Kein 4 Sterne Standard im Verhältnis zu andere 4 Sterne Hotels Liegen beim Pool, Vögel kacken ständig von den Bäumen herunter Lobby und Hotelgänge auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne würdig

Vse je bilo odlično in z veseljem se bom še kdaj vrnila. Osebje super prijazno, lokacija TOP, sobe prostorne, hrana okusna, kaj bi si človek še želel, razen da ostane še kakšen teden ☺️

El desayuno espectacular! La piscina, las tumbonas. Todo espectacular

Superb amplasata pe plajă, plaja de pini superbă, view-ul din camera direct pe plaja. Exceptional. Super curatenie in camere, totul nou si f bine ingrijit. Micul dejun bun. Ne dorim sa revenim chiar daca pretul este destul de piperat.

Nu pot spune ca nu ne-a placut neaparat, insa am fi preferat sa existe o ușă normala (nu glisanta) intre living si dormitor. Izolarea fonica nu este neaparat cea mai ok(se auzeau zgomotele de la ceilalti oaspeti), si pretul destul de piperat, insa ne-a placut enorm si ne dorim sa mai revenim daca ne mai permitem.

Toller Ausblick aus der Junior Suite, moderne Einrichtung, gutes Frühstück. Sehr sauber!

Ganz schlechtes Abendessen. Weder Auswahl noch Geschmack. Personal brennt nicht besonders für seinen Arbeitgeber und die Gäste. Gute Stimmung ist nicht zu spüren. Eine Bedienung hat uns jeden Morgen gebeten, ihr das dreckige Geschirr zu reichen während wir in Gesprächen waren. Würde ich selbst den Tisch abräumen wollen, hätte ich eine Ferienwohnung mit Selbstverpflegung gebucht. Kein Allioli an der Poolbar. Ein Snack der für mich einfach in ein spanisches Hotel gehört. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Wir waren zu zweit im Sofia Alcudia Beach und haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Das Hotel liegt direkt am wunderschönen, flach abfallenden Sandstrand der Bucht von Alcúdia. Für uns war die Lage auch ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Bike-Touren rund um Alcúdia. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf den Bikes und konnten so die wunderschöne Umgebung auf eine ganz besondere Art entdecken. Unser Zimmer war modern, sauber und ausreichend gross. Auch die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel hat bei uns einen sehr guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Ein besonderes Highlight war das Frühstücksbuffet. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und vor allem das frische und ausgesprochen schmackhafte Brot ist uns positiv in Erinnerung geblieben. Besonders schön fanden wir, dass man draussen essen und frühstücken konnte. In dieser gemütlichen Atmosphäre den Tag zu beginnen, war einfach herrlich und sorgte bereits am Morgen für richtiges Feriengefühl. Ein grosses Kompliment geht auch an das Personal. Wir haben die Mitarbeitenden im gesamten Hotel als sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit erlebt und haben uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Für uns war es eine tolle Kombination aus Strand, Erholung, gutem Essen und sportlichen Bike-Touren rund um Alcúdia. Genau so stellen wir uns schöne und abwechslungsreiche Ferien vor. Wir haben uns im Sofia Alcudia Beach sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung und hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Mal!

Jammern auf hohem Niveau: Die von meiner Frau gebuchte Sportmassage entsprach leider nicht den Erwartungen und wirkte für sie nicht wie eine professionelle Sportmassage. Die anderen angebotenen Massagearten können wir jedoch nicht beurteilen.

Hotel usytuowany przy ładnej plaży. Bardzo wygodne i czyste leżaki, spłukiwane codziennie przez personal. Ładna restauracja, dobre śniadania i kolacje. Przy barze można zamówić coś na obiad. Dużo rodzin z dziećmi ale to nie przeszkadzało.

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht negativ beeinflusst haben. Es hätte ein bisschen sauberer sein können - Flecken auf Handtücher und Bademantel. Glasscheiben im Badezimmer finde ich persönlich nicht so gut…

Apartmány sú len pár krokov od mora.Krasny výhľad z apartmánu, ktorý je dostatočne veľký.Každodenné upratovanie.Ochotný a usmievavý personál.Bazén je výborný.Výhodou je tiež možnosť prechádzok po promenáde do blízkeho prístavu.

Priestory v apartmánovom dome si pýtajú vymaľovanie.Pri dalsom pobyte by sme zvažili večere.

Que los menores usaban la pileta en todo su espacio y no se podía acceder que había muchos bebés con sus padres en la pileta acaparando todo el sector que por estar lleno de familias con niños muy pequeños el desayuno era particularmente ruidoso

Lovely hotel and plenty to do, everything shuts early and no spirits from the bar until after 6PM. Shame maids seem to help themselves to items out your room during a clean despite putting a sign on the door asking not to be cleaned.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Sofia Alcudia We were very happy with our stay at Hotel Sofia Alcudia. The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was perfect for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The hotel looks nice and clean. The room we booked was big. It is small hotel, but pleasant for a short stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is very touristic but you have all amenities around. Overall the mood is relaxed and calm.

It was impossible to adjust the A/C temperature from within the room. Complained about it and they sent a technician a couple of times, the first time they just turned it off, the second time after we insisted, the technician revisited in our presence and explained to me that I cannot set the temperature I want, only the intensity. As a result, you would freeze if you let the A/C turned on the whole night (did it one night and temperature fell to 21!) or boil from the heat, if you chose to turn it off. This is very bad, each person has different preferences about the temperature in their room and should be able to set the A/C according to it. Also it is very bad for the environment to constantly have the A/C ON. Second thing that in our opinion was bad is the fact that there is no switch to turn off the lights in the balcony. Called reception the first night to ask about it and they told us it is centrally managed and someone turns of the lights around midnight. Asked them if they could turned it off earlier and they were kind enough to turn it off at 23:00, but the following days the lights turned off after midnight (did not want to complaint again about it). This is annoying if you want to sit and relax in the balcony, not to mention that lights attract mosquitos (the whole are has a few, get your repellent in hand). Finally, the food: Breakfast was OK, but we were disappointed by the dinner. Not much variety and the quality was below average. We were expecting something better from a 4-star hotel. P.S.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach and the breakfast buffet was probably the highlight. That said, we had no running water or electricity for half a day, and the room occasionally had an unpleasant odour coming through the AC. Breakfast ran to very strict timings which felt a little inflexible. The staff try hard though there was a sense of tourist fatigue at times

Położenie hotelu, kameralny, czysto, bardzo kulturalnie . Każdy pokój miał widok na morze.

Hôtel à taille humaine, très bien situé au bord d’une superbe et grande plage d’eau turquoise et chaude. La chambre est spacieuse. Même en chambre avec vue sur jardin, nous avons un bout de vue sur la mer.

Le prix est élevé et la nourriture en demi-pension pourrait être améliorée.

Die Lage war spitze, vom Pool direkt an den Strand. Das Essen an der Pool Bar war köstlich! Auch das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sehr schön & geräumig.

Wie schon zuvor beschrieben, gehen nicht Hotel Gäste einfach auf das Gelände um sich am Pool zu duschen… da würde vielleicht helfen das Tor mit einem Code, nur für Hotel Gäste, zu schließen.

Bliskość plaży i duży basen . Piękna plaża z łagodnym zejściem i bardzo czystą wodą. Dobre jedzenie na śniadaniu i kolacji. Wszystko świeże i smaczne . Czyste i duże, wygodne pokoje.

Śniadania powinny być do 11. W restauracji 1-n litr Sangeii nie był 1-m litrem tylko mniejszą pojemscią . Jak zwróciłam uwagę kelnerowi to przy następnym zamówieniu było więcej ale dolano po prostu więcej wody przez co smak był już nie ten.

Das Hotel ist günstig gelegen und optisch sehr ansprechend (eines der schönsten am Strand). Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend und kümmert sich umgehend um alle Anliegen. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und beinhaltet Champagner. Das Zimmer ist sauber und mit frischer, weißer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet. Die Zimmerreinigung erfolgt täglich.

Der Poolbereich verfügt über eine wunderschöne Rasenfläche mit Liegestühlen, aber es gibt einen Haken. Zwar spenden die Pinien bis zum Mittagessen Schatten (die äussersten Liegestühle sind bis 15:00 Uhr abgeschirmt), danach findet man nirgends mehr Schatten. Es wäre toll, wenn das Personal den Gästen auf Anfrage Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung stellen würde. Der Rasen ist zudem Tag für Tag mit demselben Müll übersät (ein Eisstiel, ein Pflaster, ein Haufen Nüsse usw.). Obwohl er täglich bewässert wird, das Personal kümmert sich nicht darum. Wir beschwerten uns an der Rezeption, und ein Mitarbeiter nahm dies zur Kenntnis, doch am nächsten Morgen lag der ganze Müll wieder da, wo er hingehörte. Und dann ist da noch der Eingang. Das Tor zum Strand ist immer offen, und es gibt keinen Sicherheitsdienst. Fremde kommen von der Strasse herein und nutzen Pool, Duschen und Toiletten kostenlos. Das ist unfair gegenüber den Gästen, die für diese Annehmlichkeiten bezahlen, und ausserdem unsicher, da Handys, Tablets und teure Brillen auf den Tischen neben den Liegestühlen herumliegen. Die Rezeption hat versprochen, das Problem zu beheben. Ich würde das wirklich gerne glauben, denn das Hotel ist eigentlich sehr gut und ich könnte es meinen Freunden empfehlen.

E' la seconda volta consecutiva che soggiorniamo all'Hotel Sofia Alcudia Beach e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo staff é molto gentile e disponibile e la pulizia della struttura é ottima. Ottima é anche la posizione dell'hotel che si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia.

Il cancello dell'hotel, che dà accesso diretto alla spiaggia, è sempre aperto durante il giorno e, di conseguenza, abbiamo notato che, in più di un'occasione, persone non ospiti entravano per utilizzare i bagni, le docce e la piscina.

l'emplacement est top, à 20 mètres de la plage et des transats/Parasols, de l'ombre bénéfique grâce aux Pins Parasols côté piscine. Chambre de bonne taille, rangement un peu limité, bonne literie, salle de bain agréable, balcon avec deux chaises et table appréciable, mais curieusement pas de bouilloire ni cafetière ... pour un 4 étoiles un peu décevant. Personnel souriant et sympathique.

Le lieu où le petit déjeuner est servi est tristounet .... en contre bas sans vu alors que la piscine et plage sont tout près comme décor de rêve.. par contre la vue est top au bar restaurant, mais la cuisine servi est un peu décevante. Exemple, salade César avec morceaux de poulet ridicule et pâte sauce ketchup.....

Tolles Frühstück, praktisch dass Pool & Strand/Meer so nahe beisammen sind, meistens ruhige Stimmung am Pool. Personal sehr freundlich, an Reception äusserst hilfsbereit

Fiquei hospedade uma semana, a comida foi sempre muito boa e os funcionários de uma atenção notável, sentimo-nos muito bem neste hotel. A limpeza foi feita com bastante frequência e o hotel é bastante confortável, não dava vontade de sair do hotel com a piscina e a praia mesmo "à porta".

O quarto não tinha chaleira nem maquina de café e solicitei um microoandas porque viajei com uma bebe e não foi possível garantir. O hotel não tem estacionamento mas consegui quase sempre estacionar o carro com facilidade, apenas tive alguma dificuldade no fim-de-semana. Aponto estes pontos apenas para melhoria porque adorei a estadia e voltaria ao hotel sem dúvidas.

Úžasný hotel se skvělým personálem. Pokoje jsou hezké, klimatizované, většina z nich má výhled na moře. Vybrali jsme si apartmán a měli tak k dispozici i kuchyňku, což bylo skvělé. Poloha hotelu je famózní, hned u pláže. Dalo se zaparkovat hned v bezprostřední blízkosti každý den kromě víkendu, kdy se ulice zaplnily místními. Personál byl jak v recepci, tak v restauraci vždy skvělý. Celkově jsme si pobyt velmi užili a přijedeme rádi znovu.

Hotel investuje spoustu energie do vybavení, čistoty a celkové spokojenosti hostů a je to vidět na každém kroku. BOHUŽEL se to nedá říct o jídle, které je i přes velký výběr průměrné kvality. Ještě by se to dalo pochopit u bufetu, ale týkalo se to i jídla v Pool baru, které je na objednávku. Pokud by se tohle zlepšilo, tak by hotel neměl jedinou chybu.

Das Zimmer und besonders das Badezimmer waren sehr schön. Frühstück war sehr vielseitig.

Das Hotel ist eher auf Familien mit Kleinkindern ausgelegt. Sehr touristische Lage. Der Frühstücksraum war kalt und ungemütlich, glich eher einer Kantine.

hotel perfetto per passare una vacanza in famiglia. posizione comodissima con accesso diretto alla spiaggia. le camere pulite e spaziose; la nostra aveva un piccolo giardino e potevamo uscire direttamente per la piscina o la spiaggia; personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

purtroppo la spiaggia di alcudia è di fronte al porto, quindi durante il giorno passano traghetti e barche.

Kleines Hotel, Zugang zum Strand 1a, Liegewiese und Liegestühle perfekt, einwandfreier Service, Snackmöglichkeiten bestens. Bis ganz in der Nähe, unkompliziert mit den Tickets; toll um rasch an den Hafen oder in die Altstadt zukommen.

Keine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer - schade.

Schöne Unterkunft, große Zimmer Poolbereich toll mit natürlichem Schatten, nur wenige Meter zum Meer. Personal außerordentlich nett und zuvorkommend

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia Alcudia Beach Hotel. One of the biggest highlights was the hotel's private access to the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sea whenever we wanted. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from every morning. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a day at the beach. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent location, cleanliness, and fantastic food. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alcudia.

Pokój był duży i przestronny z widokiem na morze. Hotel był cichy bez żadnych atrakcji co pozwalało odpocząć i wyciszyć się. Można znaleźć miejsce na leżakach zarówno w cieniu jak i na słońcu. Jedzenie było pyszne a obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Bardzo blisko plaży.

My wife and I stayed a week at this resort in a sea view junior suite. We had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Highlights were the breakfast, the views, the staff and the location.

日にちを間違えて予約してしまっていたことに到着前日に気がついて連絡したところ、すでに満室で変更が難しかったところを代案を出してくれてどうにかアレンジしてくれた。

Lovely smallish hotel. Very clean. Staff friendly & helpful. Our suite was lovely. Lounge area with sofa, table, chair, wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Safe & robes provided. Air con too. Balcony with 2 chairs & table. No kettle or tea/coffee in room. Bedroom with sliding door. Comfy bed, blackout curtains. Big bathroom with rain shower plus handheld shower too. There is a window between bedroom & bathroom which i didnt like. I like a bit of privacy when using the bathroom. Maybe a blind should be available to pull down if you choose. Stayed on b&b basis. Good choice for breakfast. I feel this hotel is primarily for Germans as didn't see many English people staying here. Pool which doesn't get sun until afternoon. Mostly used by families with their kids. A lot of kids here. Sunbeds available but again people putting their towels on sunbeds early & not actually using the beds until later on in the day. This is a pet peeve of mine & staff should remove these if not in use. Had lunch at hotel a few times which was good. Their pizzas are very delicious. Beach is a minute walk away, with golden sand & a stunning shallow bay to swim in. Parasols & beds are €18 a day! Locals come to the beach at weekends with their families, so is very busy & can be noisy. People walking up & down selling scarfs, fruit, drinks offering massages, so be prepared to say "no gracias every 10 mins or so! Supermarkets, bars & restaurants all within walking distance. All in all had a lovely time.

We had an amazing stay at Sofia Alcudia Beach hotel, everything was super clean, we had a nice view, the breakfast was delicious and various. The Russian-speaking girl and her colleagues were amazingly friendly and really helpful with everything we needed or asked. It was such a great experience

Perfect location - right on the beach and a lovely 20 minute stroll into town. Spotlessly clean. Staff are lovely and friendly. Service in the pool bar was fab and the cocktails were fantastic!

The hotel is fresh and modern. The mattress was fantastic. Great value for money, the breakfast buffet was limited and the hot items usually cold. Apart from that fantastic location and my husband said he would definitely stay there again

Het personeel is supervriendelijk. Het ontbijt is heel lekker en uitgebreid. De kamers ruim en netjes. Het hotel heeft een ideale ligging. In de buurt heel wat restaurantjes maar toch rustig. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !!

Alles was super. Als ik één minpuntje mag opgeven dan had ik graag naast de douchegel ook een bodylotion gezien in de badkamer.

O hotel é excelente, tudo muito claro, limpo e organizado. Funcionários atenciosos. Localização muito boa, próximo a ponto de ônibus para se deslocar a Alcudia e outras praias. Café da manhã dos deuses. Amei o hotel.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel mit einer guten Atmosphäre. Sehr sehr nettes Personal, gutes Essen und vorbildlicher Sauberkeit der gesamten Anlage.

تصميم كئيب إفطار أقل من عادي بل سيئ وغير متنوع تكييف سيئ سرير غير مريح لا يتم توفير مناديل لا يتم توفير مياه شرب كراسي البحر التي أمام الفندق غير تابعة لهم وغير مجانية ولا يوجد خصم لسكان الفندق حتى. لا اعلم كيف يتم تصنيفه أربع نجوم! ثلاث نجوم كحد اقصى وبعد المجاملات.

Hotel is clean internally, towels changed daily, breakfast has a nice selction. Now that being said, you cant get fresh pool/ beach towels everyday only every 3 days after a deposit must be left for these. The hotel dont own the chairs on the beach and 10 euros must be paid per chair. Also be prepared for consistent hounding from beach sellers. Pool bar staff are honestly incompetent with ability to serve the correct drinks ordered especially coffees and anything to do with ice. Ice in this hotel is treated like gold dust, the staff will refuse to serve you a few cubes in a cup for water unless you make a purchase everytime.... imagine paying 300 a night for a 4* to be refused ice and rudely turned away from whilst requesting to speak to management. Wont be back, quite frankly embarrassing for a hotel of this nature.
