I arrived late that night, and the staff made my son a burger, because we had not eaten yet, even though the kitchen had already closed. I was sO grateful for the kindness and great service from the team. Thank you for making a very stressful night, SO much better! Highly recommend.

Great hotel and facilities, the staff were incredibly friendly and we were very happy with the size of the room.

While not the hotels fault, the smell from the river, particularly when the wind blew was off putting. The hotel does very well to have air freshners everywhere so it is not that evident.

Very helpful staff across the hotel, nice gym and rooms are comfortable.

1. Room was freezzng ,old outdated airccon system ...so far in one corner i froze the whole night on the bed 2. When entered the room and used the basin sink..it leaked on the floor... fawl horrible sewer smell alloming in the room. Rooms should be maintained before a guest arrives.. 3. Although fixing happened while I was there.. the bathroom wasnt even mopped there after 4. Despite me making my dietary requirements know on arrival..this was not communicated to the chef. No hot meal was prepared for me..they then made a plan to make me bake beans as a take away. But served it to me with eggs...chefs should know the meaning of vegan/vegetarian... lucky i had fruits and tea and juice with some toast Not happy!!! After paying R2403 ..

Rooms very old, no fridge, aircon very old and loud. Bathrooms are very outdated and old. Shower was very old, toilet was halfway broken out of the wall. 3rd day of stay, we were not informed that the water would be off from 11:00 until 15:00

The hotel has a great view over the river. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is also a pathway to the Mall, but it is very quiet, so would not advise use after dark. Security is really good with a secure basement parking. Very central in Centurion, easy to find and easy to move around if you have business in the area.

The rooms are a bit dated, given the age of the hotel. The breakfast was no frills, very basic, and the staff did not even have the decency to offer a hot beverage, while they stood by chatting away.

Large rooms with comfortable bed, good selection of breakfast with fresh omelette option. The staff is everywhere to assist you. It is connected to the mall to select from other dining options but the hotel restaurant is good as well.

The equipment is a bit out of date but still working. Quite a long time was necessary to have a warm water.

La struttura è circondata da un muro elevato. Da' un senso di sicurezza. Sono passato di fretta e non ho potuto apprezzare ristorante e colazione. In generale un buon hotel.

The Hotel was an excellent choice. I had a spacious room with bathroom. The staff was very friendly and professional. The manager of the hotel was of outstanding professionalism. The hotel organises a great taxi service: the tax-driver was very welcoming and attentive to our needs, really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel has restaurant. At a walking distance, about 500 m, there is a train station: one stop and the train arrives in the center of Pretoria. The station is well organised.

Still waiting on my VAT invoice from the property despite calling and emailing them several times and stressing that it was urgent.

Breakfast was good, staff was mostly friendly and helpful and the room we were allocated was fair. Checking in and out were quick and easy and the staff at check-in were especially friendly and welcoming. We liked the general location of the hotel

Unfortunately we were allocated a room on the side of the building that fronts a busy, noisy highway, even though I specifically requested a quiet room, which made for very little and rather restless sleep.

Although my husband and I are quite agile, it was very difficult to get in and out of the bathtub to shower. Quite dangerous, actually, because it is poorly designed.

The reception team was excellent from check-in to assistance with luggage. I was checking out at 3am and they arrange to get my luggage from the room to the car even though there no porter service.

Loved the spacious rooms, lovely beds with decent linnen. Small touch like a wash cloth in bathroom was an extra bonus!

Unfortunately the Centurion lake seems a bit smelly but understandable it's out of hotels hands

The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise, absolutely delicious with lots of options. Staff in the restaurant were all lovely.

The hotel feels a little old and tired. While the room was clean the old carpet, very old air conditioner and really old bathroom affect the overall impression of the room and impacts negatively on the stay. There was also a damp musty smell. We had a view of the river which unfortunately, while not the hotel's fault, is very polluted and not very pleasant to look at.

Honestly not worth the money. Stayed in cheaper places that had better service and better facilities.
