Reviewed Sep 15, 2026We stayed in Bonavida Palms, sea view apartment. The location is amazing, only couple of steps and you are on the beach. There is a wonderful beach bar with great coffee cocktails and snacks. Stuff at the bar was super kind and helpful. View from our room is stunning and we were waking up every morning with the most beautiful sunrise. We stayed with our baby so being able to be so close to the beach was super helpful. Backyard is beautiful with gorgeous sun beds that were always available no matter how many guests there were.
Sound proofing and isolation of the rooms is really bad. We could hear the people talking coughing and slamming the doors all day and all night. Bathroom doesn’t have windows that you can close so feel like you’re sharing bathrooms with other residents (babies crying people showering and all the other stuff people are doing in the bathroom). To clarify you cannot see other bathrooms but the sound is loud and clear. Doors are a bit old and need a bit maintenance they are too loud and the balcony doors could use a better isolation and sound proofing.

2 vriendinnen hebben later geboekt en zij zijn verplaatst naar een ander gebouw van Bonavida 350 meter verderop. Jammer dat het niet duidelijk wordt vermeld met de boeking.

Завтраки вкусные, но совсем без овощей. Я такое видел впервые. Огурец, помидор или перец точно были бы не лишними.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The room facing the beach (stunning!), the attentive staff, the room decor, the location (right on the beach, half way between Alciudia Port & the Bellevue strip so more great restaurants & bars than is possible to visit in one holiday). There were also plenty of water activities to please our 7 year old daughter.
I knew the Pines building was where the swimming pool when I booked so not a criticism really (I chose to be closer to the beach in the Palms building), but there is a short walk between the 2 buildings of approximately 5 minutes which caused a bit of moaning from my 7 year old daughter!

We love every bit of it - the apartments are comfy and have nice views, the garden is lovely, the staff is super nice, helpful and friendly. The beach is literally 20m away and the sea view with the palms is fantastic. The breakfast and the sandwiches are also very good and the cocktails are an absolute highlight. And the port area with a lot of restaurants is also within walking distance (25-30 minutes).

Es ist unglaublich hellhörig! Falls jemand glaubt, er fährt zur Erholung dort hin wird schnell merken, dass er in der Nacht kein Auge zu drückt. Sie haben mittlerweile Ohropax im Bad zur Verfügung gestellt - wusste von Anfang an, dass das kein gutes Zeichen ist. Das trübt den Rest des Hotels wirklich sehr und das ist schade.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass es 1) wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos sein kann und 2) dann in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner. Das Personal immer aufmerksam und immer ein Lächeln im Gesicht. Alles fühlt sich leicht an. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum! (Insb. Classico) Die Appartements großzügig, hell und sauber. Im Garten sind immer Liegen oder Daybeds frei. Der Strand beginnt direkt hinter dem Gartentor und der Sand ist absurd fein und Sauber. Für Kinder gibt es Schaufeln, Eimer und viel mehr zum Ausleihen. In der Nähe einen Spielplatz im Pinienwäldchen. Super Restaurants in 10-15 Minuten Gehentfernung. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Parkplätze tagsüber knapp. Aber abends kann man schnell mal näher am Hotel parken. Gerade zum Einladen am nächsten Tag bei den Temperaturen sehr gut.
Wenn man sich darüber ärgern möchte, dass der eine Griff der Schiebetür wackelig ist, weil die Tür keinen Stopper hat, dann ist es auch schon alles, was man an diesem Hotel auszusetzen hat. Aber auch nur, wenn man möchte.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die freundlichen Damen an der Rezeption – stets herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ein echtes Highlight: sehr lecker, frisch und mit einer tollen Auswahl. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

I was disappointed that the booking did not clearly explain that Bonavida has two separate buildings (Palm and Pines). I expected to stay in the Palm building, but after checking in there, I had to carry 10 pieces of luggage about 300 meters to the Pines building. There was no luggage transportation service, which was very inconvenient, especially for a family of five. We were also assigned rooms on different floors, and the staff couldn’t accommodate us on the same floor. Our room only had a side garden view, which was below our expectations. I hope the property improves by making the building information much clearer on Booking.com, providing luggage assistance between buildings, installing an elevator at the Pines building, and trying to accommodate families on the same floor whenever possible

Just too noisy. It is really not possible to sleep and get rest. Such a shame because the location is just amazing. There is constant banging of doors from 6am to 2am or more. Plus you hear everything from other rooms, from outside, from people walking up and down the stairs, from bar downstairs. From the house keeping banging constantly the door next to the bar from early on...We asked if the housekeeping could be more careful, but there was no change...l think if they invested in the doors (you have to bang your door to close your room) it would already help a bit.

This place is sold as a wellness and relaxation experience. It was the complete opposite. I left four days early, losing money, because the stay was so bad. Management takes care of exactly the wrong thing. Gardeners ran chainsaws for about five hours straight in the middle of the day. So much for relaxation. It was normal garden work, not an emergency, and could have been done another time. Cut grass landed on our clothes on the balcony, and cockroaches came into the apartment afterward. When we complained, management claimed local law requires monthly pruning. That law does not exist. No apology, no solution, just rude and dismissive. The apartment itself was in bad shape: torn mattress with the foam showing, old rusty fridge. Not exactly the wellness experience from the photos. Also important: there are two separate properties under this listing. Palm is on the beach with the advertised bar and breakfast. Pines is five blocks away with none of that. The main booking page only shows Palm, and the difference appears only in the small print at room selection. It's very easy to book Pines thinking you're getting the beachfront property. That's what happened to us, and we only realized at check-in. If you want the quiet, relaxing stay they promise, book somewhere else.

There is no private parking for guests (you park on the street behind the apartments - which is not a problem in general but the street is very full during the weekend as people come to the beach).

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026A szállás közvetlenül a tengerparton található, a kertből nyílik a homokos part. Napközben a kertben található bárból lehet fogyasztani amíg pihensz. Mindenki nagyon kedves volt velünk, és segítőkész. A parkolás a környező utcákban nagyon egyszerű és ingyenes.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Besonders toll ist die Lage direkt am Strand, unbedingt Meerblick auf das worklich türkisblaue Wasser buchen! Der ruhige gepflegte Garten mit ausreichend Liegemöglichkeiten und Loungemöbeln, einer kleinen Kaffee-/ Cocktailbar, und alle superfreundliche Mitarbeitende- diese muss man besonders erwähnen, das war herausragend! Shuttleservice über die Rezeption gebucht zum Flughafen- das hat sowohl bei Hin- als auch Rückreise perfekt funktioniert. Die Appartements sind absolut sauber, vom Balkon aus hat man einen wunderbaren Meerblick. Das Motto slow life war im positiven Sinne erlebbar, es war ruhig in der kleinen Anlage, alle Speisen und Getränke werden in sehr guter Qualität angeboten. Wir fühlten uns ab dem 1. Tag wohl, entschleunigt und entspannt.
Die Appartements waren recht basic mit unglaublich harten Matratzen und Betten und damit nicht sehr bequem, eine elektrische Kaffee- oder Kapselmaschine ist heute eigentlich Standard und hätten wir uns gewünscht- vielleicht ja beim nächsten Mal.;-) Frühstück haben wir selbst gemacht, da 19€/Person tgl. uns dann doch zu viel waren. Aber das kann man ja problemlos machen, kl. Sparmärkte sind fußläufig gut erreichbar.
