% sure that we had 500 peso more). The room was fine, with beautiful furniture, bed and paintings but it was open with the bathroom and the toilet was behind thin, glassy doors with many gaps to see your lovely wife thru them when you are doing your business. At the end? They charge you extra for "city tax" which was about 80 USD for 5 days, not a huge deal but it wasn't mentioned in booking.com, because of that we opened the dispute with booking. At the end? Bioluminescence and beautiful beaches close by, wonderful places, just don't pretend to be a place that you are not :) just a typical 4* European standard with luxurious talking.

The amenities are cool and very comfortable. Quick access to a clean and quiet beach, although beach club has nothing beyond some beds on the sand. Rooms are very nice and clean. The pool was quite relaxing.

This was my third time there, it has become a yearly tradition with my wife. This time I am very disappointed on the service. Management has clearly changed and the experience is not the same for a Hotel that competes on pricing vs other even newer boutiques concepts on the island. Staff promises to check on whatsapp chat constantly but 40 minutes later you get a reply. We found a huge alacran in the room and they say nothing to help. Check out experience was terrible, 30 minutes spent there, we almost lost out ferry due to this. They said they need to check the room to let you go and they spend a lot of time doing this. The food at the restaurant is not worth the price. The pizza is similar of the one you can buy at supermarket on the fridge. Breakfast included though was very complete and delicious. The pricing vs the original booked was changed as well with no reason, the booking price from the app was not respected.

Poorly managed staff an, who were very friendly nevertheless. Restaurant offerings need improvement (especially the included breakfast, which only had very limited options). No service at all at the pool.

We loved the hotel overall. We had a large suite which was fantastic with 2 kids. The staff was amazing and super friendly. Complimentary breakfast was also wonderful. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path so if you want to be in a quiet area and don't mind taking $10 taxi's to and from the main restaurants/nice beaches then I'd definitely recommend it. The beach at the hotel isn't that nice but still a beach. We enjoyed the quiet and did not mind taking taxi's every day.

Todo estuvo de maravilla. Excelente ubicacion para el descanso y confort. La comida estuvo muy rica. Por cierto, caminamos unos 5 minutos y llegamos al mjeor lugar para la bioluminiscencia.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Es liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das gefiel uns sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Tauchbecken und das haben wir auch sehr oft genutzt. Das Team im Restaurant ist sehr aufmerksam und das Frühstück ausgezeichnet.

Es gab sehr viel Moskitos und leider viel Sargassum Algen, aber dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt!

In the evenings, once the sun goes down, there tend to be quite a lot of mosquitoes specially around the pool. Maybe the hotel could look into ways to reduce this? It would make the area much more enjoyable.

El hotel en general tiene muy buenas instalaciones, pero lo que lo distingue es su personal, todos son muy amables, atentos y serviciales, te sientes acogido. El chef Eder excelente calidad en sus alimentos, sabor exquisito en todo. Marco una excelente atención en el restaurante. Muy serviciales y atentos te hacen sentir como en Casa.

They were flexible, communicative, and took full responsibility, ensuring my husband and I could still enjoy a magical weekend for his birthday. The hotel itself exceeded our expectations: 🌅 Room View: Truly spectacular—waking up to that view was unforgettable. 🍴 Food: Very tasty and freshly prepared. 🤝 Staff: Friendly, attentive, and efficient—the kind of service that makes you feel cared for. 🌊 Location: Perfectly set away from the hustle and bustle of town, yet only a 5-minute walk to the bay with bioluminescent plankton. Because of this, we could experience the magic of the glowing water on our own, without a tour, and still had time for the three-island tour and whale shark excursion. Naay Boutique Hotel turned what could have been a stressful situation into a seamless, memorable celebration. Highly recommend this hidden gem if you’re looking for a place that values its guests and offers both tranquility and adventure.

La posizione troppo isolata e non un vero fronte spiaggia. Le strutture in spiaggia erano obsolete e mal tenute.

La comodidad del hotel con todos los servicios agua caliente, aire acondicionado, cable y señal de internet además de la atención de su personal muy amables todos....tener a unos pasos la playa y poder disfrutar del inigualable atardecer y puesta de sol y después caminar a la orilla y disfrutar de la bioluminiscencia valió todo el viaje

A nuestra llegada faltaba el minibar pero en unos minutos llevaron uno...,y en otra habitación que también se hospedó parte de mi familia al final se estaba haciendo el cargo del consumo del minibar del hospedaje pasado por un error en su sistema dado que la evidencia tenía fechas anteriores a nuestro hospedaje todo se resolvió sin mayor problema....

I had to move rooms on the second day, and was told that I had no room until my new room was ready. Fairly expensive menu and very expensive local wine.

We booked with booking and got in the offer free airport transfer, bottle of wine and 15% reduction on food and drinks. WE GOT NOTHING, there answer was : IT WAS A BOOKING PLATFORM ERROR, UNFORTUNATELY THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE TRANSPORTATION INCLUDED, BUT WE CAN HELP YOU SCHEDULE IT WITH AN EXTERNAL AGENCY AT A COST
