Variedad y calidad del buffet
Perfect for quiet holiday. Not too many screaming children.
Everything was good. We just relaxed
The property itself, the location, the infinity pool area was great. The location of our room was perfect, with easy access to most meal locations, the infinity pool, and the parking garage, as well as the access to the beach area. But above all the staff! Very professional, service oriented and always with a smile and ready to help.
The water of the big pool was too warm. The quality of the food at the Italian Restaurant needs to be elevated.
The hotel was large, spacious, clean, and airy. The staff were welcoming, and the food was delicious.
We were very surprised that beverages were charged at dinner. Charging even for drinking water felt like a joke. It really didn't suit a five-star resort, and we were quite shocked. At the very least, water should have been free. For the first time in my life, we paid for drinks at a five-star hotel despite booking a package that included dinner. It made no sense at all, considering we bought a package that included breakfast and dinner. Also, if you don't rent a car, you will get very bored. It says "beach," but it's stony, rocky, and wavy—completely unswimmable. The night events and music were extremely boring, tailored specifically for the 65+ age group. So, if you're staying at this hotel and don't rent a car, you'll be bored out of your mind—it feels a bit like a retirement home.
Tutto come sempre.
Spacious room, great food
No music by the pool, too quiet
We had a very nice holiday overall, and we really enjoyed Gran Canaria. We had previously visited Tenerife, and I would say the islands are very different, each with its own charm. The hotel itself is beautiful. It is large, clean, well maintained and has lovely gardens. We especially enjoyed the main restaurant, the swimming pools and the ocean views. The room was comfortable, and overall the property feels elegant. However, our feelings about the hotel are quite mixed. One more thing future guests should know is the location. The hotel is right by the ocean, but if you are looking for a sandy beach with an easy entrance into the sea, we usually took a taxi to Playa de Maspalomas (around €5 one way). Playa del Inglés is further away and cost us about €15 by taxi. Despite all of this, we still had a wonderful holiday. We left with many great memories, but honestly, this hotel would not be at the top of our list for a return visit. For us, it felt more like a very good 4-star experience than a true 5-star one.
The biggest disappointment was the service. Sometimes we felt like we were almost invisible. At several bars the service was so slow that we eventually left without ordering because nobody came to take our order, and ordering directly at the bar was not encouraged. For families with children, there is surprisingly little to do. The kids' club was closed most of the time, the playground offers very little for children over 3 years old, and most pools are clearly designed for adults. Even something simple like inflatable slides or children's entertainment during certain hours would make a big difference. Another aspect that felt strange was the Privilege concept. I completely understand the business idea behind it, but as a regular guest it creates a constant feeling of "this area is not for you." Separate restaurants, pools and sunbeds make the hotel feel divided. In other 5-star hotels we have visited, the feeling of being treated as a valued guest came from the service and atmosphere rather than from paying for access to certain areas. There were also several smaller issues: Sunbeds were reserved early in the morning and often remained empty for hours, while staff did not seem to monitor the situation. We asked for help moving a sun umbrella only a few metres, but staff refused, saying it was too difficult. We even offered to move it ourselves and only asked which one we were allowed to take. At check-out we paid our bill for drinks and extra food, but afterwards the hotel tried to charge the same amount to our card three more times. Fortunately, they later realised the mistake and confirmed by email that the bill had already been paid.
Food in the restaurant, pool, garden, spacious rooms, comfortable beds.
Cleanliness and customer service improvable. Stains on bed sheets. AC is not working in all rooms. Nor does it work in the reception and in the restaurant. Parking only with reservation (not many parking spots available). Strong chlorine smell from bathroom after cleaning. Staff does not speak English.
Rien
Recently returned from this fabulous hotel. We had booked Superior room with Sea View AI+ but decided to upgrade to Privilege. We were not disappointed. The room was fabulous with a great balcony overlooking the sea. Meals in the Gaudi restaurant were exceptional along with the Sakura and the other restaurants. All staff were very pleasant and friendly. No issue finding a sunbed regardless of your board basis. We use H10 hotels a lot and would happily return to this hotel. Only one niggle- on our final day, the AI ended at noon. We were issued a lunch voucher but drinks at the pool bar had to be paid for - however, we still had access to the Privilege lounges for drinks and snacks. This did not make sense at all! Being Privilege we did not pay for the late checkout, but understand non-privilege clients pay €45.
Our second time at this hotel, just love it. The staff are great so polite and attentive.
ME GUSTO TODO ¡¡¡¡¡ FUE PERFECTO
Sadly there are several negative points about the hotel that no one really mentions. It’s a shame as it is a nice hotel. They should just be a half board hotel. Jet2 had it advertised as 24hr All Inclusive PLUS… definitely wasn’t a Plus or 24hr. Already raised complaint with Jet2 re being mis-sold a holiday. They’ve apologised and changed the hotel description. With it being the World Cup we booked due to 24hr all inc. Snacks bar only available 2 hours a day 4.30-6.30 and consisted of burger, nuggets or toasties and chips. Nothing healthy, no fruit or salad. Certain times of the day you can’t get any food. Between lunch and snacks. Food available in the evening if arrive late, but for AI guests this isn’t included. Queried with reception they said we were entitled to it also as AI. That night we tried as wanted some soup to be told by staff we had to leave it was only for late arrivals. No ice cream, the lack of fruit in the snack bar bothered me more. But would have been nice to have access to an ice cream like you can on most holidays even 3 star holidays we’ve been on before. Late breakfast - another joke as it consisted of soggy tuna sandwiches and some pastries from a fridge. Again nothing healthy or for people with alergies. Talking of alergies, at the evening buffet one day we chose the ice cream labelled After Eight Mint. To our great surprise it was in fact pistachio. Luckily we did not have alergies, but it could have been a different outcome if we had a nut allergy. Bar service was terrible, inconsistent and slow. They say table service, but it’s okay for the first drink as they come straight over but after that they just seem to ignore you. We struggled to get drinks for over an hour, staff kept saying we’ll come to you soon. They didn’t so we went to the bar to be told table service only. This was in the disco bar during one of the shows. We heard other guests complaining and wondered if they limit your drinks this way. Also attitude of bar staff, I’ve never been on holiday and had so many staff rolling eyes when placed our order. If wanted beer or coke they were fine. Anything else the attitude was different. Asked for iced latte, on the menu but was handed a hot coffee and a glass with an ice cube! Only one or two could make it properly using crushed ice the others couldn’t be bothered. And this was where the most eye rolls came from. Website doesn’t advertise fhe area around the hotel is derelict, only couple of shops, and cafes. Looked very sad with everywhere boarding up. Not what I was expecting, needed a taxi to go anywhere unless fit enough to walk about 45 minutes, reception said 10 minute walk. Certainly wasn’t for us, ended up getting a taxi. As 5 of us not always easy. Stunning view of the sea, but that’s where it ends. The beach was sand but towards the sea was large area of pebbles and rocks to walk across. Again not advertised or pictured properly. Sun beds for privilege guests only. First hotel I’ve booked by the sea and not been able to have a paddle, mobility issues meant I couldn’t walk on the large pebbles/rocks. After complaining to the Rep about the 24hour all inclusive not being available, they took it up with hotel. Reply was that AI guests could use the room service at night included in the AI. We tried this and was then told 7euro surcharge and price of drinks to be paid. Again the hotel lied same as saying the food was included at night. On check out the all inclusive ends at 12 apart from a lunch voucher, this is annoying if late flight. They stop the fobs on wrists working so can’t use this, also discovered after leaving the hotel to go opposite to the beach shop to get an ice cream your fob stopped working and couldn’t get back into the hotel. Son had to walk the road way around to the other entrance which was quite far in the heat and with my mobility issues it was a lucky we had abled people in the group. Maybe make customers aware of this in future that can’t use the gate after 12. On every holiday been on we’ve been able to use the all inclusive up until departure. Long queues to get a tea or coffee at breakfast, we went out of season would hate to see it in peak. Have videos of cockroaches climbing over the buffet canteen tables and chairs during one night. Place was closed but could clearly see them. Issue in lots hotels I know, but we saw they go under the closed doors. Maybe put something to cover the large gap. Positives - Housekeeping were lovely, kept room lovely and clean and always so polite. Rooms are nice, no sun on balcony which suited me but I know would be annoying to some, if pay privilege you get the sun. Swimming pools and grounds were lovely. Well kept. Food was amazing best AI I’ve had. Such a shame they don’t make it clear about the other issues with the food and drink.
Just returned as a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 teenagers 15 & 19) having booked AI plus as Jet 2 call it. Positives: Lovely hotel, clean, good standard of food and branded drinks available from the bars. Safe and towel change are free despite other reviews saying they are chargeable. Just a few things that we have found a little disappointing compared to other 5 star hotels we have stayed at and maybe more to consider for families with teenagers.....You only get one visit to an al a carte restaurant per 7 night stay ( 4 to choose from) we stayed here for 10 nights so have to pay with 20% discount for any other visits. Mini bar only topped up every 2 days which we have had to remind to be filled one day (extra charge for more water which we found disappointing for an AI). Water is only available by the glass from the bars or refillable bottle (4 euro each), not a big issue to have to walk the bar but something to consider for the less mobile. Jet2 state that AI drinks are available 24hrs this is not the case, again not a big issue if your not planning an all nighter but something to consider if you like a late drink. We booked padel via reception and then on check out told we had to pay 20 euro, when I asked isn't it included in the AI (as this is the first time we have had to pay for this type of activities on an AI) I was told it states on the app its chargeable, how ever I wasn't informed when booking and didn't check the app) We didn't check in until 10pm on arrival (not food was offered, but in we also didn't ask) but on check out was told the AI finishes (at mid day) which again is a bit disappointing as our pick up wasn't until 7pm (you are issued with a lunch voucher which includes drink, but we had to ask for this having been told by another frustrated family and was not offered. Overall we had a good holiday, and the other positive reviews are completely true, we just were just a little disappointed on a few small points compared to previous 5 star hotel holidays.
Went with large family of 8 Fantastic hotel- great friendly staff -food amazing ( we were NOT Privilege but buffet was fab ! ) 1 visit to à la carte -included -we chose Japanese which was very good ànd à nice change Easy to get served ànd no problem getting sunbeds -even the cabana beds if you want them Entertainment good for a hotel as was paddle tennis water polo ect Very much à 5 star experience Only issues - We travelled with jet 2 so first day arrives v late so that day lost …last day checkout mid day -pick up not until 6-630 -however the all inclusive closes when you check out -be aware then you must pay for the drinks after that . ( you get a voucher for food but not drinks ) Overall though fantastic Hotel and would gladly return -probably for 10 days next time Thank you H10
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this establishment. The environment was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, creating a luxurious atmosphere that was truly inviting. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, ensuring that every guest felt welcome and well-cared for. Additionally, the buffet was the best I have ever encountered, even after visiting numerous others. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, making it a memorable dining experience.
I wish if I could give it more than 5 stars! Our overall experience was more than satisfying, and here is why: Where to start? The ultra friendly staff, the amazing hotel aminities, the cleanness, the service, the food, the atmosphere, etc. Everything was perfect. Also, the location was greag, just 5 minutes drive to Maspalomas dunes and the greatest beach on the island and not more than 20 minutes to other sightseeing locations. Overall, i would highly recommend it for your next stay
Nothing
Another great stay at the H10 Meloneras Palace, and I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Since I arrived, everything has been exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and maintained to the highest standard. The atmosphere throughout is calm, welcoming, and relaxing. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible staff. Every member of the team I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. A special word of thanks must go to the staff in the main restaurant. The chefs, waiters, waitresses, supervisors, and managers work tirelessly from morning until night. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, but what impressed us most was the warmth, efficiency, and kindness shown by everyone despite how incredibly busy they were. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every guest was made to feel valued. As a solo traveller, I believe they made a special effort to make me feel at home. The housekeeping team also deserves enormous credit. My room was beautifully presented every day, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was second to none. It is easy to admire the beautiful surroundings, but it is the people who make this hotel truly special. Their hard work, professionalism, and genuine hospitality create an experience that guests will remember long after they return home. Thank you to everyone at H10 Meloneras Palace for making my holiday so memorable. I will leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to return again in the future 🩷
We have just got home from this hotel, 5 star hotel. Fantastic place, however, the bar service is very very poor. Lack of staff, no at table service at either pool bar. The bar at the entertainment part of of the hotel is also shocking for service. At all the bars, the queuing was horrendous. It really needs sorting out. This doesn’t happen at the Costa Meloneras.
My wife and I have travelled around the world over many years but we love to return to H10 Meloneras . Great value for money, Location 15 minute walk along superb promenade into Maspalomas and a 7/10 min taxi ride away from 2 lovely golf courses. Rooms great choice for all, Staff so well trained could not be more helpful. Food excellent with 4 a’la carte restaurants and a great buffet to choice, you will not go hungry . This hotel is definitely a 5🌟 rated we have returned many times and will continue to do so.

Fabulous hotel , great rooms and wow wow wow amazing food. The exceptional hospitality of this hotel was second to none. We had the most amazing experience and the staff were fantastic. Very friendly.
Just had a very enjoyable four night stay at this wonderful hotel, my first time here, though definitely won’t be my last. Service from everyone was fantastic, friendly and professional. Would especially like to mention Cora on reception who checked me in and then facilitated a room change on my second day and even arranged for all my possessions to be moved for me. I would highly recommend upgrading to Privilege all-inclusive, benefits include a private infinity pool and chill out lounge with complimentary free-serve bar, a second lounge next to the disco. Main advantage though is the dining; 4 à la carte restaurants for dinner, breakfast in Gaudi and lunch at Naturalia (the garlic prawns are a must have!). Dining at all was of the highest quality and really made for the best experience. Teppanyaki at Sakura on the last night was very entertaining, food was excellent and a great experience. Hotel has beautiful grounds and wonderful design. Room was very nice, clean and well appointed, about half a dizen usb charging points, well stocked and daily refreshed min fridge, nice Rituals products and daily turn down service with a couple of Lindt chocolates. Plenty of pools and lots of lounging areas, including Bali beds. Is on the edge of the resort, though is a very nice 15/20 minute stroll along the very nice and well maintained promenade to the bars and shops at Meloneras and the lighthouse. Just a few minutes past there is a lively sandy beach and the dunes which are worth a visit.
Room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Pool area's amazing.
Let’s start wit the con.s Wasn’t easy to get a drink at the main bar.don't think they like people sitting at bar pro,s This hotel ticks every box. Location out of the gate onto a spotless boulevard on the sea wall 20 minute liesurly walk to shops bar and restaurants We upgraded to privelidge package worth every penny .you can eat alacarte breakfast lunch & dinner The staff are exceptional in whatever they are doing every one of them a credit to themselves. The food in the restaurants are of a very high standard. Drinks are branded not your normal cheap all-inclusive rubbish. This hotel is absolutely spotless. Pool and outdoor bar areas excellent. We will definitely be back soon
Of the many Jet2 excellent holiday destinations we have been too this one topped even that amazing list. All facilities at this hotel are immaculate, the cleanliness is to an incredible standard and all the staff – from reception and housekeeping to our bars and restaurants are professional, efficient and friendly: just a few days in to our stay we were very much 'at home'. My family group and I cannot recommend H10 Playa Meloneras highly enough. WE shall be back hopefully within the year.
It was a very nice and pleasant stay in H10 Playa Meloneras Palace. We stayed in three Privilege double rooms with terrace. With the Privilege you can eat every day at the different restaurants, which are very good, you have special privilege areas with better beds at the swimming pools. It was definitely worth the extra cost. You can also ask for a late checkout, which we got for two rooms at no extra charge. We definitely will be back.
We have just returned from a one-week stay at H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons and had a fantastic holiday. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. The beds were two singles pushed together, but they were very comfortable. The balcony was a good size and, by the looks of things, every room has at least a pool view with a partial sea view, which was a lovely bonus. Both pools are a good size and the pool areas were always kept clean and tidy. Despite the hotel being very large, it never felt overcrowded. There was no rush for sunbeds, we were able to go down after breakfast around 9–10am and still get a good spot. It was also good to see the hotel enforcing its no-reserving policy, with staff removing towels that had been left before 10am. The food was very good, with plenty of choice throughout the week. We were also impressed with the all-inclusive drinks. It was great that branded drinks were included, and beers at mealtimes were bottles of Estrella. The cocktails were also really nice, especially those from the evening bars. The majority of the staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The evening entertainment was excellent, particularly the Queen tribute band, and the lady and gentleman doing the circus type act. There are just a few small things that we think could make an already great hotel even better. Some low-level background music around the pool during the day would create a nicer atmosphere, and a few themed nights in the main buffet restaurant would add a bit more variety. We also thought the snack bar opening hours could start a little earlier, as it currently opens from 4:30pm–6:30pm. Cushions on the sunbeds would be a nice addition, and the gym could do with being cooler and having more working treadmills. The cocktails at the pool bar were a little inconsistent, as some staff seemed to rely on the a machine rather than making them properly, which affected the quality. We also felt it was disappointing that the all-inclusive ended at 12pm on checkout day. Although a lunch voucher was provided, which was appreciated, we had to pay for drinks until our 7pm transfer, despite not arriving until around 11pm on our first night. Finally, we did encounter one member of staff at the Tropical Bar during the day who was quite abrupt and seemed irritated when taking drink orders, although there was no queue. Overall, these were only minor points and things that could make the hotel even better, rather than complaints. We had a really lovely week, thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would happily return in the future.
We went for an 11 night holiday. Staff overall were very friendly although we did encounter one restaurant manager who was abrupt with us and his staff, this could have been down to him having a bad day which everyone can have. Although his English was not fluent, it was better than our Spanish. The hotel has a strict no sun bed reservation policy which was enforced, this was excellent as you could have a leisurely breakfast or go out for the morning and always find a sun bed. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel and certainly return again.
This review would have been much higher had the management taken our complaint seriously. Overall, the hotel itself is clean, the facilities are excellent, and the staff we encountered in the restaurants and around the resort were friendly. However, our experience was significantly let down by how management handled an issue when we needed assistance. If you rely on the hotel to arrange taxis or transport, I would recommend confirming that this has actually been organised. We were left stranded in Las Palmas for over an hour after being given incorrect information and repeatedly calling the hotel for help. Rather than receiving practical assistance, we were left trying to work out how to get back ourselves. I am travelling with my mother, who recently completed cancer treatment, so being left waiting outside in the midday sun while trying to resolve the situation was particularly distressing. Eventually, we walked to another nearby hotel, where the staff arranged a taxi for us within five minutes. This highlighted how easily the situation could have been resolved. What disappointed me most was what happened afterwards. I emailed the hotel twice with a formal complaint while we were still staying at the hotel and also left a written note in our room asking for a manager to contact us. Despite giving management the opportunity to discuss the issue and resolve our concerns before we left, no one contacted us or acknowledged the complaint. The hotel offers a good holiday if everything goes to plan, but when something went wrong, we felt unsupported. A genuine apology and a conversation with a manager would have gone a long way, but unfortunately that hasn’t happened during our stay. As a result, I cannot rate this holiday as highly as I otherwise would have.
We are leaving today after 7 days with myself, partner and son we have loved it. Location is a little out from main places but lovely calm and quiet, hotel had a very chilled atmosphere definitely what you what on holiday. Room are spacious, beds are really comfy shower and bathroom great also. Lovely and clean everywhere. Value for money for a 5* We stayed HB and the selection at breakfast and dinner was amazing all so fresh and lots to choose from. Plenty of pools and not a problem getting a sunbed we would jot hesitate to book again lived every minute.
Super Hotel . Spotless. Excellent Restaurants with exceptional food and service. Very relaxing . Fantastic facilities.
Voltei pk adorei a 14 anos atrás. Neste momento nada tem a ver. Comida inconsa. Quarto nada limpo e a cheirar mal.
A qual estava abituada. Devia. Ter cuidado com a selecção.
Very friendly staff, especially the cleaners and bar staff they were amazing. Really nice views of the ocean, plenty of different places to sit throughout the week, very relaxed area with a few bars around too and nice walks. Food and drinks were really nice and diverse so something for everyone. Very pretty hotel with lots of plants. Rooms were very nice and cleaned very well. A good spot for any group or age, plenty of older and younger people all enjoying it. Amazing overall thank you to all the staff !!!!

La Animacion del hotel muy SOSA
Excellent hotel and food on the whole was good however the service for drinks at times was slow and depending on who you got making the cocktails depended on what the quality was like. If they were just a bit better on the drinks I would have give 5 not 4
We returned from our 'happy place' last Saturday and it didn't disappoint. The evening entertainment was the best we've ever had The chill out, rattan area now has a singer/saxophonist every evening that adds beautifully to the ambience. The grounds are extremely vast, this should be taken into account if you have mobility issues, however, they are kept to fabulous standard. The food is impressive with an amazing selection and the staff can't do enough for you. I'm unsure whether Privilege is worth the extra money. The additional restaurants are wonderful, but it is my understanding that branded alcohol is available for all grades and in fairness, the luxury sunbeds are plentiful for all guests. The 'Privilege' area at the front of the hotel has been situated by the children's play area, so not ideal and the exclusive one on the higher level gets a little crowded, therefore, we tended to select one of the amazing loungers situated around the hotel but in a quiet area. There were plenty of options. Staff are amazing. I normally take names, but on this occasion, didn't. The spa is beautiful, however, the gym does lack powerful aircon but has adequate equipment. There is a great promenade adjacent to the hotel for runners/walkers that leads to further restaurants. My only real nag (and I feel this is with H10 in general), I have never been afforded the luxury of keeping my room on for longer but we were allocated 45 minutes in a room to freshen up before leaving. If you are unsure whether to book. Do it.
Este alojamento proporcionou-me uma estadia tranquila, superando as minhas expectativas.

Second visit, can see a slight deterioration in rooms where some TLC needed particularly in the bathroom. Tiles getting old and need re-grouted and awful smell of drains (was same in courtesy room on last day so seems to be wider issue). Breakfast lovely, lots of choice. Dinner good too albeit as a vegetarian I struggled more. Infinity pool lovely - would be better if the hotel done the recycling crushing early or later in the day as the noise does spoil the peaceful setting. Staff are all really helpful and friendly with the only issue (which we experienced on last visit also), being a few rude female waitresses at dinner - not sure if more senior as wear black blazers. The hotel offers no complimentary water in the evening despite it being plentiful at breakfast - need to buy it but as it’s so busy, we were only able to do so twice in 11 days. I had a small bottle with me one night and was told off by two (first one said ok for today but not moving forward), third one actually shouted and snatched the bottle off the table drawing attention to us. Very embarrassing. Last visit was similar but we had said no thanks one night and she said something in Spanish and snatched the glasses away. Only other observation is that checkin is chaotic and a lot of waiting around. Enjoyed it but with so many other options available, unlikely to return.
We’ve just returned from a fantastic stay at this hotel with our family and young baby (one year old) , and overall we had a wonderful experience. The hotel truly deserves its 5-star rating. The facilities are beautifully maintained, the atmosphere is lovely, and the staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Every member of the team made such a fuss of our baby and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their friendliness and attentiveness really made our holiday special. Breakfast starts at 7:30am, which worked well for us, and the food quality was excellent. The only area where there may be room for improvement is the timing of some of the dining options. Lunch in the main restaurant begins at 1:30pm, afternoon snacks are served from 4:30pm, and dinner starts at 7:00pm. For families with very young children, slightly earlier serving times could make meal planning a little easier, particularly around bedtime routines. That said, this is a minor point in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. The hotel, facilities, and staff were all outstanding, and we would happily return in the future - especially when our little one is a bit older. Thank you to the whole team for making our family holiday so enjoyable.
Well as soon as we land at Las Palmas airport we know our holiday has started at the wonderful h10 Playa melonoras, from the moment you walk through the entrance you are greeted with such warmth from all the wonderful staff,l must mention the wonderful Kathleen lammich who really goes over and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible, she really is an asset to the hotel,as is Borja Garcia who works alongside Kathleen, the food in all restaurants is absolutely fantastic,we again had the chance to eat in gaudi again 10/10,we have been visiting this hotel for many years and can honestly say it’s the best, many of the staff have become real friends with us,I cannot mention everyone but from all departments keep up your hard work and see you all soon
Nulla
Nice hotel but annoyed by roped off Prestige areas......is it really necessary? Be nice to be able to get a drink from the bar as people taking orders were quite few and far between....bit slow.
This is our eighth visit and it’s as fantastic as the previous the staff through out the hotel ore brillliant nothing seems to much for them and all of them are so friendly. We won’t be hesitating to come back
Excellent place . Possibly more couples this ton of year but some kids onsite . We took a 2 year old and did struggle with residence accepting his presents . However the staff were fantastic and welcomed the kids . Wonderful place to go . Would defiantly recommend the Privilege upgrade which we accident did die to a suite . Overall a wonderful place excellent food , relaxing , amazing staff some did get a little stressed at times but as you’d expect from anywhere you go to. A positive for this place was most people we spoke to have returned time and time again . A real lovely place and if you’re looking for a gem to enjoy I’d suggest this place . We had wine delivered on our first night to the room and chocolates every night delivered
4th time visiting this hotel on a 9 day all inclusive privilege package. Thanks to all staff for their professionalism and kindness for a fabulous stay. They are a credit to the hotel. We had access to all the a la carte restaurants which were amazing. Special thanks to the staff in the buffet restaurant in particular the chefs who made the most amazing desserts for my gluten intolerant husband. They were truly exquisite. We hope to return in the future.
All round excellent hotel and will definitely return. The hotel is beautiful and spotless clean in all areas, food is delicious and always plenty of choice. Hotel staff are friendly, helpful, really can't do enough for you. Full timetable of daily activities but no pressure to join in. Evening entertainment varied and all great, caters for all ages. No rush for sunbeds, relaxing and chilled. Amazing hotel and fabulous stay.
Everything was just perfect, very peaceful by the pool (but still things going on that you could join if you wanted to)! excellent food & different food every day! All staff were wonderful, polite and helpful, fabulous atmosphere! the weather was amazing & super hot and sunny 🌞 you could swap your pool towels daily for fresh ones, your room was cleaned daily with fresh towels put out for you & beds made. A total 10 out of 10, so much so we’re coming back next year!! 🥰
Pool areas were fabulous, lots of options for sun loungers and pool areas. Food in the buffet restaurant was excellent with varied choices for all meals each day.
The evening shows were mixed with some better quality than other
TripAdvisor Review: H10 Meloneras Horizons– Simply Outstanding! What a fantastic stay! The H10 Meloneras is one of those rare hotels that keeps surprising you in the best possible way. Its multi level design, with steps, terraces and lifts, makes exploring the resort genuinely exciting even for us in our 70s. We were still discovering new corners on our final day, which added a real sense of fun to the whole experience. As H10 Club members for over 20 years, we’ve watched the brand grow, but the Horizons experience is something else entirely. It feels like a major leap forward a new level of comfort, service and attention to detail. Service That Truly Shines: From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like treasured guests. Every single person we met, no matter their role, was warm, attentive and genuinely eager to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Their kindness and professionalism are what elevate this hotel from excellent to exceptional. Dining: A Joy From Start to Finish We chose the Privilege half board option, and it was absolutely worth it. It includes: 1) Access to all gourmet restaurants. 2) A private bar with complimentary branded drinks. 3) Luxury loungers (spotlessly clean and sensibly managed no early towel dropping!) And Lots of thoughtful extras that make you feel truly looked after The hotel itself is immaculate genuinely pristine. The Gaudí restaurant was the star of the show. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavour. On some evenings, it felt close to a Michelin experience. Marta and her team were outstanding. We also enjoyed a made to order breakfast there every morning a wonderful treat. In the Italian restaurant, I had one of the best Spaghetti Carbonara I’ve ever tasted. The Brasserie offered a relaxed, lively atmosphere with great food and fun, engaging staff. And Sakura, the Japanese restaurant, was so good (complete with flames and theatre) that we went twice. Management were ever present but discreet, ensuring everything ran smoothly. By the end of our stay, we didn’t just feel like guests we felt like friends. That warmth is a big part of why we’ll be returning, hopefully later this year. There’s a full programme of daytime and evening entertainment, including options for children. Live music at the outdoor bar creates a lovely atmosphere in the evening, and the main shows in the auditorium begin at 10pm. A gentle stroll along the promenade behind the hotel takes you to the bars and entertainment of Maspalomas. One thought, the internet can be slow but honestly, it encouraged us to switch off, slow down and enjoy the moment. Not the worst thing on holiday. Just go. You’ll love every moment. The website gives you a taste, but the real experience is even better.
Nada
Beautiful rooms Lovely personal check in experience Food was varied and plentiful, drinks were good and all staff were lovely and friendly The building is stunning and super clean We were vaccinated for 1 Al a Carte when here for 6 days, the Japanese restaurant and experience were fab We enjoyed the evening shows and super friendly bar service The infinity pool area was so peaceful and pretty Lovely coastal walk to Maspalomas and the Sand Dunes I just wish we had been told and knew that the All Inclusive finished 12pm on our last day, as we were not being picked up until circa 7:30-8:00 Reception said they will make this known for future guests I wish we had longer here
Absolutamente todo
Me gustó TODO
My wife and I had another amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. We always book a Privilege room as we love the eating at all the restaurants and the private lounge and sun bed areas. As always the food at all the restaurants are amazing our favourites being the Gaudi for breakfast and the brasserie but they are all great. The hotel has such a lovely chilled atmosphere and even though it was 90% full there are always loads of sunbeds available even if you go down later in the morning. They have done so many improvements over the last few years, upgrading all the rooms and opening two new al a carte restaurants, Sakura the teppanyaki and Il Trastevere Italian which are both a great addition. All these things are great but as always the thing for us that makes our stays so special are all the amazing staff who are all so friendly from cleaners to management always greet you with a smile. Special thanks to Kathleen at guest relations, Marta and her team at the Gaudi who is so lovely to us also Africa and her team at the brasserie restaurant who always makes us feel special. We genuinely feel sad when we leave but am already looking forward to our next visit.
Great all inclusive and service, particularly good at Gaudi restaurant and certain staff in Lobby bar very impressive. However, no welcome drink on arrival despite booking a Privilege suite. WiFi in room was slow and unreliable. Rewards loyalty scheme seems to be managed within accounts/IT rather than the marketing department. Dinner at Gaudi and Sakura both excellent. Best looking bar, Naturalia, only had one person serving but restaurant next door was a great option for lunch, lovely terrace.
Friendly and clean. Drinks excellent. Food great
Nothing
A quiet place for people who don't like loud animation and noise.
Lovely hotel , ideal location, staff wonderfully helpful, friendly and polite in every respect, large selection of food choices , usually at least three meat and two fish , also good salad choices and starters , various dessert offerings including fresh fruit and crepes . Evening entertainment, including a fabulous Queen tribute band . Three good pools including a marvellous infinity pool that was in sun all day . Most enjoyable ten days (our second visit) , will look forward to our next visit for sure, staff made the holiday even more relaxing, thank you .
We had a wonderful February half term stay at H10 Playa Meloneras Horizons Collection. The staff were very welcoming, professional and attentive. The facilities were brilliant, our 9 year old loved playing football, tennis and padel as well as enjoying the kids club where he made friends each day. The staff at the kids club were great and would cater to what the kids wanted to do and what their interests were. The pool was warm which was heavenly, just what we needed after escaping the long cold winter back in the UK! It's hard to find a hotel with an outdoor heated pool in February so we were all delighted and enjoyed spending many happy hours in and out the pool. The food was exceptional! We were given the opportunity to upgrade to halfboard on check in, as we had just booked B&B, and as it was a great price we accepted - we are so glad we did! There was an incredible selection of freshly cooked foods with influences from all over the world, fab cooking stations and amazing desserts - delicious! The location is great, you can enjoy early morning strolls or jogs along the paved coastal path that leads to the town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. The entertainment in the evening was good, my son loved the short quiz every night and then would play pool in the lounge area - he didn't want to leave!
