It is unacceptable to pay 300 euros for a night's stay and not have shower gel and hand soap for 3 days... Paid extra for a room with a view of the pool and got a room from which the pool cannot be seen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Astoria Playa et en repartons avec une impression extrêmement positive. Un grand bravo tout d’abord à l’ensemble du personnel, quel que soit le service : accueil, restauration, entretien… Nous avons rencontré partout des personnes professionnelles, disponibles, souriantes et attentionnées. C’est vraiment l’un des points forts de l’établissement. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans les chambres que dans les parties communes. Nous avions choisi la demi-pension et avons été particulièrement satisfaits : le buffet du dîner est varié, de qualité et très bien présenté. Même constat pour le petit-déjeuner, très complet et excellent. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts. L’ensemble de l’hôtel est très agréable et les prestations sont d’un excellent niveau. S’il fallait malgré tout trouver un petit point à améliorer, ce serait peut-être la literie qui, à notre goût, n’est pas tout à fait au même niveau que l’excellence générale de l’établissement. Cela reste cependant un détail au regard de la qualité globale de notre séjour. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de l’Astoria Playa et nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

Le club et le restaurant (buffet du soir)

L’insonorisation (bruits de la route extérieure). Les chambres toutes blanches sans décoration (impersonnel) L’accès à l’eau potable (2 petites bouteilles seulement par jour et par chambre). Il manque des fontaines à eau à tous les étages pour boire. Le mobilier de la chambre (armoire de rangement IKEA très bas de gamme)

La comida es increíble. Tanto el desayuno como la cena. El personal súper amable dispuesto siempre a ayudar. Resaltar a Albany en el restaurante que fue fantástica su atención en todo momento increible su saber estar y disposición en todo momento.

Las camas tienen problemas con colchones que se hunden en zona del centro. Nos quejamos y nos cambiaron de habitación. La situación mejoró pero no del todo. Un hotel de esta categoría creo debe cuidar mas los detalles tan importantes como cama y almohadas sobre todo para los que es muy importante un buen descanso.

Localização, muito perto da praia (4minutos a caminhar); restaurante excelente, com possibilidade de pequeno almoço e jantar; entretenimento, com música ao vivo à noite; simpatia dos funcionários.

Insonorização pouco eficaz, aconselho a quem é mais sensível ao barulho a levar tampões para os ouvidos. Nada mais a referir.

Das Essen ist sensationell! Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die beiden Pools sind ebenfalls toll (ein ruhiger und einer mit Musik). Die Livemusik am Abend ist auch cool. Die Lage ist nicht weit vom Strand und in der Umgebung gibt es viele Läden. Auch das Fitnessstudio lässt keine Wünsche offen.

Die Bettmatratzen sind bequem aber für den ein oder anderen evtl. ein kleines bisschen durchgelegen

Das Essen war gut, das gesamte Personal immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Mein Zimmer war groß und hatte einen Whirlpool eine tolle Dusche. Vom Balkon aus konnte man das Meer sehen. Mir hat das Hotel von der Aufmachung und der Atmosphäre her insgesamt sehr gut gefallen obwohl es mir leicht zu steril wirkt.

Locaux et personnel agréables Proximité de la plage et des magasins

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, aucune fontaine à eau mise à disposition. Obligation de commander de l'eau en bouteille, facturée bien sûr. Dans la chambre, la salle de bain/toilettes n'est séparée de l'espace nuit que par une cloison vitrée. Quand on se rend aux commodités en pleine nuit, on réveille obligatoirement son partenaire. Il manque un support pour poser la valise. Nous avons dû utiliser le tabouret de la coiffeuse à la place. Le coffre-fort n'est pas facile à utiliser, malgré la notice. Nous avons dû solliciter une personne de l'accueil pour le mettre en service. 1 seul ascenseur pour desservir l'ensemble des chambres donc beaucoup d'attente (impossibilité de prendre les escaliers car partenaire à mobilité réduite). La PISCINE "KIMERA" devrait plutôt s'appeler PISCINE "HOLIDAY ON ICE", en raison de son sol glissant et dangereux pour regagner les transats. En 1 heure de temps, je suis tombée (j'ai glissé les 2 pieds en avant ce qui m'a occasionné un choc à la tête et une entorse au poignet) et une autre personne a également chuté. Quand j'ai signalé cet incident à l'accueil de l'hôtel, il m'a été totalement imputable et en aucun cas, ils n'ont remis en question la non-qualité du revêtement du sol (carrelage lisse, sans aucune accroche).

Die Lage ist super, einige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Es gibt zwei Pools - einer mit einem DJ und ein ruhiger. Beides war im Preis miteinbegriffen (Ich glaube jedoch dass der Pool mit DJ demnächst auch für Hotelgäste kostenpflichtig wird). Man konnte jeden Tag sein Zimmer putzen lassen und frische Handtücher verlangen. Zudem war das ganze Personal extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit wird haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Ausserdem lohnt sich das Zimmer mit Whirlpool sehr.

Die Handtücher waren zum Teil dreckig. Aber wir haben auch direkt frische bekommen.

That was our second time in this hotel, and we have again enjoyed our stay. The staff is particularly kind and communicative , and that is an important point for us. The food is great, lot of variety - it is unlikely not to find something you like. It's possible to have the breakfast and the evening dinner outside the you can enjoy the summer feeling. The evening shows are good. Our room was large (suiteon 6th floor) and clean. We will for sure come back again as we do like Alcudia and this hotel.

Showers did not work properly at the pool and in my opinion there should be more toilets near it (the existing ones are quite far and unique). Small detail : I did not like the smell of the soap provided in the room. It might be natural but though for me shower gel should smell good.

Algunas cosas de las habitaciones para comentar.Han sido siete días fantásticos, las instalaciones están muy bien, el desayuno y la cena han estado muy bien, mención a parte me merecen todos los empleados con los que he tenido el placer de encontrarme han sido maravillosos, profesionales, resolviendo todas las dudas cualquier cosa que les pedíamos siempre con una sonrisa, personal de limpieza , recepción,equipo de desayunos y cenas, el equipo de las barras de las piscinas, en fin todos os merecéis un + 10!

No es que no me gustara pero las suites ganarían más a mi parecer sin el jacuzzi en medio de la habitación,la habitación es grande pero la distribución queda pequeña por ese motivo, me gustan los cuartos de baño separados de la área de dormir, me relajan mucho más y sobretodo que al compartir habitación no te mueves con libertad por la noche sin despertar a la otra persona. No sé cómo son las otras habitaciones. Al final te acostumbras pero prefiero la intimidad de los espacios.

The room was basic but very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and I really liked the modern style. The white walls, white bedding, and overall white décor gave the room a fresh, clean feel, which I really appreciated. The beach club linked to the hotel was fantastic. There was a DJ playing every day, and on Saturday we had a live singer who was excellent. On Sunday, there was a very good bongo/drum player accompanying the DJ, which created a great atmosphere. The service at the beach club was excellent, with very attentive and friendly staff. I understand that from 2027 the hotel may be charging guests €20 per day to use the beach club, but we were lucky enough to have access included for free during our stay. The food at the beach club was also reasonably priced and added to the overall experience.

I wish they had separate shampoo and body wash, but there was hair conditioner provided, which was a nice touch.

El horario de cenas es demasiado pronto, a las 9 ya no puedes casi cenar. La cama no es muy cómoda y suena mucho. Es un hotel pensado para extranjeros más que para españoles

Overall, I was quite disappointed with this property. It advertises itself as a four-star hotel, but the rooms were very basic and lacked the comfort you would expect at that standard. The beds were particularly uncomfortable, with very noisy springs. I mentioned this to reception on two separate occasions, but unfortunately nothing was done to address the issue. There was also black mould in the shower, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the housekeeping staff did an excellent job and the rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. We stayed on a half-board basis. While breakfast was very good with a wide variety of options, dinner was disappointing. The menu changed very little from day to day, there were almost no fresh vegetables, and the salad selection was limited and repetitive. The staff throughout the hotel were consistently friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. However, overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for the quality of the accommodation and dining experience provided.

Das Abendessen war sehr vielfältig und abwechslungsreich. Es gab eine große Auswahl an vegetarischen und veganen Speisen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Beim Frühstück haben wir uns mehr Abwechslung beim Essen gewünscht. Die Zimmer wirken zudem sehr kühl und ungemütlich. Die Betten sind leider nicht besonders bequem. Das Doppelbett bestand auf zwei Bettgestellen, die nebeneinander gestellt wurden.

Em geral, o hotel é perfeito para um estadia longa. Os quartos são grandes, espaçosos, novos e sempre limpos. Temos acesso às duas piscinas do hotel e conseguimos sempre espreguiçadeira. A comida de pequeno-almoço era muito boa, variada e sempre fresca.

Os horários de pequeno-almoço e jantar são reduzidos. Por exemplo, o jantar começa às 19:30h e termina às 21:30h o que acaba por ser muito cedo se as pessoas quiserem ficar na praia até tarde e aproveitar o dia. Para além disso, as 20h já não havia várias coisas e não repõem.

We had a suite with the jacuzzi bath, be prepared it takes a very long time to fill the bath so you’re probably not going to use it each day, also in this room the toilet itself is just inside a glass door with gaps around the edge , there’s no real seperate bathroom area so you don’t have a lot of privacy from a sound perspective when using the toilet.

Literie du lit très ordinaire ( deux draps plats) Malgré l’offre de demi pension, nous n’avions pas accès à aucune eau sur le site à l’exception d’eau embouteillée payante 3,50 euros..500ml. L’eau est essentielle et devrait être disponible en tout temps.

Leider sehr sehr laut vor allem wenn man ein Zimmer neben dem Treppenaufgang hat. Meistens sind wir schon um 06:30 aufgeweckt worden, das hat leider mit Erholung nichts zutun. Der Beach Club neben an ist leider auch etwas schmutzig.

Absolutely amazing hotel, everything was perfect, start to finish. We had half board, great food, lovely staff, service was top notch, they truly thought of everything. The location is 3 minutes walk from an amazing beach, and the hotel itself has 2 separate swimming pools if you prefer that. Whatever you need the staff is there to help. I genuinely don't have a single negative thing to say. When we're back in Mallorca, I know exactly where we're staying again.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich großartig. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super – vor allem zahlt sich die Halbpension vollkommen aus. Das Essen war besser als in jedem anderen Hotel. Wirklich alles, was wir probiert haben, war köstlich. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet und die Terrasse ist sehr groß. Es wurde immer sehr gründlich geputzt. Wenn wir einmal verschlafen haben, wurden wir am Nachmittag vom Personal angerufen und gefragt, ob wir zumindest neue Handtücher brauchen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir hatten zwar ein Auto, haben es aber kaum genutzt. Der Strand ist nur 2–3 Minuten entfernt. Es gibt eine tolle kleine Einkaufsstraße gleich ums Eck, einen Bankomaten direkt neben dem Hotel und auch Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die braucht man allerdings nicht, weil das Essen im Hotel hervorragend ist. Das Bett war für uns perfekt. Es war nicht zu weich, wie manche schreiben. Es gibt zwei Pools, beide sind super. Die Liegen sind sehr bequem und die Sonnenschirme lassen sich sehr gut verstellen, sodass man jederzeit selbst entscheiden kann, ob man lieber Sonne oder Schatten möchte.

Es ist nicht schlimm aber, was uns den Aufenthalt angenehmer machen würde ist eine bessere Tür zum WC und ein kleiner Mistkübel im Zimmer. Das hat uns extrem gefehlt um Kleinigkeiten wegzuschmeißen die man ja tagtäglich hat.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Jeden Tag konnte man nach dem Abendessen eine Unterhaltungsshow geniesen. Auch das Zusatzgebäude mit Fahrradgarage/ausleih und Gym war voll ausreichend. Im Hotel selbst gibt es einen Pool, wobei wir immer gegenüber im Kimera Club waren - dieser ist aber ab nächstem Jahr nicht mehr kostenlos (20 Euro Eintritt pro Tag und Person, dies kann dann anscheinend mit Konsum von Geränken und Essen gegengerechnet werden). Sehr international ausgerichtetes Essen. Am Tag der Abreise konnten wir Duschslots buchen - so konnten wir noch den halben Tag am Pool entspannen und uns, auch wenn wir schon aus dem Zimmer ausgecheckt hatten, noch frisch machen. Das Gepäck wurde in der Zeit auch in einem Raum eingeschlossen.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Lage – absolut kein Ballermann-Tourismus. In der Nähe – nur etwa 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt – gibt es einen sehr schönen Sandstrand. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit; man fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu und modern ausgestattet. Jeden Abend wird auf der Hotelbühne ein tolles Pop- oder Rockkonzert organisiert. Das offene Buffet bietet eine sehr reichhaltige Auswahl. Für Veganer und Vegetarier ist das Hotel besonders gut geeignet, was für mich sehr wichtig war. Normalerweise gab es eine sehr große Auswahl an Fleisch- und Fischgerichten sowie an Süßigkeiten und feinen, frischen Früchten. Das heißt, es ist für jeden Geschmack eine große Auswahl vorhanden.

Allerdings waren die Bettmatratzen für meinen 8 zu weich.

Bei einem solchen Preis pro Nacht finde ich sollte Shampoo und Duschgel kein 2in1 sein. Kein Vanety Set / Amenities vorhanden. Frühstücks-Kaffee aus dem Vollautomaten nicht gut - da könnte die Bar bereits offen haben sodass man sich einen Siebträger-Kaffee gönnen könnte. Zimmer sehr steril eingerichtet. Kein kostenloses Trinkwasser.

L'hôtel est très soigné et bien entretenu. Mention spéciale pour l'ensemble du personnel qui est adorable, souriant et attentif à nos demandes. Nous avons très bien mangé aussi bien le matin que le soir. Nous avons également apprécié son emplacement à quelques pas de la plage. bref nous ne pouvons que le recommandé !

Le bruit!!! Pour un établissement « sans enfants » il est très difficile de se reposer le matin!!! Dès 8h les femmes de ménage font énormément de bruit.

Dawno nie byliśmy w hotelu, który w tak pełnym stopniu spełniłby nasze oczekiwania. Zachwyciły nas zarówno komfortowe pokoje, jak i całe otoczenie obiektu – dwa baseny, bardzo przyjemna restauracja oraz świetnie zorganizowane centrum rowerowe, w którym mogliśmy bezpiecznie przechować nasze rowery lub wypożyczyć sprzęt na miejscu. Ogromnym atutem były również śniadania i kolacje. Rzadko spotyka się hotele oferujące bufet na tak wysokim poziomie – posiłki były nie tylko bardzo smaczne, ale także wyjątkowo różnorodne i starannie przygotowane. Największą zaletą hotelu jest jednak jego obsługa. Dawno nie spotkaliśmy się z tak profesjonalnym i serdecznym serwisem. Personel w każdym miejscu hotelu był niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i zawsze gotowy do wsparcia gości. To właśnie dzięki takim ludziom pobyt staje się naprawdę wyjątkowym doświadczeniem.

super hotel , zoals een hotel hoort te zijn, netjes , aardige mensen , heerlijke eten , goed verzorgde maaltijden , geen massa eten dus weinig tot niets weg gegooid heerlijke zwembaden met alleen maar goede 2 pers bedden.

water van douche kwam onder de deur lopen , gemeld bij schoonmaakster maar werd niet verholpen , misschien na ons verblijf...... We hadden er zelf geen last van maar bij een parket vloer is dat jammer
