Parking is limited on property. More rooms than parking spots. But didn’t have an issue on my end but others did.

Loved the location. Staff members were nice. Adequate parking.

No breakfast. Interior was worn. Around bed rusted. Room sweated. Floors and all surface areas were wet. As well as the ceiling. Pool needs resurfacing. Interior was painted but it was equivalent to putting lip stick on a pig. Seriously in need of a real overhaul. Rather than surface. Won't stay again.

Parking . Better shower curtains , reupholstery sofas and cushions. I understand other guess dirty them but should be cleaned or something especially when you need to use the sofa bed as a bed.

It is great to be in the ocean view rooms, walking distance from the pier and several nice shops and restaurants, also all the boardwalk entertainment. It was not my first stay in the hotel, we keep coming back. Loved the bar and the live musician.

Hot tub is a little outdated.

Everyone was super nice and made sure we had a wonderful time! We loved the location too; it was the most perfect walking distance for the fun stuff to do nearby.

It is a little bit dated in the rooms. The lighted mirror in our bathroom was great but the shower was just a normal shower, nothing fancy. Everything was clean though and the people working there were all so nice! Definitely would return again!

The staff were supper nice. The Tiki bar was a perfect addition to add to the stay. Judiun was so kind and helpful during my stay. Not only did she make drinks, have excellent customer service skills, but also became a good friend. I will be staying at this Boardwalk Inn & Suites for every little get away with my kiddos. Between the pool, ocean, and walking distance from the boardwalk I definitely recommend! Mom with 4 kids lots of adventures for a kid friendly trip.

I honestly can not think of anything I didn't like. So I guess it would be that I regretted not being able to book a room on the first floor due to having direct access to the pool and I personally care elevators.

Tout était humide dans la chambre -lit-canapé-sol-table-miroir-salle de bain… impossible de dormir dedans , la clime souffle dans le lit et impossible de changer l’orientation de l’aire . Leur système de place de parque est quand même à revoir . Nous avons quitter la chambre le soir même du Check in mais l’hôtel a enregistrer le Check out le lendemain comme si nous avions passé la nuit , c’est un scandale de faire ça ! Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit .

The staff is amazing and was my favorite part. The women who checked in on us from housekeeping, was one of the sweetest women I’ve ever met. As well as the man with the spiders who checked us in he was lovely and very understanding and kind to my children. I highly recommend staying here!

The bar closes a little early but probably for the best.

Would like to thank Miss Sarah & her (GREAT STAFF) for going beyond what they had to do to make my wifes surprise Birthday Trip to Daytona Beach a great success!!! As you can tell by some of the pictures, how they decorated our suite & how they made her feel like a "QUEEN" FOR A WEEKEND. This is our second time here & Miss Sarah is like family now & thats how her staff treats everybody. The location is right on the beach, the only noise you really hear is the sound of the ocean. We will be coming back again . Love the new Tiki Bar, how the rooms are clean & cool & the area. Thank You again Miss Sarah

The location was perfect,and the staff was very polite and professional.

I parked in the parking deck and the elevator wouldn't work so I had to carry all our luggage up to our room on the 2nd floor. Once in our room I noticed an electric outlet broken with electrical wires exposed and the Television wouldn't power on. I contacted the front desk and was moved to another room.

Staff was nice, location was perfect, nice room with view.

Only two things were bad. Only one good pillow on the king bed and the other four were rocks. They need to dehumidify. The plank flooring never dried my entire stay. Granted it was super hot so the AC ran a lot, but I even tried turning it off for a few hours.

Excellent location right on the beach. Close to the Boardwalk and Band shell.

I loved the staff. Checking in was easy and very friendly. The bartender was great too. I loved the Oceanview. The location was perfect for us. Plus easy access to the beach.

I didn't like that the hot tub was dirty. It appears that it hasn't been cleaned for a long time. The pool looked like lots of sand on the bottom. Which I understand, but it wasn't cleaned up the next day.

La chambre était sale, obligé de marcher en tong. On a fait l’erreur de marcher en chaussettes en arrivant je pense que l’on peut les jeter. La salle de bain et les toilettes sales également. Il y avait encore les poils des derniers occupants. C’est dommage il suffirait de régler le pb de propreté et l’hôtel serait parfait. L’hôtel est dans son jus mais ça fait aussi son charme

Pools close to early!

Wir sind seit fast 5 Wochen in USA unterwegs und das ist mein absolutes Lieblingshotel bei der Reise. Das Hotel an sich ist in Ordnung, aber der Pool ist wirklich der Hammer mit der Aussicht. Die Nähe zum Strand. Die Kinder waren begeistert und wir werden an den Pool und die Umgebung noch lange zurückdenken. Das Zimmer ist sauber. Leider kein Frühstück, aber Kaffee gibt es dort. In der Nähe gibt es aber einen Dunkin fürs Frühstück. Wir würden immer dort buchen wenn wir in der Nähe wären.

The room was beautiful, the Tiki bar was fantastic! Thank you Echo the bartender he was excellent, the pool and hot tub were clean and very enjoyable.

Bed was a little hard to my liking but I did sleep great and pillows were flat but remember I slept great.

Very dated. Took forever to get an elevator. It was clean but room cleaning was skipped one night and tough to sleep with sand in the sheets. Complimentary morning coffee was nice to have, but a little weak for me

Outside facilities could use some work but it was nice overall. Wasn’t aware of a deposit until I called to ask. Glad I did!

Our room wasn’t clean and the kids couldn’t hangout at the pool because of all the cigarette smokers. The parking is absolutely atrocious. Having to walk my young kids in the dark from a block away crossing International Speedway because the valet guy wouldn’t do his job was ridiculous.

Hat uns so gut gefallen das wir nochmals gekommen sind. Super Lage direkt am Meer, ein schöner Pool und Whirlpool der bis spät Nachts genutzt werden kann. Parkplatz inbegriffen. Zimmer sind schön groß und sehr sauber. Empfehle ich zu 100% weiter.

The closeness to the beach and boardwalk. Inside the rooms felt like an apartment home. Loved the fact that there were two tvs after settling in for the night.

The parking was a disaster! There's no where to park without except under the "garage" unless you want to leave your keys at the front desk if you get blocked in or block someone else in and security wiuld need to move your vehicle. The cleaning inside could've been better. There was hair EVERYWHERE! The bathroom gets HOT during shower time as well as the elevator.

Saw a roach in the room as well as multiple types of flying bugs. Shower was clogged extremely poor drainage. Room needed updating/re-grouting not very clean. Had difficulty getting clean washcloths.

Housekeeping didn’t collect our trash at all throughout our 4 day stay. We had to take our own trash out. Our bedding was also stained.

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel direkt am wunderschönen Strand von Daytona Beach. Parkplatz inbegriffen und ein schöner Pool von wo man auch direkt zum Strand gehen kann. Die Lage ist super, viele Shops, Restaurants und Bars sind zu Fuß erreichbar und zur berühmten Rennstrecke braucht man mit den Auto ein paar Minuten. Das Personal ist auch sehr freundlich.

It was close to everything, has easy access, great pool and beach access. The rooms are clean and a good size. The staff is always nice and accommodating.

It would be even better with some food service. Maybe from the bar or grab and go breakfast in the lobby.

Amazing and efficient service! Esdras was so so friendly and very accommodating, I would book again!

Parking was odd. Our door had a large gap. The bathroom door stuck when closing and opening. Baseboards in bathroom weren’t clean. Bathroom has shampoo but no conditioner or lotion. Room was booked for 5 people and there were only 4 towels. Microwave was dirty and full of finger prints. Would not stay there again.

We only stayed one night and arrived late (around 22:30) - staff were excellent and waking up to that view was amazing! We had the suite with balcony and there was plenty of room for a family of four if kids don’t mind sharing a bed (there is a comfortable sofa if they do)

The air con was very effective but super loud and we had to keep switching it off to sleep

Er zijn her en der nog wat werkzaamheden nodig om het te moderniseren.

I can’t complain, nice place!

It was good but the building needs a little TLC (Aesthetics). Parking was not the greatest because we had more than 1 vehicle & they only allowed 1 vehicle per room for parking at the facility so we had to find & pay for extra parking at a far away location. We asked for a room cleaning 2 times on the second day we were there & they never came up until We left. Overall we had a good time celebrating our daughter’s birthday.

That it wasn’t clean enough. The floor had too much sand. Which would get onto the bed. You couldn’t be barefoot on the floor.

There were no face cloths in my room. the sink was clogged up. The phone in my room did not work. My room smelled like marijuana. The sofa was stained looked dirty so we did not use the sofa bed, instead we had to double up in one bed.

Great beachfront property, easy pool and beach access. The room was nice and clean, staff was polite and helpful.

Elevators seem to have issues sometimes and the parking lot is difficult to navigate if you have a large car. But that is to be expected in the area.
